The decor is amazing!
In spite of being so close to the airport, this hotel is very quiet.
Bus stop right in front of the hotel, going straight to the airport. Very convenient.

Incredibly friendly staff all throughout the stay. From front desk to restaurant. The rooms were clean and a good size. Food in the restaurant was way better than we ever expected. The proximity to the tram stop (<30m) is a real asset. Either to the airport in 5minutes or to the city centre in 35 - for less than two euros! But most notable was the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff!

Very friendly people working at the hotel. The hotel has very unique furnishings. The breakfast was very French with cheeses, bread, fruit, plus two coffee machines. Excellent value.The hotel is very close to the airport. Across the stret there is a train shuttle stop that will tak you to downtown Bordeaux, or to the airport. We're starying again on our way home

Hotel with personality, really loved staying

It was really convenient to airport, just one tram stop. The common areas are really open, friendly and there is a great sense of care that has been taken there to make the area comfortable. I arrived late at night, but someone was on hand to check me in and the bar was still open so could decompress before turning in. As a woman travelling alone, it felt very safe and relaxed. Rooms are functional, but clean and comfortable. Overall this place gives something more memorable than a standard airport clinical hotel

In fairness, the stay was very cheap. But you get what you pay for which is a hotel well past its prime. There is no elevator, for an airport hotel that means lugging your bags up many steps. They close their bar service early. So the reception guy checking you in is standing literally next to a 4-tap beer tower, but won't serve you one. I took the breakfast after reading reviews that it was very good. It's not. I really enjoy those hotel coffee machines you now find everywhere, that makes various hot bevs. But I have had a couple where it used a powdered milk mix that is somehow sweet (maybe lactose powder?). And the coffee itself is not flavorful. So they make a point of not serving croissants and chocolatines, and served various odd breads.

Had an early flight and decided to stay right by the airport. Excellent location to the tram -quite literally across the street- and a very nice stay overall. Really only negative I’d say is the bed was a bit too soft for me. Comfortable nonetheless, just a bit on the softer side. I’d highly recommend if you have an early flight out, or a late flight in.

Clean and calm room close to airport.

This hotel is ideal for a short transit near the airport. The tram is right next to the hotel and short ride costs 1,80€ to airport. The hotel is minimalist. Restaurant was not open for the evening so we did Uber eats. The room is relatively cheap so do not expect a coffee maker and extra room. We had to ask the manager to increase the heat on her hand as the heater would not blow warm air in the room. She fixed the problem. The sheets were too small and did not fold under mattress. Enough plugs and usb ports. Hair dryer not effective at all as well as wifi very weak.
Shower was fine with good pressure, room was clean, TV ok. Room was quiet.
We paid 68€ for the night so for that price cannot expect luxury. Cleanliness, calm and good shower were enough.

The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable and clean. The whole place is quirky, although basic, which adds an interest. The weather was cold when I was there and it took a while to heat my room and the hot water took some time to get to the taps but I would definitely stay there again. The staff and cleanliness made it.

If you are looking for a cheap bed with air con, a tv and a shower while you are waiting on your flight this is the place. They do have a restaurant on site for breakfast which was pricy. It served a purpose.

I arrived a few hours after midnight and the taxi driver didnt know where the hotel was. It was 20 euros to go one mile because the shuttle has to be scheduled and the bus was not running to my knowledge. The room was in a separate corridor from the office, and it was a bit scary to enter alone. The desk worker failed to give me the remote for the AC, so it didnt work and I tried to call but the front desk but the phone was not working. With all of that said, the next day it was easy to take the bus (right out front) to the city center and the room was clean.

You should have your shuttle bus operating when any flights depart the Bordeaux airport. My flight was international so at least 2 hrs before my flight but 3 hrs is better, there was absolutely nothing available, not even a local bus. I shouldn’t have to walk with 2 bags of luggage or take an Uber taxi when you offer this service on your web site! Im from the hotel hospitality world, family business and this is unacceptable in your business! Where I’m from in Canada you service the paying client this service for free when your only less than 2.0 km’s from the airport. Your hotel was extremely clean and comfortable. I will not return because of this situation.

What is unique about this hotel is it location. It is 10 minutes, 15 minutes for a first timer, from the airport. Although take the local bus service from the airport the hotel is only one stop away. The bus stops are just outside the hotel. Again by local bus service its only 45 minutes from the hotel to the city centre and Bordeaux central railway station.

The hotel is clean and they have a restaurant on the main floor which offered good food for lunch and dinner. This is not available from Friday night to Sunday night. They are likely catering to the business traveler. The room was very clean and the bed excellent. There is a shuttle to the airport from 7AM to 11 PM. We were unable to use it though, as our departure time was 6AM. That's why we needed a hotel close to the airport.

Only needed a bed for the night due to a very early flight the next morning. The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful, even finding me an English adaptor when needed as well as a corkscrew!. The room was basic and very small, but extremely clean with a dinky shower room, also very clean. Very adequate for an airport stay over and for the price.

It was nice and clean hotel close to the airport but we couldn’t hear any noise from the airport.Staff was amazing,very helpful and friendly and speaking fluent English.The room was nice with big bed and clean bathroom and of course room also very clean.There was nice outside area and indoor restaurant.It was just 2mins on the bus away from airport.Great value for money. We are regular visitors to this hotel en route to Spain and main reason is the food is great and helps to overcome the fact the hotel is tired and not too clean. This time not only was the restaurant closed but fittings even more tired. On top of this the room was freezing and heating so inefficient there was more more warmth fromthe light bulb! Plenty of hot water though. Breakfast was fair but not cheap at €9

Wonderful directions over the phone. Bus line #1 runs from train station to the airport and has a stop directly in front of the hotel. The front desk staff are wonderful. The rooms are small with no fridge/microwave etc but the on-site restaurant can fill that need, but costs some money. The food was very good. The room was clean, quiet, and we felt safe. Good value.

Nice basic stay

Everywhere else was booked so we found ourselves here, arriving very late at night. The manger was pleasant, and they were happy to sort out a bit of confusion that had occurred with our booking. Lots of parking and simple to find, plus they spoke pretty good English which was a nice bonus as we were tired and couldn't remember much French.

Clean, small, low budget next to airport

I discovered this hotel last year and have stayed hear four times. The staff is very friendly and and helpful. The receptionists all were bilingual and spoke both French and English. Even though it is located right next to the Bordeaux airport, rooms seemed soundproofed and planes were seldom heard and never loud. A fine on-site restaurant serves both breakfast and dinner.

Nice quiet hotel, very close to airport.

There is a fine resteraunt on the premises that serves dinner and a filling breakfast buffet in the morning. I did not notice any noise from planes landing or taking off, in spite of the close proximity of the airport. A city bus from downtown to the airport runs at 15 minute intervals and stops regularly right outside the hotel.

Not been renovated for a long time - felt a bit like stepping back into the 1980s (with the exception of the flat screen tv in the room). Even the cobwebs looked like they had been there a long time.

Don't be mislead by the hotel description of shuttle service

If you choose the hotel based on the description that a free shuttle service will be provided, you will be EXTREMELY disappointed. We had one night layover in Bordeaux, using the hotel for an overnight stay to fly somewhere else. I even called the hotel before booking and they confirmed they would send a shuttle bus to pick us up at the airport when we arrived. The reality is NO.
When we arrived,we called the hotel and they told us they only had one person at the front desk and therefore nobody could come pick us up. The receptionist said we had to wait for another two hours or just take a city bus ourselves. So we took a bus ourselves. The next morning, we asked for a shuttle to the airport. Again, we were told, there was only one person at the front desk at that momenmt and nobody could take us to the airport. In a summary, from the beginning of our stay to the moment we left, the hotel had always only had one person at the front desk. I don't think they ever plan to provide any shuttle service to the airport. PERIOD. It was false advertising and false description on their website. Very disappointed.

The day desk person was excellent; was extremely helpful with nearby transportation, attractions, restaurants…. HOwever, the night person was just the opposite. When we asked if he could tell us where the nearest church was, his response was that he did not know as he is Muslim. It would have been appreciated if the TV had had some English speaking channels available and shower head did not function properly.

Comfortable and reasonably priced. Bus stop very close to hotel. Bus takes about 45 minutes to city center, and runs frequently. Good breakfast, and restaurant good, but restaurant closed on weekends. Restaurant at larger hotel nearby served a good meal on Friday.

The hotel is most convenient for travellers using the nearby airport at Merignac. Although the rooms are minimal in size they are clean and there is free parking. One problem we encountered was the fact that no food (dinner etc) is served at the weekends, nor is it served at other nearby hotels. We found it difficult to find a restaurant nearby serving dinner and the hotel staff were not particularly helpful in this regard.

In the ad it said that the hotel was 2.5 mi. from the airport and the city center....since I didn't know the area and pulled up hotels under Bordeaux, I booked this one due to the location.....turns out it cost me 50 euros to get to the city center of Bordeaux by cab.....this needs to be made clearer.....

We stayed one night to catch an early flight. We had time the evening before and the front desk staff gave us excellent directions on the best way to get into the city; very convenient to either the bus or tram. The room was standard European size. Wifi was included and it worked. Pretty quiet for being near the airport. We did not try the breakfast as we were out very early. Overall this was exactly what we wanted - no hassles on our last night in France!

What can I say, you get what you pay for. We arrived very late for an overnight stop on our way from Paris to Barcelona. It was bed to sleep for the night and not much more. Obviously frequent visitors are business men travelling alone due to the toiletries provided, the TV channels and the slope in the bed. Wouldn't suggest stay of longer than the night for a rest stop although it looked nicer in the morning when we opened the window. It is near the airport with a series of other hotels,although this one was the cheapest looking

A great bargain!

Our flight had been canceled and we needed a cheap room close to the airport in Bordeaux. This worked perfectly. But beware: the room was tiny.The breakfast buffet was 8 Euro per person.The cab fare to and from the airport was each 10 Euro.

I arrived by air on a Sunday and found out there is no hotel bus on Sundaysand had to take a taxi for 10E for a short ride.Also I had a ealry flight on Monday and not hotel bus was available until 8 am ,so another 10 euro taxi.
Also ther is not place to eat at the hotel on Sunday ,I had to walk 2 miles to a resturant. Next time I will stay at the Quality at Brodeux airport

we were on a bike trip (had our own bikes) so after arriving at the airport in the late afternoon and assembling our bikes, it was nice to ride a mile to the hotel. Also on the bus/tram line so getting downtown was a snap. B/c we were on bikes, we had our dinners at the hotel...good enough!

An easy hotel for travelers on the go

I chose this hotel to be close to the airport and avoid hassles for my 6 AM flight. It was a great location for the airport, and a great location to get downtown. The bus stop is right outside the door, and one euro + 40 centimes is all that you need to get to the centre ville. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel restaurant was much better than expected, with a very reasonable 15 euro 3-course prix fixe menu.

Pleasant, quiet, and comfortable. The staff was friendly (even coming to my room to remove the spider from my bathtub!! (Not a minus for the hotel, which was clean... these things just happen). The onsite restaurant was better than I expected. Fridge in the room kept my water cold. The only minus was that it was far from city center, but great if you're leaving for the airport in the morning like I was.

Cheap and cheerful

We wanted a budget hotel close to the airport after arriving late from our flight. The Comfort hotel fitted the bill perfectly. The room was basic and comfortable and the new-looking air con unit meant it wasn't stuffy during the night. The bathroom was in really good clean condition, unlike some other hotels in this price range I've stayed at before. The concierge was really friendly and helpful. A short walk from the airport (or 15 euros by taxi - which we thought was a bit too much), we'll happily go there again.

Personnel très agréable et disponible.
Déco générale vraiment originale, en restant simple. On y est dépaysé, déconnecté, ce qui correspond tout à fait à la notion de vacances/voyage.
