This hotel was super clean. The rooms are a bit on the smaller side but well kept and clean.
The menu at the restaurant was a bit small also but the food was good. They also offered a buffet style breakfast daily at a small cost. The atmosphere of the property was lovely with World Cup games at the lobby bar and light music. The front desk staff were helping with things like recommendations and so on.

Excellent hotel with a very central location, attentive and friendly staff and beautiful amenities. Stayed here with my partner for our anniversary trip and the staff made everything feel welcoming and smooth at check in and prepared a little surprise for us. I would recommend and stay here again!! We came to Madrid for a milestone birthday. We had isueswith room. No upgrade. The staff tried to sell upgrade to suite for $400 per night. If I booked with Expedia it would have been $100 extra per night. The staff try to do what they can, they were pleasant. I had no issues with staff.
The room is configured wierd, the sink is in the room and not close to the bathroom. You have to walk across the room to wash your hands. The walls are so thin I can hear loud snoring in the next door room. We asked to be moved, I did not have sleep at all. They did move us to a higher floor which was better. The hotel was okay,after our experience at Hard Rock Maldives I wanted to frequent Hard Rock. I was disappointed with this hotel. There are good things. The size of the room is good. It was clean. They gave me a cake on my birthday. The staff were helpful, we asked for robes and slippers and they did provide.
I was disappointed with room service. My husband called intermittently for 30 min and no answer. He called front desk they stated theywill call back, no call back. 15 min later my husband calls them back, after 5 minutes room service calls back, apologizes states that the music was so loud they did not hear the phone. The food was not good.
The breakfast was good. You can order omelettes etc made to order. The location is very close to train station. Uber is available. Walking distance to Reina Sofia and Prado.

I want to thank the staff that helped us move rooms.

Hard Rock Madrid was located near many cafes and sights. Room were average size and staff was excellent! Food selection was limited, but breakfast had plenty to choose from. Our room by the street was noisy at times, but not too bad at night. Staff were great!

The staff at this hotel are very friendly and polite. They really made a difference to our stay. The hotel was nice and was kept very clean. This hotel would be great for lively couples or friends.
Our disappointment was the noise level throughout the hotel. It was impossible to get any peace at all, including in our room. Since discovering it was an autism friendly hotel, we had high hopes. On arrival our son recieved an autism friendly gift bag, which was so kind and thoughtful. This really made such a difference to us, and it was highly appreciated.
We requested a quiet room ahead of time and expressed our concerns regarding noise because we have an autistic son. At no point did the hotel inform us that this hotel would not be suitable. The way the hotel is set up, there is no way to escape the noise throughout this hotel. My son was upset and crying until the music stopped at 11pm every night. We were told that we have the quietest room in the hotel. I don't suffer from noise sensitivity myself, but I also struggled with the noise and found this frustrating. Its not a bad hotel, it just wasn't suitable for us. I just wished that the staff members could have informed us beforehand when I expressed concerns.

We had such a great stay here! The location was perfect, super central for where we needed to be. It’s right across from a museum, with so many delicious restaurants just steps away. The staff was kind and welcoming from the moment we arrived.

Our room was very clean and spacious. And it was cleaned daily, which we really appreciated. They also provided complimentary water every day and even gave us a plug adapter when I realized I forgot mine, seriously a lifesaver lol.

Another huge plus was finding a room with a king bed, which surprisingly wasn’t easy during our trip. Overall, such a comfortable and convenient stay. Would absolutely stay here again!

Great location walkable to the train station and many restaurants/shopping. Room was well-designed and bed was incredibly comfortable. Room was very quiet even though it looked like the hotel was very busy. Front desk staff was very welcoming upon arrival. Our only issue was that when our room was serviced, Housekeeping didn’t replenish used items like teabags, coffee cups, etc.

Hard Rock Madrid was located in a great area, still accessible to all the tourism but far enough from the crowds. The food was good and the staff was helpful. They placed us in the quiet area of the hotel which was nice. Rooms are a bit small and There is no ramp for your luggage, that would be my only concern.

Very clean and modern hotel close to the train station and 20mins walk from the major attractions. Roof top bar is large with a nice city view. Buffet breakfast had everything you might want including items made to order. Room was spacious with a funky layout. We enjoyed our stay and would return.

Always like to stop at a Hard Rock however this was a first time at this hotel on Madrid. Location is everything when traveling & this property\"s locale is not great. It was necessary to walk miles or get transportation to the happening areas.
Hotel breakfast was OK but again property not near any other eating establishments.

Good location, with a 15 minute walk into the heart of Madrid and where all the shops and restaurants are. However, there are many other shops and cafes en-route.

The hotel is clean, has a good vibe and classic rooms are fairly decent size. The gym is small but serves the purpose, the adjacent swimming pool is small (did not use it) and is adjacent to the deck chairs in a pleasant sun area.

Nearby public transport is excellent, within easy reach and allows you to reach various ends of Madrid within about 30 minutes or so.

This is a very clean, boutique Hard Rock Hotel. It is smaller than other locations, however the staff, decor and the fact you can borrow a guitar during your visit makes this a memorable stay.
The food was good, shops are approx 15mins walk away, the main Atocha train station is close by.
The gym was a little underwhelming, but we walked so much of the city that we probably would never had made it for a session anyway! The rooftop bar had an excellent vibe, staff very attentive and excellent customer service.
Extra shoutout to the Guest Experience team who went out their way to make my daughter's 21st bday special: we had some lovely sweet treats to enjoy. The team also helped booking a fabulous Flamenco show which we would highly recommend. Overall this was a 10/10 for Hard Rock Hotel Madrid! Thank you!

We had a great stay at this hotel. The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, making it easy to relax after a busy day. The hotel was quite lively and full of tourists, which created a fun atmosphere, and the staff were always helpful and attentive despite how busy it was.

The main lobby always had activities going on, and one highlight was getting to watch an Atlético Madrid match on the projector—it made for a really fun and memorable experience. The taxi service at the hotel was reliable and convenient, and we always felt safe during our stay. Plus, the location was great, with plenty of restaurants within easy walking distance so we had time to explore Madrid.

Only negative was that the pool was not open as it opens on the 1st of May so keep that in mind but there is a great patio upstairs for you to enjoy. Overall, a very enjoyable stay and a great choice for travellers looking for a lively and well-located hotel.

We had a great stay at the Hard Rock Hotel in Madrid. The property feels very new and well-maintained, and everything was exceptionally clean. The lobby has a vibrant, energetic atmosphere that really sets the tone when you arrive. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay, which made the experience even better.

The rooms were comfortable and thoughtfully designed. The beds were especially cozy, and the bathrooms were spacious with a very nice overall decor.

A couple of small things could be improved. It would have been nice to have complimentary water provided in the room, and the glass doors in the bathroom were not very practical for a family stay, as they don’t offer much privacy.

The previous occupant smoked in the room and all the hotel did was spray perfume to mask the smell and the cigarette smell became evident at night when the perfume smell wore off. I also found cigarette butts near and outside the window and took photos as evidence. Upon check out, the reception staff did not offer any discounts or even an apology. The plus side is that the guy at check in and the breakfast lady were very friendly and helpful.

The experience was so memorable that I ended up staying here twice during my trip—that says it all.

The location is fantastic: close to everything, just steps from Atocha, with multiple metro stations nearby (Embajadores and Estación del Arte are both within an 8-minute walk). If you’re planning to rent a car, there’s even a Sixt office right across the street, which is very convenient.

The service is exceptional, the rooms are very comfortable, and the hotel offers great amenities including parking, a gym, a pool, and a fantastic terrace and rooftop area. Room service was quick, and the food was consistently delicious.

Overall, an excellent experience in Madrid. I would definitely stay here again.

This hotel was amazing. The staff is incredibly nice and accommodating. The facilities and rooms are spotless and comfortable. The highlight is the breakfast buffet. Amazing stuff.

Location-wise, you’re fairly close to most spots; the Retiro and Prado are a mere 10 min walk.

We will definitely be back here when in Madrid.
