This is my second time staying at Inlet Inn, and it was quite enjoyable. The staff are very friendly and the one at the front desk offered me all the suggestions and told me about places to explore in the area. It’s a great location from walking and also to head out and drive to nearby spots or take the ferry, which is right out front to some of the most popular destinations I enjoyed the lookout for watching the sunset and chatted with other guests who had spotted a horse on carrot island that morning I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy bright and relaxing place to stay.

I would stay here again and I have already recommended the Inlet to several people. The staff was wonderful. They bring complimentary breakfast to the room. Rooms were nice and very clean. Also, it was situated right near the ferry to the island of wild horses. There are nice restaurants right across the street. They have a very nice lookout space both inside and out where you can sit and read with your coffee and see the island with the wild horses. I highly recommend.

We were in Beaufort for the Historic Old Homes Tour and it was centrally located for this event so that we could walk to all of the homes and gardens on the tour. We never had to use our car for dining or shopping either because of its location within walking distance of everything there is to do in Beaufort.

The continental breakfast was excellent and served on a tray to your room! The shampoo, lotion, hand wash, smelled so good I had to buy some to take home with me. If I could I would literally move in. Just go there. It’s lovely and you can walk to many shops, restaurants, boat tours, and of course the beach is great also

It's an older place but well maintained, clean, and quaint. My only issues are that I didn't know that the entrance to parking is on Queen Street (a one way street) and I had a hard time getting to parking (especially with construction). Also more breakfast offerings would be nice. The website states quiche as an option but they only offered muffins, bagels, yogurt and oatmeal, plus beverages. I will stay at the Inlet Inn again. I was very pleased.

We loved having the sink separate from the toilet and shower area HOWEVER, the shower head needs to be changed to a more up to date shower head with much more pressure. We could hardly get the shampoo rinsed out of the hair. The linen was great, towels and sheets. Beds comfortable too.

I think all and all the property is very nice, They could of been much more forth coming on what to expect as far as housekeeping and breakfast. You were given a letter and that was it. Nothing at checkin. No housekeeping unless you asked for it, not even new coffee cups or glasses. A lot for two days in your room and a specialy for the cost.
