I really enjoyed the spa definitely some of the best work I’ve had in Bangkok, the staff was so lovely in the lobby and spa, so quick to help, my room was always cleaned extremely fast and everything was always replaced quickly. My room had a bit of a damp smell to it that is my only complaint.

The Hilton was a great place to stay for my April Break. Staff were always ready to jump in and help in any way. The pool was great, and I loved that it stayed open late so I could relax after a long day exploring the city. The breakfast buffet was great and I loved that they switched up things so not all things were the same.

It is a great hotel. Super convenient location. a block or so from Soi Cowboy. 2 blocks or so to the BTS train and Blue Line subway.
Terminal 21 is an awesome mall.
Most comfortable bed and pillow.
Our room has a water damaged floor. nothing bad just a little inconvenience.
The staffs are wonderful.
Really enjoy our stay.

The location is great, very convenient, with plenty of good restaurants nearby, so there's no problem finding food. The room is also very spacious. I would definitely stay here again next time.

I really want to give this location 5 stars, but I believe it was very good, not great overall. Food - good not great; room (suite), very good, not great; room service (cleaning) was outstanding! Front staff and restaurant staff were all great. Location is prime by soi cowboy and lots of restaurants and bars, depending what you are into. They have their own bar/club on the 6th floor that is open very late, like always, keep your eyes open! Very good stay, would stay there again, especially at this price point!

I've stayed at the hotel 3 or 4 times. It's good value for money, nice quiet room, soft bed, nice sauna. I would suggest having only male attendants coming into the sauna during opening times. On each occasion i was undressed, a fenale attendant came in to clean. That could be dangerous for the female workers, as well as embarrassing for the guests.

All aspects of the Hotel were spotlessly clean, in fact immaculate. The highlight was the friendliness of the staff - Thailand is known as the country of smiles but the Hilton staff exemplify this fact. The breakfast was varied and top quality and the staff couldn’t do enough for you. The gym was very well equipped but the swimming pool although of decent length couldn’t really accommodate more than 2 swimmers at one time due to its narrow width. As a result of having to change rooms due to traffic noise we were relocated to a quieter part without any resistance or fuss. The Hilton Asoke is located in a very busy area of Bangkok so next time we will request a much quieter room. The rooms are clean, spacious with plenty of cupboard space with a nice comfortable Super King bed but as like most hotels we had to request extra clothes hangers but again did so without any fuss. The hotel also accommodated our request for early check-in which was appreciated after an early morning arrival. We also ate quite a few meals in the Inblu restaurant on the evening again with a varied menu and again the service was exceptional - a special mention for Benz and Ten who presented us with a Christmas Card which was very much appreciated. Overall a great hotel and more importantly great people - we loved it!

Overall the hotel is perfect on cleanliness and warm service by staffs. As we reach able to check in room immediately without need to wait long. Location need to walk at least 10mins to train with choices of MRT and BTS Asoke. The location is happening during night time especially at night when walk back from train station to hotel area as nearby red district. The buffet choices are limited with not much choices compare to other 4stars hotel.

Nice hotel. Great bed. Breakfast was good but both days most things were lukewarm at best. When I checked out I needed a taxi to go to Centerworld Mall. The Bellboy told me to wait inside while he went to look for a taxi for me. When he came back he told me it was 200 Bath. I told him absolutely not because I paid 650 (plus Toll) from the Airport. Why would he tell me a price when Taxi’s in Bangkok have a meter? I found it extremely fishy. In the end he went outside with me and we grabbed another Taxi which used his meter. I paid 65 Bath to Centerworld.

Housekeeping team might not be up to Hilton standards, placed signage for make up room for first day but room was not made. Second day morning put up same sinage and left early in the morning and came back around 11am but room is not made again.

But glad that there was an upgrade of room, room was big and comfortable.

I found the staff to be amazing but the room was not great. There was a huge stain on the chair and the airconditioning was stuck at one temp, even after the visit from maintenance. Generally I found the hotel to be in need of some upkeep as even the carpet on my floor had stains. My room faced the main road and was very noisy, the windows require some noise proofing.

Hotel is located in the center of Bangkok, 3 minutes walk to public transportation as bts, mrt, right next to Terminal21 with shoppings and foods restaurants. Good breakfast and my room was clean with great view. Recommend for stay on business and holidays.

Two different rooms had water leaks from the ceiling, one from a light fixture and the other in the closet onto my clothing. Thirty dollar dining credit when ceiling leaked over fifteen new items of clothing. Putty, filler, and sealer throughout the rooms indicate that problems have been patched instead of fixed for a very long time. WiFi drops constantly and requires users to sign in several times a day. One of the four elevators permanently out of service, making the wait times infuriating. Since the core of the hotel is not air conditioned, it is a long, hot, humid wait to get to your room. Hotel lost my lounge access for breakfast, and my card key stopped working same day. Lounge is nice, but the offering for cocktail hour are not competitive. Room is adequate, but the bathroom is dank and the closet awkwardly small. Staff are nice, but stuck between a property that has been left to run down and the clients who paid a lot for very sub-par experience. Hotel has good access to public transport and the T21 mall (and Soi Cowboy if you’re into that). Plenty of hotel options in the immediate vicinity, so wait for the “renovations” to complete before staying at this property.

I liked everything but the breakfast and the food for the executive suite at night time the bacon was horrible and the chef making my eggs. Benedict touched my food too much with his hands where he he didn’t have to. and the food on the executive part was always cold. I stay at the Hilton in Pattaya and it’s never like that. It’s fresh.

I know next time I’m not gonna get the breakfast buffet. The bacon was just hard and tasteless and your cooks. When I asked for eggs Benedict touched everything I was uncomfortable, but I never ate it. And even in the executive lounge, the food was cold all the time and the sandwiches tasted like they were made yesterday I’ve been there many times I don’t remember it this bad before and I just came from Pattaya Hilton and it was awesome so maybe just a bad week I’m not sure anyways that’s mine

We paid extra for early check in and late check out but that was not communicated to our hotel by hotels.com, so check in was unpleasant but the kind receptionist let us in our room 30 minutes early. The tv remote didn’t work so we had to sleep with the tv on all night. The blinds also didn’t close all the way & the shower floor had mold.

I enjoyed my stay overall. The room was great and the location is excellent. Breakfast is reasonably priced and good value. Two minor things: on most days it took a while to run the shower before getting hot water; on one day the water was scalding hot. And there was some construction that caused a lot of noise. They only had notices at the check in counter which I did not see until I was checking out. Otherwise I would have planned my days differently to avoid noise when I was trying to rest. But overall I enjoyed my stay and I would definitely stay there again if I come to Bangkok for vacation.

フロントは親切それしか良いとこない。
あとは、最低。部屋に案内されたが、アメニティーはあるがタオル類が一切なし。連絡し、持ってきてもらったが、3泊し全ての日タオルがない。忘れたにしろ、毎回何かしらない。ティッシュの補充や、シャンプー、コンディショナー、ボディソープが補充されてない。宿泊している階は毎回男性清掃員。床のゴミも前日のまま。そのくせしっかり枕元に置いたチップは受取る有様。部屋の壁が薄くて、隣りの部屋での男女の営みが時間関係なく始まり、音漏れが酷すぎ。子供がいたら聴かせたくない。連続2日間、最悪な隣り部屋にあたる。1泊ごとに国籍が違うカップルだった。英語でこの状況をフロントに私が説明できないから諦めた。ただの騒音ならまだしも…やっぱり古いホテルだから仕方ないのか。ソイカウボーイが近いから夜になると、そういった女性が何度かエレベーターに乗ってきたのをみた。ハズレ部屋だった。次回は2度と宿泊しない。駅から近くみえても横断歩道が近くにないから遠回りしないと行けないのも不便だった。
