We ended up leaving the accommodation as it wasn’t safe for my child. Water was coming in the room and he slipped over because of this. The sheets were stained, furniture marked and scuffed

The property is good, but the staff is bad.
I went during February half term holiday with the kids as prices are more affordable. Unfortunately most of the Restaurants around were closed being off season.
The distance from the sea is 1 min by walk so it is perfect. The studio was nice, but would have preferred a proper double bed instead of the sofa bed as it was a bit uncomfortable.
The lady at the Reception was terrible. Here on the app it says that check in time is from 2pm, we arrived at the property at 1.30pm and there was nobody and the door to the Reception was closed. We rang the bell few times and nobody answered. There was a notice board saying that the Reception is closed from 2pm to 3pm and to ring the bell if needed.
Still at 1.30 there was nobody.
We tried again at 2.30pm and a lady answered the intercom saying in a rude english that the Reception will open at 3pm and hang up.
We had to wait with two kids under 9 at a nearby park.
At 3pm we went and the lady was not very welcoming, almost looked tired or not happy to be there. She gave us the keys after explaining in rush the where was our entrance.
In the room we found just two pairs of cushions and one single duvet and two single lightweight blanket.
I did not want to go and ask for more duvet as she seemed so disturbed.
Check out is from 11am but again nobody was there so we left the keys in the letter box.

Property is in a good place and has a nice sized pool. Easy access to the beach and has a lift.
The staff were friendly and accomodating.
Couldn't really moan about the place itself.
The only moan I would mention is that some of the people staying in the apartment where not considerate and would be shouting and banging all night. Mainly groups of Italian/dutch teenage girls screaming and getting drunk so I would say to the owner, please think about this and perhaps put these groups in an apartment to one side so they don't bother the other 8 neightbours they have.
Other than this it was all very good.

Good afternoon we arrived late so informed econotel of late arrival and theye-mailed me to say no problem just ring bell once and night porter would be there to give us our key. We rang about 15 times over four and a half hours Eventually reception phoned to say they had missed all these calls.We were very very cold and were sitting in apts car park for almost 5 hours.
Managemen told us we would be compensated for this by Expedia as you had our bank and card details.PLEASE ADVISE AS VERY ANGRY AND VERY COLD WATCHING MY 76 AGED WIFE CRYING

Good place to stay however could of done with more insructions about the apartment like how the air-conditioning works and appliences. And also someone there earlier then 10am in morning as we needed to checkout before then. Otherwise nice place to stay bedroom was nice and clean and a great view.

Ehhhh it was ok.

The location is great and the shops are friendly but the property could have taken more advantage of the down season and made some needed repairs. The water heaters in the kitchen look like they may fall off any time, the shower curtain was mildewed, and the mattresses were one step away from being a box spring. There are many permanent tenants who complain about having normal conversations on the balcony at night and the A/C filters were so dirty they were overworking and not producing cold air. Overall it wasn’t terrible but it was what I’ve come to expect from an apart hotel in Spain so far.

If you stay in this hotel, be careful with your belongings. I returned to my room to find the photo page from my passport had been ripped out completely. I am now concerned about identify theft. I believe this must have been done by someone with access to my room, a maid or hotel staff member perhaps.

These apartments have everything u need & r very spacious. The location is just perfect 4 the beach & restaurants plus at a very flat section of the resort 4 those who struggle with hills. The staff both at reception & the pool r extremely friendly & helpful. Can't wait 2 go back.

Disappointed that AC was only in the main living space and not in the separate bedroom. Towels only changed after three days but we asked and were able to exchange earlier. The lady on reception called Promise could not do enough to help us. Overall basic and clean apartment in good location, not too noisy at night. Never used the pool as had no atmosphere and the beach was a very short walk away.

Location is very good. Check in was very efficient and the girl on reception was very polite and helpful. I was given an high floor room meaning I had a very nice sea view. The room is clean and spacious.The pool doesn't belong to the hotel but it easily accessible. Overall I had a very pleasant stay and would definitely come here again

The entire stay was unsatisfactory in a number of ways. They failed to mention upon our arrival or at the time of booking of the following points:
1. The property hosts Permanent Residents which are prone to high noise levels
2. The property was under construction during our stay which was not acceptable (hammering and sawing throughout the day/evening). Considering they close for 4-5 months (End of Season Oct-Mar) this means construction could be carried out while temporary visitors are not present at the property
3. The property was not up to standard for visitors due to the noise levels.

Ideal location for those with limited mobility as area very flat & seconds walk 2 the beach. Lovely pool area well kept & rooms basic but very spacious & comfortable. Staff were extremely helpful & friendly plus added benefit of free parking.

Get what you pay for. Room very very basic, lady that saw us in must have just woken up, miserable. Good enough for one night and thats all. Room doors were filthy, finger prints and some sort of food on the main door. Make sure you get the room you pay for, we nearly got a room with no sea view and when questioned we got the room we paid for.

Apartments are clean and tidy, just a little dated and the location is good. Lots of local shops and restaurants, just across the road from the beach which is lovely and just a ten minute walk into magaluf if that’s what you’re after. The only down side is the staff. I have never encountered such rude people managing a hotel. We arrived late and were greeted by a man who thinks he’s running the military. He wouldn’t accept card payment from us as it was the night time?? So we had to pay the next day much to the annoyance of him and his partner. We were escorted to our room, which was very strange behaviour and he was shouting at other guests to be quiet even though he was making more noise by telling them to be quiet. Once in our room we sat on the balcony just having a chat on the sixth floor. From down the bottom he was shouting at us to be quiet, it was so bizarre. The reception is never manned during the day; you need to press an intercom - much to the annoyance of the woman on the receiving end and she begrudgingly makes her way over. Very unpleasant people! Aside from this the pool is nice, although you have to pay for sun loungers and there was a lot of children which we didn’t expect in magaluf. For the price, it’s great if you can overlook the unpleasant staff!!!

Lot of added things you have to spend money on. You have to pay for Wi-Fi, aircon, a safe, sunbeds etc. Tax has also gone up to 2.20 euros pp per night which is a lot of extra cost after you have already paid for the hotel. This needs to be updated on the website because it currently says 1.65. Location is really good and Promise the manager is nice, however the receptionist is rude and unpleasant.

Lovely place to stay

The lady at reception was lovely and friendly , rooms were clean , nice and regularly laundered.
Area was perfect for holiday as shops pubs restaurants all 1 min away from hotel. Pools regularly cleaned never seen a spec of dirt lovely big size. Would definately recommend and would come back for future holidays.

Greeted by a lovely lady at reception every morning. The room was clean bright and white, the bed sheets where lovely and white, the view from my balcony was amazing I could see the blue sea, I could see the beach, why really wasn't far at all. My kids loved the pool and it wasn't packed with people. We could leave the apartment and practically on our doorstep we could have breakfast, lunch or dinner. So much to say but not enough space to say how we had a positive experience, I usually book all inclusive but this was just as good. I have already recommended here to my friends and I definitely want to come back here next year, my kids who are 19, 13 and 4 want to come back again there is something for all ages to do.

The apartment is in a good location. The sea view from our room was good, but partly blocked by another apartment in front. Beds were not comfortable, the kitchen is very small and inadequate lights in the room. WiFi didn't worked in the 7th floor. There were no water for an hour in one evening.
Although they allowed us to check out at 2 PM instead of 11 AM.

The hotel room was not too bad as the kitchenette is separated away from the beds. Although the furnitures are not the most modern, the room was still comfortable and clean. However, the mattress rollaway bed was bad. Paid for the internet (1 Euro), however, as we were staying in the top floor, I could not get the wifi signal and could only use the internet from the balcony.

We knew from reviewis that this hotel was basic however, the Hotel did meet our expectations. The rooms were cleanded twice in 8 Days along with fresh towels on both these occassions.

Although the bed & sofas were extremley comfy neither were very clean. The beds themselves had visible stains on which could do with being addressed.

The lady on reception who worked a huge amount of hours was fantastic and always had a smile on her face.

Overall a nice holiday and stay at Las Palomas Apartments

The ideal place to call Home !!

I stayed 2 weeks in Las Palomas, my first impression was very good until I met Promise and I realized that I have made the best choice.
Not a Receptionist but a friend that you can approach any time and she will be there for you !
The Studio was very clean, fresh and bright with everything you need in the kitchen, toilet.
The balcony had a beautiful sea view with the sun coming every morning to weak you up.
3 minutes walk to the beach and lots of restaurants and cafes.
A perfect place to call Home !!!!!!

We stayed in Las Palomas apartments June 7-14 and enjoyed every minute of it: located only a few minutes away from the beach, it is in the centre of everything- restaurants, countless pubs, shopping and a vibrant night life. We had a spacious room with a little kitchen and a sizable terrace which provided a breathtaking view of the sea and sunrises. Our great concierge Promise deserves million thanks: she was always there for us and went an extra mile in her customer service. When we arrived, I realized that I lost my e-tickets and she was so kind to ptint them out for me. Also, when I needed an internet access Promise generously allowed me to use her own lap-top.
Next time I go to Mallorca, it's definitely a Las Palomas again! Thank you Promise for being a life saviour!

I'd stay again without hesitation (on top floors!)

Wouldn't think twice about staying here again, bang in middle of Palma nova, walk everywhere within minutes!
Our room wasn't ready on arrival, staff promised me sea view to make up for the wait and when I walked into my room the view blew me away! Everything you'd need to go self catering, ya need to take nothing! Balcony wasn't the most private I've ever had but I think quite a few apartments are private and obviously they kept themselves to themselves!

The dishes in the kitchen were all dirty. The toaster still had burnt toast in it from the previous tennants. There was no kettle so we had to boil water on the stove to make tea & coffee. Plus there was no window in the room so we had no fresh air & it was just not warm enough to sleep with the patio door open!

Das Appartement war frisch renoviert, und alles funktionierte einwandfrei (auch die Heizung). Gemütlich geht aber anders. Ab dem 5. Stock gibt's 'Meerblick'. Fernsehsender = nur spanische und vier englischsprachige (BBC & ITV) Programme.

Very very basic stay, but that was expected from price. Location is super good beach is very close (its second line hotel) lot of shops and restaurants around. Room was clean, they change towels once in 3 days and clean room and change linen once in 6 days. As I say super basic room, but perfectly fine for budget stay.

Nous avons passé 4jours dans cet hôtel, à notre arrivée nous avons très chaleureusement été accueilli et tout nous a été très bien expliqué. L’appartement était très propre, très bien équipé, la literie impeccable et gros + pour le petit balcon vue piscine !
Seul petit bémol la porte de la douche qui était un peu usée et se fermait difficilement mais pas gênant en faisant attention
Nous recommandons un séjour ici sans problèmes !

Réception top, Mme Désiré parle plusieurs langues dont le français, elle est arrangeante même après notre arrivée tardive à cause des retard d'avion, la chambre était hyper propres, seul hic c'est les parties communes de l'entrée de l'hôtel... ça fait peur !

Los apartamentos están equipados con lo justo y necesario para unos días de vacaciones. Un punto a su favor es que nuestro apartamento tenía lavadora, sin embargo, en su contra decir: camas muy incómodas, mobiliario y decoración anticuadas, NO hay parking privado tal y como se publicita en la web, NO cambian las sábanas cada 7 días de estancia (nosotros pasamos 9 noches con las mismas sábanas), NO se cambian las toallas cada 3 días ni se limpian los apartamentos cada 3 días (todo ello especificado en la WEB).
A pesar de ello, la estancia ha sido agradable.

El personal de recepcion muy amable, apartamento comodo, importante llevar productos de limpieza y para lavar los platos, del resto muy bien ubicado y se consigue aparcamiento facilmente porque al momento de nuestra llegada no tenian tarjetas disponibles para el parking a pesar que lo vi vacio en toda mi estancia.

La struttura si trova in ottima posizione, vicino al mare e a 15 minuti di auto da Palma. La cosa peggiore è stata la pulizia piuttosto scarsa. Per il resto qualsiasi cosa ci occorreva erano subito pronti ad accontentarci.
