I loved the way staff was helping people for the breakfast and how they also brought coffee out for the guest. In my opinion they hosts are super hosts. Very nice experience. Check in was a bit hassle because the hotel management tried to reach Expedia multiple time, but couldn't get through to let me know that check in counter closes at 9 pm

What nice people at this property. Very clean and perfect for our family. Close to the train to get into the big city of Koln. We were greeted by chocolate bunnies on our pillows(we stayed Easter weekend) and we were able to park our rental car in their gated parking lot while we toured Koln. They also had complimentary bottles of water in the room and bottles of beer in a fridge on the main floor for 2 euros. It was a nice hotel. And the toilet room had a sink and the shower room also had a sink. That was nice. Our room was in the basement and it was very large. It had a pull out queen bed and a pull out twin bed that were already made up ready for my kids. We had a king size bed. Breakfast was good and a nice young man got your drink for you while you got your breakfast.

Wir waren nur für 1 Nacht zu 3 im Uhu Gästehaus, welches direkt neben dem Garni Hotel liegt untergebracht 👍 Sicherer Parkplatz hinter dem Haus . Wir hatten zu 3 ein Komfort Zimmer XL . War sehr schön und auch groß.
Das Frühstück war wirklich super 👍 da gab es Nix … gar nix zu beanstanden . Sehr lecker . Personal sehr freundlich. Schade das wir morgens schon sehr zeitig in der Lanxess Arena sein mussten . Die S Bahn Haltestelle ist direkt in der Nähe . Wenn wir in nächster Zeit noch mal nach Köln kommen sollten, würden wir sofort wieder buchen . Vielen Dank 😊

Vi ankom til hotellet sent om aftenen og havde givet personalet besked om dette. De havde reserveret en p-plads med oplader til el-bilen og nøglen til værelset lå i en nøgleboks hvor de havde oplyst koden. Alt gik smertefrit- og et virkeligt lækkert værelse hvor vi kunne være 4 Pers. Lækker morgenmad og meget venligt personale.

Das Hotel UHU in Köln/Dellbrück ist modern eingerichtet, das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Das Hotel liegt wenige Meter von Bahnhof entfernt, obwohl die Lautstärke der Bahn sehr gering ist.

Der Aufenthalt in diesem Gästehaus (direkt neben dem Hotel 'Uhu', wo man auch zum Frühstücken geht), ist einfach nur gut!

Das Frühstück ist super ! Leider hatten wir ein Zimmer zur Strasse. Da wir generell mit offenem Fenster schlafen war der Geräuschpegel Nachts zu laut. Ich habe bei Buchung auch leider nicht darüber nachgedacht danach zu fragen ob es möglich gewesen wäre ein Zimmer zum Innenhof zu bekommen!

Das Gästehaus \"UHU\" ist eine absolut gute Adresse!
Schon allein der Eintritt in das Gästehaus \"UHU\" überrascht nach wenigen Metern, wenn man nämlich zur Kenntnis nimmt, dass eine ganze Brigade Bügeleisen nebst Bügelbrettern auf ihre Benutzung durch die Hausgäste warten. Super Idee. Ganz hoch ging's wunschgemäß hinaus (was ja oftmals in Hotels nicht immer beachtet wird!!!!) und wir kamen \"unterm Dachgeschoss\" in einem Zimmer an, dass einem sofort und ausnahmslos gefiel. Der wirklich verbesserungswürdige Punkt wäre, baldmöglichst die Zimmer mit einem Vergrößerungsspiegel für das \"ältere Publikum\" auszustatten - das wäre geradezu perfekt! ideal der kleine Parkplatz direkt am Haus und die moderaten Parkgebühren hierfür. Frühstück wird im Hotel \"UHU\" eingenommen und überrascht ebenfalls sehr positiv. Als Fazit bleibt: hierher wieder zukommen lohnt sich auf jeden Fall.
