The property is immaculate, the staff are the best of the best, and they genuinely care about what your needs are. I haven’t been this impressed…ever! They stand when they see you, everyone from the desk, to maids, to lawn maintenance greet you with a pleasant hello and eager to help make your stay amazing. 5/5 stars. Could go on and on about how well they treated us. Thank you!

Beautiful place, very, very well kept! Having the most attentive and courteous staff attending to your every need, service was outstanding!!

incredible location, perfectly maintained amenities, including two beautiful pools.
Pristine rooms with top quality furnishings, linens and towels.

The spa was beautiful, and the gym was all up to date with latest equipment. Spa’s staff is very professional. Had the most extraordinary massage in a long while, (this is coming from someone who gets one every other week).

As to the food, fantastic menu and great waitstaff. The “deconstructed key lime pie” is just stellar! Food can be served just about anywhere on the property. Overall it’s quiet and serene, affording each guest with privacy. Couldn’t be better. Thank you.

Victoria House was a great choice for us. The property is beach front with a gorgeous view . Staff was attentive and really friendly. Our room was turned over everyday with fresh towels and sheets (If you wanted ,you can also say no) . We definitely want to return and will be staying here again when we comeback .

Victoria House was great. We went during the low season, so it was very quiet and we loved it. The staff is amazing: friendly, helpful, efficient and accommodating. The entire resort is beautiful, the pools are immaculate and refreshing. The excursions are great. I was extremely happy they will take care of all the details for you if you want to do any extras, take trips, etc. The resort tour staff is knowledgeable and fun.

had the most amazing solo trip for my birthday! ✨ The staff went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and felt safe—which meant so much since it was my very first solo trip. They decorated my room twice for my birthday and even arranged a beautiful birthday setup on the water. The food was absolutely delicious, and their hospitality made the entire experience unforgettable. My only complaint was the weather, but of course that’s out of anyone’s control. Overall, I’d rate my stay a solid 10/10!

It is a great hotel, with excellent facilities and the staff is VERY nice. The food (breakfast, lunch and dinner) was very good, very tasty and lots of options, but very expensive. There are no nearby restaurants within an easy walk, which limits outside dining options. The other issue is the sargassum decomposing on the coast line, which generates a lot of H2S (smells like rotten eggs). This is not the hotel's fault, but it is certainly something that affects outdoor activities and even just hanging out by the beach.

This place is a pleasant surprise for those looking for a quiet, comfortable, scenic boutique resort to stay at and enjoy great food, service and atmosphere of San Pedro. It is tucked off the mainstream of San Pedro, Belize, with its amazing quality of service from the entire staff where everybody speaks English better than some Americans. The majority of the staff is also fluent in Spanish and well trained in hospitality, professionalism and customer care. The front desk can arrange anything you want and if they can’t, they know somebody that can. They go beyond to assure your stay is amazing…I can keep saying many more things about this place but trust me when I say that these folks know what good food, excellent service and customer service is..

My girlfriend and I stayed here for 5 days as a part of her birthday celebration and had an incredible time. I was able to work with Jeremiah to plan a surprise dinner by the water with a birthday cake, flowers, champagne, and decorations that she loved, and we were blown away by Victoria House and sad to be leaving today. Jeremiah, Ashley, Ruben and Travis were all exceptional members of the hotel’s staff and we loved talking to and learning about their lives each day. Before arriving we scheduled snorkeling with another company and had a lot of trouble figuring out transport - the hotel arranged a next morning trip that was cheaper and visited the same locations as the previous company, but dropped us off to and from the hotel which was a relief and so convenient. The pools and facilities here are incredible but the people really solidified this as 5 stars for me, highly highly recommend.

Victoria House is a must stay in San Pedro! Super modern, clean, and beautiful views. The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout the entire stay. It's about a 10 min ride into the center or 30-40 min walk. Property has bikes and go-carts you can rent to get around!

The resort itself is very nice. However, it seemed too sterile and boring. No music playing and not being able to play music at the pool made it uneventful. The seaweed in the water was not enjoyable at all. The room was freezing as they have to keep the AC at a certain temp to prevent the floors from sweating. Overall, a nice resort, just too boring for us. Recommend for people that want a quiet trip, not for travelers wanting a fun, social environment.

As a first time solo traveler I had some reservations about staying in a resort that’s so frequently described as romantic. I simply can’t express how much this gorgeous place and the wonderful staff exceeded my expectations. I was lucky enough to be upgraded and really appreciated the additional space although all of the rooms looked fantastic. The resort is immaculate with really comfortable places to chill out. The dining at the resort was extremely good as well and of course the views are phenomenal. But the differentiator, as so many reviews state, is the incredibly friendly warm and knowledgable staff. I’m very late writing this review and feel bad that I don’t remember the names of the folks who were especially kind and helpful. But I want to say thank you for making my vacation truly special.

This place is like White Lotus without the drama! It is small enough that the waiters and staff knew what we liked to drink, but large enough to meet people and generally have a fun time. The beach is pristine, pools are great, and staff is very friendly and very professional. We have literally zero complaints except that we only stayed 4 nights.

Lovely and spacious resort. A bit of a walk to town, but you can go all the way up the beach, use the free bicycles, or take a taxi into town for about $10 USD. Loved the free kayaking option. Restaurant was great, a bit on the pricey side, but there are a few other options nearby like Hidden Treasure. Overall very happy with our stay here, felt like paradise with the warm breeze swaying the palms.

i had arranged directly with your dive shop for some dives and specifically shared a concern about my scuba abilities. was there in may and had gotten open-water certification - but conditions limited dives to inside reef with dives at a maximum depth of 35ft. asked for a first dive with the instructor who'd certified in may to finalize skill set so and confirm i really want to take the sport up.
when i showed up for the first dive was advised my 'mentor' 'wasn't feeling well' - instead of doing his best to accommodate my wishes to take things one step at at time, your shop supervisor sent me out on a boat with (15) experienced divers in very rough waters (12.8.24). i survived but this, but have definitely soured on taking up the sport - shortened week stay to four nights.
so happy to be home!

On a scale of 1 to 10, I would rate Victoria a 12. Each hotel begins and ends with the staff, top flight service and friendless from the staff. Resort and rooms were spotless, very fast responses every time. Veiws are remarkable and beaches pristine like no other beach I've ever visited. Dining 5 star,staff and food, spa was top tier. We stayed here for 4 days in September. It's a beautiful property with great amenities and very friendly and attentive staff! It's in a quieter part of the island (a short walk from the Alaia), and the beachfront near the hotel is not the nicest, but it didn't impact the enjoyment of our stay. We loved the property! The only drawback is that the breakfast included in your stay is a very basic continental breakfast that is very repetitive, so we often ended up ordering off the breakfast menu at an additional cost. All in all it's a great property and I'd definitely stay again.

This stay was much needed for my husband and I after having our newborn . First solo trip a year after having our baby . We needed peace and calmness but still had access to the busy areas buy renting a golf cart . All the staff was very informative and helpful and gave great service . Don’t hesitate to stay here it’s totally safe . We rented out golf cart across the street at the local grocery store and the owner there was so nice and we got the cart for $100 for 3 days .
The food for breakfast lunch and dinner was the most delicious food I have had in any of our hotel stays on vacation and We travel all over .
Everything was so clean and maintained.

The only downside is, there’s not a lot of activities to do. This was more of like a romantic getaway. Sometimes I’d like to have a little more music at the pool but I can do that on another occasion. It did feel as if we had the hotel to ourselves that is how chill it is . It was very relaxing and we felt like we lived there coming out of our rooms everyday 😊

Victoria House is a beautiful, serene property. The staff are friendly, helpful, and looked out for us. I really enjoyed the staff. We had the continental breakfast was yummy and we enjoyed eating on the patio. We mainly ate in town to explore cuisine, which was fun--food is great in San Pedro. We rented a golf cart to get around town.
Note that the beach is person-made, there is no natural beach that connects into the water. There is a pier to step into the water, which is warm and nice; shallow water. There are a couple of really nice pools on the property. If you take any kind of boat tour, you are picked up at the pier at Victoria House, which is super convenient.
We enjoyed our beautiful room and loved Victoria House. Would love to stay there again.

From the moment you land at Tropic Air and their driver picks you up the courtesy and hospitality begins. Smooth transfer to and fro. Friendly staff, to name a few…Kenroy, Little Caesar, Vanessa, Ashley M, just everyone; always greeting with a smile. Our room was quaint but got the job done; however the room can use some sound proofing from other guests on the floor and down below at the restaurant. The cleaning staff is amazing, they’re like little elves, you blink and your room is clean and replenished, and your turndown service has been completed. The spa ladies have great deep tissue skills- it hurt so good. The food is great, but becomes familiar after a few days. Don’t be afraid to venture out of needed- various local restaurants around at varying prices. Robin’s Nest don’t look it, but has great tasting Jamaican and local food. Not exactly a “waterfront” resort, but they have 2 nice pools and options to explore other beaches. Great for snorkeling, diving, fishing and the sorts. We had the peace and serenity we were looking for and a great time. Hope to be back one day.

Best hotel or resort I’ve ever stayed in!

This was such an amazing stay. Every single thing we had or did at this property was perfect. The room was beautiful and impeccably clean as well as comfortable with amazing AC, super comfy bed, and everything worked well and had no problems. Even the little shampoo and conditions were wonderful like beeswax/honey products and smelled anmazing and were great quality. The food was delicious and all service from waiters to front desk to spa staff were absolutely wonderful. All kind, professional, and very welcoming and happy to help.
The beach was beautiful and kept so clean, atmosphere is peaceful and relaxed. Loved that we could play bags, ladder ball, or jenga on the beach. Literally couldn’t have been more perfect. Best resort or hotel we’ve ever stayed in, and we’ve traveled quite a bit in our lives so far.

Snorkelling under the dock was a great way to practice with our equipment and fooling around with go pro and capturing all the fish that love under there. The fold carts for transportation were great and such an easy and convenient way to get around and we always felt very safe on Ambergris Caye. We loved it! Thank you!

Beautiful views and relaxation!

We loved our stay art Victoria Inn! It was beautiful and relaxing. We loved relaxing on the property. So many different options: lounge chairs, hammocks... on the dock, beach, under coconut trees, by the pool, at your cabana. The staff were all so attentive and helpful. Would definitely come back.

World Class!

Victoria House is incredible! World class! My husband and I have traveled to more than 50 countries and this is the best place we've ever stayed! The food, pools, grounds, rooms, and service are exceptional. It truly is a paradise you won't want to leave. We stayed for 8 nights and were sad to leave. If you are looking for a quiet, rejuvenating stay, with fabulous drinks, great food, exquisite spa services, and friendly staff- Victoria House is your place! I highly recommend that you treat yourself to the hot stone massage! No detail is missed in this gem of a place! You won't want to stay at a large commercial resort again once you experience the intimacy and convenience of Victoria House! The diving, snorkeling, and excursions are fabulous as well. Victoria House can assist you in making arrangements and will pack a breakfast-to-go for the early morning excursions! Don't miss their fresh baked bread and pastries.
