Disappointed the large outdoor pool with water slide was not open. The indoor pool water was cold. There needs to be more than one elevator, we were put on the third floor, at the very opposite end of the building where the elevator is located, and trying to find a parking spot near the end of the building with the elevator was a problem.

Unfortunately, the pool was not open and construction was present outside our balcony for the entire 4 day stay. These issues were not disclosed to us until after check in. The indoor pool wasn’t heated as advertised and the weather was chilly at times. The heated pool would have been lovely. Instead, most people utilizing the indoor pool area just crowded into a small hot tub. Concerns about a guest exposing himself were not taken seriously and the guest did it a second time in front of children. Overall, a very poor experience.

The resort was very nice with lots of things to do and great beach access. Our biggest issue was that we had to change rooms in the middle of our stay which we were not prepared for. The resort advised it was because of how Expedia books through them. ...I would suggest improving this process as it was a huge pain in our 4 day trip.

I did not enjoy a place that was not cleaned appliances was dirty. Microwave was dirty rusted out stove was dirty and had rust on it. Refrigerator had rust on it. No part of the apartment was clean to the degree that it should’ve been. It has not been vacuumed. The sheets were dirty. it was not the kind of place I would ever run again.

The outdoor pool was shut down and will be for the season but we werent told until check in. This is due to construction. The indoor pool was pretty nice. The hot tubs are sma but nice enough. The ocean is truly right there and you can sit on the balcony and listen to it but there is no view of the water. Overall, i was disappointed with a few things but very nice peoperty for the money. Once construction is complete it will be a 5 star i am sure.

The indoor pool is in a building that is open to the outside, and the water is not heated. So if it has been cold outside, don't expect to use the pool.
The WIFI is very, very slow, to the point where streaming TV programs is terrible.
The kitchen sink is so small and shallow (it's a small bar sink) that it is very hard to use.

The unit and amenities were as described. Some amenities were being repaired as expected with off season. The problem was at check out. I got a call as we were about an hour back home. We left and realized we had the two room keys with us, which was my fault so I turned around went back because I was going to be charged. I got there and the front desk worker said he needed the 6 rubber wrist band (usually a souvenir) or I would be charged a lot for them. I said 3 bands were on the table in the room and the other 3 were probably halfway home. He said I could stay another 1-2 hours for the cleaners to check for the bracelets. After I explained that I wasn’t told I was responsible for returning what we though were souvenirs, he pulled a signed paper from behind the desk that said 2 key cards and 6 brackets saying “you signed this”. That paper was not in my packet given to me for the stay. Since I couldn’t stay until cleaners eventually checked for my bands, I was charged for all of the bands and never heard about a refund for the ones that were left in the room.

Our rental was comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. The staff was very friendly. The property had much to offer as far as activities and things to do. The broken heater to the indoor pool limited our swimming, since the cold outside air was blowing through via the vent fans in the ceiling. Our refrigerator didn't cool our food and drinks very much, nor the freezer produced ice for us.

The hot tub was full of kids everyday which they should not even be allowed in the hot tub so we did not enjoy the hot tub kids were jumping in it like it was a pool. It would be fine for most people, but my mother and I both have health issues and it was just too far for us to walk even with the wood boardwalk. The bathroom had a little mold on the shower curtain, not a fan of that, but otherwise clean. The price was good. Location was good. I would stay at the same property just something closer to the beach. We were in bldg K at the front of the property. So there was not a view and a long, walk if you medically can’t walk far. The outdoor pool was not open, my fault for not checking, but we took grandkids in spring break, and the pool was a huge sell for us. By the time I found out it was really too late to get another place at such a good price. The pool area was beautiful. Just not open. I think they should open earlier in the year. Overall good.

We were never informed that they had planned a roofing company working on the roof every day at 7:am until 5pm the entire week. It was cold outside so we listened to the ponding of nails all day long. Also they had someone with a security shirt walking around outside and taking pictures of everyone’s cars.

Room was spacious with all conveniences yet it had a stale smoke smell. After a 3 week stay, we had to wash all clothing when we got home. The configuration of the complex was odd and not easily navigated, especially to beach access. Only one elevator for the entire building. Check-in was frustrating due to all the instructions and warnings of fees for this and that. We also traveled with a service animal and did not feel welcome at all. If our service animal was not with its handler or didn’t wear the doggie bags we were given, there would be a $350 fine. Lots of fines for silly things. We also wanted to extend our stay for another 10 days because we were there for medical treatment. We were told we had to check out, check back in and move units. We loaded the car, checked out then were called an hour later and told our unit was ready. The new unit was down the hall. Over the next 10 days, no one ever used the unit we were previously in making us wonder why we really had to move. The beach view was very limited, not exactly what we expected. We spent 3 weeks there, it was quiet and clean but we most likely wouldn’t stay there again.

We had a 3rd floor room overlooking the courtyard and beach water view. Room was clean! Extra towels, bedding blankets already provided. Kitchen was stocked with kitchenware and everything worked. Pretty quite except for construction/roofing repair. Workers were cautious around guests. Had slight trouble with not a lot of hot water for showers and A/C unit smelt undelightful upon starting up. Other than that everytbing was great! Would stay here again!

Very outdated rooms. Needs many repairs. The air conditioning cut off during the night both nights. The hallway shower is not practical for adults. The walk to the beach was a good distance not easy to be able to make trips back to your room. The after hours checkin process was great. The pool is nice the hot tub was closed when we got back from dinner which would be the best time to use it. The main bed was very comfortable but not the twin size. There was no curtains on one of the windows in the bedroom and the outside light caused the room to be very bright all night.

This was our first time staying here and now we will be taking yearly trips to A Place at the Beach!!! The rooms were very clean and had plenty of cooking materials to get us through a quick weekend trip (bowls, casserole dishes, silverware, spatulas). The pool was just a little walk down the stairs and the beach was less than 5 minutes! The pool was a hit with my family- my son and husband went down the water slide probably a hundred times! It was a great stay and we really enjoyed our time. Next year (when the kids are older) we will take time to do all the other activities they have around the complex. Overall it was a 10/10 stay. We will be back, thank you!

Balcony was unusable due to an excessive amount of pigeon poop that had not been cleaned up for sometime, a large live roach in the bathtub, the shower curtain rod was laying in the tub… but we did like the fact that there was 2 bathrooms and a kitchenette… the ice maker did not work. With a little xtra care, this could be a very nice place to stay.
