Visited in March before the season started. Didn't expect much but I was surprised with how \"ready' they were. I've arrived after dinner time and they had prepared a cold salad and some fruits for me. The room was comfortable and big. Can't comment on the pool and the outside amenities as the weather was bad and didn't have the chance to use them. Very helpful staff

We enjoyed our four night stay at Elba Sunset. The breakfast buffet was great. Hotel Location was good, views were amazing. Nice pool, spa look nice although we didn’t use it due to the extra charge. Jim was decent. It had a few pieces of equipment and treadmills. Was always full, I think they could use at least double or triple the size of the gym with more equipment. Parking on the street was limited, but we managed to find nearby for free on this street. The location is close enough to walk to the main streets of Palma nova. If I had any suggestion it would be to clean the hallways at least once a day they was always dust, debris and small ants (spray for bugs on the interior corridors and rooms at least once a month) . Even with all this I would definitely stay again as the views were really nice and the hotel is in a quiet area of town.

Hotel was lovely and clean, our room view was stunning and gym was good. Spa seemed lovely but we didn't get to use the facilities. Staff were really friendly. Drinks from the pool bar were really nice. Food and service generally in the hotel restaurants were not great.

Amazing Views and Location!

Chose this hotel for the location and amazing views and it didn't dissspoint.

From the moment we arrived we were made to feel welcome, check-in was a breeze and staff on front desk were super efficient and competent which pretty much set the tone, a bad check-in experience sets the tone for the rest of the stay.

Rooms were modern and bright we opted for a south facing balcony and glad we did as we got shelter from the cool wind (April) and sun pretty much all day till 5pm.

Buffet had enough choice and there is always something on offer to suit appetite, a minor point and more a recommendation than a gripe was it would have been nice to have been offered complementary water at our table when seated, this would give staff an opportunity to interact and guests more would be more inclined to purchase wine, beer etc..that said, a nice dining experience all the same.

They have a singer on Thursday to Saturday but opted to walk in to Palma Nova for a little more choice, which is only a 10 min walk.

We didn't use the pool as it was early season and so water was a little cool for us.

In summary, a lovely hotel and everything was as expected and more, we have already decided that we would like to go back again.

Me and the wife were here for our 1 year wedding anniversary. Without a doubt we had an amazing time. I would recommend anyone visiting Mallorca to book their stay here. We were able to get a room upgrade (with a charge of course). We had no issue getting a parking spot. The location is very central to visit all of Mallorca. The view was absolutely stunning and the dining options at the Hotel were amazing as well. Overall we had no complaints and would definitely recommend any couple or group looking to book to do so without any hesitation. Thanks to the team and staff at the Hotel for an amazing vacation!

Absolutely amazing hotel! The amenities are awesome, with two pools, a spa, and a fitness center over looking the water. It's also within walking distance to many bars and restaurants. Our only complaint was the AC seemed to have trouble reaching temp, but overall this hotel was beautiful.

I came for my birthday celebration 17 Feb. The view is amazing, the spa treatment was awesome and the restaurants were not just convienant but the food was good as well! The assistance given with requesting a Taxi was great and how fast they arrived! I would have like to see a gift shop there and the ability to purchase things like contact solution or tylenol. I have already recommended Elba to so many of my fellow Soldiers and Friends. Absolutely a relaxing getaway. I love Elba Sunset Mallorca Thalasso Spa

This was the most fantastic hotel.
Stunning views and perfect location as it is walking distance to everything you need.
The hotel was immaculately clean and the reception staff gave us such a lovely greeting.

Fabulous hotel!

The hotel is absolutely fabulous with tastefully decorated, contemporary rooms, extremely comfy beds and excellent panoramic views. The staff for the most part are very professional and hardworking. Unfortunately, during my stay they were understaffed and this had minor ramifications, eg, dirty plates were not cleared from tables efficiently at breakfast time. The only other negative point I would mention is the fact that housekeeping starts at 8am after which time it’s impossible to continue sleeping. These factors, however, do not detract from the overall hotel experience which was excellent.

Nice enough hotel but overpriced for what it is. Better 4 star options availability at half the price. Horrible food. Really bland and poor quality meat. Also alot off ants all over the bedroom floor. Staff not very helpful. No hotel entertainment. Cocktails were good and reasonably priced. Overall i would say its just about a 4 star hotel not anything more. Probably wouldn't stay again because there are much better options available.

Our clothes, towels, sunscreen and camera were taken at the pool. It’s a shame because we were looking forward to this trip only for it to be tainted by some petty theft. We feel the hotel personnel handled the situation very poorly (in particular, Fabrizio) and tried to distract us from the situation by complimenting our “beautiful eyes” and offering us a free glass of wine. It felt very inappropriate. He also violated our privacy when he decided to speak about our situation with another guest who he claims to be a regular, without our permission, but would not reveal who this person was to us. Although there are surveillance cameras, no one could offer us a solution about what to do in regards to our missing belongings. They would not allow us to see the surveillance cameras either. We did get our clothes back but that was all that was supposedly found. I hate that this took away from our experience. Going forward, it was difficult to relax at the hotel as we were constantly wondering who stole from us. Be warned that even when lounging by the pool, your simple belongings will not be safe when “regulars” are around. Our last day upon checkout, we asked reception to call us a taxi to take us to the airport since that is the only way to get there. The receptionist laughed at us and said they were having difficulties with the taxi service that day and suggested we start walking with our luggage. It would be hard for us to ever want to stay at the Elba Hotel again.

Brand new hotel, excellent condition. Beautiful property, amazing pool, nice huge family room for our family of 4. Very well appointed. Very nice and expansive breakfast buffet, at least 75 different items served. Front desk is understaffed and undertrained, usually wait of 20 mins plus to ask someone a question, and staffs knowledge is limited. Does not have a concierge, and front desk can offer limited help beyond handing out a few brochures.

This is a new hotel, however apart from the teething issues there are some serious issues with the family rooms. The Toilet doors are partial to start with, as in open from the top and the was area is open plan with translucent glass. I mean it is literally open plan, so unless you eat roses for dinner, do not use these toilets, use the ones outside or be ready to face some bacterial friends floating in your bedroom. The alignment of the shower floor is also in such a way that it is angled towards the room rather than the outlet, which means as much skirting you don on the door, the water flows into the bedroom, we had to call the reception multiple times for this. I do not want to mourn too much but there are also issues with replacing the tea tray items and toiletries, they had to be reminded multiple times to replace, may be they are trying to do some serious cost savings, don't know. There is no room service and the aisle area on the ground floor can also get very tightly packed due to limited ventilation and get very stinky, I think the hotel then opens the doors on the either side to get rid of the stench.

Great hotel with a lot of potential.

Some ungrateful patrons of the hotel had some complaints about needing a credit card to order drinks at the pool - but hey it's how they do things.

We had zero complaints and a great beautiful hotel. Could use some additional cleaning staff to keep up with needs, and if you miss room clean in the morning the maids often don't come back later in the day. Really due to inexperience, but may be cultural.

Hotel was stunning as its brand new Rooms were very modern and don't have a bad word to say about them. Pool both downstairs and on the roof are spot on with plenty of beds. Only problem I would say about the hotel was the payment system for drinks and food. U can't pay cash for stuff u have to top up your room number at reception then just say your room number. Anyone could easily use your room number. Think they need to review that system. Other than that is a lovely hotel. Would definitely visit again.

The hotel itself is clean, modern and relaxing having been renovated and reopened on the day of our arrival June 1st. The staff were welcoming, friendly and really helpful regarding recommendations of things to do and sightseeing on the island. Great customer service! The hotel itself had a rooftop pool which was a great addition for capturing breathtaking views and to relax, alongside a minimalist gym to work up a good sweat whilst on holiday and keep active. In my opinion the rooms are the main selling point of this hotel, the sea-view from our room was amazing and refreshing to wake up to every morning. Special thanks to Fabrizio and Tony at the reception who were really informative and made us feel welcome. Romario and Hussein are part of the restaurant staff and are a credit to the hotel.

Tolles Hotel! Sehr sauber und, das Personal durchweg freundlich. Frühstücksbuffet sehr gut. Das, Highlight war das sehr saubere Zimmer \"Neptuno\" mit großer privater Terrasse. Parken in der Tiefgarage kam 18€/Nacht und zu Silvester gab es eine Flasche Sekt zum Anstoßen. Wenn wir wieder auf Mallorca sind, dann auf jeden Fall in diesem Hotel...

Die Ausicht war herrlich.
Das Zimmer mit dem schönen Balkon und der wunderbaren Aussicht war super.
Das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit
Das Morgenessen war vielfältig, frisch.
Das Hotel ist sehr zu empfehlen.
Ein Staubsauber wäre nützlicher als der Wischer. Eine WC-Bürste wäre wünschenswert.

Fantastisk sted i enden av Magaluf sentrum. Fresh nytt hotell. Store gode rom og beste av alt er ute areal/pool området. Frokosten var også helt herlig.

Eneste downside med hotellet er parkering. De har egen garasje, men hvis det blir fullt må du finne gateparkering som er helt umulig.

Wir wussten schon dass ist nicht der Saison ist dafür haben wir Auto gemietet. Ich muss sagen ein Zimmer sauber machen ist nicht nur das Bett . Boden und wc waren voll Staub . Ich habe gemerkt dass ist nur schnell schnell gemacht .
Aussicht muss man auf jeden Fall Richtung See reservieren, sonst landet man Richtung Straße .

Personal schon beim einchecken nicht sonderlich freundlich, Sauberkeit in den Ecken und unter dem Bett ließ zu wünschen übrig, Zimmer extrem hellhörig. Tiefgarage vorhanden, mit SUV stellenweise eng.
Im Speißesaal sollten man seine Handtasche nie aus den Augen lassen. Personal nur spanisch und englisch gesprochen.

Wunderschöne Aussicht vom Balkon (direkter Meerblick), Umgebung des Hotels (Feburar) wie ausgestorben, viele Baustellen.

Die Unterkunft an sich war perfekt und schön.. Verbesserungspotential sehe ich beim Frühstück ( Rührei total ekelig) und schwierig ist auch, dass man im Zimmer eine offene Toilette hat und nicht ungehört vorm partner auf die toilette gehen kann.

Die Lage ist traumhaft. Wenn man das Hotel zur Rezeption hin betritt, sieht man komplett auf das Meer. Der Empfangsbereich ist sehr modern und stilsicher.
Das Zimmer mit Meerblick (unbedingt buchen) ist fantastisch. Alles sehr modern, großzügig und sauber.
Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und stets hilfsbereit.
Das Essen (Frühstücks- und Abendbuffet) ist für eine 4* Hotel sehr gut. Es ist abwechslungsreich, schön angerichtet und sehr schmackhaft. Vom frisch gepressten Orangensaft über das Showcooking bis hin zur Aussicht aus dem Restaurant, alles super.
Einzig die Minibar funktioniert nicht. (Winterpause?)
Ich komme mit Sicherheit wieder.

Das Hotel ist eine stylische Perle an der Klippe! Wie viele geschrieben haben: der Ausblick ist der WAHNSINN!!! Wir hatten ein tolles Zimmer mit Blick aufs Meer und die Poolanlage- super! Sonnenaufgang-der Hammer! Ansonsten sehr gepflegt alles, wird viel gereinigt und geputzt! Frühstück sehr reichhaltig und viel Auswahl. Café allerdings nicht genießbar ( aber man hat ja eine Nespresso auf‘m Zimmer) Personal freundlich, tagsüber ein DJ am Pool, abends ebenfalls verschiedene Musik. Hat uns persönlich sehr gut gefallen! Für Erholungsuchende perfekt! Gegend selber nicht wirklich toll, sehr viele Briten.

Gutes Hotel mit gutem Service

sehr guter service fürs Check-in und während Aufenthalt, die Zimmer sind gross und schön Sicht übers Meer, Parkgarage ist einfach zu erreichen. Das Essen beim Pool ist leider ein wenig zu simple (praktisch alles fritiert), und entspricht nicht dem Standard des Hotels

Mooie omgeving en uitzicht, goede schone kamers. Personeel is top, ook het ontbijt kan niet beter. Zwembad is mooi.
Helaas zat het hotel wel vol luidruchtige en rokende Engelsen waardoor we de halve dag in de rooklucht lagen bij het zwembad en op ons balkon. Verder viel een paar keer de stroom uit in de ochtend op dag 2 en ging de noodverlichting telkens aan waardoor we wakker werden (dit duurde ongeveer een uur). Jammer maar verder wel een fijn hotel voor een paar dagen.

Check in alt for langsommeligt og umuligt få en taxi ventede 2 timer fra hotellet da vi skulle derfra .

Am Abend haben wir vom im Preis enthaltenen Buffet Fisch und Schrimps gegessen, von denen wir nach circa einer Dreiviertelstunde Magenschmerzen und Durchfall erlitten. Somit war dieser Aufenthalt kulinarisch leider für die Tonne. Die Lage des Hotels ist natürlich einmalig auf einem großen Felsen gelegen. Leider gab es für uns ein Zimmer zur Straße. Preisleistung stimmt leider nicht überein!

Bra och stort poolområde och bra med solsängar.
Servitörerna på restaurangen var inte så serviceminded. Personalen i receptionen var trevliga och alltid behjälpliga. Rummet var fräscht och sköna sängar samt bra städning.
