The property itself is excellent, very clean and good facilities. The breakfast is average for a hotel of this size - pastries / breads are good, but poor selection of fruit and warm food. The pool area at the top is a lovely area and the immediate vicinity is great - but this hotel is right in Magaluf so kind of \"edge of the jungle\" as it was described to us.

The hotel is in the best spot .. perfect view from the rooftop..
Talking about rooftop and pools.. I was let down to know that the rooftop pools looks to be run by Shallow Sun Club.. .which means all the best sun beds and lounges are reserved for random people on the street that want to pay to use the pools and get the best view of the beach while sunbathing.. Hotel GUESTS , yes guests to the pool, do get sunbeds but on the mountain side view of the pool.. I understand it's a business and money is there to be made.. but maybe let the guests have 25% of the nice view, since we pay 100 % of hotel fees

Okay .. the back to the hotel.. it's perfect.. room was clean and nice.. 3 free drinks (water & juice)daily in your hotel room fridge was a nice touch.
Service was excellent throughout the hotel.
The breakfast was excellent . I would suggest taking breakfast option.
Gym was really nice too.. all new equipment and you can actually have a full workout .. 10/10 .

Loads of shops and restaurants around the hotel with a 2 minute walk to the beach ..

Highlight of the hotel is the glass floor rooftop pool, the gym and the breakfast .. pillows and bed were also top .

Great affordable hotel in magaluf.

Hotel is nice and the room is clean and modern. The room facing the street can be noisy at night. Complimentary water and juice in the fridge. However, no water kettle in the room. About 30 mins walk to Palma nova, with scenic view and club, restaurants, bars and shops on the way. Good hotel for youngster as lots of night life nearby. If you want something for more mature couple, I think Palma nova or portals nous (upscale) might be a better choice. There is A11 bus to/from airport which is quite convenient for around 5€ each. Taxi would be around 45€-50€.

Brilliant stay, would definitely stay again.

Amazing stay, it's was my mum birthday and they left a bottle a of champagne in an ice bucket in her room, which she loved. The positioning of the hotel was fine, local to everything, especially the beach. Complementary drinks at the bar on arrival. I can't say anything bad about the place ☺️

I really enjoyed the time I spent in this hotel. The location is perfect, just one block from the beach, the view out of the room is beautiful overseeing the whole beach with turquoise waters, and the staff is very nice and friendly. There is the best swimming pool in the whole area, with glass walls overseeing the beach and the floor. The room is very comfortable and spacious, there's a 24 hour gym, and also an excellent breakfast area. I could not be more grateful to the outstanding staff for their kindness. I really loved this place and really recommend it.

I initially had high hopes for this property however the area is unsafe rowdy and loud. People are out till 6am including the hallways. There is constant screaming on the streets. My partner woke me up one morning to tell me to turn off my alarm for me to inform them it was actually from the room beside us. Our toilet paper was left at 1 roll even after housekeeping and I had to call twice over an hour timespand to even get a new roll once ours had run out. The floor was constantly sandy. When I called down for water they informed me there was no staff available and I’d have to come down myself. Absolutely not what you would expect from a 4 star hotel. I’d have better service at a motel 8.

I stayed in the Innside Loft with Sea View, it was amazing. Very spacious, super clean, nice view. There are two TV’s which was cool when i first noticed it, but when you turn one TV on with the remote, the other one turned on too! At first it was funny but that got boring pretty quickly so the TV’s were rarely used. There are food spots all over the place (which is great because dinner at the hotel wasn't that great for the money spent IMO) and bus stop direct to the city center 2 min walk away. We weren't interested in bars or clubs or anything like that but there are lots about in this area it seemed. Breakfast was 4/5, lotssssss of options to choose from. I’d definitely come back to this hotel again.

The hotel didn’t have any rooms ready! They said they would hold our stuff while we grabbed lunch on the roof top. Upon returning to get our stuff to see if a room was available, which it wasn’t, our stuff was stolen from our bags while in hotel possession. It took us calling over and over and over to finally get someone to come clean our room or change the bedding during our 3 night stay. The clean happened one time and the room was barely half cleaned. The front desk seemed overwhelmed with the amount of guests and the cleaning lady was a rude and over worked when we asked for clean towels and toilet paper. No solution was offered to our stuff being stolen while in their possession. Will absolutely never stay at this property again.

We were moved to Melia Calvia Beach hotel because of the COVID 19. We had a perfect stay. Very polite staff, everything was clean and we could have a enjoyable stay. The breakfast was really good with a lot of fruits only we missed a Expresso coffee but there are a good Italian coffee nearby. The room was big enough to have a really nice holiday. Perfect hotel for a vacation.

Comfortable new year's Eve stay.

This hotel was very clean and modern which I liked. My partner and I stayed for new years. The hotel in itself was great and the buffet breakfast was amazing with lots of choice. Unfortunately due to it being new year's eve not restauraunts in the surrounding area were open. Travel to the airport by bus was easy and cost €5.50 pp. Taxi to the centre from the hotel was about €30. Comfortable stay with no complaints other than I think the area is probably more vibrant in the summer time.

It’s such an incredible hotel however beware because we booked it because of the large hanging pool on the rooftop and were there for 3 days, 2 out of the 3 days the pool was out of bonds because it was being fixed so couldn’t use the rooftop or pool at all. We weren’t refunded or anything so basically paid for a service I couldn’t access. A real shame because the hotel is fantastic but feel this was unfair.

The pool at this hotel is STILL out of action. The only reason to book this hotel is for the pool. There was no advance information that the pool was still being repaired, no offer of relocation, no offer of discount and no apology.

I am very unhappy about this Expedia as I imagine are many of your other customers.

Very disappointing with no roof top&swimming pool

I book this hotel because of the view of the roof top and the swimming pool across both buildings and I was so disappoint that it was close if I new it I would of booked a diferente hotel. My holiday was booked in this hotel only because of the view of the swimming pool and the roof bar. I’m very disappointed. The hotel was good very clean but when I had the room service they never replaced the shampoo, shower gel etc.. I had to go to the reception to get myself. But for me that wasn’t the problem roof top and swimming pool was all I was looking forward.

We had booked and pre-paid a 5 night stay in a pool solarium suite on a half board basis through Ebookers.
On check-in we were told our booking was for room only. I showed the staff proof of my booking which clearly stated half board but they said there system showed room only so there was nothing they could do.
I contacted Ebookers who agreed I had paid for half board and was told to pay the hotel €280 to upgrade to half board and Ebookers would refund me on my return. This error was down to Ebookers,
We were then informed that the main swimming pool was closed for repair (and later discovered it had been since January) so were reluctant to allocate us the pool solarium suite as all Hotel guests now had access to the pools which were supposedly exclusively for pool solarium guests, These pools are very small and the deepest point is only 60cm. They did offer us an upgrade to a superior suite but we demanded to stay in the room we had booked and paid for,
We asked why we hadn’t been pre informed about the pool closure, to give us the option to change properties and were told that Ebookers had been informed but obviously did not pass the information onto us. Another error by Ebookers The main pool is situated on floor 5 where the hotel bar is also. As work on the pool repair was ongoing this floor was closed to guests so we were staying in a 4 star superior property with no swimming pool and no bar!! We were told that the pool is due to re-open in late June.

The check in waa simple, and the staff spoke excellent english . Sadly the pool is closed and there is some odd way of going through another rom to get to them which i didnt bother with. Some.new restaurants at the plaza but not all actually open. The hotel room was immaculate and comfortable. Definitely recommend

Best Rooftop ever!

The Hotel is new, the rooms are nice, modern and clean, but there wasnt double glass on the balcony door, so we can hear all the noise drunk people during the night.
The shower didnt have a shelf or suport to put soap and shampoo.
Good breakfast, and nice restaurant for dinner on the roof top.
Not so much options of cocktails and drinks at the Lounge bar, and wasnt tastefull.
BUT the 2 swimming pools at the roof top are a big plus!

Great hotel, 30 seconds walk to the beach

Beautiful hotel, great location it’s only 30 second walk to the beach and 5 min walk to the bars and clubs! Only things we did notice that that there was no tv control even though we were provided with a tv, no kettle, there was not a number to call down to reception and customer service was a bit slow at reception we did have to wait 40mins to get checked in. Overall it was a good stay, i would definitely reccommend staying here as it’s one of the nicest hotels in Magaluf.

We arrived at the hotel only to be left waiting at reception for over 30 minutes whilst they queried the card used to pay for the room eventhough the payment had already been taken. The reception said this was to secure against the room but i couldnt see why another card could be secured against the room as that card had been left at home. The staff were very junior as if it were their first day working there. We were then asked for a tax charge for our stay something we knew nothing about and then given fobs for our room which didnt work. Only on check in did we find out the pool and bar were not open due to maintenance (both of which were the reason for booking) yet no apology nor had i been contacted to be informed of this. We went to go to the room however couldnt get in due to the fob so went back to reception to get them reset again however despite going back up to the lift dragging all of our luggage up still did not work. We asked to speak to the manager who came out and never actually spoke to us nor introduced himself as the manager and instead sent a lady from the hotel experience team to speak with us and offer us free dinner (which would have been at a different hotel) in the end we were so unhappy with the service we had received we asked if we could change our stay and stay st the sister hotel instead which they relucntantly agreed. The hotel was unfinished and nothing like advertised the as photos on the website are the finished phitographs

Reisezeit: 9-11.5 2025.
Sehr schönes Hotel mit dem Pool auf dem Dach. Leider war die laute Musik auf dem Dach auf Dauer sehr laut. Sauber, die Mitarbeiter waren nett. Check-In ist eigentlich um 15Uhr gewesen aber wir durften schon direkt bei Ankunft um 10 Uhr einchecken. und auch frühstücken. Das Frühstück war gut.
Cool fanden wir, dass wir unter dem Hotel einen Starbucks hatten und das Bekleidungsgeschäft Mango. Wenn man höflich fragt, bekommt man auch für den Strand ein Handtuch und bringt es dann natürlich wieder zurück. Schöner Strand, Meer wunderschön. Die Massage-Anfragen am Strand nerven nur.
Das Einzige, was stört, sind die Engländer in Magaluf... sonst schön

Volendo potrei trovare difettucci vari ma dò il massimo dei voti perchè la struttura si innesta alla perfezione nell'ambiente esterno. Ambiente che fornisce la possibilità di vivere mare e natura incontaminati ma anche, a distanza di sicurezza, la zona sin city.
