No staff everything virtual. It went well No restaurant. An event was going on that was enjoyable. But I think guest should know in advance that place was packed with local entertainment. Rooms ok. Deck rotting in need of maintenance. No table next to bed, a table inside to eat at would have been nice

Wasn’t the bungalow we paid for, was not clean. Tv in bedroom wasn’t connected to anything, pool was shut down , no restaurant as advertised. Only good was Nicole the bartender!

Property was a good price, but then the hot water didn't work, the shower didn't work. Decking was kinda falling apart. Bath towel was askew when I arrived, take that for what it is. Management was unavailable at check in 3 pm and in the morning when trying to work out the water 8 am. I left a day early, hopefully the will use the money they didn't refund me to fix the shower, and a few other things.

Location was amazing. Beautiful views and very quiet. Beach bar was great as well. Loved the cats on the property. Check in was a little confusing as no staff members on site as all communication is via text. And if you are planning on cooking only had 1 tiny pot available. Overall had an amazing stay and plan on returning!

The location is amazing, quiet and away from noise but close to Christianstead. Bar staff at the resort were absolutely wonderful. Office staff not friendly and goodluck getting towels for the bathroom or cleaning.

This was the worst hotel property i have ever stayed at. There was no one at the office when we arrived, when we did find someone after walking around for 20 minutes.She said, what do you need?And we explained to her that we were there to Check-in.She really said come. We checked into the room only to find that the headboard on the bed was broken.The walls were scratched up.There were bugs everywhere the stairs.
Walking up to the bungalow were brought it in falling apart.There were bugs crawling underneath the door there were packages the fridge was rusted and leaking and I wouldn't put anything in it. It was barely running water in the kitchen at sink. The bathroom sink was obviously never cleaned from the previous customers because they were still toothpaste marks around the sink. All of the previous customer shower supplies were still in the bathroom. After we checked in, we attempted to get a couple of drinks at the bar.There was no menu there was no sign where to do.When you got there, we started at the table and ended up deciding.I guess we have to walk up to the bar to get something to drink. Drinks were o k where gender drink the liberty to make a special strawberry drink. There was a woman changing a poopy diaper on one of the tables near the restaurant. The \"beach\" was infested with fleas and we are being eaten alive and was covered.
With seaweed so even if we wanted to go into the water we would have had a wade through ten feet of seaweed. There were signs all over

The place itself is clean. It’s kind of far out from town. The staff wasn’t really friendly. I was supposed to get a two bedroom and before I got there, I was texting the staff and told them it was my honeymoon and asked if they could do something special and they said yes. When I got there, there was nothing special at all and they didn’t even have a room reserved for me.

To be honest I was nervous after reading some old reviews on this property. But I was not disappointed!! Yes they are remodeling but that never got in the way of our great service. Room was clean. We had everything we needed. Plenty of towels and eating utensils. Oh and that air conditioner is cold. Ocean view. Staff is amazing! Only thing we can’t give a 10 on is water pressure in the shower. But it worked and if you wait just a minute it will heat up and there is plenty of hot water. Oh and we never seen one bug in our room. Now that is pretty great considering you are on an island. A few mothers earlier we visited the island for the first time. We stayed close by at a very expensive resort. That experience was a 6 at best. Drinks are cold at the bar and food is pretty good.After staying here at Bungalows on the Bay we won’t stay anywhere else. Keep up the great work on the property and please don’t lose your amazing customer service.

Beautiful area. Our bungalows were so clean when we arrived & actually checked in a little early! The beach was beautiful! Beach bar was great! The little food truck was so good! Staff was accommodating. Getting a ride anywhere was a nightmare! So plan for that! Dont stay here if you’re not expecting a quiet, island-feel that is peaceful & cozy. The resort pets were also a plus!

I loved the bungalows. They were so cute! The did seam to be ready for some touch ups and I was kinda sad there was no breakfast. Over all loved my stay and if I visit St. Croix again I will be staying at the bungalow!

Bungalows on the Bay the first row ocean front you cannot beat the view. Our bungalow was very dated but clean need to be remodeled toilet and kitchen area gutted and redone. Very comfortable bed (king) old sofe with cover no luggage racks to keep yours off the floor. Everything was in working order. Nice patio deck furniture. Beach towel provided was a nice touch. No hand soap for bath or kitchen. Nice pool but dated, needs to have all areas working over flow pools empt. Beach and acces

If you are looking for low key and laid back, this is the place for you! The bungalows need some work on the outside, but perfectly clean inside. The beach is nice and relaxing. Bartenders at their bar were all very nice. There’s also TD the dog and Sugar the cat (the bar cat, there are several up by the office.) One downside was that our safe wasn’t operable and they could not fix it. Also, while there was a coffeemaker, there were no filters or coffee which we had to buy. They are remodeling, so I expect our next stay will be even better! Its less than 15 min by car to Christiansted which has great shops and such si perfectly placed location too!

This property was perfect for my solo vacation. I really enjoyed staying here and would recommend it to others. The property is right on the water and you have plenty of beach to walk. If you are looking for time to yourself you are able to walk a small distance and feel like you are on a private beach. Be aware that some of the units are connected to others, I ended up in one of those and wasn't expecting to be stuck with neighbors sharing a wall. This was a problem for part of my stay as the people on the other side were very loud. It is more like a vacation rental than a hotel/motel, so you may want to bring things like handsoap and dish soap. Also the internet for the TV was very unreliable. None of the negatives outweighed the positives for me though. Overall, I really enjoyed staying here and would definitely come back.

Property is beautifully located with views calms water and the food truck with beach bar makes this place special. If you want to get away and chill-lax and enjoy that vibe this is the place.
I am surprised the property hasn't been bought out by investors as it could use some upgrades and TLC.

I did see an investment opportunity to invest into an individual bungalow which peaked my interest. Definitely coming again to enjoy this slice of paradise

The bungalow definitely needs updating and repairs. The small deck was falling apart, the blinds were dirty & didn't really keep the light out. The shower wall needed a good scrubing. The cooktops were rusted... However the pool & beach area were clean & having beach front was convenient. Cheeseburger in Paradise restaurant within walking distance was also a plus.

More run down than pictures showed. Our bungalow did not have the amenities that were advertised. However staff were friendly and accommodating. One of the nicest beaches on the island. Quiet and laidback. It is what it is. We would definitely go back but don’t expect the Hilton or 5 stars.

Tranquility at its finest. The rooms have been slightly updated. But its an old property. It has history and just takes the right kind of people to appreciate it. Staff were great all around. Beach was private and had seating available for those who wished to soak up the sun and sand. Onsite bar stayed lit. Nightly live music. Food was great as well. Bar attendant was heavy-handed for sure. Overall, I'd certainly return and highly recommend to others seeking to enjoy peace, quiet, potent drinks and natural beauty!

Missing some typical hotel necessities like nice linens, toiletries, housekeeping services, and beach/pool chairs. The lack of food options was disappointing (just a food truck with limited, fried food and no fresh or healthy options). The bar was very nice and the bartenders were all lovely!! I don't think our room renovation was complete, as the bathroom lacked tile. Couldn't recommend for anyone who is picky or not used to Island quirkiness. For the price, it served its purpose. Loved the hotel dog!!!

Amazing location - great beach but the entire place was a bit run down and tired - needs some love for sure.
AC unit was so loud we had to turn it off to get some sleep
Stove appeared to be broken since 1974 -
Bath cabinet and fixture was road hard and put away wet......
No hot water for the shower - which its OK because it was so hot.

Right on the beach.

The place is right on the water can't get better than that. Mosquitoes are a killer even with bug spray but overall it's good value for the cost. Place needs a lot of work but the A/C works great and room was clean with full kitchen. Right down the road is 2 grocery stores with everything needed for the stay. We will definitely be back to the Bungalows on the beach.

Fantastic views and the trees and bushes were all trimmed and neat. Bungalow was very nice just enough room and kitchenware for two.
Staff were all friendly.
Could use some updating. We'll be coming back for sure though, updating or not.
