We had to switch rooms, the toilet was broken and the sheets weren't clean (on one of the beds) the room we were given was a better choice, BUT the lighting in both rooms was very poor. Sadly. The lighting being too dark, takes away from the enjoyment of the stay. The only thing that saved it was the staff and our view.

This is a great location from which to start exploring the area. Close to the boardwalk...cars are available within a two block walk, seaplane 2 blocks away...parking at $5 is a plus as it makes parking so simple. Easy to drive to and from once you figure out which one-way streets to use. Hotel is a bit tired...no operating on-site restaurant but a five minute walk will take you to 3-4 restaurants close by. The pool was not full of water the first day of our visit...did not check again...we were there 3 days. Check in was simple and friendly...our room did not face the ocean, but the balcony was very nice to relax on...chose for value and felt it was a good choice.

This is the best hotel I have stayed in. The staff is amazing. The location unbeatable. The view from the pool is stunning. Spotless room and amazing hot water in the shower. This is the place to stay on St. Croix. Is now my go-to for my future stays. Can’t wait to return.

On the second day of our stay the water in the shower stopped working,. No water at all. They moved us to another room. The shower in that room worked fine the first day but then there was no hot water the last day. Took a quick cold shower before checking out. We are headed back to St. Croix in a couple of weeks and we will be staying somewhere else.

The Staffs was outstanding 👏 front desk (Shani) I think thats her name and the other lady who helped us change our room were very professional 👍👌but the hotel it's self is very old and needs renovations with the rooms facing the marina and boardwalk. The pool has a very deep area. The bugs were too much in our room 😫 and the parking space is too small.

If you're on a budget, and want to be right on the boardwalk, this place would do. It is showing its age. The safe was broken or needs batteries, microwave has to be original Magic Chef turned yellow from age but still working, coffee pot leaked onto the tray. Mini frig big enough to be very useful for us. Locks and sliding back door very hard to use, almost deterred me from wanting to go to the porch to dry things. Garden view fine for a few flowering plants and painted wall. Pool nice and well kept with view to harbor. All and all worked perfectly for us, but not living it up. If you have the money, step up a bit. I will say that the staff is very nice! Quick dry and exchangeable pool/beach towels available--nice that we weren't dealing with our own large wet beach towels. Comfortable bed, nice sheets, super clean.

I really wish I could rate higher than 5 stars for my stay here. Every single person that works here were literally the sweetest. There’s so much to do and it’s right on the boardwalk. The views are amazing. The room could not be better. Everything you could need was in the room. 1000/10 recommend this place if you’re looking for somewhere to stay. I will be back and I will book this same stay very soon.

Location is very convenient for boardwalk activity in Christiansted. But it is located next to a parking lot and gets noisy between midnight and 2AM. The floor above us was also very noisy when people walk above. Shower floor doesn't drain well. Design problem I believe. Otherwise loved it!

Horrible, 7 months in advance I booked my room. Asked for ocean view. I got a view of the dumpster and a wall out the other window. Broken and uneven floor tiles. The door looked like it had been kicked in. When you played in the soft old lumpy mattress, your feet was higher than your head. Electric socket hanging out the wall. All the furniture was mismatched. I asked the manager if they picked up the furniture from the garbage. Old and dirty. The lamp shade was stained like someone peed on it. The bathroom was horrible, the manager said it was just remodeled. The floors were dirty. ImMu daughter also had a room there. It was a little better, except the tub was rusted. When we stayed the night with her, a huge cockroach crawled on me. We totally checked out after that!

Nice place to stay in Christiansted St. Croix. It’s right on the boardwalk so you have lots of options for food and drinks within a 2-5 min walk. The rooms are nice with AC, mini fridge, and other basic amenities.

Make sure to get a room that is beyond the gate so you have additional security. It was not a problem but I would have felt more secure if we had that extra level of security. The restaurant is not a part of the hotel so there is no way to charge meals or drinks. Otherwise, its a great place to stay and I will be back in January.

The first room was not clean at all. The room was not ready to receive a new guest. Second room was ok. The bathtub was dirty and no TV connection. There was no communication with te hotel personnel. Over all it was a disaster. I will never recommend this place to anybody.

The outside noise level from the street at times was loud but typically did not last long. Staff are friendly and helpful in arranging taxis, although one of the services they use is more expensive than the others so be sure to have them ask for the rate.

I can’t say enough positive about this hotel. The desk staff is friendly and helpful, and the same with the chambermaids….Joan was terrific! The place is wonderfully maintained…David goes the extra mile and treats the property and even its resident chickens with special care. He has just completed and open air yoga area…using his creative skills.The Hotel is right on the boardwalk…so shopping and dining close at hand. The pool is clean and view from its deck amazing, although sometimes a bit windy for lounging. We will revisit for sure and suggest it for others!

My room was dirty and there were roaches crawling around. When I requested that someone clean the dirt from the phone, ceiling fan etc housekeeping only changed the linens. The room remained dirty so I spent most of my vacation with relatives. When I checked out a day early the room finally looked somewhat clean. This was my second time using this hotel and it was night and day. In November of 2021 my stay there was pleasant and my room was quite clean. The hotel staff were nice and very helpful. It is unlikely that I will using this hotel again in the future.
