The only thing we were disappointed about was the restaurant inside the hotel did not serve dinner. Mollys on the property did but we were hoping for something with more variety. There is a restaurant across the street but gets very busy as it is the only restaurant in walking distance. All in all we will continue to go twice a year. It’s not like we would go Hungry and everything else never disappoints.

No chairs on balcony. No spare trash can liners. Restaurant was not well staffed. One waitress who started she was doing three jobs causing delays in getting our food. All carts were stored on first floor entrance and none at handicap rear entrance. No freezer to keep ice packs necessary for meds. No diet sodas in vending machines. Toilet seat would not stay up kept falling down. Air conditioner stopped working but repaired in a timely manner b staff. No information provided at check in about services available or on site or in ares such as dining or entertainment. A little disappointing. Would revisit . Location was great. Easy access to pier and surrounding beaches.

The staff was friendly and professional. Our room was a little dated (popcorn ceilings and slow-draining sink), but clean and comfortable. The bed was too soft for our liking, but we made do, and after spending a day on the beach, we were too tired to really care about the bed. However, I very much enjoyed the down pillows, and as soon as I got home, I ordered two off the Hilton website! We stayed three days and had perfect weather the entire time, so we got to experience both inside and outside pools and hot tub. The swim areas were clean and well maintained. As regular Hilton guests, we have on numerous occasions arrived at properties where either the pool or the hot tub (or both, as in the case of the Virginia Beach Hilton on our last visit there) was down for repairs; it was nice to see all the swimming facilities in great working order. The gym was nice too. There is no continental breakfast, but that's not unusual for Hilton. We just went to the 4 Corners Diner up the street and had a nice breakfast there. All in all, it was a great experience. We will return for another visit! This photo was our view from Room 716 :-)

We left early so we didnt get an opportunity to have breakfast. However we did enjoy lunch at Molly's. Was lovely. The only thing I was disappointed with was the cold outdoor pool. I know guests would enjoy having a larger window to enjoy the outdoor pool on those slightly cooler days if it was heated. 😊 my husband and I are more beach inclined and the sand was extraordinary.

Really enjoyed our stay. The ocean view from room 711 was wonderful. The food voucher covered 90% of the meal from menu. Place as clean, shower was warm, decent pressure, slept like a baby, ac/heat worked, and my only compliant is if you buy a food voucher, front desk said I couldn't split it between group members. Meaning I couldn't leave early just grab an order to go while the rest of my party used the rest of the voucher, had to be in one sitting. Regardless of that, great pool and hot tub, and free pier access.

So during our stay this past weekend, 1/31-2/1, there was a massive snow storm. Over a foot of snow fell and we were snowed in. That being said, the staff was absolutely amazing! They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we need and helped us to get another room when we had to end up staying another night because our car was burried! All in all an amazing place. This is the second time we have stayed here and we have not been disappointed yet. Of course then indoor pool, restaurant, and hot tub was amazing as well.

Front desk did move me to the other side of building. Building is very old and doesn’t give a sense of cleanliness. Rates charged are higher than rooms in Italy during high season. Never again!

Carpet wasn't the cleanest, had a suite, very big pretty sure the biggest room on the property, found a roach, but easily could have crawled in from one of my two balconies, but its crazy pricey for snacks!!! 2 small bags of m&ms and 2 candy bars was a dub you pay a G for 2 nights, shouldn't be raped on candy. Also the tub drain was broken and won't drain or stay popped up. Luckily i was a plummer. Honestly, i fell the whole property is waaaaayyyyy over priced. Im fortunately financially blessed so im not nit picking. But kinda felt ghetto. Bty. Rooms aren't that nice. Thanks for the 2 complimentary bottles of water. Lmao. Choose different next time.

Facility is a bit dated and the sliding door in our room was filthy on the outdoor side and the telephone in the room is not working. Easy access to the beach and prices are not completely insane ( pricey but less than other comparable hotels). Will definitely return.

I agree with many of the other reviews I see. Nice and close to the beach. Rooms are clean, staff is friendly, but it's still over priced. Should provide beach chairs and umbrellas for these prices. Pool water is a bit cloudy and the pool could use a good cleaning. Do yourself a favor, skip Molly's-- terrible food and service. I heard a few guest complaining about \"partial ocean view\"..ha..not if you're on the 2nd, 3rd floor. Overall, the most expensive place on the beach and it's not the best.

The access to the beach is excellent and the staff were wonderful. Unfortunately, however, the facility is not run at a level that warrants the cost: the elevator was missing a floor board at the door, making it hard to roll suitcases and stroller over it; they ran out of beach towels, bath towels, and beach umbrellas for rent; the sliding door to the balcony was missing the safety bar to prevent it being opened; the kitchen missed part of our breakfast order and the error was not confirmed until they asked it we were ready for the check. Any one of these concerns is minor, but the pattern they demonstrate reflects the underlying issue: they charge too much for the service they provide.

We had two accidents. Our 4 year old tripped on the 6 inch raised plate before you ext the sliding door to the balcony and hurt her knees.
Our 3 year old fell off the bed and injured the back of her head. She went back to sleep bleeding and it was believed that she hit her head on a piece of metal sticking slight out from under bed.

While our overall stay was enjoyable, we experienced a serious issue that impacted our visit. My family — including my young niece who was understandably terrified — became stuck in the elevator. Based on the staff’s reaction, it was apparent this wasn’t an isolated issue, and the elevator was subsequently shut down for the remainder of our stay. Unfortunately, this meant relying on the stairs for the rest of the trip, which was a significant inconvenience. While we appreciated other aspects of the hotel, this incident was both distressing and disappointing, especially knowing the issue had been ongoing.

Hotel is a bit tired. Elevators are always busy, need a couple more. Restaurant was not accessible, wish I had known that as we were a party of 8. Molly’s Tiki bar is ridiculously priced and not very comfortable. Staff was attentive. There was a big ice cooler near pool area, assuming you could buy bags of ice to bring to the beach, it was completely empty….. what a tease! Pool was decent, plenty of seating, very few umbrellas for shade.
