Location is fab for a chilled holiday - Pretty quiet with a few nice restaurants and a beach bar nearby. Walkable distance to Palma Nova. Rooms were clean and staff were very friendly. This properly is amazing! Iv been here 3 times now in the last two years. 10 min walk to the beach, big supermarket opposite. The spa is amazing, steam rooms and sauna are great. The food is really good quality

This property is advertised as a “beach resort” that appears lively and energetic in the photos. The “beach access” is a small shaded rocky cove just under the pool area that is mostly populated with guest 65 and older. We saw two middle aged families. Additionally, the hotel is outdated with bulky furniture and tacky decor that looks like a retirement home. Lastly, and most unfortunate, the hotel has a terrible sewage odor that seemed like they were attempting to mask the odor with a perfume type fragrance. It was awful! Oh…and even though you pay 32 euros each for breakfast (that is accommodating to primarily a German/Dutch culture) you cannot take the breakfast anywhere but the dinning area. My husband and I had an excursion planned at 0900 and our driver was waiting on us. We had not eaten and were hurrying to make ourselves something to-go, and the hostess stopped us and told us we could not leave with our food. I explained to her that we had an excursion planned and a driver waiting on us, but she still would not allow us to leave with the food that she had charged to our room. I did however get those charges removed at check-out, but regardless…I still am not happy that I was treated that way. My husband and I were relieved to get out of there and onto our next location, but saddened that 4 nights of our vacation was spent smelling sewage odor and feeling the need to leave the “nursing home” each morning.

This is our 3rd visit to this beautiful hotel. Lovely setting with some lovely restaurants on the beach next to the hotel. Short walk to the heart of Palma Nova. And only 20 mins from the lovely capital Palma. Also near to some wonderful golf courses.

We had an issue were part of the stripping on the ceiling fell down during the night, we reported this at 9.30am and by the time we left the following day this was still not repaired or looked at. This was part of a light and had live wires showing. Poor customer service.

Upon arriving late in to the night after a delayed flight we were shocked to be told by the individual checking us in that there is no parking onsite. The only reason we booked the property is because of the onsite parking, the employee also did nothing to help us as there was absolutely no parking at that hour of night… I should him the Expedia listing that said parking onsite and he literally was like I know nothing about all that as if it wasn’t his problem. Not a great first impression.

Also a couple of restaurants on beach as well as hotels round the pool so perfect choice! I would also like to say my son’s friend lost his wallet on the beach. We couldn’t find it and I asked a reception if one had been handed in! To my utter surprise it had been! So huge huge huge thank you to the beach staff for being so honest and leaving at reception. Felt very safe at this hotel and on the beach too! We would definitely come again!!

They had a nice pool and a beach are with two bars that served food as well as drinks. The spa had great services for reasonable prices. Highly recommended, especially if travelling off peak. Clean, comfortable, friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast and evening buffets were excellent. Indoor spa pool and gym are great early in the season when the outdoor pool is still cold! We visited in April and it was busy but not crowded. Parking is on the street if you hire a car, but there were plenty of spaces locally when we went. Regular and easy bus to Palma close to the hotel. Big supermarket 2 minute walk, if you want to buy snacks or bottles of water for days out!

Great hotel with great service. A bit smaller (and therefore nicer) hotel and poool area. Perfect with pool bar, great assortment at the breakfast as well as alternatives for the lunch. An extra plus for the ability to order food to the pool area.

Food excellent, reasonably priced with good choice. I would upgrade your room so you get a sea view as some balconies overlook the road, thats what we'll do next time which we're already planning! check in was long, very long. the gentleman was doing his very best and was very courteous and helpful at the end. a large crowd was checking in as well. beach very near, 2 minutes walking. A little distance from the nearby town, but not far. pretty much everything is near by, so no need really to go there for a short 2/3 day stay. it is a 10 minute walk, but uphill so if you are older or not in shape, this can be a challenge. staff very nice and would STRONGLY RECOMMEND this hotel.

This hotel is really nice, a nice bar, nice pool and the breakfast is pretty good. Only downside is that the staff at the front desk don’t really seem to care that much and we weren’t even briefed on what we had access to, where things were, what time breakfast was, which was a let down to the whole experience. I get it’s a hotel and things will be more expensive but 3 euros for a small bottle of water is a bit of a liberty; better of going to the supermarket and filling up your room fridge instead!

Oh my goodness; this place is just wow! Me and my other half booked this stay for May, a little out of season so a really well priced room. We were lucky to get some nice weather which only added to the amazing experience. The staff are helpful and friendly and accomodated a room change so we could check in early to the hotel. The breakfast buffet was well presented with an excellent selection of food and drinks.
The bar and pool area was clean, had enough sun loungers for everyone to use and the service was quick and excellent. The food and drinks were well priced and the pool was a lovely temperature on a hot day! The little private beach was a gorgeous added bonus for when you didn't want to walk into Palma Nova for the busy beachfront..
Just wow! The rooms were a good size, clean and had a well stocked mini fridge, a safe and lovely soft towels, bathrobe and slippers. The spa downstairs was easy to book into for when needing a little relax or when the weather wasn't too sparkling.

We only had 2 nights and wished we could have stayed longer as such a lovely hotel. Staff friendly and helpful. Room was the just the standard Twin but very comfortable and the bathroom was spacious with a great shower. Both breakfast and dinner were excellent. Lots of choice to suit everyone. Fresh and varied options. They had the best Bircher Muesli I have ever tasted. The location is idyllic with a bus stop around the corner for the regular bus to Palma and also a bus direct to the airport every 30 minutes. So very easy to get to without the expense of car hire which is particularly expensive this year.
