In a picturesque cobbled street in Bath city centre, this 18th-century boutique-style hotel is a unique haven with modern, elegant bedrooms and a friendly, relaxing atmosphere. The hotel is a minute's walk from the Roman baths and all major attractions, shops, restaurants and nightlife.
At Harington's Boutique Hotel you can enjoy warm hospitality and fully refurbished bedrooms decorated with bright, imaginative colours and textures. Haringtons Hotel is privately owned and operated.
It also boasts its own outdoor hot tub available for private hire at £10 per hour, per person (pre-booking advised). Subject to availability, private use of our hot tub is available for up to 1 hour free of charge.
Pre booking is advised Harington's Boutique Hotel is Pet Friendly! We can accommodate 1 pet per room and includes the use of a cosy dog bed, dog bowls, and even a sausage for breakfast!
Pets can only stay in Superior rooms. Please let us know in advance if you are bringing a pet, so that we may suggest the most appropriate room for your needs - Charges may apply.

The facts. Bed/bedding 10/10. My room a god awful mildew stench, spiders and cobwebs. Bathroom super squeaky clean. Which is a must. Either than that super cute and quintessential. Lots of charm.

This was so far the nicest hotel we have stayed at, the staff was super friendly and helpful, hotel is located on quiet street where you can avoid all the crowds but in walkable distance to all the attractions, we loved how they decorated the room and breakfast was very delicious , also, loved the Raven pub just across from the hotel, where we have had lunch. Our third time at Harringtons, now our favourite place to stay in our favourite city. Quiet but right in the middle of Bath and a short stroll to bars, restaurants, shops, sights etc. Right opposite the Raven, one of the best pubs in Bath.

Lovely small hotel in central Bath. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. We arrived early and they were able to securely store our luggage for us while we walked around town. I would reinforce the notice about the stairs - they were not a problem for us, but they are steep and narrow. If you have a big suitcase or mobility challenges, this may not be the best property for you. The room was clean and well appointed. There is a pub across Queen street that can be raucous at night. The hotel provides ear plugs if you're on that side of the building. If you're planning to be out late yourself, may not be able issue.

By way of this quick review, I'm letting potential guests know that this property (like most in Bath) is not air conditioned. I visited Bath on a very hot and humid week. Hotel staff anticipated the uncomfortable heat in my tiny room for one, and had 2 fans running before my check-in. The kind staff, clean room, and excellent location were perfect - in spite of the heat.

This property could not be in a better location. You exit the hotel and no matter which way you go it's in a direction that leads you to a part of the city you want to see. Bath has it all, sites to see, shopping, pubs, it's a great city, minus the Sea Gulls, they are troubling.

It was a very nice stay for two nights. Very well maintained boutique hotel right in the city center. As a family with a toddler, this was very convenient as it was right in the city, walkable to many sights. The breakfast was also lovely, and our toddler had many options. It can get a bit loud on a weekend night but usually quiets down by midnight. The parking situation is a bit inconvenient, but that's a city problem. Overall a great stay in Bath!

We had an amazing weekend stay at Harington's Hotel! The property is very centrally located, with all of the sites we wanted to visit within a ten minute walk. The accommodations are extremely nice and cozy - our room was beautifully decorated and it really felt very welcoming. But the best part by far were the staff members - everyone was so kind and genuine. Especially memorable were our interactions with Heather, who worked the front desk when we arrived - she told us about the history of the hotel and made us feel so welcome. A big part of visiting Bath for me was the opportunity to visit the bookstores and Heather shared in my joy at having found some books I was really excited about. It really made my day to interact with her and it made me feel so excited about staying at the hotel.

A lovely small hotel situated perfectly in the centre of Bath. The hotel do issue a daily permit to save £3 a day parking in the long stay Charlotte St car park but the hassle of driving to the hotel to collect this and then drive to the car park didn’t seem worth it! Not the most welcoming hotel I’ve stayed in and confusion over what the VIP access for a gold member includes didn’t help although we did get the free drink. The room was lovely and very comfortable and quiet even being at the front with our dog. Paid the extra to take our pooch but no bed or bowl put in room as advertised.

Excellent location in the heart of bath. Parking about 5 minutes away which was no problem. Contact the hotel for post code as the one shown on website is of little use due to access road being restricted to buses during the day. The second post code took us to the hotel with no problem.

Right in the centre of Bath. Very friendly and attentive staffs. Parking can be a nightmare, having to use public car park. But there are 2 or more car parks about 6 minutes walk from the hotel. Just pray there will be a space for your car ( especially in summer).

Nice central hotel with off-site parking.
Very difficult to get to even with the provided sat nav post code, which kept wanting to take us down a road which has recently become a bus only road.
On checking in at 2pm, as a Gold Member we were not offered a room upgrade or complimentary drink as advised, which was a shame. Normally when on business, I wouldn’t bother with this, but as I was having a few days away with my wife it was a bit disappointing. Particularly as I received an email from Hotels.Com to ask if we had been offered this. We also noticed that the toilet seat was loose and pointed this out to reception as we went out to explore Bath. When we returned to change to go out for dinner as the toilet seat was still loose we again mentioned this to reception as it was a different member of staff.
Good breakfast in the morning. When we returned in the evening to freshen up and change for dinner, it was again disappointing to discover that the toilet seat was still loose.
Upon checking out the receptionist asked if everything had been OK with our stay? It had been with the exception of the toilet seat issue, which we again pointed out to the 4th different member of staff. She again said she would immediately contact the manager, which unfortunately was what we had been told every other time. Hopefully, this has now been addressed for the next occupant of room 8!

We had a very bad first impression. The hotel and rooms were nothing like the space advertised. There is not an elevator which impacted us as my husband uses a walker and we had heavy bags to carry up. It was a great location though.

Ideally located in the centre of bath. Easily accessible parking a short walk away. The staff were wonderful and the room as clean and quiet. All in all a hotel I would gladly stay in again.

Located in the centre of Bath within a few minutes of all the top attractions. A small hotel, very clean & staff were excellent & friendly. Good choices for breakfast. Parking was off-site a few minutes away - arranged through the hotel. They even provided a plan to get there via the one way streets. Would recommend the hotel.

The hotel was different to usual ones i have stayed in so it was a nice change. My niece actually booked this for us and added a few surprises with a glass of wine on arrival and a upgrade. I would recommend the hotel and stay here again.

Very central location on atmospheric cobbled street gin bar and pub 10 steps away. room though smallish was fine and shower was great. room could do with full length mirror. We didn't do breakfast as there are so many places for coffee and people watching. young staff but very helpful and friendly. prices in bath are relatively high and with a bit of effort you could find a more reasonable price. One tip is to pre-book the Thermae Spa you will need to do this a month in advance. Otherwise you will miss out. Open top bus tour worth doing and there are free walking tours from the Roman baths.

Excellent small hotel close to Bath city centre. Staff very friendky and helpful befirecarriving and during stay . Breakfast was extra but worth cost with very good choices . Parking was offsite but good directions to drive and walk back , considering Baths oneway system

The hotel is located in a fantastic area - the heart on bath. Easy walking distance to the main attractions and so many food/drink options. Lovely, helpful staff at the front desk. We found access to the family room a little tricky up two flights of winding stairs with all the gear we had for our baby - but the staff kindly let us leave the pram in the front reception.

Very expensive for what you get, had to pay a supplement for having a child even though I had booked a family room. Really was not worth the money. £273 for 1 night, breakfast not included neither parking cost.

It's a boutique hotel. Very well appointed. If you told me the Hotel Inspector off the TV had designed it, I'd believe you. Beautifully decorated with lots of those little somethings here and there.

Hotel was in a very convenient location for all attractions. Small but adequate rooms, comfy bed and good tea/coffee facilities in room. Not the hotels fault but unfortunately this area is a magnet for seagulls, the first night they screamed all night long making it impossible to sleep soundly. Slightly improved the next night, bins had been emptied I think? I would suggest earplugs if you want to stay here.

Great location. Nice rooms with good fun decor. Clean and comfortable. With good in room facilities. Have to remember it is in the centre of town so there is some street noise and the seagulls are everywhere.

Hotel was good. Staff were very friendly and helpful + the communication and interaction was good. Comfort levels were ok but I’d expect a little higher standard for the price paid per night. Rooms could stand to have an interior upgrade. Location excellent but parking options weren’t ideal and located quite some way from the hotel.

This hotel is located in the city centre but in a quiet street. All shops and landmarks are very close.
The hotel is cosy, rooms are of good size, although my husband struggled in the top-floor bedroom as he’s quite tall. Bedding is comfortable. The bedrooms would highly benefit from having blackout curtains fitted.
The breakfast was scrumptious. All staff has been extremely friendly and helpful.

Fantastic location. Parking off site and a little walk but a nightmare to drive from car park back to hotel for luggage due to one way systems and bollard restricted roads.
However the location made up for it as it was close to everything.

We enjoyed our stay at this boutique hotel. Location is perfect, in the middle of old Bath, great restaurants and bars nearby. Rooms are spacious and in a very good condition. Only mind that walls are thin and sound insulation is a bit poor.
