We booked the Hard Rock Hotel at the very last minute, and it turned out to be the best decision we could have made. Every member of staff was consistently kind, welcoming, and attentive — not only to us but also to our dog, which made the stay even more special.
The beds are incredibly comfortable, with high-quality sheets and pillows that make for a perfect night’s sleep. The water pressure in the shower was excellent as well — a small detail that really made a difference after long days exploring the city.
The only minor suggestion would be to add more places to hang used towels in the bathroom.
Overall, we felt truly comfortable, well looked after, and genuinely welcomed throughout our stay. A big thank you to the entire team and the General Manager for a job very well done!

Best shower I’ve ever used! There will be stories written about it someday. The room was clean, bed soft. The staff was awesome… now the reason it didn’t get a 5. The noise, you’re not going to bed before midnight. It has an open atrium that amplifies the noise in the bar and you won’t be able to sleep until midnight when it stops. The food was also ok, overpriced for the quality. Save your money and eat at one of the several restaurants in the area. It was a safe clean stay. I would stay there again, knowing what I know. Very easy 5 min. Walk to the train station.

TV, AC, everything there worked just fine. We didn’t eat at the restaurant or bar there but there were always people sitting down and it was a nice environment to come back to.

Gabriela was so friendly, helpful and a pure delight to work with but the remainder of the staff was equally as friendly and helpful. The room was clean and esthetically pleasing. The food and drinks were good! The location? Not the greatest but it’s walkable. Overall, it’s a very nice place so stay and the team makes it all worth while!

The staff were wonderful, and our 6th floor garden facing room was quiet and spacious. The bed was super comfortable, and the room was really clean. The hotel is very close to the Atosha train station and many museums and gardens. We only stayed one night but would consider staying there again if we come back to Madrid. Only downside was the expensive breakfasts.

This is my go to hotel whenever I’m in Madrid, it never disappoints. Monica, Samuel, Destiny, Pablo, Julia, and Juan (and the rest of the team, sorry I can’t remember everyone’s names) consistently go above and beyond to make our stay smooth and enjoyable.
Also, the shows are really great. There’s entertainment every time, live bands and new talents too. Shoutout to Ana Camila & Destiny, and Soul Drivers for a fantastic performance as always. I highly recommend this hotel!

This was poor for a Hard Rock Hotel, it’s small, noisy (considering HR prides itself on soundproof rooms) very limited amenities, small dining area, shared ground floor lobby for all activities leads to a cold space (supplemental heating all around restaurant).

We enjoyed our stay. We were upsold a ‘city view’ room but basically that faced the street rather than the inner part of the hotel. Maybe suited for the summer but it wasn’t worth it for winter. The view from the 5th floor isn’t high enough to see the city. The room was spacious. The bathroom was pod style with separate bathroom and shower room with frosted glass as you enter. The hotel is located near Atocha train station and an easy journey to Toledo.

She indicated elevators did exist but it is for wheelchair bound or other persons with mobility issues (that can be observed). I ended up dropping my food on the stairs outside of the hotel when I got tangled up.
