It's an OK option. Only about 20 minutes by public transport from the central part, in a quiet residential area.

Our room was spacious, bed linen clean. The window was small and overlooking other parts of the building and a boring roof.

Unfortunately, air-conditioning was stuck on 22 degrees, which was a bit too warm and dry, and it was not possible to.adjust it or switch it off. The little kitchen was equipped, and we only had to buy dishwasher tablets and coffee filters. The bathroom was not as nice: the toilet smelt, although looked clean. The shower was just about working, but the water flow was quite weak.

Rooms are large and balcony is nice. Having a kitchen is convenient. Not really close to main Stockholm. Cold walks to tram or waits for longer waits for buses. Breakfast is decent with some dietary options. Could have more variety. Late evening staff was friendly. Otherwise staff was terribly unkind and unhelpful. Our keys ceased working
twice before checkout. Staff not forthright about why. Day staff never smiles and talks in other language probably about us. They charge for everything. One hour late checkout, charge, gym, charge, more towels, charge. Walls are paper thin. Really bad. Hallways icky and stale and old. Beds were terrible. The double bed had nothing holding the two twins together. Bed on wood floor. We fell between cracks of the bed EVERY night. Not enough bedding for the cold winter. Tiny pillows. Tiny old towels. Soap and shampoo was atrocious. No good snacks and really nothing open nearby. Would not stay here again and would not recommend! The waiter in the breakfast was uber kind. The NYE overnight staff was super kind. Those are really the only gems of the place. We were definitely the only Americans there and very certainly felt judged and unwelcome.

There were no blackout curtains as advertised. The curtains were too thin. The mattress was too soft and not comfortable. In the morning, you could hear the constant slamming of the hallway doors. The property is not close to anything except a supermarket and a sushi place. The place is clean, and the unit is large.

Only issue is the curtains are not proper block-out, so an eye mask is necessary in spring-summer if you need.

Thecshosers dix not drain as the floors were pitched incorrectly as admitted by the staff. One of the showers had faulty and valve controls which scalded my partner.
No clear instructions on how to operate appliances, the beds were hard as stone and very uncomfortable. We were forced to leave because we exlectdd very littld to changd even if offered other rooms so oit of a twelve day stay we had three beforr we checked out. This was a very expensive cost wigh no return in value. Never again.

Quiet location, great city links, super clean

Very clean, super friendly staff, great breakfast options, very comfy bed. Easy to navigate. Several bus stations close by. Quiet location. Plenty of food options around. Hotel put up a cot for our little one upon request. The studios come with washing up liquid and sponge which was great, no toiletries apart from hair/body wash on the wall which was fine. Would happily stay again! Only thing I would say is some of the rooms have a view of an office, so privacy out these windows isn’t great if you want the curtains open (stayed in 551, studio large which was huge), so recommend asking for a view if this is an issue for you.

Disappointing Stay with Poor Cleanliness and False

Pros:
+ The room comes with a kitchen, allowing you to prepare your own breakfast.
+ Spacious bathroom.
+ Breakfast can be ordered for an additional €15 per person.

Cons:
- The hotel is located in a more remote area, with no grocery stores, cafes, or metro stations nearby, so you’ll need to walk quite a bit to get to any amenities.
- The hotel itself is extremely unclean and poorly maintained. The bed was made with torn sheets, large trash was found behind the nightstand, the table in the room was sticky, and there were glitter pieces scattered around the bathroom, left behind by previous guests.
- The breakfast selection was minimal and of low quality, and the coffee was absolutely terrible.
- During our stay, there was ongoing renovation work that made it impossible to get any sleep, and the staff kept lying at the front desk, claiming there was an unexpected water pipe issue that would be fixed soon. However, we saw construction workers both when we arrived and as we were leaving, so it's clear they were just making excuses.

This was my 4th stay at the property. Its exactly what you want in an extended stay hotel. Comfortable with a well equipped kitchen. Both restaurants and grocery stores nearby. The area is relatively quiet and has some good trails to walk or run if you enjoy being outdoors.

Well maintained apartment hotel close to ferry terminals and within walking distance (around 15 minutes) to parts of the Djugarden parklands and some of the museums. Great access to SL transport options (bus and tunnelbana).

A lovely place to stay. Convenient with pleasant staff in all departments and a varied breakfast offering too. The accommodation is clean, spacious and well stocked with kitchen items for self catering.

Last minute surprise

Our travel plans took a quick turn from originally going to India to changing to going to Sweden instead...long story...but we had very little time to completely refigure and rebook a week-long vacation. We were so glad we found Biz Apartment Gardet with such short notice. Very nice studio apart-hotel, much more space than you would normally get in a regular hotel room. Plenty of space and storage for luggage and shopping, wonderfully comfortable bed, very cute and functional kitchen, and really nicely done bathroom, really enjoyed the heated floors on those chilly Sweden mornings while taking a shower! We were warned that housekeeping only came like once a week unless requested but the front desk always had whatever we needed in a pinch. Staff all spoke excellent english and everyone was very friendly and always helpful. Beautiful 10 minute walk to the subway, which is puts america's subways so shame, and a quick 10 minute ride to downtown Stockholm. Definitely buy the SL card because it was amazing just being able to hop on subways, buses, water ferrys anywhere you wanted to go. We're definitely coming back to Stockholm and this location is going to be top of our list for checking on places to stay again!

Great price - value. Nice terrace, spacious and clean. Unfortunately the toaster was causing that the electricity went off twice, which they fixed immediately. It would have been nice to have essentials like salt and pepper, and more kitchen utensils if there was something to improve. We enjoyed our stay.

I booked the hotel as I was attending a conference at a venue nearby. When I arrived, the room was clean and tidy, but soon after I had to deal with a couple of series issues. First of all, I was persuaded by a man at reception to include breakfast to my reservation because “we have an amazing buffet.” When I went to the restaurant for breakfast, there was no coffee left and no one seemed to be in any hurry to make it as I had to wait a good 30 minutes for a very watery espresso. All the food available was bacon, eggs and meatballs: pretty much nothing else apart from bread and a lonely bowl of fruit. Slightly disappointed, I went to the conference and when I returned to check out, I found a guy in my room fixing a leak from the fridge. Most importantly, the room was completely cleaned up and all my belongings were gone (luckily I had most of the stuff with me, but my phone charger has gone forever). When I asked for an explanation, I was told very firmly that the hotel has no system to check whether a guest has left and, therefore, they clean the rooms at exactly the time a guest is supposed to leave (this conversation took place at 1:15 pm and my checkout time was 15 minutes earlier). According to the person I have spoken to, several guests also leave the hotel without returning their keys.

The location is a bit out of the way for seeing the city center, but if you need to stay in Stockholm on business for awhile, then you may prefer this location. There is a grocery store next door and a large park 1/2 block away. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom had a nice shower, and there is a large balcony to enjoy the fresh air.

The staff are very helpful and polite, nothing was too much for them to do, but we found this in most of Stockholm. Breakfast was a good choice and the room was big enough and had everything we needed. It’s a vehicle journey or a 30-40 walk into the centre which we did instead of getting constant taxis which can be costly, but there is a bus stop very close by if you want to try that. There is a shop next door which the hotel gives you a card to use if you want anything, the prices in there were very very reasonable but some things are bulk buy. Over all, we can’t fault this place

It was a great apartment, out of Centre of City so if you don't want to walk or use public Transport its not for you, no bars or restaurants nearby as it's within a residential area, had a supermarket next door so you could get food and drink there and a very good kitchen so you could cook. The Staff were very helpful and the Breakfast was AWESOME.

Good size room, helpful staff. The condition of the room wasn't great, there were broken pieces of trim and scuff marks on the walls. The first room had a door that wouldn't even close. 2nd room was better, but a lot of noise. Bed was uncomfortable and so I didn't get great sleep. Close to busses, but not very convenient to subway.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Biz Gardet, and felt it was a great value The bus stop to central Stockholm is very close, the metro stop not far and close by bus. There is a large green park area nearby. Our apartment was roomy enough for us, our large suitcases, morning exercises, and we light cooked a bit with the stovetop, microwave and small fridge. Oh, and laundry access! Staff was very helpful, and food shopping is close by. We made great use of our 7 day travel card - a great option for getting around, including to Arlanda airport! Would definitely stay again!

Once you know exactly where you're going and how to get there Biz Apartment is convenient for short stays and if you feel so inclined you can self cater and keep your costs down a bit. The area is a mix of commercial and residential and not somewhere you'd go to as a destination in its own right.

Apartments with kitchen close to city centre

Our apartment, ie hotel room with a small kitchen was ideally located and close to transport to the city centre, you can even walk to the local cinema and several restaurants in the area.
Also only 5 minutes drive from the cruise terminal, but be aware of rip off taxis (Express taxis) ask the price before they leave as we were charge £ 35 for 5 minute drive.
Also there is a lot of building going on in the area, but the hotel was not noisy.

This was a one night stay for three couples before sailing on a Royal Caribbean cruise. The hotel could not have been more perfect for such a stay. We had easy access to transportation which took us into Old Stockholm. It was a fairly easy walk to the cruise port saving money for a taxi.

This hotel is intended for those heading out or returning from a Baltic Sea cruise. Its location is perfect for this. The hotel has no air conditioning to speak of, so travellers during June-August are forewarned. The accomodations are spacious, and include full kitchenette. The rooms are clean and in good order. The hotel is an easy walk to bus route #76 into the central city and Gamla Stan. It is a longer walk to the wharf, but can be done. Generally, a good place to embark or return from a cruise, but there are much better-located hotels in Stockholm for a stay in that city.

Quiet location, but with a number of restaurants nearby (we liked Funkalicious - just adjacent in Sehstedtsgatan). Best if you are happy to use public transport to city centre (two bus routes adjacent); a SL multi-day ticket covering bus & T-bana & train & some city centre ferries is a good way of accessing Stockholm city and miles around - especially at age 65+ rates). There is a food supermarket in same building, but it's bulk oriented, and for general food shopping, it's about 10 minute walk to a branch of ICA. No problems with any of the room facilities. Wifi in room OK. I'd be happy to stay there again.

Biz Apartment Gardet would be an excellent choice for a long stay I think. Clean, apartment like building with virtually no hotel like amenities, except the breakfast and 24 hour desk. (The desk people are extremely ready to offer advice on where to go and how to get there)

Not 4, or maybe even 3, star accommodations, but I think it is a great choice for a budget conscious visit to Stockholm for a day or longer.

Lovely room but the bed was too small for us and it dipped in the middle. Bring your own towels, I could even fit the smaller one around my wet hair, the larger one was smaller than a bath towel, very thin and like sandpaper. Bus stop into city is close with a regular service. I would go back if there was a better bed because overall we were pleased with the room and a great shower

Nice hotel, our first room had a problem with no heat so we got changed to another room which was fine. The breakfast that is included in your stay is excellant. You can not go away hungry and enough verity to accommodate any diet. The area right now is under construction and will soon be one of the up and comming residential areas. It was a safe area. Busses run on a regular scheduled and right on the corner. Easy to get around and to downtown Stockholm.

We had an excellent stay at Biz Apartments Gardet, and will be sure to stay here again next time. It is located near Vartahamnen, one of the cruise liner harbours and 5 minutes bus ride from the heart of Stockholm. We only stayed for one night's stopover before hopping on the ferry to Estonia, but it was easy to get the bus (3-4 stops) to Nordiska Museet and have a nice walk around. The apartment was fab, the beds were incredibly comfortable, the bathroom huge with a power shower.Kitchenette complete with dish washer. Lovely helpful staff, great breakfast, which was included. Amazing!

No WiFi Connection

There was close to no WiFi connection and when our devices could connect the speed was un-usable. This was reported and we were offered an in room router which was never delivered. I’m assuming ‘Biz’ means Business and in this case fast internet is a minimum requirement.

Hotel it's really cosy. Room was quite big and spacious. Amazing breakfast and the staff was all the time very helpful. You can either walk 30 minutes to the city centre and watch the views, or catch a bus right in front of the hotel door.

Great value

Outstanding value in Stockholm. Roomy .. nice breakfast included. Recommended visitors scope out the Gärdet Train station and purchase transit pass. Quick access to everywhere in Stockholm. Great trip and the Biz Gärdet made it affordable. Also appreciated the free laundry facilities.

We will be back!

We really enjoyed our three night stay at this hotel. The amenities are great! The hotel is next door to a wholesale grocery market, very close to Frihamnen port and on convenient bus routes #76 and #1. The breakfast is very good. The front desk sells bus tickets and we purchased 72 hours transit card.

Very nice apartment the rooms were comfortable and the breakfast was amazing. The bathroom could have been cleaner and the room wasn’t cleaned or towels changed at all during my stay.

Nice room, but I thought it would be a bit bigger. Very clean. Nice staff. Comfy bed. Great breakfast. Very easy to get anywhere using the bus stops just down the block.

Value for money. Outside main city centre and not walkable, though there are public transport facilities to travel into main part of town. Useful if travelling with family as cooking facility in apartment type arrangement. Staff were friendly and ready to help with information.

Home away from home

My favorite thing about this hotel having a kitchen with all appliances. There is a grocery store around the corner, so I stocked up on water/ soda and food.Breakfast is included with the room, and this coupled with the kitchen helped cut down on food expenses. However, you must purchase the bags to carry your groceries away.

The room was spotless and spacious, after a long day of sightseeing it was like coming to a home and not a hotel room. The staff was super friendly and most accommodating. I liked the fact it is on the outskirts of the city yet a bus trip away.

This hotel is a great place to stay it is a bus trip to Djurgården is home to historical buildings and monuments, museums, galleries, the amusement park, Vasa and Abba Museum a must see.
