Breakfast/Brunch is truly unlimited until 1:30pm!!! Lots of options at breakfast and options were changed daily to add variety. Most of the hot food was luke warm. Food was always replenished and never ran out. Change of food around 11am/12pm for lunch options. Lovely clean, calming room with cool simple but useful decor.

Initially reception were very helpful but when we approached staff about my friends injury to her foot all they could offer were ice cubes and a plaster (not fully equipped first aid item like ice packs and appropriate first aid dressings which is extremely alarming!)

Also skirting boards were disgusting!

On check out my friend realised she had left her bikini top airing on the outside clothesline, when we asked reception if the cleaners had handed it in the response was nothing has been handed in you need to check again tomorrow! After explaining we were being picked up in 30 minutes she again said you need to check again tomorrow! Not very helpful at all!

There was a free full English breakfast and parking on site and laundry facilities as well The room was a bit small and the air conditioning didn’t work well the first night, but we moved to another room and it was just fine.

Fine for a couple of nights but difficult to sleep due to a combination of very basic beds and people returning to their rooms in the early hours (even though in Palmanova it’s pretty close to Magaluf).
The concept of the hotel is good but maybe not executed as well as it could be. We have been to similar hotels where it is done better (eg Mynd in the Canaries)
Positives were good selection for brunch, lots of room around the pool (although people still felt the need to reserve beds!) and the staff were all helpful. Very clean as well

Terrible tea and coffee from the machines. Also fake milk and fake orange juice. All very cheap and poor quality. Food at buffet also very mediocre and I ended up eating breakfast at cafes outside the hotel instead. Awful kiosks for check in that are totally useless and which force staff to do all the work twice and therefore you also have to go through it all twice as well! ZERO soundproofing of rooms. I could hear a group of guys making lot of noise in the corridor and could hear a man snoring loudly in the next room. It was so bad it sounded like he was in my room. Unbelievable. Reception staff member told me I could stay in the same room, but twenty min later said the room was not available as he had not actually checked whether it was, so I ended up packing and unpacking several times and then having to leave the hotel, which caused me a lot of inconvenience. I was offered a single room, but no one had checked it and it absolutely stank of cigarette smoke which I had already informed that I am allergic to. This hotel has a good location for the beach, but that´s about it. I do not recommend especially due to the terrible noise issues, but also the unwillingness of staff to actually check the rooms before giving them to guests and to check avaibility before allocating rooms. This is part of the work of the reception staff and they should not be avoiding doing these standard checks. This type of avoidance of checking indicates a lack of professionalism.

What To Expect !!

This is our third time to this hotel and in my opinion its very good value for money. It is basic with no fridge or tea/coffee making facilities and the rooms are quite small. That is as negative as it gets as its very clean, beds towels changed daily, lovely large pool area with enough beds for all and brunch served till early afternoon and the choice is plentiful. It has the added bonus of being in a great location handy for beach, bars, restaurants and shops. I think this hotel is perfect for up to 4 nights but any longer you might want a bit more luxury.

Hotel was in a great location, walkable to restaurants, shops, beach and bus stops as well as a crazy golf place.

Staff were friendly and always available. Breakfast had a variety of options with a long time frame to go back up countless times. Gym and laundry facilities were good.

Room was clean but basic and lacked a few extras such as a kettle, shampoo/moisturiser, perhaps a mini fridge/ bottle of water. Air con was very good.

One negative was the lack of double beds in rooms, including ours. Although advertised, two single beds put together to make a double bed did not work and move apart with the mattresses.

This hotel was great and just what you need for staying in Palmanova. The rooms were clean, basic but all that you need. The gym was small but enough, laundry was great and very quick. Loved the pool and it’s so close to the beach!! Sandra the hotel manager was so lovely and helpful. The breakfast buffet was amazing and so many choices! We were happy we stayed here :)

Great stay at Tent Palmanova! I’m a night owl so I really appreciated the late breakfast and midday check out! The pool could do with some music but they did let guests play their own music which was great. Rooms are quite small and I didn’t like the brown/earthy decor, however they were clean and pillows were comfy. Online it said the pool closed at 6pm but there was always people there past 6 and the staff were happy to let us enjoy the last of the sun! Overall great stay and great location.

What a find.

We went on a 14 person stag do and this hotel was perfect.
Great bar service, the rooms were good and the breakfast until 1pm was a life saver.
Some lads were clever enough to get a breakfast and a lunch out of it. Others managed to just get fed by 1.

The location of the hotel was great, walking distance to both Palma Nova and Magaluf and lots of nice seafront bars within 5 minutes.

A couple things let the hotel down,
The air con seemed to make the rooms hotter, couldn’t get it to run for more than 10 minutes, luckily it was cool enough on a night to sleep with the door open.

And a tiny moan, the pool was freezing, likely the time of year that we went (May). Barely a single hotel guest went in the pool.

Clean room and toilet, good brunch served until 1.30 pm with plenty of choice, could only do with coffee being warmer.

So close to the beach, shops, bars/restaurants and for the bus to and from the airport and Magaluf. The staff were friendly and the hotel was very clean. The food was lovely, good variety and great that it’s up to 1:30pm! My only gripe would be that our room was extremely hot during the night and the air con was turned off. When talking to reception about it I was told there was nothing they could do and to open the door! This wasn’t the safest solution when I was there on my own with my 11 year old son!

Location was great. Food nice. Not enough storage space and walls were too thin. You could hear the next room take clothes off the hangers.

The showers were pretty poor. You had to decide if you wanted a hot shower or good water pressure. Not both.

Nice, clean accommodation in a great location. Bottomless breakfast was convenient and served until 1.30pm with different food added for lunch time. There were plenty of sun loungers available so no fighting for a spot around the pool. At night, there is a nice seating area outside to relax and have a drink from the bar. I’d definitely recommend the white sangria! Only criticism was service on reception was slow.

After that everthing was great. Great room, great view, nice pool, most other guests was considerate but was a few who wasn't so much.

Lovely hotel and good location. Very close to the beach only a few minutes away. Great to have the breakfast till 1pm. As it had a good but small selection. The pool is great and nice and deep around 3m. People save sun beds so you do need to get down early as gets busy but they have a lot of bean bags and places to lounge so early afternoon is not as busy. Would recommend!

The hotel was less good than expected. Rating of 8,6 in Hotels.com it was rated as the second best in palmanova (if that’s a reality, take care of your expectations)

The breakfast was as fare as it could be, related to the pictures on the web.
(Discussing to be honest)

Conclusion - next Mallorca stay wouldn’t be at Tent Palmanova.

Take care if you expect a little luxury

Das Zimmer war bei Ankunft noch voller Haare und es roch auch die ganze Woche sehr stark aus dem Badezimmer nach undefinierbarem.
Die Zimmer sind hellhörig und da diverse Gäste auch spät nachts ohne Manieren zurück kamen wurde man aus dem Schlaf gerissen.
Ich kann die guten Bewertungen nicht nachvollziehen und werde das Hotel weder weiter empfehlen noch selber erneut Buchen. Die Lage selbst war Ok.

Allers et venues des personnes en vacances jusqu’à 4h du mat car proche MAGALUF. Pas de machine à café dans les chambres ni de bouteille d’eau, gel douche pas recharge pendant le séjour. Fuire si vous souhaitez dormir la nuit

Hôtel déconseillé pour ceux qui veulent dormir la nuit. Très mal insonorisé avec le couloir et l’extérieur et bruit des fêtards dans la rue et pour trouver leur chambre. Horrible nuit, heureusement nous en avions réservé une seule. Sinon jolie piscine et deco sympa.

Das Hotel an sich ist in die Jahre gekommen. Gerade der Poolbereich ist nicht sehr einladend. Das Hotel versucht aber mit der Einrichtung alles etwas modernerer wirken zu lassen. Leider sind die Zimmer SEHR hellhörig und die Gäste oft gerade Nachts sehr laut. Eine ruhige Nacht war hier leider kaum möglich.

Was ein absoluter Pluspunkt ist, ist dass Frühstück bzw. der Brunch. Man kann hier von 8.00 Uhr bis 13.30 Uhr so viel und so oft man will essen. Gegen Mittag gibt es immer noch eine kleine Auswahl an warmen Gerichten. Die Auswahl ist nicht riesig aber für jeden was dabei. Geschmacklich ist es in Ordnung.
