The hotel, staff and facilities were okay. In the morning one of their staff members opened our door with master key card. He abruptly went back when he saw us in the room. It was 08:30 in the morning clearly not the time after checkout. This made us feel unsafe. The toilet was clean but it was too smelly that you can't even breathe inside.

We stopped in multiple cities across Europe and this was definitely the most comfy stay. Excellent cleanliness and really comfortable beds. The room was quite small but kids were delighted with the bunk bed and we finally got a decent double bed.
Please note they advertise parking but it's only a small space with less than 20 spots which gets inspected by an external agency. If it's full they ask you to park in the Arena car park. This has only one pay machine which didn't accept Google pay or Apple pay or any of our UK debit or credit cards. It also doesn't accept notes. So at 11pm at night we were stuck badly. The extremely sweet receptionist helped us and I paid her back in gbp. This is apparently common in European car parks so always keep coins! Otherwise a smooth and comfy stay. We didn't have breakfast there so cannot comment.

Someone knocked on our room door around several times in the early morning. Firstly we didn't open the door because we couldn't see the person behind the door. My husband opened the door unknown guy said sorry and went.

This is our second time staying in this hotel, and i have to say it was disappointing, the hotel was undergoing some renovation, i am not sure if this is the reason for the poor experience. The room's floor was dirty and had big stain in the middle. They offer room cleaning but it did not seemed like it was hoovered trough our stay, we stayed for 4 nights. They only made the beds, and the breakfast was 13 euros but it was less choices than last time. In overall, our experience it wasnt as positive as last time, therefore we are not intending to stay in this hotel in the future. The only convenience it was the free parking, the main reason why i booked.

The hotel was 10 min walk to station. The room was very very small that we coukd not put our carry on suitcases. No table. No coffe. Not even a bottle of water. The staff was kind and nice. But the hotel itself not a welcoming hotel. The beds were clean but not comfortable. The washroom was smelly. Clean towels but small shower. Next time I'll find a better place. Not B&B

Lage super. Personal nicht unbedingt serviceorientiert (eher so „Zeit absitzen“), Sauberkeit Katastrophe. Man merkt, dass da einfach mal eben drüber geputzt wurde. Die typischen Stellen/Ecken dreckig. Eingestaubter/verklebter Föhn, Blut(?)-Flecken an der Wand runterlaufend, im Eingangsbereich im „Snackstand“ sind die Flaschen eingestaubt. Das Personal sieht auf jeden Fall nicht aus, als wäre es extrem gestresst. Wer hier Urlaub machen möchte und viel Ruhe sucht, muss woanders hin, da die Zimmer hellhörig sind und gegenüber die Bahn fährt. Preis für die Sauberkeit nicht gerechtfertigt. Der Wasserdruck in der Dusche ist ganz übel, viel zu wenig. War schon öfter in einem B&B. Das hier war bisher das schlechteste. Schade.

Wir durften netterweise schon eine Stunde vorher einchecken aber das Zimmer in Richtung der Zuggleise war leider nur mit geschlossen Fenster nutzbar. Das Frühstück war eine Katastrophe, was ich von B&B eigentlich anders gewohnt bin. Das Personal war sehr überfordert das Essen zeitnah nachzulegen, daher hat man im ersten Moment das genommen, was vorrätig war. Der Aufschnitt und die Aufstriche waren schon leicht angetrocknet und sahen nicht mehr ganz so ansprechend aus. Für einen großen Ansturm an Menschen sollte man besser gewappnet sein.

Super Lage zur Innenstadt & Öffies, zwar rel. kleine, aber im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels gut geschnittene und durchdacht und modern ausgestattete Zimmer, mit Klimaanlage (im obersten Stock), so dass es bei der Sommerhitze auch nachts erträglich war!) und ein reichhaltiges Frühstück mit sonntags spätererAuscheck-Zeit als sonst oft üblich - und das zu erschwinglichem Preis! Was will man mehr?!

Für einen Kurztrip sehr gut. Wir haben eine Veranstaltung in der Lanxess Arena besucht. Das Hotel ist fußläufig ca 8 min von der Arena entfernt. Frühstück ist reichhaltig. Gerne buchen wir dieses Hotel nochmal.

Gute Anbindung zur LanxessArena und zum Bahnhof, Hotel liegt allerdings an der Hauptstraße. Automat zum Einchecken im Hotel hat nicht funktioniert, zum Glück war die Rezeption besetzt und das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit .

Ich war eine Nacht mit meiner Freundin dort. Insgesamt waren wir zufrieden, bis auf die Tatsache das der Aufzug defekt war.

Es war eigentlich soweit gut. Für eine Nacht als Business oder Städtetrip Hotel vollkommen in ordnung denke ich. Frühstück war da, es hat auch geschmeckt, Zimmer war auch in Ordnung. Nichts kaputt, keine flecken. Klar es ginge bei allen Punkten etwas besser, aber das bezahlt man dann vielleicht und es ist halt ein B&B und kein Hilton. Einzig der Geruch im Zimmer/Bad war etwas merkwürdig. Es war jetzt kein Gully gestank, aber irgendwie komisch, vielleicht das Raumspray oder Putzmittel, keine Ahnung. Klima ging auf alle fälle und auf Aus hörte man sie auch nachts nicht.

O hotel é bom, porém o item que desagradou foi o sistema de climatização do quarto. O sistema Split não funcionou, e ficamos num misto de corpo com calor extremo pelas cobertas e braços congelados pela baixa temperatura ambiental, o que dificultou muito um sono continuo e relaxante.

Beste Ankunftszeit 9-10 Uhr um einen der wenigen Parkplätze zu ergattern. Ansonsten 10€/Tag in Shoppingcenter. Achtung! Parken in Wendekreis garantiert Strafzettel.

Das Hotel war super. Ordentlich und sauber. Zu unserem Pech gab es zu der Zeit Umbau Maßnahmen, weswegen ein Großteil der Parkplätze durch Firmenfahrzeuge belegt waren.

Bei der Anreise lagen abgeschnittene Fuß- oder Fingernägel auf dem Teppichboden und allgemein war der Boden nicht sauber. Diverse Flecken an den Wänden. Kein Fliegengitter vor den Fenstern und die Klimaanlage war unheimlich laut.

Für 1 oder 2 Tage ok aber von einem längerem Aufenthalt rate ich ab. Personal an der Rezeption hilfsbereit und freundlich. Reinigungskräfte drängeln einen aus dem Zimmer am Tag der Abfahrt. Auschecken bis 12 Uhr laut Hotel aber Personal klopft ab 10:30 Uhr im 10 min Takt, bis man endlich geht.
Hinter dem Hotel fährt die Bahn lang und vor dem Hotel liegt eine Feuerwache und ein Polizeirevier. Fenster sind nicht gedämmt, weshalb man alles von draußen hört.
Frühstück kann man vor Ort dazubuchen und ist für einen einfachen Snack ok.
