Took the staff a little bit to get in the building because he was outside smoking floor in the hallway and the lobby were dirty they had white pieces of paper all over the place.. there was another customer on his phone in the lobby talking real loud and had been there probably 2 hours the mattresses were older and squeaked when you got up and down off of them the bathroom tile was dirty in the grout areas and in the corners of the floor needs a lot of cleaning and work done would not stay there again it also smelled like smoke in the

Stay away from this location. You can open the door without a key and some doors don’t even open. Urine on the bed. Mold in the bathroom and exposed wires. Oh forgot the ants. They do false advertising because there is no working pool nor do they include breakfast only coffee. And expect front desk to knock on your door at 10:30pm to verify if you paid for the room and a follow up knock at 11pm. We were supposed to stay 2 nights but felt so unsafe especially with our 13 yr old daughter we left in the morning. My family will never stay at a Red Roof Inn ever again especially after reading all the reports on. BBB site and it seems to be a common theme in many different locations. And their relations department doesn’t care. If I could post the pictures I would.

Our overnight stay was okay considering the price. The staff we interacted with was friendly.

The towel rack in the bathroom was halfway off the wall - the screws at the top of the rack were completely out of the wall on both sides which left the top half hanging a couple inches away from the wall.

The TV had lines running through it and was well past needing to replaced. It was watchable but distracting.

The soap dispenser in the bathroom put up a fight any time we needed soap. The location of the toilet paper holder also meant a lot of smashed elbows

I was surprised we were placed in what was clearly supposed to be an accessible room that didnt feel very accessible. To be clear, we didn't require an accessible room so it functioned fine for us, but I could see others having plenty of issues.

The room was barely clean. They did not have any hand soap in the bathroom. We went down to the desk and asked for some we were told they were out, and that was it.

The pool is indefinitely closed...

There is no continental breakfast, there was coffee made, and it wasn’t terrible, but there wasn’t any creamer just sugar.

Air conditioning- it wasn’t miserably hot, but everyone else was. That room just would not cool down and the unit was so loud and clunky. I'm not sure what was wrong with the refrigerator, but everything we put in it (lunch meat, and a couple snacks) was soaking wet the next morning.

We needed a pet friendly room to sleep in for one night. It did its job.

I hada few issues with this hotel. First on check in they Required a $100 Cash deposit in case of room . Also there was a lot of black mold on all 3 wall of the shower. I took photos of it. I mentioned it at check out and they said they have told the manager mager before. damages. I. Asked what if I do not yhave a hundred in cash. No answer

Not bad for the price.

Not such a good hotel. Beds were great for comfort! Staff was nice! No housekeeping came into our room to tidy up and refresh linens during our 3 night stay, no shampoo in the container in the shower, no towels and wash rags in the bathroom, found a live roach in the bathroom, and the pool was closed down by the health department.

The information online said there were in room cribs and rollaway beds abailable but the hotel staff said there were none and never had been to their knowledge. The continental breakfast consisted of instant oatmeal, toast and juice. There were no towels in our room, we had to ask for them. Our microwave didnt work. The staff was kind but as far as i could see, this location is not well managed.

Dont expect quality for cheap rooms

Was expecting a pool but it was closed by public health. Wasnt offered a discount. Hallways were never vacuumed while we were there. One of the exits door closures never worked. Door slammed shut when people exited. And key card machile whould not make keys correctly. Attendent had to try about 25 times to get a second key coded.

Property is very poorly kept. The building is literally falling apart, and there does not appear to be any effort to properly fix the building. The entire building is very dirty, from the hallways to the room itself. The hallways have holes in the walls, filthy floors and missing molding. The bathtub was filthly and the room floors were terrible. The continental breakfast is non existing, and honestly I would not eat anything from here.

POOL IS NOT OPEN. THEY SHOULD LET PATRONS KNOW THIS AHEAD OF TIME.

You want a budget place to stay this is it. I've honestly stayed in nicer hotels at the same rate, however. It's not in the best shape overall. The hotel is old. It has a weird odor. The check in staff are nice though. They do try to be accommodating. After hours, it starts to reek of weed smoke. Our room smelled like mens cologne and cigarettes mixed.
Pro: no bed bugs! No critters or bugs at all.
Con: exit doors aren't key protected. Meaning anyone can walk in or out of the place.
Ice machine didn't work. And they only have one.
Pillows are flat.
Rooms do have microwave and mini fridge. This is very convenient.
Floors needed swept. They aren't carpeted. I could see particles of things on the floor.
Bathrooms are def sub-par. Toilet flushed. Shower was HOT which I appreciated. You just kind of slum it overall. Ice container was dirty: couldn't be used anyway.
Blow dryer plug was broken and someone had tapped it. I was too afraid to use it lol.
Door stopper (piece of metal you open up after the door closes) was almost completely unscrewed from the wall. We had to lift up the door to close it.
Expect the worst but hope for the best.

Clerk wanted to stick us in a room where the door would not shut. Hallways seemed like old grease in a fryer and moldy. The lamp in the room was spliced together with duck tape seems very unsafe only noticed since it was not even plugged in. There was coffee still in the pot from the prior person in the room. Bathroom sink drained very slow. The whole property was gross and I would have left if the town had any other hotels to book. I was there for my daughter’s graduation so there was no other choice. I have stayed at other red roof inns and they were so much better. I would be ashamed to have this hotel in my chain.

The pool wasn't open and it said it had a pool, said the serve breakfast and it's a small package of 5 mini doughnuts. I rented a jetted tub room and it was filthy dirty. They wouldn't change my rooms. Then the fire alarm went off. The worker told me it's a false alarm and gave me a spare key to get back in my room. Then the fire department came beating on the door. They told me to leave. So I began to walk and not stop.. I asked him if it's really a fire. He said rudely \"get the F××× out\" mind u I never quit walking. I politely said I am. While I was walking I said they told me it's a false alarm, is it not?\" I wanted to know if my life was in danger while I was walking out. Mind u I'm handicap and walk with a bad limp and hunched over but I never stopped walking not one step and this rude smart mouth fire fighter said \"I told u f leave\" that's when I looked at him and never stopped walking and said did I stop walking?, did I stop? So shut up telling me to leave when I never stopped leaving from the first time u told me smart A××. I was so mad, offended and I wasn't allowed to get a refund and leave that night and just drive through and all I got is a $50 credit on my next stay somewhere else. They tried only giving me $25 after being treated like a criminal and a piece of trash. Plus the blankets are thin as can be and then state police kept u awake from searching for other ppl. I will never stay there again..

When I checked in the lady told me the bathroom was new. Then she said she had to show me how to get in the door. You had to slam the door because it was not level. Stayed in room 113. Shower rod was broke so when you put up the curtain it stayed in the middle of the rod and would not close. The caulking in the tub was also pealing. Breakfast at 8:15 am was bread with no butter or jelly and apples. I asked about the breakfast and was told there was yogurt she would put out. She also put out packs of white powdered donuts. That was it. Don’t know why we do these surveys because nothing is ever done. You never get compensated and nothing changes at the motel. They do what they want and charge outrageous prices.

The whole place smells musty and dingy then the lady in charge forced her way into my room and proceeded to video my naked wife with her cell phone and then threatened to fight my wife and cussed a blue streak. When I arrived in the hotel room the blankets, pillows, and sheets were all over the floor, last occupants trash filled the trash cans and was on table. All I had to sleep with was one pillow and a sheet still on the bed. And I promise you Red Roof Inn DOES NOT CARE! They will not help you in anyway. Do not stay at here!

The mattresses were broken down. There were reddish brown stains on the linens. There was only one bath towel in a room meant for two people, and there were yellow stains on that one. The peep hole cover was gone and the hole plugged with toilet paper. The microwave didn’t work. The WiFi worked (poorly) for maybe an hour and then not at all for my entire stay. There was no way to turn down the shower temperature, so the water was too hot to stand in. If I could offer any advice, it would be to not stay here. The price certain doesn’t justify the conditions.

The actual hotel was very run down. Stains lined the hallway carpets and mold seemed to drip from the ceilings. Security is a huge concern because outside doors had broken key card locks so access was open to anyone. Door locks were hanging off and the door to the furnace room was completely off the hinges and leaned against the interior wall exposing the room. Deplorable smell of dog in our room. Only 1 set of towels and no toiletries were provided for our double occupancy 2 queen bed room. We were missing: smoke detector, wall mounted hair dryer, hangers, iron, 'do not disturb' door hanger. Not that that mattered much because the room wasn't serviced during our 2 day stay. Breakfast consisted of packaged donuts or packaged mini muffins and coffee only. No juice or tea and not restocked so wasn't always even available.

Let me preface by stating that the two women who checked us in were very professional, efficient and friendly!!! The even helped us with our bags.
Other than that this was the worst hotel I have ever stayed. It was filthy, the room smelled of mole, the pool was closed even though they still advertised it in the front parking lot, the ice machine was broken, the TV did not work. Fortunately the maintenance man fixed the TV. This was really sad because we have stayed in Red Roof Inns before and found them quite nice. I really feel sorry for the staff who work at this awful hotel.

Friendly check in. No mirror in the bathroom and spackling on the bathroom walls. Looked like they were working on the room. Only 1 set of towels in a room with 2 Q beds. Only sheets with 1 thin cover on the beds. No quilt. Had to turn on the heater in June in the South. In the morning, coffee was set up but no breakfast at 8 am on a Thursday. Saw a cockroach on the wall while we were packing up to check out of our room. EW!!! Third fail for me on a Red Roof. Last chance at me ever stayin at one.

I would not recommend this location. Our room had a hole in the wall, missing alarms, the phone was missing buttons, tile was off the bathroom area and just sitting in the floor. We was not able to use the mini fridge due to an odor that made us want to throw up. I reported it to the staff and they said they would come change it but never did.

When I checked in, the attendant handed me a single towel set and explained I'd have to come back for the rest since they were waiting for laundry. Got to the room and discovered it was also missing pillowcases---and soap. I think the housecleaning service must have called in sick and the one attendant was trying to catch up on things. Did my part to squash several small cockroaches. Breakfast was disappointing—small packages of mini donuts or mini muffins.

From the tweakers begging for cigarettes to the hallway noise at all hours of the day and night, this stay just offered surprise after surprise. We chose this hotel for affordability and because they had a pool. That was the only thing we really wanted...a pool. We didnt find out that the Health Department shut down the pool until after we paid and checked in.

The lampshades were cracked and broken and there were uncovered outlets. There was no toilet paper holder and the room only had one towel and washcloth. The elevator sounds like it is going to plunge you to yoir death at any moment.

Overall, the place is shabby and looks like its been neglected for years. The \"free breakfast\" consists of packages of mini powdered donuts and coffee.

This is NOT a vacation destination.

This hotel is DISGUSTING!!! When we arrived the lady at the front desk informed me “your room should be clean and bug free because it is at the end of the hallway from the other rooms” I instantly felt scared of what I was about to walk into. When we were getting off the elevator to go to our room there was roaches crawling up and down the hallway walls. We got in our room and thankfully it was bug free. But they only gave us ONE towel in our room. I went to the desk to ask for more and they informed me that they didn’t have any. The beds were so uncomfortable and it’s just sheets, no comforter. The rooms and halls smell like mold and bleach. We only booked this room because it was cheap and only needed for a few hours, but I’d recommend spending a little extra money and going somewhere else! Also not to mention the lady at the front desk was so high out of her mind that it took one of my friends an hour just to get a room and he had to clean it himself!

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS MOTEL

We had already made a reservation. Which was non refundable. The staff at the desk was very rude and unhelpful. We got to the room. We had no towels and practically no toilet paper. When we ask about them it was like it was problem for them to supply these items. The remote to the TV did not work right. We had them replace the batteries and it still didn't work. I saw the desk clerk literally pick up the batteries we needed out of a drawer and put them back then act like they didn't have any. It was clean. But thats the only thing i can say good about the room.

The staff was friendly. I even got to listen to talk about how there were some have sex with each other. The room while clean, I did get to hear about bugs being in one room. There was also dog food and other stains all over the hallway. There was also a constant smell in the hallway.

Nightmare!!

Was moved around between 3 different rooms only to be placed back in the 1st original room and they fixed the TV, the 2nd was filthy had no fridge, the 3rd had no bedding and still had dog food in the floor with a frozen up fridge. After that finally was settled we left our room to go eat only to see someone sitting right beside our door with made me very uneasy, even arriving back the halls were full of 3-4 people sitting by elevators or in spaces in the hallways it was just an all around horrible stay! Not to mention the fire detector that was nothing but tape!! Which I took a picture of that posted below!

There were light bulbs missing in room. They only had one towel in room and it was damp. Hairdryer didn’t work. Breakfast area was scarce and had to ask them to make coffee. Lady running front desk didn’t know how so had to show her.

The worst

So my door wouldn’t shut without pushing it hard, the window facing parking lot had a huge crack from top to bottom, the shower curtain rod was pulled from tile and kept the curtain sliding down. The room smelled of smoke and mildew.
