The property itself was beautiful, and the rooms were spacious, comfortable, and well kept. However, the service was disappointing. There was no help offered with our luggage, and the staff did not explain anything about the property, the amenities, or what activities were available during our stay. When we tried to ask questions at the front desk, the staff member was rude and seemed more focused on her computer than helping us. Overall, the hotel has a lot of potential, but the customer service needs to improve.

One of the best stays we have had. Excelent service, excelent ammenities, very very clean. The food was more than delicious, we had breakfast, lunch and dinner in the same restaurant and love it every time. We got room upgrade and every one was very nice.

El hotel no muestra información precisa en Expedia. Por ejemplo, no señala que la habitación por la que uno paga no está dentro de la hacienda, sino que hay que ir en coche para llegar a la habitación. Mencionan que tienen servicios que no tienen, como el de billar. Y al hacer el check exigen que uno abra la cajuela del coche, y le toman fotos a la misma. Supuestamente para que uno no se robe nada. Eso es una invasión a la privacidad y es invasivo. Pondré una queja ante las instancias competentes. Por último, en el baño solo colocan dos toallas (cuando se trata de una habitación para cuatro personas), un mini envase de shampoo y un mini jabón. Lo cual, evidentemente, es insuficiente.

Me hospede en la parte de los bungalows, los cuelas cuentan con dos camas, baño , frigobar, horno de microndas, cafetera y algunos trastes, esta perfecto para relajarse, el restaurante es muy bueno, la comida tipica es muy rica y en general el servicio es bueno, puede uno acceder a alberca, canchas de tenis y basketball, lo recomiendo para parejas y familias, buen lugar.

En general fue una experiencia interesante, la cuestión es que te \"venden el concepto\" de ex hacienda pulguera, con un museo; resulta que el museo esta en remodelación desde la pandemia y por lo tanto no esta disponible y del pulque nada de nada..
El casco de la hacienda es el lobby y algunas instalaciones; ya las habitaciones propiamente son conjuntos habitacionales anexos.
Están bonitos y es agradable, ya que han conservado las áreas verdes y es muy tranquilo y seguro.
Sin embargo el bungalow que nos toco tenía \"moho\" en la puerta del baño, tanto por dentro como por fuera. Realmente asqueroso.
El buffet del desayuno que ofrecen esta muy bien servido y los alimentos son de calidad y con buen sazón.
El único detalle que notamos es que nos mencionaron que era \"todo incluido\" y cuando pedimos unas \"fresas con crema\" un mesero nos dijo que tenían costo.
Al ir a la mesa de los postres encontramos las \"fresas con crema\" como uno más de los alimentos incluidos en el buffet.

El cuarto decía con vista al campo de golf. Lo cual fue falso. Las ventanas daban al estacionamiento y a un pasillo. Se oye todo lo de los otros cuartos. Ni siquiera te llevan a tu habitación. La habitación no estaba en la Hacienda sino en un fraccionamiento q está afuera ...solo si vas a jugar golf puedes tener una buena experiencia
