We loved the amenities and beach access. The staff was not as loved by us. We can see eyes roll. We can also point out sarcasm. The tv froze on a daily basis. That’s only issue we had with hotel
Matthew
Install, good place

Very good hotel and staff
David
Very clean. Awesome staff. Beautiful views. Pools are great. Just a fantastic place to stay.
Donald
Not being reimbursed for the day I didn’t stay. I had to leave early.
Nora
Wonderful location, amazing staff (especially front desk and the beach umbrella boy). The beach is beautiful and the beachside cantina came in so handy for drinks and lunch!
Breakfast buffet was reasonably priced and I was very impressed with the offerings of actual fresh berries! Overall a great hotel to enjoy Atlantic Beach.
Only reason I did not give 5 stars was because we were placed in a room on the 2nd floor which literally looked out to a tar roof with A/C units. Balcony door would not open (we only wanted to dry towels, not to actually sit on that ugly thing) so we had to call maintenance. The room was sold as \"partial ocean view\" so I was expecting that but not a hot tar roof...
Credit to front desk, they did try to find another room but there was not any available. The girls who work the front office are super friendly and helpful, a spectacle of Southern hospitality overall.

MY favorite place to stay while in Atlantic Beach!
Bill
Great locations and relaxing environment.
Shawn
Everything outside the room was excellent. Our room with a King sized Bed had a horrible bathroom with little room and no exhaust fan. The outside balcony was small and had no chairs to sit on.
Nicole
We stayed just one night. Hotel is clean and right on the beach. I wish they had a water spigot to wash off the sand before going into the hotel.
Jeffrey
Outstanding place to stay,
Jennifer
This is our second time staying at this hotel and we absolutely love it. The housekeeping team are amazing and they do not get enough credit. The only issue we have witih the hotel is the pool is accessible by anyone, despite there being signs up that the pools are for guests only. A lot of times people would park in the free lot, post their stuff up on the pool deck, then go down to the beach, and they were not hotel guests.
Angela
Room was very clean. Pier was very scenic. Not a huge walk to the beach. Always been our go to for AB stays. Until next time. Stay Clean!!!
Nichole
Great hotel and location. The ocean view room was amazing!
Delanna
They have roaches and when I told them at check out I just got some song and dance about the heat and the location being the reason Then when I said that they did not have roaches the last time I stayed they said it switched hands no discount no apologies nothing I will never book there again
Christopher
I enjoyed my stay and the staff was very accommodating
Vickie
First time staying here but will not be my last! Looking forward to returning ASAP

Liked the outdoor setting, the pool area, Mollys, close to beach. Room was clean. The entire property was clean. Hospitality was great
Ahmad
Beautiful view from balcony and close acces to ocean beach. Very nice view!
James
Enjoyed our stay.
Heather
We absolutely loved the hotel, we got a oceanfront room, view was amazing, room was clean, the bar on the beach has the best drinks and staff were so nice. It is a pet friendly hotel, we did not travel with our pet this time and we did t hear any dogs barking.
Carie
This hotel needs MUCH work.. the room was run down and needs a major renovation. The carpets were so soured smelling on the second floor where we were.. it was nearly unbeatable to walk to our room. The overall condition of the place was just not great.. the bathroom was pitiful looking.. paint chipped away.. the grout and all in shower was nasty looking... I won't stay again and don't recommend.
Suzanne
Great location, spotless, very comfortable. Made our trip to the coast special. Will definitely stay there again.
Karen
The only thing we were disappointed about was the restaurant inside the hotel did not serve dinner. Mollys on the property did but we were hoping for something with more variety. There is a restaurant across the street but gets very busy as it is the only restaurant in walking distance. All in all we will continue to go twice a year. It’s not like we would go Hungry and everything else never disappoints.
Algie
The road and the property were both extremely clean and comfortable. And the staff was absolutely the best. Everyone was very kind and friendly.
Richard
Apn arrival and un packing found the refrigerator was not working. Made the call and Andrew was there in 10 minutes and assessed the problem (coil was covered in ice) so he had replaced the fridge in less that 15 minute
Juanita
breakfast was good. the room was ok, too.

Awesome hotel at a fair price and beautiful location. The staff was very friendly and helpful! We will come back!
Mary
Great hotel right on the beach
Kate
The rooms have balconies with ocean views, which is really the point. The hotel stays clean and has a great outdoor pool and bar. The indoor jacuzzi was not super clean.
Joel
Very nice & pleasent visit
Carol
No chairs on balcony. No spare trash can liners. Restaurant was not well staffed. One waitress who started she was doing three jobs causing delays in getting our food. All carts were stored on first floor entrance and none at handicap rear entrance. No freezer to keep ice packs necessary for meds. No diet sodas in vending machines. Toilet seat would not stay up kept falling down. Air conditioner stopped working but repaired in a timely manner b staff. No information provided at check in about services available or on site or in ares such as dining or entertainment. A little disappointing. Would revisit . Location was great. Easy access to pier and surrounding beaches.
Sarah
The staff was friendly and professional. Our room was a little dated (popcorn ceilings and slow-draining sink), but clean and comfortable. The bed was too soft for our liking, but we made do, and after spending a day on the beach, we were too tired to really care about the bed. However, I very much enjoyed the down pillows, and as soon as I got home, I ordered two off the Hilton website! We stayed three days and had perfect weather the entire time, so we got to experience both inside and outside pools and hot tub. The swim areas were clean and well maintained. As regular Hilton guests, we have on numerous occasions arrived at properties where either the pool or the hot tub (or both, as in the case of the Virginia Beach Hilton on our last visit there) was down for repairs; it was nice to see all the swimming facilities in great working order. The gym was nice too. There is no continental breakfast, but that's not unusual for Hilton. We just went to the 4 Corners Diner up the street and had a nice breakfast there. All in all, it was a great experience. We will return for another visit! This photo was our view from Room 716 :-)
Jimmy
Loved the ocean front view from our room.
Kimberly
Our room overlooked the roof of the next building. It was OK, not great.
Jerome
We left early so we didnt get an opportunity to have breakfast. However we did enjoy lunch at Molly's. Was lovely. The only thing I was disappointed with was the cold outdoor pool. I know guests would enjoy having a larger window to enjoy the outdoor pool on those slightly cooler days if it was heated. 😊 my husband and I are more beach inclined and the sand was extraordinary.
Greg
Extremely clean and comfortable. Outdoor restaurant very convenient near the pool and oceanfront.
Sam
Was a nice hotel. Staff friendly. Breakfast was good. Room very nice and clean. Liked the pier and the pier side snack bar.
Bryan
Great!
Jeanine
We spent one night here before checking into our condo. The staff allowed us to use amenities and parking so we could enjoy the beach before checking into our condo down the road, this was so convenient!
Holly
Always a fantastic and clean place to visit ❤️
Steven
Fantastic experience staff were super friendly and amenities are great the access direct to the beach alone is worth the price of the stay, open the balcony door and fall asleep to the ocean. 10/10
Erik
Absolutely beautiful. Would recommend it to anyone.
Sabrina
The staff were very friendly, the hotel was constantly being cleaned of the water from the pool and beach. The waterfront restuarant was good and had great views.
Chasity
Clean room , friendly staff
Nadya
Room was very clean however, the wallpaper was curling in the bathroom and the tiles above the shower had a little mold, other than that I enjoyed my stay, very quiet and pleasant. I really like how the hotel sends a text asking how everything is, and asks if you need anything.
Beth
The cookies are always awesome!!! Indoor and outdoor pools and hot tub are a plus. My granddaughters enjoyed themselves. Beach clean and sand was luxurious. Staff was helpful and friendly. I liked it so much I signed up for Hilton Honors.
shawn
Great as always

Loved it
Brad
Hotel was fine, but a guest across the hall had a dog that barked the entire night. had to go down to lobby at 2 am to beg for somehting to be done.
Charles
Really enjoyed our stay. The ocean view from room 711 was wonderful. The food voucher covered 90% of the meal from menu. Place as clean, shower was warm, decent pressure, slept like a baby, ac/heat worked, and my only compliant is if you buy a food voucher, front desk said I couldn't split it between group members. Meaning I couldn't leave early just grab an order to go while the rest of my party used the rest of the voucher, had to be in one sitting. Regardless of that, great pool and hot tub, and free pier access.
Angela
Disappointed the beach bar was not open yet and there were no lounge chairs avaliable yet for the beach.
We enjoyed the inside bar in the evening.
The staff were all very nice.
The hotel was overall nice and clean.

Clean room. Staff was awesome. We will return and tell our friends.
Cathy
Clean room, staff was great and I didn't have to leave the hotel if i didn't want to because of the restaurant/lounge. Food and drinks was on point. Shout to the chef and bartender!
Christian
So during our stay this past weekend, 1/31-2/1, there was a massive snow storm. Over a foot of snow fell and we were snowed in. That being said, the staff was absolutely amazing! They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we need and helped us to get another room when we had to end up staying another night because our car was burried! All in all an amazing place. This is the second time we have stayed here and we have not been disappointed yet. Of course then indoor pool, restaurant, and hot tub was amazing as well.
STUART
Yes only thing parking was a long way away for handicapped.
Gary
Didn't eat in the restaurant...Nice clean room and quiet surroundings..Favorite place to stay in AB..

After reading reviews I was nervous to stay here but we had a great stay. Although the hotel isn’t updated, the pools and the whirlpool inside the room were very clean. The staff were all very nice and helpful. The view is beautiful and the access to the beach and pier are top tier.

The clerk at the desk that checked me in said she was covering for lunch. She was so amazing that if she had not said that, I would have thought it was her full time job

Welcoming front desk staff and smooth check in. Room was clean but lots of dirty linens and full trash bags left in the hall overnight. Dining staff were great Ave my omelette was delicious. Front desk staff in the morning were great too.
Angela
Check in had a glitch with their system, but they were able to get us to our room while they sorted out their IT issues. We even got extra (warm) cookies for the slight inconvenience with their system. Room was comfortable and quiet. And was a nice view despite the bad weather.
Mark
overall good experience

Sarah that checked us in was very friendly and helpful. Our stay was great until the last night. I woke up at seven in the morning to the biggest cockroach I’ve ever seen crawling on the bed right next to my face. At that point the trip was over and we checked out early.
Amelia
Ocean view very good
Wytonia
Not enough people at the desk at time of check in but the person that was there worked it!! She took it in stride and delivered exceptional customer service.

The convenience of the location on the crystal coast is perfect.
Sara
The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Our room was clean and had everything we needed. The view of the ocean was amazing. We didn’t have our pets with us but the pets we did see were under control by their owners

The property is easy to navigate and the staff are incredibly friendly. I do enjoy my stays here.
Nadim
Assigned a room on first floor on top of the garbage containers, reason given was I booked through Expedia.
Front desk did move me to the other side of building. Building is very old and doesn’t give a sense of cleanliness. Rates charged are higher than rooms in Italy during high season. Never again!
