Location of this property is fabulous, lovely spa, great pools, BUT, although the property has been recently renovated, there are some things that we found very frustrating - beds not comfy at all and they were two single beds pushed together in a way that made it uncomfortable as a couple. Zero sound insulation so unfortunately we heard everything that the neighbouring room chose to do - their tv echoed into our room and it was impossible to get any peace. Staff largely kind but we did also have an incident where the cleaning staff barged into our room at 9pm without knocking and waiting which was very embarrassing.

Great quiet location just a 10 minute walk to the very busy main part of beautiful Sirmione. Sunloungers overlooking the lovely lake, and good size pool. No tea or coffee making facilities so we took our own kettle and hotel provided fresh milk when they filled the mimi bar, without being asked, another nice touch. Spa facilities lovely and thermal hot pools to “take the waters” The service from the friendly staff was excellent, always there to help and advise. We had fabulous weather and did boat trips around the lake everyday, our favourites were Garda, lots of good shops as well as lovely setting and Salò very pretty and sleepy.

The hotel was in a great location, right on the lake and amazing views and and the staff were very good, Let down by the very old and tired rooms and beds like slabs of rock, Might suit some. our trip was let down by very drunk guests at 2.30 in the morning waking everyone up for an hour, no late room check out for the 6 of us that meant no where to shower or get changed, they could offer but wanted 150 euro for the privilege of staying after 12 to use the facilities even and car park, never had this anywhere before

We've just returned from a week at the Continental Therme Hotel in Sirmione and I can highly recommend this venue. I'm a single mum with three teenagers and upon arrival we were given a Junior Suite where my teens had a little loft area which they adored. The hotel was spotless (our room and the main areas/gardens) and all the staff were brilliant. We opted for B&B so didn't eat lunch or dinner in the hotel but the breakfast was lovely, well stocked, and plenty of it. The grounds are beautiful and the hotel is within easy reach of all the main sites. I didn't use the spa facilities but I'm hoping to return in the future with my mum so I'll definitely take advantage of the facilities then. A wonderful hotel, great staff, and a delightful week away.

Having stayed at the Grand Terme (albeit several years ago) this hotel rates highly, incredible staff and a level friendly and attentive service that makes you at ease without being over bearing or judgemental. Excellent facilities with two pools and direct access to the lake with great views. A short walk to the centre of town through beautiful parks and walkways.

We stayed at Hotel Continental in May with our almost 1-year-old son, and had a wonderful time. The hotel is beautifully located, all the staff were exceptionally attentive and helpful, and we loved the restaurant. Definitely look forward to coming back again!

Outstanding front desk staff
Sirmione is essentially a peninsula in Lago di Garda. This property is nicely removed from the crush of people in the Centro of Sirmione. It faces the lake and has a well maintained pool and thermal bath.
The front desk staff went above and beyond for us on a couple of occasions and worked hard to make our visit exceptional.
We will return to enjoy the Italian hospitality.

We had an amazing stay at this family-owned property. Staff were incredibly friendly and happy to share information about the area. The location was beautiful and the restaurant was wonderful - both in service provided and meal options. We were only there two nights but ended up eating at the hotel both evenings. Might have stayed in supposed 'posher' hotels and hotels with better bedding but this cannot be beaten on location. It seemed to be the only hotel, past the old town, with a full lake setting, in the sun all day and away from the tourist centre. Rooms cleaned twice a day and all the staff were great.

Excellent female reception staff also the gentleman bar person was fantastic, very friendly and helpful at all times. The majority of staff did not seem happy, friendly or helpful.
We had an evening flight and although we accepted the hotel was at full capacity with no rooms available the hotel could not offer any facilities to shower etc., apart from the shower around the pool. Was also informed we had not paid for the afternoon to continue to use any facilities at the hotel. Travelled extensively in Italy and this was a first.

Great welcome on arriving at hotel - we were allowed to book in early and had our rooms upgraded. Hotel is ideally situated on the lake itself with very pleasant views from hot tub/small pool and the outside terrace where breakfast and other meals can be taken. The hotel is a 5 minute walk from the lovely town. Staff friendly helpful & efficient. Rooms cleaned twice a day. Brilliant holiday helped by this excellent hotel. Only downside was wifi played up on occasions and the connecting door to another room meant noise from next room was amplified which was mildly disturbing on some nights.

Breakfast Buffet was very good, nothing to complain! Staff very friendly. Restaurant has very limited selection, food was tasty, but way overpriced, portions very small. From the dessert Buffet you can choose one item.. which I never seen before. The pool we couldn't use before 10 am. In other Hotels we stayed which also had a sole pool, way larger than that... we could use at 7 am and 8 am, this was disappointing not to swim before breakfast.

We had a lovely experience staying at the Hotel Continental in Lake Garda. We really enjoyed the facilities at the hotel. The location at the hotel right next to the lake was perfect, and it was in a quieter part of Sirmione. The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly and the rooms was very spacious. We would definitely recommend this hotel if you are visiting Lake Garda and we would love to go back to this area and stay at the same Hotel.

We didn't eat in the hotel restaurant in the evening, but the a la carte menu did have many tempting dishes.
The pool area was incredibly well-kept. There is a normal swimming pool, and a thermal pool, both of which have plenty of sun-loungers. There are also lake-facing sun-loungers, which are popular, and there is access to the lake from the private jetty.
My mother and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this hotel, and would recommend it.
