Upon arrival we were greeted by Nicola. Check in was seemless. Location was superb! Right outside our door was breakfast every morning and all the shops. He made dinner reservations for us at wonderful restaurants. He arranged a car to take us to a vineyard in Verona, which was wonderful! Tanina helped us plan every day with her knowledge of the area. Ferry right by the hotel took us to any lake town. Tanina even arranged for a car upon check out to take us to the train station. We appreciated all the help with our stay. We would definitely return!

We arrived in Italy during a nationwide travel strike which put everybody attempting to travel in confusion so I messaged Tanina for advice.
She was in constant contact for hours where I was trying to get to the hotel from the airport, offering lots of different solutions.
Once at Descenzano train station, she organised a car to pick us up.
We were then met by a member of the hotel staff by the beautiful castle (on entering Sirmione) and escorted to our hotel.
The hotel is small but modern, sleek and nicely decorated. It’s in the perfect location, a walk away from everything you’ll want to see in the town. The port is a 2 minute walk and the hotels restaurant, where you’ll get breakfast, is a minute walk away.
The breakfast was very tasty, coffee and orange juice on tap and quick service.
Tanina shared her advice on what to do in the local area, Milan and Verona when we asked. She was very informative and always friendly whenever we spoke to her.
She arranged an unforgettable meal at a local restaurant for me and my wife on our anniversary and it was incredible!
She made our stay even better than it would have been, I must say it’s one of the nicest places I have ever been and we go away multiple times a year, to different destinations.

This property is in an excellent location right in the center of the historic part of Sirmione. You walk everywhere and it beautiful every way you look. The rooms are modern, comfortable and very clean. The best part of the hotel is the front desk staff. They were all wonderful and Tanina was a stand out! She loves making people feel welcome and gave us wonderful suggestions on places to see and dine. All her suggestions were spot on and she even gave us printouts of maps and directions. The included breakfast right next door to the hotel was very good. The staff greeted us every morning like we’ve been coming there for years. Overall a great stay and we hope to come back soon!

I spent a couple of days at Casa Scaligeri with my mother. I can’t recommend this place enough. The room was very modern, much nicer that many hotels in the area that can be a bit dated. The owners and personnel are super kind and always available to help. Breakfast is served next door and is excellent. The location is great, right in the centre of the old town. Highly recommended.

What excellent little hotel. Very modern inside but the building itself is 15th Century. Its in the historic town past the castle just minutes walk feom most thing in the town. About 20 mins from the beaches. The restaurants and ahopping are great as well.

We cannot say enough good things about our stay at Casa Scaligeri. We were staying in Florence for a few weeks and decided to do an overnight in Sirmione for our anniversary and we were not disappointed in our choice to stay here. The location is ideal, room was clean and had all the little \"touches\", but truly it is the staff, particularly Tanina, that makes this place a gem. Absolutely beyond expectations…. The parking was very easy to access and the hotel takes care to send you the information before arriving. The transfer from parking to hotel and back was seamless and also very enjoyable for my child to ride a little golf cart through sirmione. The hotel was located right near the entrance and also a two minute walk to the great Terme of Sirmione (which was the main point of our visit). The hotel itself was STUNNING. So nicely renovated, new, modern, very spacious room with comfortable beds and lots of windows. The design itself is so modern but well thought - hooks in the right places, bath and wc separate from each other… lots of hangers and space to hang clothes. Even a little balcony in our room. The cleanliness was immaculate…. It was truly amazing.
The breakfast was so abundant and so tasty, not sure if it’s always like this but during this time of low season we had breakfast cooked to order and unlimited portions (even though one portion is more than enough for a hearty appetite) with fresh breads, croissants, yogurt and cereals… fresh orange juice and espresso as you like. I couldn’t have dreamt up a better stay and the hospitality was exceptional. In a time like this, it’s hard to find these gems that really really care about customer service and client experience. We cannot wait to come back again

It is a great hotel. We enjoyed our 2 night stay very much. Location is excellent, great breakfast, very nice rooms. The most important and difference with other hotels is the personal attention by the Manager. She is exceptionally nice and attentive, has all the tips and recommendations and for many places she walks with you (short walk) to show you or recommend the places. Really enjoyed being at this boutique hotel!!!!

We had a remarkable stay here, beyond the week appointed excellent accommodations at the best physical location in Sirmione (just past the castle, after where you can't really drive anymore anyway! Made for a much shorter walk with luggage than others who stayed further down the peninsula), the service and integration of private transportation (from train station private vans, to navigating time tables for the ferry station!) and recommendations and staff calling restaurants to make reservations for us was above and beyond (Tanina is AMAZING and I still can't believe she doesn't own the hotel, she took such pride and ownership over providing an exceptional experience!). As an American and gay couple discovering Lake Garda for the first time, we felt very, very welcomed. Thank you so much for the memorable, and truly remarkable, stay!

This resort area is a bit inaccessible - that's where the SERVICE comes in. Tanina has the ability to make you feel like you are staying with your family. The communication is just right - every question is anticipated and answered almost before you know to ask! How do we visit other towns on Lake Garda? Where can we find the best gelato? What about a restaurant for a romantic dinner? We want to explore on foot - what path do you recommend. Tanina has you covered, like a mama but with the utmost respect. We ate great food, discovered Bardolino and did some shopping, saw the historical sights and even caught a local church choir practicing through a street-level open window! If you stay at this property, you will literally have no worries. A fabulous breakfast around the corner is included daily. Tanina will give you a map and the inside scoop on everything. Our only suggestion for improvement is to do the repairs for the damages caused by a previous guest in suite 202 and to dispense with the chemical \"air fresheners\" which are toxic. The air God has created is superior!

This hotel was phenomenal! From the moment we arrived we felt extremely welcomed by the front desk staff. Parking off site was easy and the shuttle in was quick and easy. The room was wonderfully air conditioned and modern but in a very old building (I think 1500s). Walking distance to countless restaurants - but take the staff’s recommendation because we didn’t one night and it was a dud. Breakfast was unbelievably good and the service was outstanding. The free beach chairs down at Jamaica Beach were a nice touch. I cannot recommend this hotel enough!! Don’t hesitate to book!

We had an amazing 2-night stay during our honeymoon. The hotel is centrally located in Sirmione, and the car shuttle from the parking lot was incredibly convenient. As our first time in Sirmione we had an absolutely fabulous time! Lake Garda is highly recommended over Lake Como and Hotel Scaligeri was top notch! The concierge walked us to every restaurant to make sure we had the best service. Room was quaint, clean and quiet. Shooing, boat rides and food are all right outside the door. I’d highly recommend this hotel to friends and would stay there again longer for sure.

Our receptionist was incredibly welcoming and helpful and gave us recommendations for lunch and dinner. She was also able to book reservations for us which was so great. The room was ready for us earlier than the stated check-in and there was plenty of complimentary items for us to use.
