⭐⭐⭐☆☆

The front desk staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and we really enjoyed the breakfast that was offered. However, the breakfast photos on the website were a bit misleading. The pictures showed donuts and pastries, but during our stay the options were limited to one type of mini muffin, sliced bread, and raisin bagels.

I was also disappointed by an interaction with housekeeping. While getting ice, I tied one of the plastic ice bags to use another bucket for keeping our milk cold, and a housekeeper spoke to me in a way that felt more like a scolding than a simple explanation. Overall, the staff at the front desk made a great impression, but there were a few issues that affected our experience.

Breakfast was poor quality and limited choices. Staff was good to deal with. Homeless guy in the back parking lot hanging around. Bed sheets havent been changed in a while, just remade, watched it happen between guests in other rooms. Again staff was good. Over all, not a bad place to stay. there is risk anywhere you go. This seemed minimal.

The lady at the front desk was very nice. The breakfast was what you would expect for the price. This is just a place to rest your head at night, nothing fancy but close to the beach and most restaurants and shopping areas.

Parking was so easy, we were right in front of our ground floor room. The staff was very helpful with everything from fresh towels to helping navigate our bill.
The only thing that was wrong was a regular toilet instead of a handicapped toilet, believe me it makes a big difference.
All in all, it was as good a trip that could be had for visiting the nursing home then a funeral.
Thank you to the desk staff!

Great stay!!

Everything was great at this hotel. I have family that stays there every time they go to the beach so I decided to book there. Very affordable and clean. Good customer service. Didn't get to try the breakfast bar b/c we left very early that morning. The best part of the room for me was the shower! Updated, lots of room and just all around good. We will be back!

Older hotel with some new upgrades. The bed were comfy and the bathroom newly remodeled and clean. Hardwood floors were amazing! The breakfast was lacking and the AC had issues but they swapped out rooms so we had working AC. Over all a great stay!

We walked by room 216 going to our room and a guy was passed out on the floor with door open and naked. Thank goodness we do not have any small children with us on this stay. The rooms are very clean and comfortable and from desk staff was very friendly and courteous.

I did not stay at that hotel because I wanted a non-smoking room, which was listed on the website, and when I called to confirm, they told me that they only had smoking rooms. The reservation was not prepaid, but pay-on-arrival, and I did not arrive because I did not want the smoking room.

I stayed a week from New York it was my first experience and when I had my room cleaned they never changed the sheets and I bunched them up and never replaced toilet paper and toilet seat was broken and disgusting. So I ended up having to clean it myself. I get that it’s cheap but still paid money for the service.

Looks like a crack head hotel. Disappointed that I paid almost $175/a night for poor conditions. Bedding was horrible. Stains on the sheets. A/C unit broke, the fan keeps running. Microwave door locks after warming. Had to unplug microwave to get my food out. Check in is 4pm but check out is still 11a. Old run down cars and trailers parked in parking lot.

The staff working was very unhelpful in getting new bed sheets because there were stains and cigarette burns on them so we asked to speak to the manager and she finally gave us a call 3 days later and was nothing but rude to us. Would not recommend this place to anyone whatsoever.

Didnt have a blanket on one of the beds. No lamp shade on one of the lamps. They didnt tell us the lobby was being worked on so the Continental breakfast was ridiculous. Bathroom room wall was filthy, I felt like someone had pooped on the door. I wiped off some but I told them but they had to be told twice before someone did something about it.

Nasty room and unfair pet fees.

I went there with my wife to take her son's ashes and drop him at the beach. Because he was hit by a car and killed September 26th this year. And they made it the trip from hell. She had to have her service dogs. And they proceed to charge her $88 plus $25. The bathroom was in horrible shape. The bands were really lumpy and there was roaches in the room. The toilet seat had cuts all over, it was black, the inside of the toilet itself. The bowl was nasty black, it had a ring inside of it, the bathtub had peeling plastic all over it, the door to the bathroom was had bite marks all over it and ripped. There was no shampoo, conditioner or soap in there and when I got home. I swear I think i'd seen a roach come out of my bag. I travel a lot and this is ridiculous. The way I was treated was plumber ridiculous. The room was not worth being in, and there was no reason that my dogs needed $88 plus $25 deposit just for them to be there for 12 hours.
