Nice chilled atmosphere, most staff friendly, nice and clean, good selection of food for breakfast.
One of the reasons I chose this hotel was for adults only and the steam room, sauna and jacuzzi, unfortunately the steam room didn't work the whole time I was there, the sauna was so hot that I couldn't sit on the wooden slats and the jacuzzi was cold. I mentioned it several times to reception who said the steam room was working now, but in fact it didn't.
I have stayed at this hotel twice before and everything was working, its a bit of a let down this time.
The manager needs to sort the staff out so somebody regularly checks everything is working.

A very stylish hotel, clean , convenient with fabulous food. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Will definitely use again.
One small complaint - on booking I did request a twin room rather than a double, the room we were allocated had a large kingsize bed.

Bait and switch!
I booked a room at the Reverence Mare, Palma Nova. On the expedia website, i chose a room from a photo with balconies and panoramic sea views. Upon check in, i am told the room is across the street, looking at the back of the main hotel building. This is not where i thought i was booking. I do have a small sea view, but far from panoramic! I feel completely taken advantage of. The most important hotel attribute for me when booking in calvia was a sea view. I paid a premium price for a sea view. I could have done much better.
It upsets me when i am taken advantage of by disingenuous people . Don’t book a room at Revence Mare without knowing what you are getting. Panoramic does not mean panoramic view!

Everything about our stay was fantastic. We really loved the room and the view of the pool. The pool deck was always clean and there were many seating options. The buffet breakfast and dinner were both very good. Lots of options. The only thing that I would say could improve is the hand soap. It smells terrible. But that’s just a tiny detail. I will definitely be coming back to stay at Reverence Mare again.

very spacious rooms. excellent pillows and loved the shower. not much area that provide shade and propeller umbrellas would not be my first choice.
lots of options for upgrades and really enjoyed my stay in a swim up room. was a bit noisy at times as the road and unloading zone was ride across but that’s nothing one can change. staff had lots to clean after sahara dust rain so compliment to their hard work.

Second time, and they'll be a third.

My second time at this hotel but first time in a swim up room. We were on the terrace (rooms 131-135) which share a private pool with a pair of sun beds each.
This was a nice touch and felt very luxurious.

Unfortunately as a couple, the bathroom situation left something to be desired. I'm sure when I stayed here before in the panoramic building I had a proper separate bathroom (in a room with a door!) but unfortunately this time it was more of a cubicle in the hotel room itself which was open topped as well. So the toilet didn't feel private and when you turned the light on for the bathroom it lit the whole bedroom up as they were just spot lights above the 'cubicle' area. Even the wardrobes were part of the open bathroom. It felt very odd and not befitting with the luxury 4-star feel of the rest of the hotel.

Breakfast was lovely and we also ate in the restaurant on our first night. Buffet/tapas style and some nice selections to choose from. A good option if you arrive late and want and easy dinner.

I do love this hotel despite the bathroom misgivings. The location is great, right on the palmanova strip with lots of restaurants and shops at your fingertips when you can pull yourself away from relaxing by the pool.
It's super close to the bus stops for the A11 which will get to from and to the airport in about 35 mins for about 3.42Euros.

Best of all. NO KIDS! :D Keep up the good work!

We had an amazing stay at this hotel, just a 3-minute walk from the beach. There was ample parking along the street. The breakfast and dinner offered a delicious and varied selection every day. Our server, Hamede, was a very friendly and hardworking waiter who always served us with a smile. I will definitely return and recommend this hotel to my friends and family. Thank you.

I enjoyed my 3 nights here. The staff were pretty nice and even left a note under my door on my birthday with a couple of drinks for free at the bar included. The breakfast was very good and the location good. The pool was all nice but I didn't use it. A good choice in Palmanova.

It was very clean and great hotel for the value. Breakfast buffet was better than I’ve experienced elsewhere. The room was a bit cold at times, but we found a spare blanket. My only wish is there to be a screen to keep bugs out but fresh air in. We had an outdoor jetted tub, which was fantastic. We did have to rinse off some debris but with a little bit of hand soap, it was perfect.

This was my second time here and it was just as lovely as before. Very relaxing and quiet. The staff are very helpful and friendly which made my stay as a solo traveller so much better. Loved my room which was big and had a nice balcony next to some of the swim up rooms. Breakfast was yummy every morning and dinner had a nice variety. I'll be back again!

Pros- rooms clean and comfortable, food good with varied selection, convenient location.

Cons- no atmosphere around pools, entertainment poor. Some confusion as to who can access the swim up pool areas as we had other guests thinking it was ok to enter and exit via our private swim up pool veranda!
The hotel did advise such guests this wasn’t where they should enter as a public ladder was available for that pool but at that point it was too late! Signage or barrier should be added ASAP to avoid any altercations as this ruined our stay unfortunately.

I do not recommend during peak season

Hotel room smelled like sewage and AC was not functioning. Another room similar to ours was not available so we decided to stay under these conditions. Hotel staff did not let us know that some sunbeds in front of our room were private to me each room. We had a very rude neighbor guest scream at us although the hotel did not let us know!! We called the hotel and again, nothing was done and we had to stay uncomfortably with an unstable neighbor unless we wanted to downgrade.
Hotel staff is friendly and location is great but some upkeeping and repairs need to be done.

The property is run down and needs a face lift. The first appearance is pretty but then at second look the coaches in lobby are old. Bedroom is plain and beds aren’t good. One day they didn’t make up our room I had to exchange towels myself.

Pool needs more umbrellas.

The female bartender at the pool was rude. Rolled her eyes at me because I asked for water and she thought it was so strange I didn’t want the water in the bottle and when I asked for ice I accidentally spilled the ice and she made rude comments. She needs better training.

In general a good hotel. Vey good location and nice rooms, especially the rooms with sea view.
Our main concern was the cleaning of the rooms which were not up to standards. One day cleaning was totally missed and another we didn't get any towels, also the standard of the cleaning that was performed was not top notch... Each time we had to tell the reception and after our complaints they fixed each issue. Although, quite annoying and time consuming to have to visit the reception every other day to complain on cleaning. Could have been done correct first time.
Breakfast buffet was ok, not better than that. Main problem is that the warm buffet was never really warm.
But to conclude, we had a very nice stay regardless the issues we faced. Also, must add that the reception staff was always very friendly and helpful!

We booked a sea view and asked the hotel for an upper level. We got the annex building room 503. It was perfect! The view amazing as per my photo. The room was large and clean with small fridge which kept our pre chilled milk and drinks cold. Also kettle with tea/coffee. My husband emailed to tell them it was my 50th. On the morning of my birthday there was a voucher for 2 glasses of prosseco with a lovely note. Really nice touch. The hotel is spotless - constant cleaning. We had breakfast every day and it was fantastic. The omelette chef amazing!! Staff so polite. The hotel was quiet so no struggle for sun beds or a table at breakfast. Had lunch in snack bar few times and enjoyed! You can either set up a tab or pay with card as you go along. No cash but we did not find this a problem. Need to pay deposit on towel and safe but returned on leaving. The hotel is in a brilliant location just opposite the beach and a short walk to main restaurants. There is also a bus stop directly opposite if you want to venture further. Only gripe (although not major!!) no mirror near plug socket so had to wash/straighten hair in bathroom. Also no conditioner in room. Would definitely stay here again. Very happy with what we got for our money.

Paid extra for an ‘ocean front’ room to be put in the building on the road behind. Manager said there is no such thing as an ocean front room even though it clearly stated on my reservation that this is what I had purchased. There were 3 comfort room options the first basic, the second with sea view or the third and more expensive ocean front. I paid the extra but did not have what I paid for. The manager was not helpful and was even sarcastic saying I could see the sea, laughing it was not an Ocean! I did not say it was an ocean the hotel had worded it as ocean front on my reservation so there was no need to mock me. She then blames Expedia for wording it wrong. I have filed a complaint with Expedia but no response!

Løsningen med toalettet var ikke så bra. Veldig lytt. Ellers rent og pent.

Fantastiskt hotell, allt var perfekt. Skulle rekommendera det till alla. Måste dock inflika att när jag frågade en kvinna i receptionen om det var ok att röka på balkongen och fick till svar ”att bara om jag inte kastade fimparna på golvet”. Vad är det för svar när jag kommer och frågar, annars hade jag struntat i att fråga och rökt och struntat i vilket. Ganska kränkande svar tyckte jag.

Had booked into a place in Palma but changed when I realised this place was only a tenner dearer per night and included breakfast and looked much much nicer. We weren't disappointed at all. The place was immaculate, staff very friendly & helpful. We only did bed & breakfast as we intended eating out in the evening for a bit of variety. The breakfast was all you'd want it to be....full english, breads, fruits, cereals, decent coffee machines, fruit juices and the best bit...eat as much as you want! So a good sized breakfast & you'll probably not want lunch.

Hotel was lovely. We stayed in the panoramic building. Bed was enormous and comfy. View was lovely. Place was very clean. Everywhere there is the possibility of using sanitiser to clean your hands.

Buffet was also very good. Especially like the egg bar for breakfast!

Staff were all super friendly as well!

My only complaint would be that the bathroom isn’t really a bathroom. The toilet doesn’t have a lot of privacy and is only hidden by the equivalent of a shower door - a bit of frosted glass so you need to be very comfortable with the person you’re sharing the room with for them to hear all your bathroom noises. The shower also looked a bit unfinished - some sections looked like there should be tiles but weren’t any.

The hotel is located near the sea - nice views of the sea from the swimming pools & sun bathing area. The communal areas (restaurants, pools etc.) are all nice - bright, clean and pleasant.
I found the room (comfort room) to be extremely basic - glad I wasn't sharing as there is no privacy in the bathroom (door to bathroom doesn't reach the ceiling) - not a place I'd want to spend any time in.
Hard sell by the lady from the spa - while I was waiting to check in and every time I was at the pool, she approached trying to book me in for appointments which I didn't want. I don't blame her - nice woman - but it's clearly the hotel policy.

Perfect chillax vacation!

We had an amazing stay at the hotel. We chose a Privilege room which gave us access to the rooftop pool where there were always sunbeds available. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. We particularly enjoyed the location, there are plenty of bars and restaurants nearby and the beach is just across the road. We’ll definitely be back!

Very nice and clean hotel. The swimming pool area is very nice and overlooking the beach. The beach itself is a 30 second walk away.

Would recommend to pay for a pool/beach view. My room was facing a road / the rubbish area, although didn't use the balcony so was pretty irrelevant.

The hotel is quite quiet and relaxed. Maguluf is only a 10 / 15 min walk away so you can have the best of both worlds if sought.

Great stay as expected

Chose this hotel as we had been here before both before and during the pandemic. High cleaning standards, plenty of sanitising stations and mask wearing indoors made us feel comfortable to book a holiday this year, especially at this hotel. The staff are friendly and the hotel is in a great location, within a minutes walk to the beach and surrounded by restaurants. We also caught the bus to palma city centre which was really easy as the bus stop is right outside the back of the hotel. Overall, great stay, we didn’t expect anything less.

Trænger til opdatering. Dørkarm fuget med sammenrullet toiletpapir, gammel boks med nøgle, flere defekte solsenge der ikke blev fjernet, lampe slog sikringerne osv. Ingen skraldespand på værelset.

Kedelig morgenbuffet uden udskiftning, tørt brød, pandekager som gummi. Glutenfri buffet bestod af to forskellige kiks.

Frokost i poolbaren var af tilsvarende ringe kvalitet.

Overall I.O aber nicht den 4 Sterne Sup. würdig

Hotel war overall I.O. Leider wird das Hotel den 4 Sternen Superior nicht gerecht. Alles wirkt & ist sehr einfach von den Zimmereinrichtung bis Poolliegen etc. Aus unsere Sicht möglichst alles was keinen Aufwand & Kosten generiert. Bspw. Die Sonnenschirme sind so Plastikteiler in allen Farben. Ist natürlich völlig einfach wartbar, passt aber eher auf einen öffentlichen Spielplatz als in ein 4 Sterne Hotel. Liegen ohne Matten. Im Fitness gab es keine Tücher & Wasser ebenfalls nicht.

Frühstück war in Ordnung. Lage ist tiptop. Pool eher klein und der Pool auf dem Dach ist nur für bestimmte Zimmer mit priviligiertem Access. Wäre gut dies nächstes Mal vorher zu wissen.

Wir würden das Hotel nicht mehr buchen, da gibt es bessere 4 Sterne Hotels in Palmanova.

Excellent stay. Our second time at this hotel. Well organised in these difficult times, very clean and Covid aware
Excellent staff, working hard to make holiday as enjoyable as poss
Unfortunately now closing for rest of season due to UK putting “Spain” on the quarantine list, we felt extremely safe in Majorca, so a great pity hotels and restaurants are having to close, i fear many may not ever re open
