Staff top notch! Rooms run down and bathroom old and we had a 2 room suite with kitchen. Too many kids that were poorly behaved and loud. Should NOT let kids in the spa area. They destroyed the atmosphere and were wild. Beautiful setting!

A really fabulous holiday! It really exceeded our expectations. Super swift check in, everything explained properly, beautiful surrounding, everything so peaceful in the evenings, no subbed wears, diligent and attentive staff and lifeguard, wide variety of good quality food, loved the picturesque lanterns on tree, lovely staff taking the yoga and water polo. We are planning a trip next year already! Thank you to all the staff at Ponent Mar!

AMAZING! We stayed for 10 nights in the premium studio sea view ! It was such a wonderful room with kitchen ( well equipped), breathtaking view , very clean. Every one ( staff) from front desk, lifeguards, buffet , ect were supper nice and friendly. Food was great, pool was well cleaned every night, fun activities during the day in the pool. Fun games at nights in the common area. Adult only pool on the rooftop was so lovely , great access to the sea. We highly recommend this hotel specially to families with kids. Really good stay. Breakfast is superb, lots of choices like fresh green juice, freshly made omelettes, huge selection of delicious breads. Half board dinner was fine but not as good as breakfast so I gave up and went out a couple of nights.

As a solo traveller I felt very safe and relaxed and I loved the proximity to Palma Novas bars.

30s couple - We were quite concerned about where we might stay when visiting what is quite a lively place in Mallorca. We couldn't have been more pleased with the stay here at Ponent Mar. Every last detail was well thought out. The breakfast was the best buffet I've ever seen. Even things like the gym and the spa were very well polished and put together, everything brand new and high spec. The restaurant serve great food, all the staff were very friendly and couldn't help anymore.

Absolutely phenomenal hotel. I have been visiting Majorca since I was a child and I brought my two teenage girls age 12 and 15 for our summer holiday. The deluxe studio had the most breathtaking balcony and the entire property is modern clean and they have thought of everything from daily towels, to discrete drying racks to portable speakers in your room to make your stay 10/10. The best thing of all though are the staff from housekeeping to reception everyone is smiling and goes above and beyond to help. We had an absolutely fantastic stay and will without question be returning next year.

Lovely looking hotel. Room was lovely with small kitchen area well stocked. Very clean. Had a nice patio big enough for table and chairs ,two sun beds and umbrella. Sat on it every day rather than getting a bed around the pool which was only a few feet away. Food in the evening around the pool was lovely.

First trip to Mallorca with the whole family (5). The accomodation at Ponent Mar was absolutely fantastic. The deluxe apartments were the perfect location on the complex and we just enjoyed everything about the place.

We stayed here in early June and it was wonderful, so much so we’ve booked another trip in September. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful. The pool area was very nice and well maintained, although we spent a lot of time on the adult only roof top terrace and the sandy cove around the corner where there is a lovely beach bar with fab food at great prices. We stayed in a one bed apartment overlooking the sea with breakfast. The breakfast was great with lots of variety and again the staff were wonderful. The local area is quiet (we like that) but with some really nice restaurants and a very good supermarket near by. Palmanova is within walking distance if you’re able but if not the staff are happy to call a taxi which arrives within minutes. Our apartment was spacious and very clean but our friends had a studio which was equally as lovely so we’ve booked that for next time. The gym is small so only limited amount of people can go at the same time and have the space to work out properly but I got there early and it was empty. There are some steps just outside the hotel to get in the sea but that was a bit tricky and certainly hazardous for those less able but the sandy cove around the corner is beautiful. I am returning again as I said as I love this hotel.

Ponent Mar, is a stunning aparthotel with stunning views. The rooms themselves are spacious, clean and very comfortable. The only thing I would say (maybe because it was early season) is the bar closes at 11 , and no warnings or signs to tell you this. But apart from that it is an incredible place and we will definitely return.

Solid four star hotel in a great location. Friendly, welcoming and helpful staff. Quick check in. Bar staff and those around pool friendly and so glad they enforce the no sun bed reservations. Pool is a good size and never seemed too busy.

Ponent Mar is a great deal. It has an elegant beachy vibe without being over the top. And the location can't be beat, with gorgeous views of Palmanova and the Mediterranean, but located on the quiet side of the beach. Definitely get the breakfast! Highly recommend.

Food was incredible in the restaurant and the view was spectacular.
My only one issue was with the toasted rolls ordered from the bar, they were as hard as rock and when I went back to the bar the server told me that's just how they are and didn't offer me a refund or anything.
The kids didn't or couldn't eat them.
But when I ordered it was the last 2 so must have been stale.

My only one issue was with the toasted rolls ordered from the bar, they were as hard as rock and when I went back to the bar the server told me that's just how they are and didn't offer me a refund or anything.
The kids didn't or couldn't eat them.
But when I ordered it was the last 2 so must have been stale.

We were not satisfied with our room from our original booking. The hotel staff gave us an upgrade which was beautiful. The original room reminded me of a hostal. Very tiny. But the second was large and roomy. The staff at the front desk and lobby bar were extremely friendly.

We had an amazing stay at Ponent Mar and will definitely come back when coming to Majorca. Both pools were lovely, good choice of sunbeds. Staff were friendly, amazing cocktails and lovely breakfast and poolside snacks. The beach/cove access was beautiful with ladder for the sea. Activities like yoga and aqua gym were also good and fun. Our room was massive (almost too big!) amazing balcony and views. Reception was always so friendly and helpful. Can’t recommend it enough.

Breakfast overpriced at €44 for 3 people when we availed of it one morning. Brilliant stay. Short walk to the strip. Lovely beach nearby. Would recommend paying for a sea view balcony option. Stayed here for a family holiday, 2 adults and a 8month old, had a sea view apartment.
The room itself was fine, clean and had everything you expected. The shower did block up and did not drain and the shower head itself was terrible. The aircon was another issue, the room thermostat seemingly made no difference and I feel the system is controlled centerally, during the day it got cold and was fine, but overnight the aircon definitely wasn’t working the same and the room got very warm.
The hotel is in a good location, 5/10min walk from bars and restaurants. It is up a steep hill, so walking back most nights with a pram did test the cardio.
The main reason I wasn’t happy was the hotel staff, found them to be very uninterested and felt every time we needed something, whether this is a drink at the bar or something from reception it felt like we were causing them an inconvenience.

Beautiful modern, clean hotel. Great location. Easy to walk to the beach, shops, bus stops very close. Lots of activities. Gorgeous pools that accomodate adults and young children. Best pool design for children I have ever seen. Adult pool and bar on terrace is great, you don't hear any noise from the children's pool below. Food is lovely and very reasonable. Reception and management staff are excellent. Staff are always cleaning. It has a nice vibe. I will definitely book again.

Ponent Mar was a very chic hotel with great amenities. The bar staff was great, the rooms were immaculate. We were there in May and our only complaint was that the poll was freezing cold. It would have been nice if it had been heated, though I'm sure it naturally heats as the season progresses. Also, it was walkable to town and nice restaurants and the beach.

The hotel itself is beautiful! The lobby, restaurant, bar (and rooftop bar), swimming pool area, spa and fitness room are well maintained, and a joy to be there.
However, we were dissapointed by the \"comfort room\" we booked as the balcony looked over the main road up to the hotel.
To make things worse, our neighbour decided to puff some cigarette smoke into our room the following morning, making it unbearable.
Lukily the receptionist was really friendly and helpful and changed our room immediatley.
Our holiday was perfect from this point on.

Location and condition of the property is the best of the area. From the exterior alone it looks like the only 5 star. Interiors are decent and functional. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Gym is well equipped for real workouts. Rooftop bar is great for views. Highly recommend a higher room facing the east for the best coastal sea views and peaceful retreats. Best to go premium or higher for best value and space. Other rooms that face property and pool can get a bit noisy if doors open. Food is decent enough but also cheap so don’t expect much. Excellent balance for families and couples as well as quiet times and partying. Very short walks to beaches, restaurants. 15 min taxi ride to old town. Will definitely stay again.

We couldn't recommend this hotel highly enough. The staff went above and beyond to assist us and ensure our stay we pleasant. My husband hurt his foot in town and the hotel manager personally drove him to the Dr to get it seen. They could not have been nicer and treated us like family. The hotel was spotless and our stay so enjoyable we extended it by two nights. Covid precautions were very well managed and it was spotlessly clean. The entertainment was genuinely engaging for all ages and all nationalities. We heard various accents and age ranges. Free wifi throughout the resort and the main pool was wonderful and we always found a free sunbed with a rooftop adults only pool area also available. The spa looked great and the kids club an unexpected bonus. Our room was huge with a lovely big balcony and nice and replenished products in the bathroom. Food was plentiful and delicious and always a high chair available. There was a convienve shop and laundry on property as well as psrking, electric vehicle parking and a play area for young kids. We are about to rebook for next year and cannot thank them enough for all the help they gave us despite the accident to my husbands foot not even taking place on property.

Very friendly staff, check in was smooth and easy. On arrival at our room which was clean and fresh the veiw over the bay was amazing. The pool area was very nice with plenty of beds and if you are travelling light you can use the hotel beach towels for 1 euro a day.
