Hotel is great. It's clean and all of their staff is friendly and helpful. All inclusive is the best option. Pools were great. Please warn guests about the noseeum bugs as soon as they arrive. No one told us and wewere bit several times before we got yo out room.

Rooms were clean but had to beg for towels and coffee. Beds very comfortable and large bathrooms. Food was fine, limited buffet options, and you have to ask for bacon in the morning. Oceania restaurant was excellent, service was great there. Very little English spoken by the staff, so some communication barriers. The on site rainforest hike for $10 was well worth it. Beach is Pacific, so sand is not Caribbean style. Bring your water shoes as part had rocks and shells. Air conditioning was great even in high heat and humidity. More shaded areas needed. Very few covered areas to be out of 88 to 90 degrees Fahrenheit. Not enough beach chairs on the non privilege side and most were wicker with no adustments possible. Uber most cost effective to get into town, but you could not walk anywhere. The swim up bar was not functional likely due to staff shortages. Just don't be in a hurry for any service or meal, and enjoy the warmth and beauty of the resort.

The Room Service was pretty much non-existent. They said they always had a 40-minute wait. I gave up on them for the trip. The restaurants were very limited, and the food was just ok. Some of the staff seemed like they needed more training. The resort is dated. The AC did work though and we never went hungry. The staff was nice.

If you're on a budget, this is a suitable place but if you're looking for a truly luxury all inclusive experience, I would suggest looking elsewhere.

The main grounds a well kept and the views a nice but the food variety and options are mediocre. I'm glad I decided to get trip insurance because we needed it:

The resort was advertised as a luxury all-inclusive property, however the actual conditions did not meet that standard. The room was visibly dated and not properly cleaned upon arrival.

There was a hole in the closet wall.
The in-room jacuzzi tub was defective. Two jets became dislodged while in use creating a safety concern.

The in-room iron contained rust-colored water, which discharged onto clothing during use, causing damage to our clothes.

Room service was not accessible. Multiple attempts to call resulted in the phone ringing with no answer.

Dining options were misrepresented. Food at the lunch location was presented in an open-air environment with flies present and no proper covering or sanitation measures.

The elevator closest to our room (located at the far end of the resort) was out of service during the stay, requiring extended walking distances and limiting accessibility.

Overall, the accommodations, and services provided were not consistent with what was advertised and significantly impacted our ability to fully enjoy our stay.

This resort shows its age a bit but the grounds and pools are extremely well maintained. The beach is nice to look at but generally not used due to tides and rocks. Restaurants and buffet are good enough. It’s a $12 Uber to the old town section of Panama to mix things up. Bar staff can be slow, restaurant staff were all great. Shout out to Juan Pablo especially at the Oceania Grill. Overall, glad we chose this resort.

I expected higher quality hotel since my family and I stayed at a Dreams Hotel. Low staffing, pool dirty, rooms outdated, my shower was falling apart, food options during lunch weren’t that great by the pool and I had to go get my own drinks at an all inclusive hotel. Very disappointed. Also, VIP access attempt to convince my wife and I to participate in a morning breakfast with some reps in order to get a free massage. My wife asked the young lady if this was related to a time share sell, which the staff said no. I’ve stayed at plenty hotels, this was definitely a time share scam. Hope @Dreams Hotels conducts an audit at this facility. I figured franchised hotels need to keep up to date with hotel expectations. Again, ok, won’t recommend.

The food was incredible!!! Probably the best filet I’ve ever had. The desserts were even good which hasn’t happened in the last seven Dreams resorts we’ve been too. Unfortunately this was probably the most outdated one and with the exception of a few staff, the most unfriendly although they all said it was their pleasure to serve us. Severely understaffed. The property itself was gorgeous though and we loved the standards that come with all the Dreams resorts. There are hardly any all inclusive options in Panama though and I can’t say this was bad, just not up to par with our previous experiences.

Bard do have a good choice of drinks but the food was tasteless and not to many choices. Breakfast no cheese choices we had to make our own waffles, no cold cuts no bacon The pancakes were colorless and not Tasty. The workers were wondrful specially Eduardo who was there with anything we asked for. We are in Panama no seafood, plantanes or different kinds of fruits. 3 restaurants that were tasteless the buffet did not have much choices the dessert was not good no chocolate at all or snack place for the kids.

This is our 3rd Dreams that we've vacation at as a family of 4, and if this had been the only one, I would tell people to not stay at a Dreams. The pools had algae and were murky, so my daughters who would have been in the pool all day, everyday if I let them, didn't even want to swim in it after the first 30 minutes. The staff was friendly and helpful (except the towel guy who just sat on his phone). The Preferred Club has great drinks, mostly better food, and the view and staff were great. There seems to be way to many employees at the VIP desks doing nothing, and only one person that actually checks guests in and out. Kids Club doesn't offer the kids to get food there during lunch or dinner hours (other Dreams locations have you select dinner when you check them in that evening and they eat at Kids Club, so you can have an adult dinner somewhere else at the same time. Nightly entertainment was also a HUGE disappointment...there wasn't really any, except mediocre salsa dancers one night and then the burning of the Christmas tree?? All the bell hop guys are extremely helpful and kind. There are less restaurant options (mainly for dinner only 3) than at other Dreams properties, and unfortunately we were unimpressed by the food quality and variety. Breakfast is the best meal of the day on the property, and it is downhill from there. Unfortunately, the property feels run down and less clean and maintained than other Dreams properties. The view and location are nice.

THE ROOMS LOOK NOTHING LIKE PICS…Totally catfished with booking this resort. Not only are the rooms dated and filthy. Halls, elevators are just as bad and cleaning crew does not change sheets at all and towels were stained, fridge beyond dirty so never touched the items in it. The outside property is prestige but I think that’s because Panamá is extremely clean (I’m sure there is some law)except for the ghettos which is obviously and sad by design to insulate the people. Food for all inclusive was terrible. We ate out a lot more than expected. The saving grace was the restaurant staff which was nice but you could tell even they knew food was bad. I really think Expedia should remove them until they do proper renovations and clean up because DREAMS in Panama is misrepresenting their resort. Expensive but should be Motel 6 prices and clearly the people booking this are not rating this resort.

Restaurant staff and front desk were amazing! They helped with all questions we had and made our 3.5 year olds trip memorable. Ordering drinks was difficult as there were so many people just yelling and surrounding the area. Language barrier was sometimes difficult with drinks but bartenders were friendly. Room service was great and timely. Housekeeping was great as well and extremely friendly.

Food is limited choices, There are dress codes for the men so make sure you pack close toe shoes and pants or they will not let you eat. Not all restaurants are open every day. Weddings made restaurants busy long waits and they ran out of some food one of the nights so our choices were limited. Activities you can not just do they are planned at certain times and have to do them with a bunch of others.

I had a wonderful time. The staff was so welcoming and pleasant. I learned upon arrival that December is very festive for them all month, which also means traffic increases as well so be mindful when planning to get from one place to another. The rooms are decent. I didn't have any of the issues other reviews stated, except for mold spots on the walls. At night, by day 3/5, I did have a slight cough. They should hire a company to clean the hotel room walls. The pools were fine and spacious. I am unsure which pool was the \"Adults only\" pool, as it seemed people of all ages were in all of the pools. Breakfast was a normal resort breakfast with decent options. The restaurant options at night were French, Italian, seafood and the buffet; no reservations needed. I tried all but the buffet. I enjoyed all of the selections at all three. You have to select what really appeals to you and more than likely, you will enjoy your dish. The bartenders were amazing and the drinks were not light, but not heavy. The evening activities were fun and engaging. All of the staff were so lovely. Water bottles are always restocked in the morning, Room service always arrived at the given time of 45 minutes, which was great! Alcohol is free to stock as well, but because I don't drink as much I didn't utilize that although it was a great option. I am not opposed to returning to this resort.

Housekeeping was slow and often didn’t arrive til after 5pm which coincided with when we came back to room to prepare for dinner. Topping up of minibar was inconsistent. Restaurant choice ok but would get monotonous if staying more than a week. Booked preferred room but was not worth it for lounge. Allowed acces to another pool but unclear whether this access was policed. Hotel was nowhere near fall when we were there but would feel overcrowded at full occupancy. Main pool has very loud music playing 9-5. Mainly 70s and 80s hits.

Our room was leaking from the ceiling and we had to change room. There is no one to answer the phone at the front desk. There were not many food options at the restaurants and especially if you are a vegetarian. I would not stay there again.
