Top notch! We had the BEST week here! The staff, the amenities and the classes we were able to take were amazing. The pools were enjoyable and clean! So the resort is nice. Beautifully kept, rooms spacious and inviting and clean pools too. If traveling with a family however there are some much better options. This place has one on site restaurant then a coffee shop with sandwiches as well and 2 pool bars however the pool bar in the main area where kids are allowed is only one staff and there is no pool side service to order. You have to walk up even though online it did say you could have drink brought pool side that only applied for the roof top pool which was adults only. I lost my room band at one point and when getting a new one the front desk asked for my name and room number but there were other guests right next to me who had actually cut in line so I was not comfortable giving my room number. She proceeded to loudly confirm it in front of other people. That was uncomfortable. Other than swimming and one restaurant there isn’t much else at the resort to do. No random yard games nothing to explore. It’s beautiful but more geared for adults and the older community than younger

A estadia foi ótima, mas achei cara na relação custo-benefício (não tinha nem café da manhã incluso) e não consegui fazer uma atividade de wellness que ofertavam por problemas de comunicação da recepção: eu disse à noite que tinha interesse, a recepcionista disse que tinha que entrar no site pra saber mais informações e depois que entrei, informava que tinha que se inscrever na recepção. Fui me inscrever no dia seguinte e já estava lotado, não consegui fazer. Também não há vagas para todos os hóspedes na praia (em relação a cadeiras/guarda-sóis do serviço de praia).

Hotel was not on the beach..across the road from hotel..take a shuttle or walk . Hotel was very clean but had construction going on in room below us. Hammering continually on the ceiling below. We were in room2-185.Finally were moved to 12th floor with an island view which was great. We could see for miles. After 1st night the master bathroom developed a sewer odor so we just used the smaller bathroom which was nice. I guess maid reported the odor because maintenance showed up that night about the smell but it had gone away by that time but came back the next day. We just kept the door shut so we didn't smell it in other rooms. Room was very clean and new looking. Had a full size fridge and microwave in the kitchen. Most of front desk staff were polite. But they didn't do anything to promote the hotel or surrounding areas. Biggest disappointment was not being oceanfront.. we always stay oceanfront when we've gone to the carribbean every year for over 30 years.

Poolside chairs were NOT comfy, and they should allow you to have more pool towels not just 1 pp.
I did manage to get an extra towel to put under my butt because of the uncomfortable loungers .
Other than that I have zero complaints. Amazing staff, kind and courteous .

The pools...WOW!!! Clean and beautiful. The trees and flowers around the pool and hotel perfectly designed and groomed.
The beds and pillows first class!
All of the staff were incredible, from the desk crew, to the maids. I just cannot say enough about everyone associated with the hotel. I'm very sure that you cannot find such an amazing group of people anywhere. We will 100% choose this hotel again.
The concierge Lisa Marie ..was so helpful to us, so many times. We're missing waking up here everyday.

The room smelled of mold and mildew. I asked several times for a new room and was told they were at capacity. I was given vouchers for breakfast and asked for drinks I had charged to my room to be comped. 50 percent of it was. That was nice. I would be hesitant to coming back next year unless I was promised a room they I was satisfied with. The first time we came, 2 years ago, it was good.

Rooms are clean, and they do a good job of restocking bottled water, but not hand soap or wash cloths. Those were never replenished throughout our stay.

Pools are nice and clean. The towel lady is rude and ridiculously strict with unnecessary raised eyebrows and eye rolling.

Beach situation is difficult and frustrating. Maybe because it was spring break season, but lining up at 6:30 am to get beach chairs when the towel hut doesn’t even open until 8 is ludicrous. By 7:30 am, beach chairs are completely gone. And without towels, you can’t get beach chairs. Make sure you visit the towel hut the evening prior and bring towels to the beach bright and early. All week we watched guests fighting and frustrated over the beach situation. It’s just easier to pay for a chair/umbrella set up at Moomba.

It wasn't a bad hotel per se, but the great reviews are puzzling. We never encountered any “above and beyond” service or even anyone who stood out as kind. Staff was pretty indifferent. We absolutely would NOT stay here again. There are MUCH better values to be had in Aruba.

Love Aruba. The staff especially Santos was amazing. Not on the beach but a short walk or shuttles to Palm Beach. Located close to restaurants and shops and everything you need. Great adult only pool - quiet serene environment away from the timeshares. Would definitely stay again. Our two bedroom - two bath suite had everything the 4 of us needed with amazing ocean views.

Suite is nice , but they forgot to lock the other bedroom ( they are all 2 bedroom suites if u only book one room they just lock the other )
Then they tried to charge me for the other room when we didn’t use it .. and they still never locked it
The restaurant is only one on roof and it’s not good at all … it’s actually kind of really bad I got ceviche and it was slimy . There is no desserts. Staff is nice best part .. whirlpool is luke warm.
Also to give u a tip bring cash all taxis take cash only

My experience was not so good. I reserved two rooms, for two persons each, and in the especials requirements I asked for 2 single beds in each room.
I reinforced this requirement when the Welcome Team of the hotel send me a message some weeks before of my arrival. But no one told me that this requirement is not possible for the hotel.
When I arrived, and I reminded the requirements to concierge, I realised that the rooms didn't were prepared. The solution was to assign two rooms for 4 persons, but only the room for kids that has two beds, but small, without window, poor lightning, and without a safety box.
The staff didn't do so much to solve this problem in another way.
The deception was so big, because we planned this trip some years ago to go all the family.
I will not recommend Radisson.

Pools are great, loved the infinity pool.
Towels - you can only get one at a time. Ours got rained on (with everyone else) and the towel woman was not happy that everyone was trying to get dry towels.
Since we had a kitchen, we bought fruit to cut up but not with the wooden utensils provided. We got a stainless set from restaurant but only a butter knife and still did not work.

Would rate the stay 3/5 stars. The property is clean and so are the rooms, staff was friendly and willing to assist. The downside is that before you could view the ocean you have to get past the parking lots, construction to the right, high traffic to the left and a casino up front. Not exactly a relaxing time on the balcony or sweeping views of the ocean. The beach is also poorly organized. It’s a five minute walk and they do provide the shuttle however the umbrellas and beach chairs are limited and you have to be up super early to get the front row otherwise you will be stuck with a view of other beach goers. This is also the only hotel that has their umbrellas slanted and you are not allowed to move them so you can’t really move around with the shade. We ended up taxiing to other local beaches just so we can enjoy our days in the sun also paying for taxis and beach chair and umbrellas so this was a big negative. If you like to sleep in a little later this is a problem. Getting taxis mid day is another issue they do have them but you will be waiting a while so the only solution is to get up super early and start your day which is what we had to do. Will consider ocean front hotel or an Airbnb if I was to make another trip

You rarely see any write-ups for the Radisson Blu on any site which is a shame because it was probably one of the nicest, cleanest hotels we ever stayed at. We were greeted by Peter as soon as we opened the taxi door and were offered a glass of champagne and smiles from all. I have to mention a few of the employees, Jolina, Leyo, Janelle, Dondre, Sigmund, and Alexander who all went out of their way to make this such a spectacular trip. If you’re there on a Monday be sure to sign up for the floating meditation class, it was amazing!! The beach was a very short walk from the hotel and we never had a problem getting lounges and umbrellas at both the beach or pool at the hotel. The people who work at this hotel take such pride in their work and it shows. The concierge team was more than helpful with taxi’s and dinner reservations, shopping and just about anything. The rooms were extremely large and well kept. The pool bathrooms were so clean, and the woman who cleans (sorry I didn’t get her name) were immaculate. Thank you all for making our trip to Aruba so special. We’ll be back!

First the good parts: the hotel staff was excellent, as was our room and the two pools. Everyone was attentive and friendly at all times.

We would not return, partly due to personal taste and partly due to issues with the hotel itself. First, the neighborhood is loud and busy; not bad in and of itself, but not what we were looking for. If you're in search of a chill vibe, this is not your place.

Beach access from this hotel is very poor. It's a long walk to the hotel's reserved area, and when you get there it's entirely too small and inadequate. We were told you need to be lined up at 8am to have a chance at an umbrella, and that's far too much \"work\" when I'm on vacation.

Secondly, the cocktails and food at both pools were abysmal.

It was our first time in Aruba so a bit of a learning experience. We will definitely return, it's lovely, but will stay somewhere elses.

My family of 5 stayed at this amazing resort. We enjoyed the spacious three bedroom apartment style accommodations. We found the Island view equally enjoyable. The staff at this property are amazing and create a wonderful welcoming, fun experience at check in and check out. Property is not right on the beach but is only a short walk or shuttle ride away. The price point was spot on. Being able to cook in the kitchen really saves on the pocket book. I would recommend this property to anyone with a large family.

Absolutely perfect. I was so shocked at the quality of resort activities. Not typically “my thing,” my adult daughter and I took two separate yoga/meditation classes, and a paint n sip! Each class was led by a professional instructor, charcuterie and drinks provided. All complimentary (of course we tipped). Definitely coming back in July!!

The hotel location was good and the staff was excellent. Everyone was friendly and very helpful and polite. The rooms are clean but very plain, and ultra modern I guess that's the \"Scandanavian design\" but cheaply put together. The kitchen cabinets were plain white, which was fine, but cheaply made, flimsy. The drawers did not pull out or close easily. No stove, so if you wanted to cook, you couldn't. Only microwave. The coffee maker was difficult and tempermental to operate.The grout in the floors, living room and bathroom was crumbling and incomplete in some areas. The worst part was the design of the bathroom. There was not counter around the sink/vanity. No room to put your everyday toiletries/essentials. Barely room to place a couple toothbrushes or comb/brush if trying to get ready. Things kept falling off onto the floor or into the garbage can next to it. Very difficult to heat up and use curling iron or hair dryer without resting inside the sink or dropping on floor and no outlet outside of bathroom to do it there as there was a full length mirror there. The raised sink took up the whole space and was shallow and poorly drained. overall it was clean but poorly designed

We were a family of 4 in 2 rooms (with my adult children). Excellent hotel. Very clean and spacious rooms. Staff was polite and helpful from the front desk to the staff at the pools. The entire hotels and rooms were kept clean. Infinity pool and normal pool had a lot of lounge chairs and shade. Beach was a short walk (or a shuttle) and the hotel had some free umbrellas and chairs. This was first come first serve but we could purchase other cabanas if these got full. Overall, I would go back to the Radisson Blu and recommend it for others.

We love the Radisson Blu in Aruba. This was our second stay there. We were on the 11th floor with a direct view of the ocean and beautiful sunsets. This hotel is one row back from the water so it’s in close proximity to the beach, restaurants, nightlife and shopping, but is a little less noisy. Our pool area was amazing, beautifully landscaped and has a tiki bar with yummy drinks and a happy hour. We rented a car from the airport at Sunset car rentals which was very easy. We also grocery shopped on our way to the hotel at the Super Food plaza, which was on the way, to buy essentials, snack foods, breakfast items, and beer and wine. There was a large refrigerator, a microwave, coffee maker, and tea kettle in our room. The staff at the Radisson Blu are so friendly and attentive. Everyone was very helpful.
The only reason that I didn’t give the Radisson Blu five stars this time was because our shower was not working properly. The shower head leaked and we had poor pressure, but they started working on the problem as soon as we reported it.
We will definitely go back to Radisson Blu.

The issue I had with the property was the floors were filthy. The tile is beige and it looks partially black. I cleaned a section with a wet paper towel and it cleaned up right away. The problem is, they don’t mop the floors. They only sweep them with a microfiber. Otherwise the rooms are quite comfortable. I really hope Management sees this
and does something about it. It’s a shame.

The attached picture shows on the left the circle I cleaned with a wet paper towel and showed the front desk. They sent someone to clean it two times and after the second time, I took a paper towel again and I cleaned the right side. The difference in the color of the tile and the grout on the right side is obvious. All it takes is a wet mop.

Amazing hotel & surrounding area. All of the staff are helpful and showed their appreciationfor my birthday. My favorite is Jane at the front desk. From check-in, during our stay, and checkout Jane is wonderful to interact with. She is kind & attentive. My king 1 bedroom suite with ocean view & pool view was lovely. This area has lots of restaurants & bars you can walk to. The beach is a 3 minute walk or you can take their shuttle for free. I would definitely stay here again!!! Thanks Radisson Blu Aruba!!!

I have stayed at this property a few times and consider it home away from home. Santos at the front desk is always a welcome sight.
My flights home were cancelled due to the snow storm and had to leave the hotel I started my trip at. I was lucky to be able to book this for my added time there. Unfortunately i over booked this room by one day because I was still locating a new flight. I requested at least a partial refund for the unused day but it was denied.

From the moment we checked-in to the moment we checked-out, our family was speechless with the Radisson Blue Aruba. The location was ideal, the amenities were vast and the staff, exceptional! We were greeted by Peter, who parked our rental car, seamlessly took care of all of our luggage, and then... also provided endless refills of champagne upon arrival! We were checked in by \"J\", who also provided great comic relief and attended to ALL of our needs, and the Concierge, Lisa, was extremely helpful in arranging a '21st' birthday celebration for my twin children and even shared her cell to communicate directly with so that no one would be the wiser. Throughout our 5 night stay, the entire staff never ceased to amaze. The property was beautiful, pristine and offered more than a scenic view. The infinity pool, with sunset & sunrise views, offered delicious poolside meals and drinks. The hotel also had a shuttle to and from their beach, however it was also just a quick walk from the property. The location of the hotel was conveniently located to the other beachside hotels/casinos, restaurants, and shopping. We plan to stay at this property every time we visit Aruba and definitely recommend that you do as well! Thank you Radisson Blu!

Extremely clean. The property was spotless. Very professional helpful staff without exception but leyonarcino went out of his way to help and Jarlips was amazing and helpful on the beach. And also all others. I stayed in many high end places but this place deserves 5 Stars plus for services and cleanness.

EVERYTHING WAS GREAT! The staff that welcomed us to the property were amazing and so welcoming. The check in process was easy and the explanation of the property was very helpful for our navigation around the hotel. Room was very well maintained and clean.
