We stayed in a 5 bed-room, it looked exactly like in the photo. It was cosy but lots of shelving space in the room and the bathroom was spacious too. The breakfast was a fair basic spread...no fresh fruit, no croissants or scrambled eggs.

The rooms are quite spacious which is nice and the staff is quite polite with exception to one quite rude lady. You have all the amenities you’d expect and they work well, and for a ski hotel I suppose the breakfast is quite alright and the prices are fair. Only odd thing in my opinion is that the area below the bed seems to never have been cleaned, and there was dust, dirt, wrappings, an empty bottle, an axe spray,... But overall a good experience

Except for the hotel staff, we had a terrible stay at this hotel. We were given double beds that were Murphy beds and we couldn’t put beds together. So, my husband and I slept on separate beds for four nights. Our room was a connecting room, so we felt as if we had guests on each side of our room in the room with us. Walls are super thin and you can hear everything. Zero privacy! On top of that, the hotel was full of children who were running on the hallways, knocking on doors, yelling until late hours, etc. Breakfast was decent. My husband and I couldn’t wait to leave and we are not coming back.

Great summer family one night stay. It felt like a classic ski hotel, definitely a little dated and frayed at the edges, but great Service/Staff, clean room, and fantastic (safe) raised bunk beds for our 7, 10 year old kids. Lovely Breakfast buffet choices and a lovely balcony and view.

Put up in the annex building with what seemed several schools attending , all with kids screaming and running down the corridors. Requested another room in a quieter part of the hotel. Was moved to another room but not escaping the relentless noise. Put a dampener on an otherwise ok stay. Food was ok, staff friendly enough. Location for the gondola station very good only a short walk. Free parking spaces and excellent location for access to the local shops and facilities.

I have stayed in many hotels and this one is one of the best. The personnel that work here fantastic, so friendly and helpful. They know French, German, English which helped with everyone's stay. They are very knowledgeable of the area and can help you find anything. I can not say enough good things, they are wonderful all the way to the restaurant. The food was great, I could have stayed here for weeks.

Rubbish due to the location. Planned meeting in Aigle with family aborted because the hotel is 18km 40 mins drive on steep mountain roads. NOT the 4.8km shown on hotels.com website. And Leysin outside of skiing season is a ghost town.

Very good location. Hotel room was clean and comfy. Buffet dinner had a few good choices. Breakfast sucked but that's the story of all hotels in Leysin. The check in and out was easy. They have trouble understanding English but they get the job done. Would stay here again.

What a great place to stay. The hotel had one room that accommodated my five person family. It was quite a drive up the mountain, that I wasn't aware of, but it was worth every second. The staff was great, the hotel was great, and we had a great stay!!!

Room was good at a very reasonsble price. Very busy. A lot of travelers checking in and out. Needed to wait until 3:00 p.m.. Hotel would not check us in early. Was a little warm initially since there is no AC due to the high elevation and cooler temperatures. Slept comfortably with windows cracked at night. Good breakfast buffet in the morning. Should of had grill open to get pancakes and waffles as well as scrambled or fried eggs. I know they had a lot of customers, but I wouldn't have minded the wait.

It was nice 2 nights stay, thank you. Beautiful place and easy to reach all my destinations in Leysin. Reception was warm and helpful. Good breakfasts. Room is comfortable and equipped with everything necessary, nothing extra, bathroom is good. Mountain view, sunny all the day. Storage room for luggage after check-out was also convenient.

The hotel is in great locations in the mountains in a cute village away from the big city and the roads are hard and curvy to get to especially if you were drving at night like I did !
The staff are friendly but the overall hotel condition is average, especially the room was old and had a distinct smell most likely coming from old carpet and I had to leave the balcony door open all night to get the fresh oxygen from the Alps..!

Imposible to sleep in that bed, too much light comes in in the morning and there is no wifi in the room. However the price is according to what you get.

Als wir vom Ausgang zurück kamen war nichts erledigt. 😒 Nun Gut die Dusche sprich dass Wasser, wechselte von Kalt bis sehr heiss hin und her. Es war nicht möglich gut zu Regulieren damit dass Duschen ohne Angst vor Verbrennung möglich gewesen wäre. Ich denke es wäre an der Zeit die Mischer auf den Stand zu bringen. Am Morgen war eine sehr Nette Dame an der Haus-Bar, die uns mit einem Café die Wartezeit zum bevorstehen Frühstück verkürzte. Danke dafür 🌹👍! Alles in allem OK jedoch mit Luft nach oben.

Es fehlt an Servicepersonal! Es waren ca 30 Kinder im Esssaal welche umherirrten alles anfassen, Sachen zu Boden fallen liessen. Ein Buffet am Abend für Kinder im Alter von ca 10 bis 12 Jahre ist nicht angebracht. Es war sehr unruhig. Dasselbe beim Frühstück. Der Tisch war nicht korrekt gedeckt gewesen. Das Tuch aus hygienischem Grund um das Brot war sehr schmutzig, mir ekelte dies an. Das Zimmer und Badezimmer war ok. Wobei ich nicht gerne Spannteppich habe im Zimmer. Super Aussicht, Zimmer mit Bslkon aber der Balkonboden ist kaputt, muss renoviert werden. Keine Stühle auf dem Balkon.

We arrived late and tje receptionist had everything ready. He was quick to update us with dinner options near the hotel. Very pleasant stay, full breakfast and ñovely viewa on Mont Blanc Massif at breakfast

Wir haben ein Doppelzimmer gebucht und ein Zimmer mit fünf (!) Betten bekommen. Zu zweit war es schon sehr eng.....Leider wurden wir im Nebengebäude einquartiert. Matratzen sind durch, man spürte sogar einzelne Federn darin! Handtücher waren sehr dünn und haben schon bessere Zeiten gesehen. Durchhaltbar für zwei Nächte!

Nous avons été très bien accueilli. Le personnel est très agréable et arrangeant. Les chambres étaient parfaites ainsi que l'ambiance dans l'hôtel (les enfants peuvent circuler et s'amuser... un must quand on voyage en famille). Nous avons également été très satisfait du buffet matin et soir ainsi que du service. Finalement, les offres pour les pistes et le tobogganing sont aussi un plus. Nous reviendrons!!!

Schöner Aufenthalt auf dem Weg von Montreux zum Matterhorn. Das Hotel liegt in einem Wintersportort etwas abseits der Route, eignet sich aber hervorragend für eine Übernachtung. Frühstück war beim Zimmer dabei. Abendessen (Buffet mit echtem schweizer Raclette-sehr lecker) nur 30 CHF. Empfehlenswert!
