An extremely disappointing stay. We were traveling with another couple and arrived around 6pm. I checked in at the kiosk and they used the front desk who told them there might not be any clean rooms. Meanwhile, I had successfully obtained a room through the kiosk. The gentleman at the front desk seemed astonished that I had secured a room. On entering the room, it was apparent it had only been partially cleaned. Crumbs on the counters, on the upholstered chair and floor. Food left in the cupboard by a previous guest. I attempted to sit at one of the two chairs at the kitchen island and the seat detached from the frame and crashed onto the floor. It had only been secured by one very loose bolt. The other chair’s seat had only been attached with 2 bolts instead of the required 4. Amenities were severely lacking. No coffee maker. No tissues. No hairdryer. One bar of soap that we had to transfer between the bathroom sink and shower. One tiny bottle of shampoo. The towels were rolled & stored in cubby holes in the bathroom and on using them, we discovered they were all damp, apparently removed from the dryer too soon. We were unable to use the deadbolt on the door because it didn’t match up with the frame. There were no stands for our luggage. There was a nickel on the nightstand, perhaps a sarcastic tip to housekeeping left by the previous guest. The hotel is fairly new, but has been open long enough that these issues should’ve been resolved. Marks my first & last stay.

This was the first hotel in our 10 day travel. We arrived after midnight and I used the Check in Kiosk. It was easy to use and assigned us a room with no issue.

When we entered the room, we noticed that the bed was moved away from the AC unit and the AC unit cover was removed. When we turned on the AC it worked okay but was cooler than outside.

In the morning, a maintenance crew member knocked on our door and we discovered they needed to work on that room. When we went to the front desk, they said that they were sold out and will work on the AC unit that day. When we returned from our days of exploration, it was fixed and worked very well. They also give us a $32 discount for the night.

Overall, it was a pleasant 2 day stay.

This is a new hotel which is probably the only reason why it is still reasonably clean and not run down. Nothing, I repeat, nothing is included in the price of the room. It has a full kitchen, but no kitchen ware to cook with… but there is an option to buy them at the front desk. 1 pot, 1 pan, no kitchen utensils. Had to go out and buy them if I wanted to use the kitchen for anything other than the fridge and microwave, which is available in most regular hotel rooms. Not sure what the point is of a full kitchen if theres nothing in it.
Same with blow dryer, I had the option to “rent” one at the front desk, except none were available, and weren’t for my entire 5 day stay. No soap, shampoo only, no conditioner. Under available amenities, when it says “shampoo”, it really does mean just shampooCoffee in lobby only available until 11am. Gym very minimal equipment, not really worth anything unless you’re just doing cardio and there’s no one else in there. Lobby smelled of weed every time I went through it. Oh, and the cherry on top was there was no hot water the first 2 days of my stay. I really have nothing positive to say about this hotel except it is new and still in relatively good shape.

Building is relatively new and looks nice. The rooms were spacious. My experience was awful. I checked out after the first night of my 4 night stay. I booked 2 rooms one of them wasn't ready till well after check-in and when i got the room it wasn't even clean. Rooms barely had amenities towels toiletries ect. There was no hot water and i was informed from long term travelers it often has no hot water. Under staffed and just over all not impressed. Hopefully my experience was a one off but i wouldn't recommend to anyone.

I was a solo traveler, here for a few days, and I was glad when I arrived to such a clean, tidy room. I was pleased with the control of room temperature I had and how there was always someone to talk to at the front desk. The only odd thing was my room had shampoo and bath soap but no regular hand soap to use at the sink. I would love to stay here again.

We stayed 3 nights for reference. When we arrived, 3 police cruisers were out front and something was going on with a guest and her dogs in one of the rooms. Definitely was concerning without any explanation to guests checking in. Then our last full day (6/26), the warm water was broken and I went down to tell the front desk attendee who seemed completely confused and bewildered - I told him my room about 4 times and he kept repeating the wrong number (I even had to tell him he wrote down the wrong number finally). The hot water was apparently out for the whole building, but no updates were ever given and my parents and I had to take an ice cold shower or forego one entirely. No offer of partial refund was given for the huge inconvenience. “Fitness room” had 2 treadmills, an eliptical, and a very basic bar machine. I would expect at least a barbell set and a bench. Thurs floor hallway smelled bad, like weed and food, while the walls were paper thin and we could hear everyone slamming their doors and walking above us at night. Amenities were bare minimum, without even a spare toilet paper roll or body soap for short term guests. The positive is that the place was clean.

We needed a place to sleep on our way up to Bar Harbor as well as on the way back. This place fit that need. Very clean, great to have a kitchen, and pet friendly. The amenities were a bit lacking (very little toiletries, towels, etc). Their computer system to check in and check out isn’t the most reliable. Often “couldn’t find my reservation”. Decent spot for a quick stay.

The property is very nice the rooms have everything but you need to takes pots and pans and 2 sets of utensils available. They clean every 2 weeks. You want towels need to take used once down and they give you the same back if available. Laundry room nice price not posted or available to find out until you pay with the credit card. In front of the hotel is an open mall with Walmart,Red Robins,Texas Roadhouse ect.
The staff not always aware of what to do but able to find out. Also you need to take the trash out to the dumpster. The place is clean and very quiet. I will stay again but will take what I need with me.

They advertised kitchenette with cooktop. They had cooktop, but nothing to cook with. They only had 2 glasses, 2 plates, 2 bowls, 3 spoons, 2 knives and 1 fork. I thought it was odd to not even have .a coffee maker. Bathroom had two bath towels, 2 hand towels and 1 washcloth. Not equipped for someone staying a while.

I couldn't even get into my room. I arrived at 6 p.m. signed in through the computer system and was told by the computer that my room was not ready. I called for assistance and the person on the phone said that the only person that can help you is the staff at the front desk. Guess what, there was no staff at the front desk for the entire hour I was there and other people staying there said they had never seen staff at the front desk. I never got into my room and I had to book a room 40 minutes away. Worse hotel experience ever, many unhappy people staying there had other issues like being forced to cast from their phone to use the TV. What? Stay away.

Overall, the experience has been very satisfying. Some of the guests are staying there long-term, and not always the most hospitable. The staff is always very helpful and greet me by my name as I am a weekly guest at the hotel the room is always incredibly clean I wish that they would have plastic cups better shades overall a positive experience.

It was a clean, comfortable room within an extended stay layout. Property appears new. Amenities and furnishings were just sitting hat you'd need for a simple night's rest. The kitchen area was a nice touch with a breakfast bar and seats. The room is plain but layer out well.
It is a \"Keep it Simple\", No frills place that works perfect. Not the Ritz and not the Motel 6. The price was excellent for the area and a surprise when I got to the property.
I used to travel extensively so I've stayed at all kinds. Mid range with a larger kitchenette with full size refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher.

When I arrived to check in, I was told my reservation had been canceled and there were zero rooms available in the property. Several other people were in the lobby dealing with the same issue. Apparently the property's system canceled all reservations from third-party systems (Hotels.com, Expedia, etc...). I tried working with the two young men at the front desk. I showed them both the confirmation from Hotels.com and the confirmation and invitation to pre-check in from LivAway Suites. I asked them to call a manager or corporate representative to see if the issue could be fixed. They were only interested in looking up the dinner menu for a local restaurant to place an order. Just kept showing me the screen where my reservation was listed and marked canceled.

When we tried to check in to our reserved room, Liv Away said they had no rooms available! They sent us to another hotel, which was also so full that they had no rooms with two queen beds. Two of us had to sleep on a sofa bed, which isn’t what we wanted at all. We had also been counting on the kitchenette at Liv Away, which the other hotel didn’t have. The other hotel tried their best, but Liv Away should never have created that situation in the first place. Extremely disappointing!

Machine à café en service uniquement le matin.
Nous avions booker un studio mais ne vient pas avec les poêlon, roster… seulement 2 assiette, 2 verres et 2 fourchettes. Donc pas pratique si vous voulez pleinement utiliser la cuisine.
Le check in était très long, ils semblaient même être over booked…
L’hôtel est très propre et neuf. Près d’un Walmart et petits restaurants.

Made a reservation early enough for my request to have been taken into consideration however when ai arrived at check in, Im told the rooms on the 1st floor wont be done until later in the day. Really? You see you have a request but choose to ignore. Ok
2nd- never got a rundown of the place such as you needing your key to get through the doors, where things are located.
3rd - none of the buttons for holding the door open worked. Staff just stared while struggling to get the stupid luggage cart out of the door.
4th- there is NOTHING in the rooms. No paper towels, no soap to wash dishes, no pans. Not even a friggin coffee pot!!!! Didnt get told at check in that you would have to purchase those separately. Why call yourself an extended stay when you cant even provide for basic stuff
4th - went to get coffee in the morning downstairs and theres nothing. No sugar, etc. No staff around to ask
5th - im so friggin sick of evreywhere having a stupid app. Couldnt do laundry becuase you need some app to do it with. Absolutely ridiculous
6th - missed a damn meeting because there was ABSOLUTELY NO INTERNET reception. The hotels log in disnt work, neither did my own hotspot.

The hotel was clean and the rooms were too. Beds are not comfortable at all. I give it another six months and it won't be filled with business professionals but a lot of transient people. It is maybe one step up from an Extended Stay. I didn't feel comfortable away from home during business travel, the room is very sterile. No comfortable chair or comfortable settings, but it was clean. The light that comes in from the street lights is insane so I used my comforter to cover the windows.

This is a new building, we had a king room. The room had full fridge, cook top, microwave and dishwasher. The only dishes dinner plates, cereal bowls and, knife, fork, and teaspoon. There was no pots or pans, or larger microwavable dish, no dish cloth, there was dishwasher detergent, no miscellaneous utensils, and no coffee machine. There was supposed to be coffee 24/7 in lobby, but machine wasn’t working. If you were staying longer than one night some of the above items would be necessary. Room was real clean and spacious,

This place seems brand new! The room was very nice. The kitchen was very nice and I got to pop some popcorn! Was allowed to bring our dog Hazel and it was just $10 extra ! Just hope people don't reck that deal for others. The only reason I gave 4 stars was our room was right near man entrance on the first floor and every time people went in and out we could hear the door slam!! Would definitely go again!

We arrived at the hotel around 8pm. Check in was anytime after 3. We booked two rooms and they were not ready. After we couldn't self check in because our rooms weren't ready we had to wait about 10 minutes for an attendent to come to the counter. He told us that there weren't any king rooms available only double queen rooms. At this point we were tired and just wanted to get a room. I said that was fine but he called his manager who after another 10 minutes was able to help him figure out the problem. When it was time to pay the reservation did not account for our dogs which I also included on my reservation. The manager had to again be called. We were told to just pay and that the manager was coming in from home and would be in shortly to speak with us. We were told to go settle in our rooms and they would call us when the manager got there. We never received a call or had a manager speak with us. I also never received a receipt that I asked for multiple times. The whole check in process must have taken atleast 30 minutes and was just one issue after another.
The hotel itself was clean, had plenty of parking, but they really need to iron out their staffing and check in process. After traveling all day this is the last thing guests want to deal with. Disppointing.

The staff was outstanding in being helpful and professional at the same time . I’d like to address Stewart first . This manager was above and beyond professional. I don’t know his pay grade but he needs a rise . Friendly but at the same time honest and professional . I asked him some questions and found him to be very intelligent . 2nd is Rob … very insightful professional and helpful . I also asked him for some advice and was quickly told honest answers and fixed the problem right away . 3rd Curry . Cheerful with a sense of humor while keeping things orderly and clean.
4th Melissa … new but very professional and friendly !
I would personally like to thank the manager and all his staff . He runs and maintains the property at very high standards. 5 star review !

My room was very clean and the staff were helpful and extremely nice. I loved having a laundry room onsite so I could wash my laundry throughout the week that I was there. My only request is that housekeeping tend to the rooms either daily or every other day and do routine trash pickups.

Very clean, but the staff really sucks at hospitality. There was a poor kid working the front desk, obviously just starting out at the job, and the guy in the wheelchair was extremely NOTICEABLY passive aggressive to him while he trained him on checking us in. It really put us off. Made sure to tell us not to ask them where the pool is (idk why because I was well aware there wasn't a pool and never even breached the subject of a pool???) but neglected to tell us that there is only staffing until like 8 PM or so with a kiosk you have to go to when your keys stop working randomly on the last night of the visit at almost 1 A.M. There was no staff present to contact, just a phone line with what was an obviously overwhelmed remote service worker who said \"well how many keys have you gone through already?!\" Uhh??? Just the ones I was given at check in??? That randomly locked me out at 1 A.M? Every person I spoke to sounded like they were annoyed they had to talk to me.

This is a newer hotel- the room was immaculate, the bathroom and living area spotless. This is a budget friendly extended stay hotel and the design is clean and minimalist.
The positives: price, friendly staff, cleanliness
The negatives: check-in after hours is through their kiosk and was not smooth. Almost no amenities that you would expect in an extended stay hotel. No coffeemaker in the room, no coffee cups in the room. No cookware in the room. I was only there for 3 nights and not in the room much- so I didn’t request these items at the counter and can’t say if they would have been provided. I would stay again providing that the room amenity issues have been addressed.

Low water pressure on the normal shower head. Probably worst I have ever seen in a hotel.
Shampoo provided, but no conditioner? Even asked the front desk who suggested I go to the store and buy some? It was Thanksgiving. No stores were open.
Could hear ding from elevator all night
Severeal dirty / used tissues under bed, back left corner.
No coffee in the morning as the machine was broken. Had a three hour drive.
No towels in the exercise room? Wiped my sweat with a crunchy paper towel. Low budget
No live tv, only Lg apps?
Front staff was not very friendly. She made sure to finish on her phone before looking up and moving to desk to assist me.

This place is awesome and the staff are very friendly and helpful. I was very happy and surprised beyond what I expected. You have a small stove, sink microwave and refrigerator. Location is great near many shopping needs and wants. I stay 11 days and loved my stay. Laundry and small gym as well. Highly recommend and worth the money.

Everything about this hotel is super cheap - except the price...
ROOM - no closet, comforter, iron, hair dryer, safe, carpet.
BUILDING - no breakfast, pool, or even a real lobby. ONE elevator.
STAFF - generally well-meaning but not given the proper tools or training to do their job. Window in room left open; room was 48 degrees upon arrival. One check-in station; average of ten minutes per customer.

This hotel is brand new. The people working there were exceptionally nice. It was clean and quiet. The only downside was they were still doing some last-minute construction, making it a bit noisy during the day.
