This is a really lovely hotel. Lovely smiley enthusiastic greeting when booking in from Aga , all the staff are lovely here everyone. Room was reasonable size, clean, lovely bed. Breakfast is outstanding an excellent selection of anything you need. Location perfect right on the beach with restaurants next to you if you wish to eat out. I'm not a great hotel reviewer but this one deserves a 5 star review . Thank you Paul and Lucy .

Anna at reception was quite defensive and lacked customer service skills and communication skills, telling me that my concerns were not something she could do anything about since she just works in reception! I told her that she is the representative of the hotel and should therefore relay my concerns to the management. The entire layout of the hotel is bizarre, inconvenient, and unsafe, particularly for older guests, of which there are many. In fact, I would say the majority of the guests are 60 or 65+. The reception area is like a small island surrounded by steps, which is absolutely ridiculous and should not be allowed in this day and age. On my floor (2nd floor), there was a whole corridor of rooms at one end that are only accessible by going up/down seven steps and no other way for those guests to reach their room or get to the elevator! This may also be the case on other floors and simply should not be allowed for reasons of accessibility. I found an elderly lady struggling to bring her big heavy suitcase down those steps to get to the elevator so helped her, but the design of the hotel is absolutely unacceptable. Furthermore, in my room, the phone was not working and then I found that it was not even plugged in and no one had checked this. A technician came to fix it and also to raise a large and heavy ceramic lamp that was hanging directly over the phone and which hit me on the head! The sink is in the room, instead of in the bathroom, which is also ridiculous.

I loved this hotel! Super friendly and helpful staff from start to finish. We booked a room with a pool connected to the back patio and it was amazing. Highly recommend. The area was convenient and walkable and it was great having the beach right across the street. Free parking and buffet breakfast were a nice added touch. The employees at the attached restaurant/bar were welcoming and fun. I would stay here again.

Despite some things that went wrong - flooding bathroom / windy and loud at night - the service made up for all of it. Really amazing service - the two gentleman that work at night were fantastic. Helped us with everything. Had a wonderful breakfast for us at 4:30am.

The lady at the counter when we arrived was also lovely. We were frustrated due to the car rental shenanigans and the welcome drink was just what we needed.

We wouldn’t stay in that area again unless we were doing a tennis class.

We have just returned from a 3 night break staying in one of the swim up rooms. On arrival as it was late we were welcomed by Lovely Javier who was more than helpful and a selection of fruit and chicken wrap.
The room was fabulous and clean this is the same for the rest of the hotel. Reception and restaurant staff were always welcoming and helpful.
We can’t wait for our next stay !

Staff was very warm & welcoming the room appears to have been updated recently & was comfortable breakfast was excellent with fresh eggs crepes made to order shower was high pressure and warm rainfall showerhead excellent in cold weather and location is also excellent right off the freeway only 10 minutes to Palma only complaint is the self on site parking of this hotel was unfortunately completely full both the nights. We stayed despite checking prior to our arrival since we did not want to park the car on the street.

Great stay with my fiancé. Hotel has everything you need for a quiet, chilled out holiday. Great location for nearby restaurants and the beach. The swimming pool area is great for relaxing and catching some sun. Staff were really friendly and helpful. The hotel was exceptionally clean and smells so nice everywhere.

The only slight criticism would be that the mattress was a bit firm for our liking.

Everything was great, location, staff, food, spa, my only issue was the lack of air conditioning- I visited in October and the hotel had switched the central air on system to heating mode... not good when it was 24 degrees in the day and 18 at night

Fergus Style Palmanova recommended!

Room was excellent and the staff couldn't do enough for you. I have dietary (gluten) requirements which were all covers efficiently by the hotel as standard. The beach is just across the road and the local area has plenty of bars and shops. Not rowdy at all.

Not a 4 star hotel service

Very nice room (the one with the access to the pool) but with limited privacy as the balconies are partially open and you can see and hear your neighbors. Good location.
Definitely not a 4 star hotel....the staff is very friendly but not prepare to help and assist their guests as a 4 star hotel. They couldn’t give tips of places to visit in Palma for example and they suggest us to go to the information center to get a city map and tips.
The hotel request a 10 euro deposit to get a pool towel..I’ve never seen it in any sophisticated hotel.
Breakfast is served in a big restaurant but during peak hour you risk not having a table and waiting up to 10 min to get a freshly prepared egg or pancake.
Food is average (a lot of variety, but nothing really special).

We loved our stay here. We are a couple in our late 20's. The pool and views were excellent. We came in march and there was still lots to do in Palma Nova (despite places ie magaluf being completely shut). The buffet breakfast is epic. Staff very friendly. They had a TV and sky sport so we could watch the football by the bar. Thanks again!

It was a pity that the hotel bar closed at 23.00 hrs. However next door was the Sunset Pub ( a great place to drink and at far cheaper prices ). It was too quiet a resort for us but we hope to return again to the Fergus and Palmanova in September.

We wanted a relaxing holiday after a tough year health wise and that's exactly what we got
This hotel has a relaxed atmosphere, but is excellent and efficiently run in all aspects
Quite small 4 floors with about 70 rooms
Very clean with contemporary decor, large comfy beds and great showers, handy fridge.
Everything supplied, bath robes, slippers, toiletries, even tooth brushes. Free wifi and beach towels.
We booked half board and the food was both varied and of a very high standard
The staff are very accommodating and go out of there way to help you.
We asked for an early check in and to our surprise, we were given an upgrade to a suite, which was absolutely amazing, the height of luxury

Lovely adult hotel over looking the sea and a stone throw to the beach. Check in was quick even though we were early we could lock are cases up. We were on the first floor and are balcony went straight to the pool. The room was perfect for us. You had everything you needed. Though we were only there for 3 nights but if you were there longer not a lot of room to hang stuff and only 2 draws. The bed was comfy and we both slept well.

Breakfast was lovely and plenty of choice.

Will be returning.

the hotel seemed to be fairly new designed and nice. I was disappointed that the room was so small. For two adults with two luggages, there wasn't much room to move so we felt clustered.

The inside pool was cute but very small, not heated and there were no towels in the spa area.

Overall it is a nice hotel and I would recommend it to a colleague or friend with the highlights of my opinions listed above.

Very comfortable hotel in a great location.

Not a fan of the constant jazz style music round the pool and although there was a notice to say that the pool beds were not to be reserved on occasions there were none to be had. Towels were left on them for as long as 3 hours from early morning and nobody using them. One pool was out of use and when it rained it water leaked through its cover to the reception below.
Overall though the negatives were outweighed by the very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was excellent and brunch from 10:30 till 12:00 was a bonus and included even though the choice for this was limited, it was a welcome addition.
Our seaview room with balcony had sun all day. We did not try the evening buffet as there were dozens of different restaurants close by.
Summing up then, if they changed the music and mended the leaky pool, I'd be back. Thank you for a great few days.

Nice hotel seen better days but clean and comfortable. Great position opposite the beach near the Palmanova harbour. Not as brash as Magaluf but it's only a stroll away if you really must. Beach bar and Laolao yoghurt bar not far away. Helpful staff and free Wi Fi in lobby. Food for all tastes and they cook chops etc on demand instead of leaving them on a hotplate. Hooray. Air Con works.

In need of refurbishment which they said was going to be one in 2014. Reception staff good but waiters and bar staff probably thought they could do a better job if they didn't have guests to hold them up. Very good location oposite beach with good restaurants close by. Just as well as the food is not up to much.

Jag vill lyfta fram den fantastiska personalen som båda var snabba och hjälpsamma.
Från att jag hade en toalettdörr som krånglade (fixade de direkt) till att ge tips om utflyktsmål och restauranger.
Sängarna är sköna och frukostbuffén är bra. Mysig takterrass!

Att de inte får full pott beror på att det är lyhört, något slitet och att det glutenfria utbudet är minimalt. Ta med eget glutenfritt bröd!

Hotellet låg fint vid stranden. Tyvärr fick vi rum mot bakgatan, så utsikten var inte så rolig. Då det var lågsäsong, var poolen inte uppvärmd, så inget badande.

Rummen var helt ok, rymliga och välstädade.

God frukost, med stor variation. Dock var utbudet av glutenfritt bröd inte så tilltalande.

Hotellet er sådan set okay - shined op efter bedste evne og personalet er venligt og morgenmaden er god. Hotellet kan betragtes som et uforpligtende “stang-hotel” MEN sammenlignet med andre 4 stjernede hoteller på Mallorca er prisen simpelthen for høj! Man kan få mere for pengene på andre hoteller - og det var det dyreste men overall dårligste hotel ud af 5 hoteller benyttet på øen.
Hertil kommer den meget mystiske detalje at der ikke er håndvask eller spejl på badeværelset/toilettet. Det er flyttet ind på værelset for enden af sengen, hvilket opleves både ret upraktisk og uhygiejnisk. Så rådet må være at overveje om man ikke vil bruge sine penge anderledes.

För att leva upp till \"Adults Only\" så är det anmärkningsvärt att det inte fanns personal som styrde upp poolområdet bättre. Det var gapiga gäster, det dracks egenmedhavd alkohol vid/i poolen, Alla högljudda telefonsamtal via face-time visade en låg respekt mot andra gäster. För den pengen man betalar så förväntar man sig en bättre service. I övrigt så var hotellet fantastiskt med bra faciliteter och en härlig utsikt.

Die Hotelzimmer waren sehr schön gestaltet und sehr sauber. Das Bad war räumlich nur durch einen leichten Blickschutz abgetrennt. Das Zimmer hatte einen Balkon, von welchem man das Meer aus sehen konnte. Hervorragend war das Frühstücksbuffet! Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Die Kommunikation findet in Englisch statt. Der Hotelparkplatz umfasst nur ein paar wenige Stellplätze, es kann jedoch in den umliegenden Straßen problemlos und kostenlos geparkt werden. Das Hotel liegt direkt am Strand. Nur zu empfehlen!
