The staff were very helpful, breakfast very good, great little bar and terrace. Very Clean in hotel.
Rooms a bit cramped and i should have asked for an accessible one as i struggled getting in and out of bath to get a shower

Great location. Rooms clean and tidy. Never a problem getting a sun lounger. we went at Easter and the air con hadn't been switched on as it wasn't hot enough yet. It did get a bit warm at night in the room.

Quick family trip

Room was quite sad and dingy. No aircon or amenities listed. The bedroom didn’t even have a big light just lamps. When I asked for an iron they said I could see if someone returned one the next day… pretty unhelpful. They said I could have an adaptor then when I went to get it they said they don’t have it.

Food was okay, average buffet style, pretty boring lunches though. The alcohol seems watered down which is especially sad with the 3 drink limit.

The communal areas are really nice and the location to the beach and the spa were great. Most of the staff are super friendly. Not luxury standard which was to be expected but still not near a solid 4 rating.

Local transport is close and the local restaurants are pretty good. Oceans restaurant and portofino were the best. Plenty to do at night however I didn’t partake as I was with my younger sister.

Overall it’s a 3.5/5 from me, not a bad stay but not the best (:

Comfortable considering centre of Magaluf

A little better than expected in Magaluf. Room very clean & in good condition. Nice view of beach. Decent food choice. Right in the centre of town so noisy but only what you can expect from Magaluf. We were on top floor facing the beach so slept pretty well.

You are paying for location. It’s on the beach and bars around. That’s the only real reason to stay here. Building and rooms seemed outdated. Wasn’t very clean. Thd all-inclusive is just for meals during specific times and after the first night I decided I’d rather just eat out than eat the free buffet food they were offering because it was such low quality, and I’m not even a picky eater (however I still checked it out to see if the food was any better the following nights). all inclusive drinks are limit 2 during lunch and dinner times. Like I said, you are paying for location.

Fun in the sun

Great location - most things in the area are walkable and there's direct access to the beach.

In general the hotel is decent; nice outdoor pool area, lots of choice for breakfast. We had a big corner room facing the beach so had an amazing view of the bay. Only bad part was that our wasn't cleaned each day, just had the beds made.

The small spa was disappointing. The sauna wasn't hot and only one of the jets in the pool worked.

Overall, we would stay again (mainly for the location).

We had a great holiday at the hotel. The location is great being right beside the beach. Staff in the main were friendly helpful and hard working. We went all inclusive and the good and drinks were most adequate & varied. Do we had a great stay, our only complaint was when we arrived very late we were given room 002 in the adjacent building - this room is literally above the promenade & above a beach bar, whilst it is a bigger room the balconies have no privacy and have trees above so you get a lot of bird poo - we later found out these rooms are called the ‘rat pit’. I complained straight away and I did have some straight talking words with night porter Alex. Anyway, everything was sorted out the next day and we got moved the following day to a room higher up! All ended well! Thanks for a great trip.

Lovely hotel and our sea view room was amazing. Spacious balcony with sun beds, tables and chairs.
Restaurant food good and offered different variety.
Downside was no bar at poolside or beachside. You could get drinks from the bar but had to conquer the steps or wait for lift to get back to pool area.
Steps are a theme here- steps between hotel buildings, steps to the beach, steps down to the pool. Need to be fairly agile to manage the steps.
Hotel is also very close to Magaluf strip. We visited in September 2019 but imagine the area could be quite noisy in peak season if you were not keen on the nightlife of the area.
As a couple at this time of year we enjoyed the hotel. Would have liked to have seen a pool bar - suggestion for the hotel for improvement. Views of beach were brilliant can’t be faulted for that.

Great Location

This was my third stay here, but my first not in a Seaview room. I will return, but would always recommend a Seaview room - they are quieter.
Loved Foxys Bar which is straight down the steps from the Hotel pool - 10% discount if staying at the Hotel.
Excellent Welcome, Great Service, Food, Cold Beer, Ice Cream, & Take away.

I have e-mailed expedia to complain. The hotel waa closing the day after we checked in & were told st check in. The outdoor swimmimg pool was roped off and all sunbeds removed!!...so we couldn't use the pool or sunbathe or even sit near the pool. The sauna waa not hot enough and Jacuzzi cold with no 'bubbles' the receptionist..male.. stated that an engineer knew but it wouldn't be fixed as hotel waa closing??..there was no heat in the rooms either. The hotel reception Annie advised that you..Expedia..were made aware the hotel was closing and pool closesd!!..why take my booking i have an 8 year old son who wanted to go swimmimg!!!!..on departure today i went to.the ladies toilet & all the toilet roll had been removed from the toilets due to closing..how disgraceful that is for customers using the toilet. I would like to request a full refund for my 1 night stay my son was in tears as wasn't able to swim.

Had one of the basic rooms, no balcony but still £100+ per night. The shower tray was tiny which meant the bathroom floor was flooded, slippery and dangerous after each shower. The maid acknowledged the problem by giving extra towels to mop up. In addition, the shower curtain stuck at every movement due to the small tray. Apart from that, ok.

The flamboyan original building has 188 rooms and they have added the caribe building to their room total. The pool can't handle this with only 30 sunbeds which people reserve before going to breakfast. We made use of a pool at another hotel most days! We had a room in Caribe which was not 4* (very dated) and were woken everyday at 8am by noisy cleaning staff moving beds to clean under them. Imagine the sound of a chair being dragged along the floor then triple it! Hotel staff not very friendly unless your are AI. (the wrist band police were rude!). Breakfast very boring and tasteless the juice from the machine tasted like nothing I have ever had before (full of chemicals) Only bonus was the sea view but other hotels offer this so avoid this one!

Close to beach and Magaluf Strip

Just off the strip, close to the beach (it is a fairly steep walk down stairs to get to the beach but not far).

Close to bus stop, lots of food and entertainment close by.
Sound proofing is not great especially since you have some fairly pickled people coming home early hours of the morning. Generally clean and well maintained.

Some beds are a little hard and the pillows are awkward size (only 1).

Spa is acceptable but there's not much (Sauna, plunge pool, spa and showers (massage it out sourced so not readily available)

Gym.. this is not great! Not much equipment, its fairly old, the rowing machine seat does not slide, cross trainer need a good clean and oil.

This amazingly clean, friendly, efficient hotel is situated on the beach. Speedy checkin, helpful, friendly staff, clean rooms, restaurant, swimming pool and soa facility. Fantastic complete breakfast buffet until 10am. Nestled among resturants and shopping stalls. A vacation delight. Island drive with incredible views.

The hotel is nice, clean and friendly. It was mostly family and mature people. The pool and pool area is quite small so people are out early putting towels on the loungers we couldn't get a lounger at all even although there was nobody sitting on them. The food was lovely and great variety of things to eat. The gym and spa was small and you had to book with £5 deposit, no free wifi in any area which is quite unusual these days, 6 euro per day, no kettle in rooms and although my fridge was working there was a note on the booking form that the fridge was 4 euros per day. I would stay at this hotel again, it is quite peaceful and secure considering its location, but would be prepared for all the extra charges again.

I had a good stay at this hotel. The location was great, close to beach and all the bars and clubs were within walking distance as well as shops, cafes. Another beach was within walking distance also. The food was not great, and drink were cheap but that was ok. There was only entertainment on one night but this was because it was the beginning of the season and I guess there was not a lot of people at the hotel. The spa was ok, the Jacuzzi was not very warm and made a strange gurgling sound which was irritating. The staff were helpful and friendly. I had a seafront view from my balcony which was beautiful. The gym was ok although I did not use it, very basic and machinery was old. Katmandu was a great place to go to although the water park there did not open till may but again close enough to walk to from the hotel (10-15 mins). Wifi was 6 euros per day, per device which was irritating as we would have loved free wifi from a 4 star hotel. What made it worse was that I stayed with two others and if it was only 6 euros per room it would not have been so bad but 6 euros per device was ridiculous so even if I had a phone and tablet I would have to pay 12 euros per day! The lift broke down with my cousins in it once, this was sorted by the next day and we had to use the stairs (we were on the 6th floor). After that breakdown lift would alarm with more than 3 people
Overall I would stay at this hotel again due to the location and the friendly staff. Room was comfortable and clean

Stayed after peak season so I imagine it was much quieter than usual. A few restaurants and bars closed but still plenty nearby with various price ranges, many with free wifi so it didn't matter so much about it not being free at hotel. Beach view was worth every penny. We were lucky and had lovely weather every day, a few cloudy days but still warm. All staff were friendly and brilliant. Very helpful for buying tickets for tours and nearby activities slightly cheaper than 'on the door'. Relatively close to Golf Fantasia which was great. Tidy and clean. The beds were a bit hard for our liking but still slept ok. The outdoor hot tubs (although one is cold) and the indoor spa were extra bonuses. The food was a bit hit and miss but overall a great standard with plenty of options. The paella and steak were outstanding. The pork, sausages, creamy pasta and chocolate ice cream (in small tub) were favourites.

A nice modern hotel close to the madness of the 'strip' but in a quiet location. Right on the beach. A nice but small poolarea, overlooking the beach. Some of the rooms inte Caribe (older) building, even as they are advertised and charged as sea view, is actually tree view. The Wifi, wich they charge for does not reach the room inself, but you have to use it in the bathroom or hallway (Caribe building again). The food is buffet style, good, fresh, but might get a bit repetitive if you are on half, full board or all inclusive.The staff is over all friendly.

Not what it seems

A lot of this hotel is not what it seems. It boasts an included spa but what it really is a private room you can book that has a fancy shower and a sauna. Everything costs extra including a glass of water during a meal. The Air Conditioning only works for a few hours of a day as it turns off to save electricity causing many sleepless nights. I was very amazed by the location however and did enjoy my stay here for that very reason.

We arrived in the middle of the night, got a smoking room though we booked non smoking.
The beds were also very uncomfortable. We wanted to change room, but found out it wasn't possible because it was fully booked.

We got to change room the day after, got a free upgrade to a family room with a balcony with see view. The room was much better than the first one, though there were no refrigerator and they never cleaned our room (in total we stayed at the hotel for three nights).

Hotel has great breakfast and is right on the beach but I wouldn't stay longer than a few days. The room doesn't have any amenities like tea/coffee or a refrigerator. The shower was so small the curtain sticks to your body. You pay for wifi per day AND per device.

Great hotel and location

This is the second year staying at this hotel and it is fabulous and ideally located for everything you need from a holiday. It is situated at the top of the strip, so very close to the nightlife, so you can hear some noise at night from this. The hotel is very clean and the rooms were cleaned every single day. Very pleasant staff and the sun balcony/terrace is just fantastic overlooking the beach. We will be booking again for next year.

negative comment first - last day of overall an excellent stay , my wife and i were sitting in the hot afternoon sun on the terrace waiting for a taxi , i popped into the bar to get a glass of water from the cooler , only for the bar manager to aggressively confront me - telling me that i couldn't have a glass of water because i was not \" full board \" , i tried to explain that it was' just a glass of water ' and that the weather was very hot , only to be told , \" no , you can't have it , read the sign , full board only \" , so i just took it , and the look on her face , the tutting , the muttering behind my back as i walked away with my glass of water .
positive comments now - i booked a sea view which was stunning ! . the hotel was very clean and tidy . two lifts but could do with more . pool area small with only 50 beds and some chairs ( but me and the wife went down the beach every day , the beach is beautiful and clean , water clear , no stones or pebbles , just sand ) . hotel in great location at end of beach . staff polite and helpful ............ except you no who .
overall i would strongly recommend this hotel , i would stay here again !
FOXY'S - got to recommend this little restaurant on the beach , 50 yard's up from the hotel , great food / drink , with personal service , my daughter worked in magaluf last year , she spent alot of her time here as do alot of other seasonal workers .

Could be nice but for staff and location

This could be a decent hotel were it not yards away from the worst, loud and drunken party area of the town. This sadly reflects on the guest structure, with lager louts and other drunken British party goers (think hen and stag do trips). Staff seem resigned to it or even happy with it and don't even seem concerned guests smoke in the rooms or at least balconies (where smoking is also prohibited and means smoke gets to adjacent rooms that much easier). Not only that, but staff - including the manager - seem resigned to the fact that guests also smoke marijuana on premises.

In short: if you're after a hotel close to a noisy boozer and the party district this one is for you; if you're after anything resembling normal holiday look elsewhere - even a hotel 100 yards away would be better and probably better managed.

One bright side: food was decent for the price.

Oh, and they overcharge for parking, room safe, and WiFi - which is not just expensive, but per device so be warned.

Hotel Flamboyan Caribe is in a great location set right on Magaluf Beach and very close to where the action is yet far away to avoid all the noise. I really enjoyed my stay here and would recomend this hotel to everyone.

Mauvaise expérience, c’est d’un niveau camping!

Il ne s’agit pas d’un hôtel, ça ressemble plus à un dortoir avec une cantine. Il n’existe pas de service de pour monter/descendre les bagages. Le housekeeping ne travaille pas le soir, la salle de bain est tout le temps inondée et on m’a demandé de mettre des serviettes par terre! J’ai du me balader avec le papier toilette et le fer à repasser de la réception à ma chambre: une honte pour un hôtel. Il n’est mentionné nul part qu’on doit laisser une quotion de 10 euros pour une serviette de plage et 10 euros pour le faire à repasser! Il faut passer à la réception tous les jours changer sa serviette!! Il n’est dit nul part sinon doit payer 13 euros parasol et transat sur la plage, il est mentionné que l’hôtel a une plage mais finalement ce n’est pas privée. Tout le monde ne connaît pas les lois espagnoles. Le petit déjeuner est infecte, le personnel super désagréable et ne cesse de faire du rangement et du bruit pendant qu’on essaye de prendre son café. La climantisation dans la chambre ne fonctionne pas tout temps. L’hôtel n’a pas le meilleur emplacement à Magaluf. Il y a bien mieux. J’ai payé un séjour très cher (presque 1800 euros) pour zéro service alors que les hôtels à Palmanova sont bien meilleurs. Beaucoup de bruit le soir à cause des jeunes qui sortent des clubs tardivement.

Det var väldigt fräscht då de städade varje dag, ok frukost. Perfekt läge, precis på stranden och nära till bargatan utan att den hördes. Väldigt bra service och fräsch pool. Nära till restauranger etc. Tyst på kvällarna men man kunde spela musik. Bra standardrum.

Kan omöjligt vara 4 stjärnor, i synnerhet inte matsalen som max kan ha 2,5-3 stjärnor. Man serverar inte frysta hamburgare på en sådan. Har bott på 4 andra 4stjärniga på Mallorca med halvpension och denna var inte i närheten. Är man under 35 och vill ha party är läget 10m från bargatan perfekt. Sängarna var också väldigt hårda.
Läget intill strand var mycket bra och reception med personal var också bra. Hotell i övrigt och rum helt ok men är mer 3stjärnor.

Die Zimmer im Nebenhaus sind in einem sehr schlechten Zustand. Bevor wir unsere Koffer auspacken konnten, musste ein Zimmermädchen (auf unseren Wunsch) die Schranktablare reinigen: Staub, Schmutz, Haare...
Die Terrasse war von Taubenkot übersäht. Auf den Stühlen klebte er ebenso. Dieser Schmutz wurde eine Woche lang nicht entfernt. Der Balkon ist in einem desolaten Allgemeinzustand: über und unter der Brüstung häuft sich der Dreck. Wenn wir etwas zum Trocknen aufhängt haben, war es nach 3 Stunden mit Taubenkot bepflastert.
Das Hotel liegt an einer sehr guten Lage. Nur ein paar Treppenstufen und man ist im Sand/am Meer. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend: Rezeption, Servicepersonal im Speisesaal und an der Hauseigenen Bar. Das Essen war sehr gut und abwechslungsreich.
Obwohl es ein Hinweisschild gibt (Ruhezeit von 0.00 - 08.00 h) ist es nachts sehr laut (Lärm vom Strand und auch im Hotel.
Von einem 4☆☆☆☆-Hotel sind wir anderes gewohnt.
Das Hotel scheint vorallem bei Jugendlichen bis 25 Jahren beliebt zu sein - also nichts für Familien und Strandurlauber, die sich erholen wollen.

Hotel un po’ datato ma nel complesso sono stati fatti alcuni interventi per renderlo nell’apparenza più moderno, dalla reception ai luoghi comuni, qualcosa anche nelle stanze ma la qualità non è delle migliori, tipo rubinetti e sanitari (un po’ vecchiotti).
Aria condizionata perfetta di regola molto bene e non da fastidio alla notte.
La cosa che mi ha dato più noia è l’insonorizzazione della stanza, sia per l’esterno, visto che affaccia proprio sulla movida, si sentono le urla della gente fino alle 6 del mattino, consiglio di prenotare una stanza vista mare forse si sentono meno, ma anche tra stanza e stanza, si sente tutto “occhio alla privacy”.

Un altro focus sul ALL INCLUSIVE, che al max posso dire che potrei accettare un soft soft All inclusive visto che fuori dai pasti oltre a qualche aranciata e cola non puoi prendere, tutto il resto lo paghi. 8€ uno spritz.

Buffet: così così si potrebbe fare meglio, area ristorante con aria condizionata molto forte ma c’è la possibilità di stare all’esterno con un bellissimo panorama.

Piscina non tanto grande ma molto pulita e accesso con qualche scalino alla spiaggia.

La spiaggia: bella bella, mare bellissimo
Possibile sdraio e ombrellone a 19€ giorno ma anche spiaggia libera ( chiedete in reception se vi danno un ombrellone lasciato dai precedenti ospiti, è una cosa che ho apprezzato tantissimo).

Parcheggio interno 15€ giorno, io ho trovato a 150m un parcheggio libero comunale.

The staff was brilliant and took immediate action when needed. Hotel itself is nice, wouldn't book half board again, just breakfast, because the food was not nice at all and we ate out innthe end
. Perfect beach on the doorstep. If you come in peak season be aware that its on the party strip and many teenagers have the urge to shout and scream during the small hours when the clubs close.Parking is limited, although there are very few parking spots on the hotel grounds for €15 per night. Personally I feel that this fee is too high. All in all a solid hotel for someone who isn't bothered too much about details.

Die Aussicht auf den Strand war gut. Parkplätze hat es hingegen nicht viel. Am Abend war es laut. Beim Essen war es relativ hektisch und zum Teil sehr voll. Das Personal räumte jeweils den Tisch sehr schnell ab obwohl man noch nicht fertig war, Food waste vermeiden ist hier noch nicht angekommen. Die Terrasse war okay und gut.

Hotelli oli hyvällä sijainnilla meren äärellä, mutta hotelli sijaitsee pubien läheisyydessä eli melua yöaikaan. Aamupala oli kattava. Osa parvekkeista jää täysin auringolta piiloon, valitettavasti meille kävi huono tuuri tämän suhteen. Itse arvioin hotellin 3 tähteä.

Sauberkeit bei Pool Katastrophe, Essen eher schlecht, All-Inklusive aber Kaffee von Kaffeemaschine und Alkohol (auch Bier) muss bezahlt werden. Auch Apéros (Nüssli Oliven) viel zu wenige und nur bis 11.30, respektiv 17.30. statt vor den Essen. Spa Bereich nur auf Vorreservierung. Und pro Stunde 8 Personen. Hat aber max Grösse für 4 Personen. Im Spa ist auch Innenpool, aber grösse nur ca 2x 4 Meter. Zudem eiskaltes Wasser.
Hotel absolut nicht empfehlenswert!
Einzig das Personal ist freundlich

La verdad la experiencia es mala. Primero que nada el todo incluido no es todo incluido, no tienes bebidas alcohólicas ilimitadas, ni café recién hecho (solo el de máquina) ni tienes la posibilidad de pedir una hamburguesa en la piscina a cualquier hora como cualquier todo incluido, así como tampoco llegar al hotel a las 11:30 pm y pedir algo al room service del todo incluido. En realidad después de la experiencia no me habría gastado los 100 euros más que me costo añadir el todo incluido. La comida del bufet es mala, nada sana si te sales de una simple ensalada, todo está frito y muy bajo nivel. La atención del personal aunque no es mala se ve que están muy perseguidos por la directiva del hotel porque no son nada flexibles. La habitación y sus amenities es BÁSICO, nada digno de un hotel 4 estrellas. La ubicación es buena y la vista si tienes hab con vista al mar es fabulosa, de lo contrario la vista es mala. Alegan que el NO TODO INCLUIDO es por regulaciones del gobierno de Magaluf por las borrachearas de los ingleses pero ponen la cerveza a 1,5 euros, ya me dirás tú qué medida es eso si para ellos eso es un regalo, dudo que no se emborrachen por eso. Creo que deberían ser claros antes de hacer la reserva y colocar que el todo incluido es inexistente o como el chiste que contó un empleado que era un todo incluido light (no lo diría por el tipo de comida que sirven)

Die Aussicht ist mega schön und außerdem ist die Lage optimal für partylustige, leider ist es dadurch teilweise bis 4uhr morgens sehr laut da die feierwütigen zum Strand ziehen und das Hotel dann mit ihren Musikboxen beschallern

Mann hat keine Unterhaltung abends im Hotel.
Das Buffet ist sehr langweilig und englisch gehalten es gibt täglich fast ähnliches zu essen

Das muss nicht unbedingt alles schlecht sein das Personal ist nahezu professionell und freundlich in jeder Lage. der Strand liegt direkt vor der Tür es gibt viele gute Lokale die man zu Fuß erreichen kann, das wlan ist gut und die ganze Atmosphäre ist sehr paradiesisches
