The hotel's design is nice, but it's not functional, especially the bathrooms. The noise at night is unbearable because the bars in the area are constantly blaring from 10 pm until 8 am the next day. The staff wasn't very friendly and didn't offer solutions for problems they couldn't solve.

I love the cold/hot water machine on my floor.
The area was generally quiet with occasionally drunk people screaming at night. The noise was bad on Friday night ans I was surprised to see crowds of people in early morning of Saturday. It seems the crowds might have party all night and remained in the hotel area till morning.

The hotel is located not far from the train station and very easy to get around to main attractions. The staff were friendly and the breakfast had excellent choices. Also, there was a machine in each floor to get filtered cold water which we appreciated. If your room is facing the main street, it can be noisy on Saturday nights. Overall, we recommend the hotel to anyone.

On checking in they tried to give us a basic room which wasn't right as we had booked a superior terraced room. When we got to our room eventually it was made up for one person not two.
The maid kept the room clean but very hit and miss if you got tea or coffee.We asked for an extra cup, milk and coffee it vexed the man delivering.
The breakfast wasn't the best and the women worked very hard in the breakfast room . Lots of the crockery was chipped.
We intended to eat in the restaurant on our last night and the had a function unusual in my experience they hadn't made another room available all that was available was snacks in the bar.
If it was selling itself as a cheap hotel you would make allowances but it isn't. We were told that we couldn't use our Radisson points nor the promotion that Expedia gave us as we didn't book directly with the hotel.

The room was spacious, good air conditioning and convenient location. Close to museums, Atocha train station and public transportation. The front desk staff extremely helpful. My rating was impacted by the poor service at the hotel restaurant and rooftop bar.

There was trash left in a can in my room. Mattress comfortable but pillows were ultra thin. Nice room overall. Not super soundproof. Staff was ok but not the most helpful. Parking is not with the hotel, you have to find one around that is not full. Very expensive.

Room was great, modern feel and comfortable in all areas that you would expect from a city hotel. The Breakfast was a disappointment, stayed at many hotels over the years and this breakfast is not worth adding to your costs. Lots of places to get food on the doorstep of the hotel so thats a better option. I usually don't mind paying for hotel breakfast for the convenience with kids but this was poor overall.

Beautiful hotel and very well located. We walked to La Puerta de Alcalá, Plaza mayor and Plaza del Sol. Many restaurants close by, and the Atocha train station is also about a couple of blocks away from the hotel.

Great location, easy access to the metro and Atocha station. Walking distances to lots of great bars restaurants and the main attractions etc.

Good breakfast choice and the filtered water refills on each floor are welcome amenity

It is well located for a visit to the Reina Sofia and the Prato. There are a lot of staff but they do not seem well organized or effective as a team. A few were quite helpful. One was out and out rude. The breakfast is quite standard but the coffee machines malfunction regularly. The decor is strange, perhaps aiming to look trendy. I liked the availability of filtered water to save on water bottles.

Well........this place was just \"ok\" with us. I don't want to bash them but walking in from the street was a bit underwhelming. The ground floor colors and appointments were kind of dreary. It did not make you feel happpy booking your next several days in Madrid there. Brighten this place up!
Breakfast offerings were not so good. I will focus on the fresh fruit that did not look fresh. Not appealing at all.
The staff were all helpful and friendly. Hope this info helps you.

no tenian la habitacion lista a la hora de llegada. nadie que ayudara con las maletas. el lobby del hotel con demasiadas personas, supuestamente iban a dar una king bed con un sofa bed y termino siendo dos single beds con un sofa bed. no microondas. y las paredes pintadas de negro definitivamente son de muy mal gusto.

Great central location near El Retiro Park and Botanic Gardens, the Prado and Reina Sofia museums and the Atocha train station. Nice, clean room on high floor overlooking the Calle de Atocha so lots to look at although it can be a bit noisy at night like any city.

The hotel was fine, but wouldn’t go back there.

We stayed on the second floor which was very noisy every night, you could hear everyone walking around the floor and talking. In addition, the beds were incredibly uncomfortable, the pillows were very soft and didn’t support you very well. The room was not cleaned on the first night of our stay and we had to ask for more towels etc. Finally, we tried the breakfast on the last day and it was atrocious - 25 euro pp for a lukewarm breakfast with very little choice.

The lobby gives a great first impression - it looks clean, modern, and well maintained. Unfortunately, that's where the positive experience ends. The hallways are dark, depressing, and poorly lit, with outdated and unattractive decor that feels neglected rather than welcoming.
The biggest issue was cleanliness. There were small cockroaches throughout the bedroom, which is completely unacceptable for any hotel, let alone one claiming to be a four-star property. Cleanliness is non-negotiable, and this alone should disqualify it from any higher rating.
The air conditioning unit ran constantly and made loud, disruptive noise, making it difficult to rest properly.

The room itself was fine but the entire side of the hotel that is next to the Teatro Kapital (a night club that opens at midnight) is SO LOUD between midnight and 6am. I was woken up every night at midnight and things didn't quiet down until the morning. So take ear plugs as it's not really the hotel's fault and there isn't much that can be done.

Unfortunately we couldn’t sleep because it’s located near a nightclub and our room was in the corner. We heard lots of scream and singing.
They should have not gave us that room we were a family with 2 kids.
They should have told us or asked us.
If we were a young couple who was going to the clubs it wouldn’t matter but 2 kids waking up from screaming in the streets.
Next was the bathroom issue. So I got a 1 bedroom suit but I got no walls and open concept bathrooms where you had no privacy.
I don’t think it’s for families.

It is one of your best option to enjoy Madrid,
it is walkable to 3 major museums and Central Park.
Hotel offer good condition of room with huge bathroom which are so cozy and clean.
It is near good restaurant and easy to access franchised restaurants if you needed.

The overall stay was good but there are two main negative things:
1. The glass windows are not sound proof properly. We were on the 7th floor and we were woken up by crowd noises on the street at 3AM. We could hear everything.
2. The sofa bed that we asked for needs replacement. I had lower back pain in the morning because it was like sleeping on uneven steel beams.

The place was really noisy and unwelcoming when I arrived. They have an event taking over the whole of the ground floor with the reception desk just being a person in a stand next to the lift. It didn’t scream to me 4 *
Additionally, they write welcoming note with the room name so I was concerned they gave me the wrong room. More importantly, I have tried to contact them because I left something behind and it has been impossible, no by phone or email.

My experience during this stay was very disappointing. The room was not properly cleaned, and despite booking for four people, we were only provided with two towels. I called to request additional coffee pods for the in-room machine and was told they would be brought up, but they never arrived.
On top of that, the rooftop—which was one of the main reasons I chose this hotel—was completely inaccessible for both days of my stay due to a “private event” that lasted all day and night. This was never communicated beforehand, and it significantly impacted the overall experience.
For the price and expectations, the service and accommodations fell far below what they should be. I wouldn’t stay here again.

The hotel is very close to many attractions including Museo Del Prado and Museo Reina Sofia we planned to visit. It is also steps away from a subway station. There are plenty of food choices around. The hotel is modern, service very good. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Awful night with construction sound day and night. Had terrible head with the loud annoying sounds. Also we left the room like 3pm afternoon. The room didn't get clean at all after we back. Called the front desk that responded housekeeping off work at 5pm. Well, the hotel shows 4 stars when we booking. But you can expect 3 stars maximum. No service at all.

Clean room, breakfast buffet was easily accessible but eggs made to order is not part of the buffet. Service was good in reception area but could improve in the restaurant. There was a recently hired employee who gave good service and really made an effort to assist us. Wish I could remember his name. The club next to the hotel has a retracting roof and it was on and off noisy all night until the club closed. Our room was right next to the club which made it hard to get a good nights sleep on Friday and Saturday night. Lol.

Overall it was a good stay, we liked the decorations/vibe of the hotel and our suite was very roomy. The closeness to a lot of tourist sites and dining was great, we walked everywhere!

Our stay was quite uncomfortable. The bed was very hard, and we woke up each morning with sore shoulders and backs. The toilet seat had black hair stuck in its crevices, which was unhygienic. The closet was filled with storage items labeled for a different room, making it unusable. Additionally, the shower did not drain properly, causing water to flow across the entire bathroom floor.
