The room was clean & tidy the hotel was beautifully decorated as with all the Guesthouse Hotels.

A few days prior to check in I received an email offering luggage pick up from the station, we thought this was a fabulous idea and booked our day around it, planning to visit the baths, unfortunately this was not actioned and after waiting for 15 minutes I called and was told their had been an oversight. We missed our slot for the baths because we had our luggage.

An apology was offered and a free drink, but we had the free drink included in our package anyway. It was my daughters birthday so didn’t want to make a fuss but it really did dampen our trip.

Fantastic Hotel, less than 10 minutes from everything you could ever want to see in Bath!

Would recommend skipping the hotel car parking and using the nearby Podium Car Park - £18 for 24 hours, very secure and had no hesitation leaving the car there.

This hotel was the most beautiful accommodation of our entire trip. The bed linens were luxurious and the room so well appointed, with thoughtful extras such as classical music playing on the small radio in our room.
The staff was very friendly and the location in Bath was perfect; walkable and convenient.

Limited parking and it took me over 30 mins to park due to bath traffic. It also cost £18 a day. Hotel in great condition although my kids complained about the comfort of the bed which was a sofa bed and was too soft. My bed was good though. Breakfast ok but for 25 quid a bit expensive when you only get a coffee, juice and 1 item off al a carte.

Location excellent. Good hotel bust a few niggles as price is quite high.

Super quaint gem. Staff are amazing! Great location with easy access to central Bath and all that it has to offer. Breakfast was excellent, didn’t have a chance to try the restaurant for dinner but we had a night cap in the lounge which was also exceptional. This was our first time staying at one of the “Guest House” properties, looking forward to trying other locations.

Number 15 was a nice little spot with a beautiful bathroom and comfortable beds and some nice amenities. We had coffee and cocktails at the bar and both were very good. It was easy walking distance into downtown Bath. The downside was limited street parking that had restricted times and there was only a small amount of on-site parking that you had to book in advance, but we weren’t told about it when we booked.

Very smooth check in, extremely helpful staff, well decorated rooms with everything you might require. Complimentary snack area has been a real treat for our children.
Location is prime, quiet & beautiful. The only downside was that hotel car park is small and was full, so with parking restrictions in the centre, we had to walk for 15min.

The hotel is quirky and in a great location. The bed is comfortable but there was very little room either side of the bed to get in or out. There was a coffee machine but no milk in the room. No shaver sockets in bathroom. The hot/cold adjuster in shower was broken. Very expensive for what it was.

However a couple of things made this stay not quite 5* - the massage at the spa was ok but definitely not worth the £100, the room was also pretty cold in the night and the water in the shower was luke warm at best. Despite this, we still had a pleasant stay and the location of this property is excellent.

Beautiful stay and amazing spa!

The hotel was lovely! The only issue we had was that we had to wait 15 minutes to be able to park our car (£25 charge) because a contractor had his large van blocking the way. This meant we were then delayed with a quick lunch before our spa booking, which we were also sadly late to.

What a great find!

What a great find! From start to finish the staff we're extra helpful, I booked a room that wasn't assessable in a wheelchair butt he staff contacted me and sent me pictures of why the room couldn't be accessed with a wheelchair and switched rooms with no fuss. We had breakfast their and can say it was the best breakfast a hotel has ever offered! Will drf br staying again!

Had a good stay but not a great stay. I booked a small guest room for my partner’s birthday. For two nights for almost £500 I was very disappointed in the size of the room. I appreciate it’s a small room but it was very very small. We were in room 5 - an attic type room. It was hard to walk around all sides of the bed. We had a small window that was half blocked by a concrete type bit of the building. I got the impression rooms 4 & 5 were add ons as they had a small entrance way. We stayed at the same hotel in York and loved it but the room here in Bath fell short of our expectations. I just don’t think a hotel at this price point / reputation should sell tiny rooms at this price. We loved the location and had a nice drink in the bar and were served by really friendly bar staff. Room was extremely clean too. Unfortunately we left disappointed.

Bath is a small city so almost everything is walking distance from the hotel. The hotel decorations are stylish. Breakfast options were very good. The staff very friendly and welcoming. This is a lovely boutique hotel, located in the heart of Bath. The neighborhood is ideal, as it is residential yet bordering the city centre. The accommodations are a beautiful blend of English charm and modern style. The staff is extremely welcoming and helpful. The bar/restaurant serves delicious cuisine. What disappointed us was that we were basically chased out of the parking lot - we had left the car there for 1 hour post checkout and got calls and voicemails asking to move it as guests were due imminently. We rushed to move the car, and when we did the whole parking lot was empty. We were there with a 4 month old baby, would have cost them nothing to leave us in peace given there was no actual need to move the car. Pity as it left a sour note of an otherwise good stay

The staff couldn’t have been more welcoming and friendly and the hotel was lovely. Breakfast was a really high quality and the sweet shop outside our room was a lovely touch. However I was a little disappointed with the size of our room and unfortunately the bathroom had a really strong smell of drains, although staff were really quick to try and sort this. We really enjoyed our stay but I do think the prices of the rooms are a little high.

Our room was beautiful with a luxurious whilst comfortable feel. Service from
the front desk was exceptional with nothing being too much to ask. The hotel
held our luggage to make our day of
check out easier allowing a full day in the city. It was unfortunate to not be able
to access the hotel parking due to very limited space but nearby multi-storey parking was available. My children enjoyed the snack pantry which was a lovely
touch and different to other hotels we have stayed in. I would
have liked water/ coffee and milk to be replenished during evening turn down but this means a minor
detail. The team at No.15 were highly attentive from booking to departure.

I had the pleasure of staying at No.15 by GuestHouse in Bath, and while it was just for one night, the experience left a lasting impression. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly warm, welcoming, and attentive to every detail, making us feel right at home.

Although we didn’t get the chance to fully explore the hotel’s facilities, the hospitality alone made our stay exceptional. After checking out, we planned to explore the city and asked if we could leave our luggage behind, as it would have been too much to carry around. Without hesitation, the staff happily accommodated our request, assuring us that we could return at any time to collect it. Their genuine kindness and helpfulness truly stood out.

If you're looking for a stay in Bath where thoughtful service and hospitality take center stage, No.15 by GuestHouse is an excellent choice. I would love to return for a longer stay in the future!

A beautiful space and the perfect private suite

The Hideout at No. 15 was an absolutely wonderful room, a perfect mix of luxury without feeling ostentatious. Really feels like a private space for a relaxing getaway.

The hot tub was gorgeous, and the sitting room had a very cosy, almost cottage feel. The staff were incredibly helpful at all times and always happy to go the extra mile.

The hotel itself and the staff were fine & polite. The room wasn't up to standard, considering the price point. There was no hot water either on Saturday or Sunday. This was pointed out to the staff on Saturday evening and I was assured an emergency tradesman was coming to fix the boiler issue. This did't alleviate the issue. The bathroom wasn't particularly clean and is in need of decoration.

Parking is limited on site so its a little bit of a logistical challenge with two kids to use the public car park but its reasonably priced and not far away.

We have loved staying at Guest House before. The staff are wonderful, beautiful decor and spa is great. We booked a Henrietta room to give us more space and a large bathroom as we were travelling with our baby but unlike the other rooms we had stayed in previously our room (room 10) was two small rooms which were both quite small and cramped. With our 1 year old this was tricky. The bathroom was very small with a fixed shower screen so very hard to bath a child. The travel cot could not fit next to our bed so had to keep in another room and was in easy reach of lots of hazards which didn’t feel great. Not much space for buggy in the room unlike other rooms we’ve stayed in. Some of the furnishings also needed a clean or refresh. The tepee and Yoto were a lovely touch and our daughter enjoyed playing. Would recommend guest house but did not feel this room was a Henrietta level room and a different room would be better with an infant.

I had booked the henrietta room based upon the appearance. However, on arrival the room we were given resembles nothing of the photos. Was much smaller and incredibly basic decor. Unfortunately due to arriving late from a long day i didnt take photos.

The hotel was great other than that detail and the staff were more than accommodating

Magical Jewel of a Hotel in the Centre of Bath

Wow. What else can we say? This hotel is perfection.

I will start by saying that we stayed in “The Hideout” for five nights during our wedding celebrations. So, we were already pretty happy - and the hotel only elevated our experience.

The room is fabulous - it’s true that the hot tub isn’t that hot - but we absolutely loved coming back after a hot day strolling around to sink into the fresh bubbly waters.

The hotel is playfully decorated with very intriguing art collections.

Housekeeping was brilliant and efficient.

The food was absolutely stellar - we ate at the bar twice and had breakfast every day.

And, most notably, the staff were phenomenal. They were the best hypewomen on the morning of the wedding and they consistently went out of their way to look after us and check how we were getting on.

We cannot wait to return to No. 15 and will also be looking to visit the other Guesthouse properties soon - what a super hotel offering, carefully designed to make you feel at home.

We booked our room last minute after checking out of another hotel on arrival because that room was so bleak! No. 15 was a refreshingly light, bright, friendly, welcoming hotel to move to and we were thrilled that we could stay there to celebrate a special weekend. The help-yourself pantry was a gorgeous touch, the bed was ginormous and we made good use of the record player in our room. The hotel is in a great location, just over the Pulteney Bridge, which make walking most places super easy.

However the walls in the room were only partially decorated and appeared to be unpainted or papered. Reception said this was a style but its not one I like or have encountered before. My children were in the same type of room as me but their room was properly decorated. I also noticed some landings on the stairs were uncarpeted a work in progress perhaps?

Make sure you don’t have a room on the lower level

Second stay at this hotel. Both times given room on lower level. Hot and stuffy. Starting at 6 in the morning, the staff begin setting up for breakfast which is located in the lower level, they bang the doors around, they speak at the top of their voices, they bang their carts around, every time they open the door to access the lower level, the door slams shut and shakes everything in the room. Basically after 6AM don’t expect to get any sleep.

Amazing hotel and was so fantastic from start to finish! Staff are so lovely and helped us with everything we needed & asked. Decor was gorgeous. Room was super clean & bed so comfy. Food was fab. Couldn’t believe how close the hotel was to the everything in Bath. Highly recommend!
