Although the room was clean there was zero hot water for the whole stay. I thought it was a fluke the first night but no hot water the 2nd second day prompted me to tell the the front desk and they mentioned they were having problems but would check into it. On the 3rd night was assured it was fixed but alas still none and when i told the front desk again they implied I was not telling the truth. cold showers are a bummer.

#brunReview staying at the Company House was an experience it was centrally located in the town of Christiansted near the governors quarters on St.Croix and adjacent to the amazing jewelry company Sonya’s Jewelry. The pool was small but my eight year old enjoyed it. I wish the bar was opened. The customer service from the staff was amazing. We also were adjacent to Cay Bay which we spent a day there. Besides that the shopping was cool and Cafe 50 was nice spot down the street. Very historic area and the St. Croix charm. The price was doable. I give it a three plus stars.

Checking in was easy. Staff was very friendly. My only issue was that we were put on the second floor and there were rooms available on the first floor. There are no elevators so climbing stairs with luggage was a bit challenging. But this hotel, I would definitely recommend it to everyone.

This hotel was in a good location in Christiansted - it felt safe & the area was walkable. The room was clean & the beds & pillows were very comfortable. The hotel doesn’t have an elevator, so if you don’t want to have to lug your suitcases up 15 or more stairs, request a room on the first floor. The small pool was nice & had fountains running into it that made a relaxing sound. We didn’t receive any perks while staying here.

**Review of The Company Hotel, Christiansted, St. Croix**
I recently stayed at The Company Hotel in downtown Christiansted, and overall, it was a decent experience. The location is excellent—just a 7-minute walk from the boardwalk and the National Historic Sites by the water. There are plenty of restaurants, bars, and clubs nearby, which is great if you're looking to explore the local nightlife.
Check-in was smooth, though they do require a $100 deposit, so be prepared for that. One thing to note is that this hotel does not have an elevator, which could be a dealbreaker for some. I had to climb three sets of stairs with a heavy bag, which was a bit of a hassle. Since the hotel is a historic site, they can't make too many structural changes, so keep that in mind if stairs are an issue for you.
At night, the area gets quite loud due to a nearby club that stays open until around 3 a.m. If you're sensitive to noise, this might not be the best option for you. However, as someone who enjoys the nightlife, I didn’t mind it.
Overall, the hotel has its pros and cons, but if you're looking for a place with a great location and don't mind the noise or the stairs, The Company Hotel could be a good fit for your stay in St. Croix.

The company house hotel was warm welcoming and richly decorate. The stunning wood furniture in my room blew me away. Although this beautiful hotel does not have an on the premises dining area multiple restaurants were in walking distance. If you’re looking for a calming place to stay while you explore the beautiful island this is it!

The room was small and very noisy. Impossible to sleep throughout the night. The location was good you could walk to everything in town. Limited breakfast restaurants. No bar or restaurant on property. Check out was at 11:00 am however we request to extend just a few extra minutes, our guests had to use the restroom and there are no restrooms in the lobby. The manager wanted to charge us an extra $50. We basically ignored her while she was constantly banging on the door. We were out by 11:12 am. Not sure if she charged my Visa an extra $50. The front desk took 20 minutes to find our reservation - an uncomfortable experience There was only a trickle of water in the sink. This morning there was no hot water. I let the water run in sink and shower for 15 minutes. it finally got to luke warm. NOT ACCEPTABLE in this quality of hotel. NO BAR, NO BREAKFAST facilities and NO HOT WATER. This hotel was perfectly fine. The room was very clean upon arrival but the maid service (while attentive) during our stay was not great. They did not clean the floors in our room as well as I would have liked. It got sticky and grimmey over the week. A mop and sweep would have been nice. The sheets were not changed during our stay. We ran out of toilet paper. They did not replenish the coffe daily but it was nice to have a keurig. The microwave and fridge were great additions. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The pool was beautiful, but chilly. Great in town location with a short walk to Kings Ally market and water taxi to the Cay.

This was our first trip to St Croix. Fantastic location for exploring the town. Moments from restaurants and shops/ boardwalk. The Twin City cafe next door is ideal for breakfast.
