The hotel was fine, but wouldn’t go back there.

We stayed on the second floor which was very noisy every night, you could hear everyone walking around the floor and talking. In addition, the beds were incredibly uncomfortable, the pillows were very soft and didn’t support you very well. The room was not cleaned on the first night of our stay and we had to ask for more towels etc. Finally, we tried the breakfast on the last day and it was atrocious - 25 euro pp for a lukewarm breakfast with very little choice.

The lobby gives a great first impression - it looks clean, modern, and well maintained. Unfortunately, that's where the positive experience ends. The hallways are dark, depressing, and poorly lit, with outdated and unattractive decor that feels neglected rather than welcoming.
The biggest issue was cleanliness. There were small cockroaches throughout the bedroom, which is completely unacceptable for any hotel, let alone one claiming to be a four-star property. Cleanliness is non-negotiable, and this alone should disqualify it from any higher rating.
The air conditioning unit ran constantly and made loud, disruptive noise, making it difficult to rest properly.

The room itself was fine but the entire side of the hotel that is next to the Teatro Kapital (a night club that opens at midnight) is SO LOUD between midnight and 6am. I was woken up every night at midnight and things didn't quiet down until the morning. So take ear plugs as it's not really the hotel's fault and there isn't much that can be done.

Unfortunately we couldn’t sleep because it’s located near a nightclub and our room was in the corner. We heard lots of scream and singing.
They should have not gave us that room we were a family with 2 kids.
They should have told us or asked us.
If we were a young couple who was going to the clubs it wouldn’t matter but 2 kids waking up from screaming in the streets.
Next was the bathroom issue. So I got a 1 bedroom suit but I got no walls and open concept bathrooms where you had no privacy.
I don’t think it’s for families.

It is one of your best option to enjoy Madrid,
it is walkable to 3 major museums and Central Park.
Hotel offer good condition of room with huge bathroom which are so cozy and clean.
It is near good restaurant and easy to access franchised restaurants if you needed.

Clean rooms, nice bathroom and decor. Rooftop was open but no staff. Lobby was nice. Overall staff was nice. If looking to stay close to park then great location, otherwise some walk to get to some of the central streets. Side streets and tapas bars were thee best, about 1km away.

Great location. Good gym with full sets of dumbbells and a Smith machine. Good size bathroom. A little noisy at night with the night life, but comes with the territory I suppose. I’d stay again if I’m in Madrid.

The overall stay was good but there are two main negative things:
1. The glass windows are not sound proof properly. We were on the 7th floor and we were woken up by crowd noises on the street at 3AM. We could hear everything.
2. The sofa bed that we asked for needs replacement. I had lower back pain in the morning because it was like sleeping on uneven steel beams.

The place was really noisy and unwelcoming when I arrived. They have an event taking over the whole of the ground floor with the reception desk just being a person in a stand next to the lift. It didn’t scream to me 4 *
Additionally, they write welcoming note with the room name so I was concerned they gave me the wrong room. More importantly, I have tried to contact them because I left something behind and it has been impossible, no by phone or email.

My experience during this stay was very disappointing. The room was not properly cleaned, and despite booking for four people, we were only provided with two towels. I called to request additional coffee pods for the in-room machine and was told they would be brought up, but they never arrived.
On top of that, the rooftop—which was one of the main reasons I chose this hotel—was completely inaccessible for both days of my stay due to a “private event” that lasted all day and night. This was never communicated beforehand, and it significantly impacted the overall experience.
For the price and expectations, the service and accommodations fell far below what they should be. I wouldn’t stay here again.

The hotel is very close to many attractions including Museo Del Prado and Museo Reina Sofia we planned to visit. It is also steps away from a subway station. There are plenty of food choices around. The hotel is modern, service very good. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Awful night with construction sound day and night. Had terrible head with the loud annoying sounds. Also we left the room like 3pm afternoon. The room didn't get clean at all after we back. Called the front desk that responded housekeeping off work at 5pm. Well, the hotel shows 4 stars when we booking. But you can expect 3 stars maximum. No service at all.

Clean room, breakfast buffet was easily accessible but eggs made to order is not part of the buffet. Service was good in reception area but could improve in the restaurant. There was a recently hired employee who gave good service and really made an effort to assist us. Wish I could remember his name. The club next to the hotel has a retracting roof and it was on and off noisy all night until the club closed. Our room was right next to the club which made it hard to get a good nights sleep on Friday and Saturday night. Lol.

Overall it was a good stay, we liked the decorations/vibe of the hotel and our suite was very roomy. The closeness to a lot of tourist sites and dining was great, we walked everywhere!

Our stay was quite uncomfortable. The bed was very hard, and we woke up each morning with sore shoulders and backs. The toilet seat had black hair stuck in its crevices, which was unhygienic. The closet was filled with storage items labeled for a different room, making it unusable. Additionally, the shower did not drain properly, causing water to flow across the entire bathroom floor.

We only stayed for one night, but check-in was relatively smooth. The hotel has a very hip, stylish vibe, and our room was spacious—it definitely felt comfortable for our family. The only small drawback is that its proximity to the nightlife meant we could hear street noise. This might not be ideal if you're an early or light sleeper.

I arrived exhausted in the middle of tha National Holiday in Spain very early for check in. As soon as I entered it was quiet & civilized & the staff was all welcoming. Wojtek at the front desk told me that no room was available but that he would email me as soon as one was. I went to have breakfast and he came & found me to say my room was ready! I will certainly stay there again & will recommend it to others traveling to Madrid.

The hotel is in a great area, in walking distance to everything. Our room was a premium room on the 1st floor it is quite dark as it looks to the courtyard but is very quit, the size is decent although not really suitable for anything else then sleeping if your traveling with a child.

The hotel was good overall. The room we ordered smelled like smoke, which was a big turn off for us. However, the location of the hotel was perfect for a quick trip in and out of Madrid. And, the reception and desk clerks were all quick to offer suggestions on how to move about the city to see the big sites.

Check-in was smooth and welcoming, with Xavier at reception friendly, helpful, and efficient. The lobby is quirky and trendy, though so dimly lit it felt like they hadn’t paid the electricity bill.

Our double room on a high floor continued the quirky theme. Practical for two, though too dark for a longer stay. The room was cool with simple controls, a comfortable large bed, smart TV, coffee machine and kettle (but only glasses, no cups), complimentary water, and a minibar with a single bottle. Water filling stations on each landing were useful. The bathroom was a good size with a walk-in shower and wall-mounted toiletries. Overall, clean and well equipped, with extras like a clothes steamer and hidden safe.

Breakfast was appalling and ruined the stay. Despite booking “Full Breakfast,” many items including eggs were chargeable. Only the buffet plus bacon, tomatoes and liquid scrambled eggs were included. The buffet itself was fine (cereals, pastries, breads, meats, cheeses, fruit, gluten-free and milk options), but hygiene and service were dreadful. Tables had debris from the night before, and cutlery, plates, glasses and cups often showed remnants of previous use. It was disgusting. Staff wandered aimlessly, failed to clear tables or replenish food, and seemed untrained in basic service.

While check-in and the room were positives, the filthy breakfast and indifferent staff overshadowed everything. We would not return.

Very nice hotel with a great location. Walking distance to many of the best attractions of Madrid (museums, parks, and plazas). Dinning options were limited to a breakfast buffet in the morning and at the lobby in the afternoon. One restaurant opened only during the weekend but it was not attractive to us. Beds were very comfortable and the room was well laid out. The hotel is close enough to all the good attractions but not too close to the crowds of Gran Vía or Plaza Mayor (although you can walk to both). Definitely recommended!
