The room’s furniture was literally disintegrating. Floor wasn’t in the best shape/cleanliness wasn’t great. Beds were super hard.

Pool area was absolutely disgusting. Walls were falling apart, stuff on the floor and some sort of oily substance floating on the FREEZING water. Pool was the only reason I booked the hotel in the first place.

No sheets on the pull out bed when we went to use it so my oldest son just shared with my youngest.

Overall the whole hotel needs a redo/overhaul.

The entire place was dirty. Parking lot, hallways, elevator - all dirty. We checked in and it smelled like weed in the lobby and elevator. The hallways hadn't been vacuumed in several days, if not weeks. We stayed because it was non-refundable, but we will never come back to this location.

There is no hot tub, no chance to even get into the pool over ran by a bunch of kids screaming and splashing for over 4 hrs. The room above ours was stomping, 4unning around all night until 12-1am. When mentiond to front desk nothing was done. Remote in room didn't work. Rooms look ABSOLUTELY nothing like photos. Rooms are run down paint chipping off walls, not enough pillow cases for the pillows, used shampoo/lotions left not replaced in bathroom.

I booked two rooms for my family and the experience was extremely disappointing. We checked in around 4 PM, left for a few hours to take the kids to a birthday party, came back around 8 PM, and by 10 PM we were already checking out.

Both rooms were clearly not cleaned properly. There were leftover items in the refrigerator, hair in the tub, and hair all over the bathroom door like someone had just blow-dried their hair. One of the toilets didn’t even flush. When you’re traveling with kids, basic cleanliness is the bare minimum you expect from a hotel.

We barely stayed two hours before deciding it was better to leave than keep our family in rooms that looked like housekeeping skipped them completely. Definitely not the experience I expected when booking two rooms.

We were unable to get bedding for the hide-a-bed. The desk attendant was snarky and unapologetic about it. Every drawer in the room was full of garbage at check-in. There were no pool towels. The hallways and elevator were soaked from people not being able to dry off at the pool. We had reservations to return at the end of the month, but canceled and found somewhere else to stay.

This was absolutely the worst hotel stay I’ve ever experienced. We stayed for three nights and had no towels, constant loud banging noises throughout the night, slow internet, dirty conditions, outdated furniture, and beds that were sinking and uncomfortable. The list honestly goes on. Please do yourself a favor and do NOT stay at this hotel.

the room i was in had NO working tv then the jacuzzi after paid for it for valentine's the second day we stayed already prepaid. Unfortunate for me. We moved to a different room and the water pressure and hot water barely worked at all this was a place of huge disappointment. id like a partial refund as i decorated for valentines but had no tv no jacuzzi it was a bad choice.

Breakfast was standard hotel stuff. Front desk staff was kind and friendly. Not a lot of upkeep to rooms. Lots of dings and dents to walls, chipped paint, scratches on the floors. No carpet, hardwood floors in all parts of the rooms. Overall, wasn't terrible but you can tell it's on the cheaper side of hotels.

This lists cribs for babies as one of the amenities. In my booking I put a note that we would need a crib, no response from them lead me to believe that this wouldn’t be an issue. When we checked in and I asked about the crib, I was informed that they do not provide them. Also, I have never before had to ASK that house keeping come to our room until now. We needed our sheets changed as our baby pooped mid-diaper change. That was the only time house keeping came to our room during our stay. I have stayed other places where they only empty trash, make the beds and vacuum on a daily basis. But this hotel didn’t even do that. Lastly, the pool water is half chlorine. I almost had to bring my husband to Urgent Care because a little bit of water got in his eyes. Honestly, I will never stay here again

Well I would like to start off by saying the staff was friendly and helpful. We had asked for a room downstairs which we did get. There a few things that I wish I would have known; first the people that smoke outside the smells would come in to the room since we were close to an exit door. Second our room looked like they were in the process of being remodeled and was not completed. Maybe the rest of the floors those rooms may have look more inviting. We had a lot of spiderwebs with spiders in the corners of the room.

The staff here was terrible - zero customer service.
We checked in at 9:30 after a long day of travelling. They charged an additional $100 security deposit which I am still waiting to be refunded. They put us between 2 families that were running between rooms all night and making all sorts of noise. We went down to complain and also ask for an extra pillow. They had none.
This morning we went to shower and there was no hot water, or water pressure. Breakfast ended at 9:30 and at 9:35 we attempted to go grab a pack of oatmeal and water and were greeted with a very unfriendly worker. Nothing had been put away yet. Overall it was just a bad experience, the location was a little sketchy and the room was clean-ish but the staff was unfriendly and unhelpful. Will not be going back thankfully !

Our room was FILTHY. Hair and stains of various sorts all over. There were holes in the wall that you couldnt even consider patched, no touchup painting done when an appliance was replaced which left puke brown patches on a white-ish wall. The pull out sofa didnt have sheets on it, making the disgusting stain on the mattress blatanly obvious. When we asked for sheets, they wouldnt even bring them up, and the \"fresh\" sheets we were given had multiple hairs on it. There was a pubic hair on the tub, a hair IN my bed, a torn sheer curtain, and a very obvious blood stain on the heavier curtain. The pictures hainging in the room were filth-covered, and there were grease stains/drips on the headboards where people before us had placed the back of their heads. When brought up to the front desk in the morning, they offered a measley 15% discount.

There was a roach crawling in the bathroom. The Jacuzzi tub didn't hold water. No water pressure, a water fountain has better pressure. Filthy, change the outdoor garbage can, pick up that nasty lot. Sofa bed was moldy with weird stains. Curtains were disgusting. The owners have no pride, or they'd take care of this place. This is a 59.99 hotel not a $230 hotel. Pool was cloudy. The room needs painted. Child size pillows, didn't have enough pillows for both beds. Shame on the hotel owners and the lazy workers.

This place was terrible! The hotel should be called a motel. A drunk was sleeping in a chair by the elevator. Little kids ran up and down the hallway most of the night. We had to call the front desk twice to complain about it. The room keys are shut off everyday so you have to go to front desk to have them turned on daily.

The rooms are old and outdated, there were people constantly walking through the parking lot at night. Trash on the parking lot and the surr area. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!

Expedia you should strongly consider not offering this location. I was put into 2 dirty rooms. Holes in the bottom of the dresser drawer. Burn marks on the walls in the bathroom. A remote w brown sticky matter on it. Floors so dirty when I wiped them w a towel after a shower (because I couldn’t figure why my feet were dirty) black. No towels in my first room. Tape on the walls from a previous guest that had decorated. Used bars of soap (not from my daughter or I).

Kindly, asked the front desk to switch rooms went well was given another room. It’s 1am at this point. Seemed better then the he first. Woke up to sleeping on stained pillow cases and hair that was clearly not mine.

Went down to talk to the staff. The lady at the desk wouldn’t make eye contact me and asked if I wanted a full service clean. To which I replied, it should be full service cleaned between guest. It’s a hotel but no one should know they’re sleeping in the same space by the previous guest. I asked to talk to the manager said her manager was busy next door (?) and she’d leave a note. I asked could I just talk to her because I feel this situation needs compensated. She flat out just said no and that would get a note.

Check out. Still no note. Next front desk person unwilling to help like the other. They charged me full price plus my deposit. Called to dispute the charges and the person on the phone was rude and unhelpful. Finally the deposit was reimbursed yesterday mind you I was there 7-23 to 7-25…

The room was dirty. The mattress on the sofa bed was filthy with no sheets or blankets on it to use. When asked for blankets the staff said they had none. We then asked for sheets for the bed in which they brought a couple and said that was all they had. The other 2 beds mattress was not clean either. We end up sleeping on top of the sheets. The person sleeping on the sofa bed slept on top of the sofa instead of the mattress. The only good part of our stay was the breakfast and the lady working in the breakfast area. She was extremely sweet and friendly. Was supposed to stay 2 nights and only stayed 1 as we were not comfortable with our room. We did communicate this to the night attendant and showed him the mattresses. He expressed his apologies and said he would tell the manager but no one spoke to us. We did check out after one night. Very disappointing as this was the night before my wedding and my bridal party and myself was disgusted.

I was traveling out of state, & booked a room that “looked” great! Clean pool, very nice spacious rooms. The room I booked pictured 2 queen beds with a tv, & then a separate living area with a pull out couch & an additional tv. Looked very clean, & even pictured a women cleaning with a medical mask on. Which seemed perfect because we’re traveling with children. We were so excited to use the pool as well. Upon arrival we got a very disappointed as soon as we pulled in. The environment was very scary, there was no lighting, & a lot people waking through the parking lots, this is at 12:30am. When we walked into the front entrance. It had a bad smell in the air & the man who checked us in didn’t even great us or speak, just waited for us to ask for help. After looking around We were hesitant but still checked in, as we already paid. Went to walk to our hotel room, the elevator was very old, & rickety. our hotel room was completely disgusting & scary. The room was so run down we didn’t even sit on the bed. There visible dirt & stains on the bedding, & smears of dark colors. Only 1 tv, & there was not a separate living area. I could not imagine laying my children down in the beds, nor myself. I was also scared for our safety, due the lack of security entering the hotel & how old the door & the lock was on our room, we were scared to sleep there. My partner and I just needed a room to stay in to help my grandparents clean out their house. The stay wasnt terrible since we were literally just there to sleep, but I don't think I would return unless I didn't have another option. The bed caved in on one side, there were scuff marks already on the wall by the couch, the place in general smells like cigarette smoke, and the second night we were there our room key had to be reset because it would not work on our door or to let us inside the building. The sheets were clean, but there was a stain on the comforter. Again, not the worst stay, but definitely not worth the price.

This is a lovely unit, well appointed and well decorated. The kitchen has everything you need for basic meal prep. Plenty of linens, the beds are comfy. There is a little trail behind to row that comes out right across from mini-golf. Our grandkids loved all of the amenities of the lodge, and the cost to use those facilities was reasonable. Stop and pick up the full size map at the Lodge, it will give you detailed hours and prices for the specific time of your stay. They are very friendly and welcoming, even when they know you aren't staying in the Lodge. The host had fabulous communication. We have already referred others and would recommend.

They argued this point until I said no. Why have a pullout without bedding? Why sell a room for 5 that can only sleep 4 due to bedding. Breakfast is hot. Waffles, eggs, sausage, with other choices cereal, bagels, and some fruit. The jacuzzi in the room was relaxing.

U had 5 people was givin any bedding for rhe third bed which was needed. I was giving a very rough cheap fleece blanket that had over dried too many times when i asked for atleast a sheet to cover the bed or sofa i was denied stating housekeeping was gone. I dont understand how housekeeping being gone with the fact that i booked my room with approximately the amount of people. Its a cheap place but dirty for the most part and just really lacking accountability

Thos was my second tume staying at this property an i was disappointed the first time my room look like it was new very clean an nice sn big this time i stayed in room 200 an it was very small the furniture look old the walls was pilling the closet looked like a small utility closet with a creepy door

They put me in one room that was dirty. The bed was dirty very dirty. They moved me to another room and it was just as bad, but it was late at night and all the other hotels was booked up. I will never ever stay there again. You guys should definitely take this off y’all list.
