Good value for money. Friendly staff and great breakfast. Very clean and good bathrooms-beds are small but comfortable. Some parts of the decor were a bit tatty. Reception is not manned 24/7 and this caused us and a number of other guests problems with obtaining the access code out of hours. All instructions and voice messages were in Swedish which makes life difficult for tourists. We would go back as there is easy bus access to Stockholm center.

Det var renovering när vi var där och frukosten var flyttad och var riktigt tråkig. Frukt och grönt var inte nyskuret och det fanns väldigt lite att välja på, framförallt för mig som inte äter kött. Rummet var litet och sängen satt inte ihop utan delade sig hela tiden. Badrummet var fint och fräscht. Men det var inte värt pengarna!

Vi klarade inte att dra ner mörkläggningsgardinen men sov gott i alla fall. Personalen mycket trevlig. De förklarade för oss hur vi enklast kunde ta oss till busshållplatsen för buss 467. Mukava majapaikka kauniilla sijainnilla. Viihdyimme erinomaisesti. Miinusta siitä, että parivuoteessa oli kaksi sijauspatjaa yhden sijaan, joka ei ollut niin mukavaa nukkuessa. Vi hade oturen att få ett dubbelrum med snedtak. Rummet är från början litet och med snedtak blev det ännu mindre. Man slog i huvudet ett flertal gånger och då är bägge bara drygt 170cm. Det hade väl inte spelat någon roll för bara en natt men vi var där torsdag till söndag. Där fanns två mindre stolar som mer hade passat på en camping så det blev att man satt på sängen. Där man skulle hänga kläder var det också snedtak så där stod en låg ställning och man fick kröka rygg för att stå där. Rummet städades inte på hela vistelsen. Nu var det här under midsommarhelgen men betalar man fullpris så förväntar man sig full service. Restaurangen var stängd, receptionen oftast obemannad, så folk gick till Hemköp och handlade från salladsbaren för att få i sig någon mat. Ingen minibar på rummet så man kunde inte handla mat från Hemköp som kunde förvaras. Med vår upplevelse (med reservation för midsommar) så har detta stället passerat bäst före datum.

Ilmainen pysäköinti hotellin vieraille oli viereisen supermarketin P-alueella, joka kesäisin voi olla ruuhkainen ja vapaata paikkaa voi joutua odottamaan. Plussaa että aamiaislaatikko järjestyi, lähdimme ennen aamiaistarjoilun alkamista. Aikainen sisäänkirjautuminenkin onnistui hotellista pyytämällä.

Lite dålig skyltning att dom har bytt ställe på front desk. Rummet var pyttelitet men väldigt bekvämt och trevlig badrum. Relativt tyst även om jag hade rummet närmast trappan. Frukosten stänger kl 09.00 vilket är minst sagt besynnerligt. Också besynnerligt att check out är kl 10.00. Prissättningen är alldeles för hög om man tittat på kvalitet och alla obekväma tider och om man jämför med tex Vaxholms hotell och konkurrenter i Hammarbyhamnen så det blir nog att jag inte kommer tillbaks. Tyvärr.

Personligt och vänligt bemötande, vi hade bokat med poäng från Hotels.com, och det innebar ett rum som inte var renoverat. Vi fick nyckeln till det och ett finare rum, så fick vi gå och välja vilket vi ville ha, och för 200 kr kunde vi uppgradera till ett renoverat rum. Väldigt mysig innergård, där hotellet restaurang ligger. Bra frukost i mysig miljö. Hotellet ligger väldigt fint nära Gustavsbergs hamn
