However the fittings and property size is great, it’s one of the best apartment hotels I’ve saw. And recommended if you can handle the heating.

We stayed at the Aquasol for a week and it was more than adequate. It came up significantly cheaper than other hotels in the area so we werent expecting too much. However, the hotel was spotless in all communal areas and in the rooms . Our room was a 1 bed apartment and was spacious and well equipped. It was a little dated but everything was in working order and well maintained. Aircon was the best ive had in Spain, really cold within a few minutes which was perfect when it was 30 degrees outside. The pool bar was great value for food and drinks and really good quality. Freshly made diaquris were a hit with us. The entertainment guy was great, just enough going on for kids and adults without it being in your face, rifle shooting, killer pool, water polo, aqua bingo, mini disco etc. Bar staff and reception staf were extremely helpful and friendly. My only negative would be that they could have a bit more control over the sunbed situation, as could many hotels. There are only a few adjustable sunbeds and people were going down before 6am reserving them. By 7.30am, usually all of the remaining flat sunbeds were gone too and often had towels on them until early afternoon before anyone arrived to use them. Maybe adopting a policy where if towels have been down for more than an hour without the sunbeds being used then they are removed.

I researched a few hotels in Palma Di Mallorca, I was hesitant at first due to the room pictures, but went ahead as it was close to the beach.
I took my 3 boys aged 10 - 13, we all had an amazing time, the apartment was clean and fairly spacious with a nice balcony, the grounds were immaculately kept, reception staff were very helpful, the air-conditioning was a life saver, and all located walking distance between the Palma Nova Beach, the strip, Katmadu, and 25 mins from PMI airport.
The hotel pool is clean and decently sized, but got busy in August, and shuts around 18:00 which was a little annoying as the Sun stays hot well into the evening, luckily the beach is very close anyway.
Local shops can be quite cheap for a tourist area, I got a bottle of Rum, loads of snacks and drinks for the kids for under 30 euros.
All in all a surprisingly good apart-hotel, in a great location.

ridiculous airconditioner policy, that we weren’t informed prior, many cockroaches in the premises, ordered a room for 4 and ended up with a double bed and a couch 2 people had to share that didn’t even fit one, terrible wifi reception, pool was barely open and the sunbeds were dirty. No ramps whatsoever and no lifts therefore we had to climb dozens and dozens of stairs with heavy luggage to reach our room, the bar personnel refused to speak in English and even in Spanish, kept insisting on speaking Catalan. The only good thing was the hotel’s location and the low prices in the mini market

A lovely apart/hotel complex in Palma Nova. A little dated but kept very neat and tidy. Near to beach, restaurants and shops. And only 20 mins by taxi from airport. This was our second stay here and will definitely stay again.

The property was very expensive. We did like the hotel / apartment feature; however the rooms were not that great. We did like the proximity to town and dining. The breakfast was terrible. My wife and I agreed that if we were in our 20's and there was a large friend group going this hotel would have made sense since you could split the costs. As 40 somethings with teenage and younger kids it just had the wrong vibe for us.

Great location close to the beach and restaurants. Bus stop is right across the street. Many activities to keep you busy each day. The pool is awesome! The rooms were a bit tight with our luggage. The beds were a tad hard but not bad. The biggest drawback were all the party groups that tended to be loud at times, especially on the weekend. The staff is extremely nice and accommodating!

Hotel is fine, not far from see. Good location. We stayed 3 nights. It was clean, confortable. Only one thing to ´entertainment´ guy. He was not so kind I would expect at the beggining of the season. He is opening \"kinder room\" only when he has more children..... our kids(7 and 5) do not speak english anyway... Would be good to have simly opening hours there. However we were satisfied. Thanks

Appalled. Arrived early hours of the morning to be told there was a problem with our room and had to move us to a different hotel. We were sent to a hotel which was further out from the area we had thought we’d be staying in. The hotel we were given was completely dilapidated and in need of major repairs.

We had a poolside apartment B7 which was really noisy at night with the entertainment until about 12 and then throughout the night with stag and hen do’s coming home.
On a positive note the apartments were decent size with nice furniture etc, but let down a bit by not being cleaned well, there were big balls of dust under the bed and dust and hairs all round by the skirting boards. They don’t give you anything to wash up with so you have to buy cloths etc.
However the entertainment was good, most of the staff were lovely (particular mention for Leona at kids club and Christian @ the pool bar who made our stay amazing) and the lifeguard who was totally on the ball watching the kids and keeping the stag do’s from dive bombing. Location is good, a few mins walk from the beach.

Had a lovely holiday in Palma Nova, we stayed for 6 nights in the Cabau Aquasol Hotel. The hotel itself was lovely, very family friendly, which at the time of booking was fine and as we booked ‘term times’ we thought wouldn’t be a problem for us.
Unfortunately, the pool was inaccessible to any person that wasn’t part of either the kids club, (which had activities on more or less all day) or a family member of the child in the kids club. The sun beds had all been booked pre-dawn, so relaxing around the pool was not an option for us.
The hotel bed was only changed once and the bins in both kitchen and bathroom were not emptied for the first two days of our stay.
I did go down to reception to ask them to rectify this and change the bed, only the bins got emptied.
It was a lovely hotel, sadly as a Mother and daughter travelling without young children, I won’t be returning, but I think for families it is a great hotel, good location, plenty of activities and excellent, well trained staff.

Hotel was in a good location, supermarket was just up the road and the bus stop to get to palma was just outside the hotel, staff were friendly and helpful, only disappointment was the heating and aircon system wasn’t working all week due to a fault and there was some of noise due to some renovations going on near the block of apartments we stay in.

Gute Betten, insgesamt sauber und völlig in Ordnung, was die Ausstattung angeht. Leider extrem viele Treppen und Stufen überall. Leider englisches Publikum, was Liegen am Pool reserviert und vielfach nicht nutzt, Hotel greift aber leider nicht ein.
