Property has very limited parking, so many cars had to park on the street. Do not expect to park in the hotel lot. There was no air conditioning, which surprised us since we had just stayed at a Teneo Apparthotel that had great A/C. (Yes, I should have checked the website more carefully). The hotel is next to a building with short-term apartment, not very nice to see. But the hotel was clean and breakfast was pretty good. Convenient to airport and tram.

It’s ok for the price that you pay. Rooms are very spacious. The breakfast I believe that is a bit overrated considering the diversity of food. But overall it was ok for one night stay.

Comfort Close to the Airport
The hotel is very close to the airport but you cannot walk there due to tram construction. Be AWARE that the taxi company charges a flat rate of 20 Euros for a four minute ride. My room was nicely appointed and comfortable -- good mattress and excellent bed linens. Also very quiet.

Great overnight stay if you arrive late at Bordeaux and plan to drive off the next morning. A bit of a walk from the airport (around 17-20mins), but it has a parking and eveyrthing you need for overnight. Special thanks to the tem who has sent me the entry instructions as i have arrived post midnight. Very enjoyable and highly recommend.

This is a comfortable and convenient airport hotel. Spacious rooms with kitchenette and good standard of cleanliness and comfort. We had ground floor rooms which meant we couldn't leave the windows open at night and it was rather warm and stuffy. They were not air conditioned and the weather was lovely when we stayed. There was a good eating venue within a few minutes walk and 25 minutes walk to the airport.

Frustrating closed reception on arrival
The hotel was more or less as expected for an Apart Hotel near the airport, however it is not the first Teneo ApartHotel one in our party had stayed at and I gather the facilities for this one is not to the same standard as some of the others - namely no bar/restaurant area to have a drink or eat in the evenings. It was a little frustrating that the reception was closed when we arrived, in the afternoons reception is open only from 17:00, which is not something I was aware of at time of booking. I called the telephone number on my booking confirmation and reached a different Teneo hotel, who told me about the 17:00 opening time, apparently I should have been given an access code to get our key cards from a safe, but this did not happen. On a positive the beds are comfortable and the rooms are quite spacious for that class of hotel. There is also a very convenient pub type place nearby with a nice busy atmosphere and lots of food and drink choices, very handy!

We had a very nice stay, the manager made it way better as we had a few comments: there is no air-conditioning in the rooms so it could get hot but at night temperatures go down. If you are going to check-in late, PLEASE bring a cell phone as you will need to contact the service by phone in order to get the digital code to get in. Do not interact with shady people would want to help you, contact the hotel concierge by phone. The breakfast was very good and we were pleasantly surprised by the buffet. Because we experienced some issues, the manager profusely apologized and offered us breakfast. Merci beaucoup :-)

We killed 2 mosquitoes during the first night but we didn't notice there were in fact MANY MORE MOSQUITOES left. After an awful night, we found almost 30 mosquitoes in our room in the morning!!! We talked to the receptionist, she offered to change our room but I can't say I am satisfied with this mere offer after 50+ bites EACH for my husband, me and my 1 year old son! Sorry but I WILL NEVER STAY HERE EVER AGAIN!

The hotel delivered what we required, an over night stop over. The hotel was clean and tidy. On our arrival we accessed the hotel with no problems, via a access code which was emailed to us prior to our arrival, due to the hotel not being staffed 24 hours a day. Room didn't have any A/C and the room was very hot due to high outside temperatures. We found a good food outlet very nearby which we found to be excellent. Would use this hotel again.

Comfortable and close to airport (10 euro taxi ride, or 1.50 euro bus ride). Bus stop for downtown and airport very convenient. Reception closes from 2100 to 0800....not an issue unless one has a problem!

Stayed at Teneo Apparthotel for two nights after our arrival.
This allowed us to jump on a bus into the city to do a bit of sightseeing and to pick up our hire car from the airport before driving to Limousin.
We spent a further night at the hotel at the end of our holiday, prior to catching our flight back home.
The hotel provides spacious, clean and comfortable accomodation with the added benefit of limited kitchen facilities(sink, hotplate, fridge, crockery & cutlery).
Only 'complaint' is that no kettle or tea pot was provided, so had to boil a pan of water to make a cup of tea (no major deal really, but believe there is always room for improvement!!!!).
All in all, an excellent facility at a reasonable price.

There is no air conditioning which was sorely missed. Also the carpets are old and stained and public areas rundown looking,, but the room was adequate and clean. Worked for one night, but there is no airport shuttle. Without baggage , one could probably walk to the airport.

It's a simple but comfortable hotel located very near the Bordeaux Airport. Even you can go to the Airport on foot by around 10min. Only thing you see negative is that there is no store around if you don't have a car, however there is a bus stop near by and restaurents close to the hotel.

I will not recommend this hotel as I experienced flooding in the kitchen and shower area, and nobody was available at the front desk to help... The parking is very small and I had to park in the street. The carpet in the hallway is very old and dirty. I stayed at the Formule 1 hotel, around the corner, last week and I really enjoyed my stay, and their much cheaper rate!!!

A good base for a short stay
My husband and I stayed in the Teneo for two nights whilst visiting Bordeaux. We found the room very clean apart from the shower which needed re-tiling but the shower itself was good. The bed was extremely comfortable. The hotel and surroundings were very peaceful (we did stay over a weekend though). The staff on Reception were not that friendly on arrival but seemed to become friendlier over the two days.

The rooms are very nice, but also very noisy. No wakeup call service and no alarm clock. To get to the airport you need to take a cab or the bus. If you have a car you will probably have to park on the sidewalk, not shure if it's legal but at least 30 customers of the hotel had no choise because the parking is very small. Overall I would recommend this hotel.

Contrary to the Hotels.com "locator" - this hotel is more than 20km from Bordeaux...not 5. There is no WiFi in the rooms, you have to get a cable from from the front desk and they are only there during certain hours. Breakfast at 9Euro is a rip-off. WARNING - if you are checking in past 8pm, there will be no one there to greet you, etc. I had a horrible time checking in and it really affected my stay. There are no restaurants or markets in the area, you are stuck in a business park. If all you want is a perching place before or after a flight - this would suffice because the room was actually quite clean and the bed was very comfortable. However, it was not what was advertised and I wasted an enormous amount of money and time getting to and fro.

De plus je suis porteur d'un léger handicap. C'était la deuxième fois dans cet établissement, je n'avais pas rencontré de problèmes particulier la première fois est ce dû au vieillissement des installations ??? J'hésite à le recommander pour une prochaine fois... Bel établissement au calme mais je crains pour la suite...

Mycket bra boende med utmärkt läge. Spårvagnen ligger väldigt nära, ca 5 min och i lugn promenadtakt tar det ca 20–30 minuter att gå till flygplatsen.
Det finns även Aldi, ett stort köpcentrum samt flera restauranger i närheten, Royal buffé restaurang bästa närmaste restaurang…vilket gör läget väldigt praktiskt.
