The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and they went out of their way to treat us with kindness and great service. Menu at the restaurant lad a large variety and the meals were great; breakfast buffet as well. The hotel is situated very close to shopping and the nightlife of Pub Street.

Absolutely superb stay at Central Suite Residence, I was veritably pampered by the loveliest group of staff possibly conceivable. The location is great, very central, very walkable. The people here truly accommodate you, everything went totally smoothly, the tours and tour guides and drivers were great and stuck to my schedules with no issues. Central suite residence was a wonderful hotel with the friendliest staff. The location was perfect for a first time traveler to Siem Riep. It was just a few minutes walk to pub street and night market and a 20 minute drive to Angkor Wat. The staff always welcomed you with a cold towel upon your return to the hotel each day and learned everyone's name. The rooms were spacious and clean. I would definitely come back again.

We just returned home from a fantastic time spent in Cambodia. The many temples we visited were amazing as were our tours of Kulen Mountain, the floating villages, the shows, marketplace and great restaurants. As wonderful as all of these attractions are, what I will remember most is the warm and caring staff at the Central Suite Residence. This is such a great place to stay when visiting Siem Reap. The location is perfect and is right by Pub Street and the Old Market. The room and pool were very nice and the breakfast each morning was outstanding. While the amenities and location are great, it is truly the people working at this hotel that make this such a wonderful place. Everyone was always so warm and accommodating. They made us feel like family and made our trip very special and memorable. Thank you everyone at the Central Suite Residence for your kindness and friendship! Normally I don't write a long review, but this hotel was one the best part of our trip (and we visited 4 countries). The staff was wonderful in every aspect, always trying to make us comfortable and feel like we were in a oasis. On the first night we had a little problem with the toilet, which was addressed immediately and we were offered to spend that night in another room, but on the very next day the toilet was fixed and we returned to the original room. 100% excellent service. Breakfast with a variety of local and international food, was also one of the highest point of our stay that we enjoyed, with fruits, yogurts, ham and cheeses, breads, omelets made to order, hot stations with different local food, coffee, tea and I know I'm forgetting things because it was a lot. The room was spacious and comfortable with very unique and beautiful bathroom and shower box. The pool was the real oasis for relaxing and refreshing after visits to the temples, tours and shopping. Perfect set up. Great location, walking distance to markets, shopping and restaurants.

The place is well-maintained and has a nice charm, but what puts it over the top is definitely the service of the staff. I was treated with the utmost respect, and the staff was super helpful, attentive, and genuinely conveyed a sense that they cared about my stay and how it was going. The hotel is very conveniently placed, and it is easy to walk too many local attractions in the area. It is literally less than one block away from the main entrance to Pub Street. I had an amazing stay.

My wife and I stayed here as part of our 25th wedding anniversary celebrations. I speak highly enough of the staff who consistently greeted us with big smiles and cool wet towels. The hotel is fairly close to Pub Street but is thankfully just far enough away to be quiet and tranquil. The pool and swim up bar was amazing and the peanuts they served with drinks were sensational. The restaurant was also great value and I would thoroughly recommend the Fish Amok. Our room was always clean and was beautifully decorated. If we ever visit Cambodia again we will definitely be staying at Central Suite Residence.

Wonderful place to stay in Siem reap. Rooms and facilities were very clean and modern. All the staff & management were fantastic - you can just book the hotel and they can help you out with everything else you need (transfers, yours, tuktuks, advice, cocktails!). Swim up pool bar was very fun. Location is very handy to lots of bars and restaurants and markets and 711 & pharmacy. Friendliest hotel staff I've ever experienced, 10/10 would come back

My experience at Central Suites was mixed. The check-in process was unnecessarily slow—they require you to fill out a form with your phone number, even though they already contacted you on WhatsApp. Additionally, they repeatedly ask guests to sit down, without considering that some may prefer to stand.
The room I stayed in faced an abandoned building just two meters away, completely blocking daylight. Soundproofing was also lacking, as conversations near the elevator were easily heard from inside the room.

The tuk tuk drivers outside the hotel entrance were constantly soliciting services which got tiresome after the second day but we understood their motivations… everyone needs to make a living. The hotel property is well maintained and had a generous selection for breakfast. Management is attentive and staff are very welcoming and delightful.

We are regular travellers and have stayed at a lot of hotels globally. The level of service offered at this hotel is above any that I have ever seen. Every staff greeted us by name and welcomed us by walking out to the parking lot with wet towels each time we returned from a trip. They left absolutely no room for error in service. We were welcomed by different levels of management, including the General Manager. The breakfast was really delicious and had a lot of variety. We did not use the pool but the swim up bar looked amazing. The location was just a 1 minute walk to many of the best streets around. A special thank you to Pisen for making our stay exceptional.
