Nice spacious apartment, well equipped.
Friendly staff, although after booking an extra night as a late check out was unavailable, communication wasn't great as I was asked to check out on the original day, even though I'd told reception on two occasions I'd extend my stay. This wasn't a major issue but a slight inconvenience, didn't have any impact on an enjoyable stay. Would stay here again.

Wouldn't chose this hotel again

When I arrived my room card wasn't working and I was walking up and down like 3 times until they decided to sen a technician to fix it. The WiFi was awful - it kept connecting and disconnecting all the time every 2nd minute and wasn't even working from time to time. I was not able to work nor attend lectures and participate in them. Missed university assignments for this reason. GDPR and Data protection is something they would not consider as necessity because receptionist claimed that he could easily get my phone number and message me if he would want to. Brits were yelling across the whole area during night time and acted like they own the whole place, lol.

To point out good things about hotel:
Room was spacious, cleaning ladies were awesome and pool seemed to be clean.

Overall was a good stay, staff were nice, but unfortunately when the cleaners came to the room, they would often not replace the toilet roll or shower gel, so I would have to go to reception and ask, food was okay often at breakfast but lunch and dinner was very “the same” every night so it got boring and very limited on things to eat.

Fabulous stay at the HM Martinique

Loved our stay at the HM Martinique. Just a 3 minute walk to the gorgeous Magaluf beach. The hotel has two lovely pools and a plunge pool (adults only). Our apartment was spacious, included a rain shower, hairdryer, cooking job, fridge freezer, dinnerware cutlery, pots, beer and wine opener! TV with English language channels. Friendly English speaking staff and a fantastic buffet for breakfast, lunch, snacks and dinner! There are also bikes to rent from the hotel.

Very, very good stay. Great time for us. Stuff was helpful and always smiled. Breakfast was diversed (english-spanish food). Three outdoor and one indoor pools, 5 minutes walk to sandy beach. Surprisingly quiet as it’s Magaluf (10 minutes walk to party street).

Very helpful, friendly staff. Very clean. Food was excellent. Liked that the opening time to go to the pool was from 10am. This meant a lie in/breakfast before the rush for a sunbed at a stupid hour as is usually the case. The hotel is a 5 min walk to the lovely beach & 10 min walk to ‘the strip’. There are bars 5 mins away too if you didnt want to go into heart of the nightlife. Would definitely stay here again.

The room is clean and big enough, also the balcony is very big too. Very closed to the beach, only 3 minutes by walking. The stuffs are helpful and friendly. Have 3 outdoor swimming pools and one indoor, have enough common area for all. Only one things is not so good, the lunch and dinner buffet don’t have too many choices. The breakfast buffet until to 11am, but at 10am, sth finish and don’t put more. Overall, it’s a nice place for a relax trip.

Really suprised by the quality and facilities of the hotel. It was very clean, modern and classy. Lots of seating around the pools and also inside when it got a bit windy. Great facilities in the room and a lovely long balcony to make the most of the outdoor space. Wood definitely stay again

Good value for rough around the edges hotel.

Check in was friendly but couldn’t get in to room before check in time. Sizeable room which was comfortable. Had no requirement to pay deposit for tv remote / kettle etc. Safe was handy. Hotel has clearly been renovated on a budget and whilst it looks good superficially it’s showing signs of wear and tear. Not really sure which market they’re targeting! That said the shower was good, beds comfortable and overall we had a good stay. Food on All Inclusive was repetitive but was always something edible. Frustrating to only be able to order 1 drink (alcoholic) at the bar. Was decent value and little faults could be overlooked due to the price... I would definitely return if prices were the same.

Very good hotel. Totally exceeded my expectations. Hotel was very clean and well presented. The sunbed with the slim mattress type covers around the smaller pool were a very good touch and made a great addition to the normal sunbeds you normally get. Rooms were very nice and spacious for the 2 of us. Only fault I could pick was the fact you were only allowed 1 drink at a time on the all inclusive which is a bit annoying when we were going to the bar for each other being in a couple.

Great holiday for a young couple

Great complex with ample pool space, beds and really cool atmosphere. Does get livelier on the evenings but everything closes down at 11 so doesn’t affect sleep etc and very close to all bars and nightlife in magaluf. Mixed guests of various nationalities and ages, weekend saw more stag and hen did arrive but security and lifeguards always on duty. Food amazing, good variety excellent quality and available most of the day! Drinks good and bar service excellent. Rooms good quality recently refurbished, balconies large. Couldn’t fault the stay!

Amazing modern trendy hotel. Not for small children as no shade round pool area. Check in very quick and efficient. Room very clean and spacious. Long balcony. Quiet air con. Food nice. Quiet after 11pm when bar shuts. Lots of young people but no trouble and not much noise in the early hours. Really enjoyed it and fell in love with place. Would definitely go again and recommend it

This is a bare bones hotel catering to young Europeans and Brits coming to Mallorca for a booze and sun holiday. For example, the kitchenette is equipped with exactly one pot and a lid and that’s it. Basics like and iron and tv remote control require a €20 deposit. If your after late night clubbing and proximity to a tourist beach then this is the place for you.

have to pay for everything including a remote for the tv, someone entered our room when we got out the shower with a key wasn’t house keeping either and then ran off, staff on reception don’t have good social skills as for the security guards stopped you every evening questioning you like your breaking and entering and he’s moody and arrogant. Tourist tax wasn’t mentioned until arrival Expedia failed to mention this as booked direct - also room was damp from air con. Wouldn’t book anything through Expedia again fail to mention a lot of things e.g tourist tan have to pay for iron daily remote daily air on and safe didn’t mention none of the above. Overall not happy

État général d'un des 2 bâtiments vieillissant , a rénover (partie appartement terrasse) esthétiquement et surtout au niveau insonorisation !! On entend tout des voisins de tous côtés, haut, même pallier et extérieur... Une horreur avec musique jusqu'à 23h, puis relayé par incivilités des résidents, musiques, voix, chants, discussions.... jusqu'à pas d'heures.
C'est dommage que l'hôtel ne fasse rien quant à ces écarts de certains jeunes touristes venus faire la fête oui, mais pas au point de se donner tous les droits, (notamment de jeunes français...).
Dommage...
Pour le reste on est dans la moyenne d'un standard 3 étoiles. Pas grand choses en animation, accueil et réceptivité du personnel j'ai vu mieux et restauration pas top.
Dernier point il est indiqué navette aéroport vers hôtel mais dans les faits non. L'hôtel demande au client de s'arranger par lui même pour un taxi
Gros point positif partie piscines et spa.

The best of the Hotel is definetely the staff. Always friendly, helpful and guest-oriented. The apartments are very okay, mantained well and clean. The beds were also comfy. A few tiles were damaged in the room. The fridge or other things were very used. The breakfast and dinner buffet was okay, but very repetitive with some exceptions. Sometimes the paella rice was somewhat raw (not completely cooked). There was for breakfast a good variety of fruits. However, there is onyl coffee from amachine and it was honestly so disgusting. Either the quality of the coffee the hotel bought is just not tasty. Ive heard the same comment of some other guest, when trying it for the first time. The pool area is very well mantained and the sunbed are all in excellent shape. Not nice is that at the pool area one is not allowed to have ones own bottle of watter or beer. One has to pay for one of the restaurant which is significantly more expensive that the ones one can get at the supermarket. Sometimes at night, you have a lot of very young guest, who are extremely loud. The staff is helpful and security is also trying to have it under control, specially, when one calls to complain but some guest do not respect and still scream or come back from the club area and keep the party in the hotel. to sum up my stay, the staff compensated for a lot of the loudness of the young guest, and make the stay better. the ammenities are good. Breakfast and lunch could be better.

Vill du slippa fulla britter så välj annat hotell 🙈Hotellet var annars bra och vi hade bokat med terrass vilket blev fel vid incheckningen så vi fick bo en natt i annat rum men fick rätt rum dag 2 och blev uppgraderade till all inklusive. Personalen var trevliga i receptionen. Fint poolområde och bra läge i Magaluf. Gott om parkeringar om man tar hyrbil. Jättefin välsorterad butik på hotellet.

Petit appartement fonctionnel. Les lits sont confortables. Si vous voulez être au calme, il vaut mieux s'abstenir car beaucoup sont là pour faire la fête. L'insonorisation n'est pas très bonne.
Concernant les repas, il y en a pour tous les goûts avec nous concernant un effort à faire sur ce qui est proposé lors des petits déjeuners proposant essentiellement du salé!

Wir waren mit unseren zwei Kindern für 5 Tage dort. Die Nächte waren sehr unruhig, weil die Zimmer sehr hellhörig sind und im Flur 24 Stunden Bewegung war. Zum Glück war die Lautstärke in dem seperaten Zimmer, in welchem die Kinder geschalfen haben, aushaltbar. In dem Raum, welcher zum Flur gerichtet war, war an Schlafen nicht zu denken. Ständiges Türenklappen und laute Gespräche die ganze Nacht über. Eventuell wäre es eine Idee Familien ein bisschen zu separieren und nicht direkt neben dem Fahrstuhl zu platzieren.

A medence körüli rész szép és kellemes, van mini golf. :) Gyerek medence hiányzott. Közel a part, jó elhelyezkedés. Az étterem része csalódás. :( Vacsoránál nincsennek felkészülve a nagyobb tömegre. A hús rendszeresen elfogy. Desszert kínálat is gyenge. Bekészített reggelit kértünk - a korai (7:00) indulás miatt -, ami nagyon gyenge volt. :( A szobára már egy kisebb felújítás ráférne.

Hôtel bruyant : clientèle majoritairement jeune. Les clients criaient dans les couloirs la nuit et le matin très tôt et claquaient les portes des chambres.
Manque de réapprovisionnement des savons pour les mains et la douche.

Pas de séchoir pour étendre les vêtements, on ne pouvait pas étendre les vêtements mouillés, seulement sur deux chaises qui étaient dans le balcon.
Pas de séparation entre les balcons au rez-de-chaussée, on pouvait passer d'un balcon à l'autre facilement si on le voulait.

Sèche cheveux dur à utiliser car il fallait appuyer très fort sur le bouton pour le faire fonctionner.

2 lits simples au lieu d'un lit double et en plus à roulettes. Oreillers trop mous.

Frigo trop petit pour des bouteilles d'un litre et demi. Pas de bouteilles d'eau de bienvenue, cela aurait été appréciable vu la chaleur.

Voto Complessivo da 1-10 darei un 7 la struttura e fatta per pura gioventù e non è adatta alle famiglie… pochissimi controlli di sicurezza e tante urla e uso di sostanze vietate … 6 notti di urla e inondate di odori poco graditi …cmq la colazione è la cena sono state abbastanza buone e il servizio sala impeccabile molto organizzato!

Flotte omgivelser, dårlig service

Flotte omgivelser, flot pool. Muligheder for både minigolf, padel, beachvolley og fodbold. Fint værelse. Desværre meget rigide regler ift. all-inklusive, brug af glas.
Dårlig kommunikation fra personale, vi havde en meget dårlig oplevelse med en specifik tjener.
Maden er ok, men ikke mere end det.

Primero que poca ética que te cobren €29 en efectivo Solamente cuando llegas an este horrible lugar. Este cargo es después de haber pagado tu estadía y los impuestos !!!! Horrible y muy sospechoso! Los
Pagué porque no tenia otra option cuando llegas a media noche. No lo recomiendo para nada !

Por decsion de la recepcionista nos canvio la habitacion por un apartamento,nustra sorpresa fue que no habia jabon de ducha ni tele ,cero iluminacion en las zonas comunes,toallas viejas baño viejo cocina vieja,poca amabilidad en la recepcion

L’emplacement est top, l’hôtel est joli (bien décoré) mais tout le reste est à revoir, les chambres sont dégoûtantes pour pas dire d’autre mot, le personnel dès qu’on ne comprend pas et très impatient, TOUT est payant (activités, boissons etc…) seules activités gratuites sauna et hammam qui fonctionnent une fois sur six , vols dans les chambres et rien n’est fait par l’hôtel même pas un geste commercial! Petit déjeuner à revoir également ne change jamais et beaucoup d’aliments salés par rapport au sucré. Petit plus 2 cafards dans notre chambre à 2 reprises ! Je n’y retournerai jamais !!!!!!!!!!!

Der var larm og fulde mennesker så vi sov ikke i flere nætter og det var ikke muligt at få en ligge stol ved poolen, men maden var god.
