Great location within walking distance of the beach and the main strip, but far enough to not be disturbed by noise. We went to totally chill for a week and mostly stayed on resort apart from a trip to Palma on the local bus which stops just round the corner.
Room 419 had a great view of the pool and had a decent bathroom and balcony. As others have mentioned, the bed was hard but I found it very comfortable and never woke with a sore back as with other softer beds. Air conditioning never let us down- very important as it was baking hot.
The food was very good - always a great selection at every meal time and staff were constantly clearing tables and topping up the buffet.
Evening entertainment was basic but still enjoyable - mostly the team of 4 doing dance routines to backing tracks. There was a magician one night and balance/acrobatics another.
Other reviews had mentioned no atmosphere round the pool, but the DJ played music every day and the girls arranged pool aqua fit, water polo and rifle shooting activities.
The pool bar staff were great and we must single out Raquel who was just amazing. She worked long days and always had a smile on her face and was so friendly and funny, and often helped out in the restaurant too.
We had forgotten that early July would be when lots of teenagers would have finished A level type exams, so there were loads of groups of 17+ youngsters alongside quite a few families. Occasionally they were quite loud, but no bother really.

Pleasant stay.
We were very impressed with James at reception who checked us in at 130am. We were told that a cold evening meal have left for us in the dinning room along with tea and coffee if required, which was unexpected and very nice.
We were half board. Breakfast was good, with plenty of variety. Being half board we could choose daily to have lunch or evening meal. We were a little disappointed that tea and coffee was only available at breakfast and not a lunch or dinner. This was compounded by not having tea and coffee facilities in the rooms. I think the hotel should at least have one or other.
Otherwise a very nice stay, friendly and helpful staff.

Very nice hotel

We had 3 nights stay 7th Sept to 10th sept. Very relaxing and chilled this time of year!! The Hotel was very nice, clean and food v good. In particular the staff were so friendly and couldn’t do enough for you. The location was very central to amenities and the strip and beach about 6 or 7 minutes walk. Would deffo recommend

The hotel was average. The hotel itself was located centrally so allowed easy access. However breakfast was average. Rooms were not cleaned everyday, when they were cleaned the only way you could tell was because the beds were made up and towels were re-placed. Everything else was barely touched.

It was advertised as a family hotel but it was full of large groups of boys who were drunk at the pool in the afternoon and extremely loud. They would come back to the hotel at 6 in the morning drunk, yelling, running up and down the corridor and slamming doors. If you want sleep don’t stay here.

The restaurant menu was good. The welcome reception was unsatisfactory. Waking up every day at 4am because guest were returning from late night partying and banging on their doors. The wall insulation was very poor as you can hear the communication and music on the other partitioned room. I had to ask the cleaning staff to change my bedding. Decent hotel for a short stay

Busy local hotel to Magaluf, comfortable room with good working a/c and mini fridge. Lifts are bit of a pain as there is only two for 9 floors. Food was decent, we had half board for breakfast and dinner as we were out exploring the island all day so this worked better for us. We were surprised that drinks were extra per person of €5 each per day so we didn’t opt for this. Pool is a good size with outdoor bar. Free on road parking if you hire a car.

Rough, Risky and Rude.

This hotel is at the start of the Magaluf strip, which eventually leads Palma Nova. It’s a few streets from the beach in a rough area. Outside is a wasteland/carpark were youths meet 3-4 nights a week in cars. Park up from 11pm to 6-7am playing loud music, drinking/drug taking. So, don't expect much sleep in this hotel. The guest mix is Spanish/Italian/English and French. Mainly Spanish, age range from kids to mature adults. Majority is teen and young adults, typical of hotels of this sort they get up late drink all day and out all night enjoying the nightlife. Had issues with young Spanish, once being verbally abused in lifts by girl with her boyfriend who made it clear she didn't want me at the hotel. So, a bit risky in and outside the hotel for a certain demographic. The staff were fair or cordial at best. Polite on arrival. Had issues with staff in the Restaurant and the Bar. Mainly the younger male staff but two stand outs, an older man welcoming guest to each meal ignored me at each, muttering and scowling turning his back as I entered. The second, a younger taller black-haired waiter who again tried to make it clear he was not happy serving me every chance he could. Again, scowling and muttering. I must say my only offence was to be young male and foreign. I didn't drink at meals, at the bar or in the presence of hotel guests. Caused no issue and kept myself to myself. The only positive for this hotel is the desert options, real variety. Food is good if caught warm.

I loved this hotel

I loved this hotel. I walk with walking sticks so accessibility is important to me. Great accessible bathroom, lovely clean bedroom. Swimming pool very well designed for accessiblity - a good bannister to hold on to as I walked down a gentle slope into the pool The staff were very friendly and incredibly helpful. I was half-board - breakfast and dinner. The range, quality and quantity of food was first class with a fantastic optional offer of all-you-can-drink for an additional 3€ per meal. Surroundings are quiet and relaxing but only 400 metres from Magaluf Centre. I really enjoyed my stay here and intend to return.

Shocking must read.

Cleaners disturbed every morning and ignored sign on door. Was offered drugs every night/ morning 11pm, 2am and 4am. Paid hotel tax in price then again at hotel ? Ended up at different hotel for 2 days as they messed up. Not pleasant at all.

The lunch and dinner buffet has almost nothing but fried chicken and french fries.

The minibar was empty and the hotel safe was \" Unusable \" , it doesn't work.

Reasonable hotel let down by some shortcomings

I stayed here as a solo traveller- I was looking for a quiet place and somewhere just convenient.

Overall a fair hotel, but let down by a few problems: the wifi here is only available in the lobby and it is extremely slow even there- wifi in the room is a surcharge. I think Wifi should be like any other utility and bundled in the price and of a good speed- this is 2015!

Secondly, I was on the half board package. Imagine my incredulity when they told me that although food was free, I would need to pay for drinks- even for water. That's disgraceful! It is only 3 euros, but I refused on principle alone. Why don't you just increase the room rate by 3 euros per night? I think it is an insult to ask guests to pay for a drink with water. What are you guys thinking? This is just wrong.

Finally, the maid's have a bizarre schedule. I was woken up by maid who intruded into my room at 830 in the morning on Saturday. She knocked on the door and 2 seconds later opened the door- no exaggeration. I complained and to their credit the reception said they would raise it with her and it did not happen again. But it shouldn't have happened in the first place.

On the plus size, the rooms are reasonable, the other facilities are reasonable and there was good entertainment.

Were it not for these issues, I would have given 4 out of 5

Could not fault this hotel at all, it's location was far enough away from all the noise and hustle and bustle but yet still only 10 minutes walk to everything you need, food was excellent, lots of choice on the buffet catering for everyone, single room was clean and comfortable although a little small, I am a smoker and smoking is not permitted on balconies so bare this in mind if you are staying here as the trip up and downstairs from the 7th floor just for a cigarette became annoying but I appreciate its a legal policy for Spanish hotels now. All in all excellent hotel, great location, great pool, excellent food and definitely I would return here again without hesitation!

Really nice hotel. Much better than expected

Stayed here for a bit of a lads holiday. There was only two of us but we were there for the Magaluf experience. Hotel was surprisingly quiet. 5 minute walk to the beach and a couple minutes more to 'the strip'. The location of the Hotel is far enough away from the strip which stops it from being a proper party hotel bit at the same time close enough to walk to.the rooms were clean, modern and cleaned overt day. The staff were really helpful. This was my first trip to Maga amd was expecting it to be a bit rough. I was pleasantly surprised. Magaluf is beautiful and the Hotel was perfect. Would definitely recommend this. Wouldn't bring children in peak times (July, August, September) but there were plenty of families there during our stay (beginning of June).

Prima di partire ho letto recensioni e alcuni erano negativi ,ero un pò preoccupata ,ma quando sono arrivata in struttura acolienza era perfetta, camera al primo piano vista piscina era bella e curata , il ristorante era a buffè e non si usciva mai col stomaco vuoto , cucina buona e per varie gusti. tutto personale in struttura gentile e cortese.grazie a tutti ❤️ci ritornerei.

Honest Review – Great Location and Food, but Serio

I stayed at this hotel in Mallorca with a friend, and while there were certainly some positives, a few negative aspects left us very disappointed.

The good:
The hotel has a great location — close to everything you need, and the surrounding area is beautiful. The food was genuinely good, with a wide variety of options, and the dishes were well-prepared. The reception staff were friendly and helpful, and in general, the hotel was clean and fresh.

The not-so-good:
There were no pool towels provided, which was inconvenient. Our room had a faint smell of urine, possibly due to the detergent used — a change in laundry products might help. Unfortunately, some of the girls working at the pool bar were quite rude, which impacted the overall experience.

One particularly unpleasant moment was during breakfast — service was officially available until 10:30, but at 10:31, the lights were turned off abruptly, leaving guests to eat in the dark. It gave a strong feeling of being unwelcome or in the way.

The unacceptable:
The entertainment included the use of live animals, which we found extremely disturbing. This is not only unnecessary but deeply unethical. Animal cruelty has no place in tourism or hospitality, and for this reason alone, we would never choose to stay at this hotel again.

We hope the management takes these concerns seriously, especially regarding the treatment of animals. With some changes, this could be a great hotel — but until then, we cannot recommend it.

Les chambres sont propres, le ménage fait tous les jours (dommage que les femmes de ménage vous le demandent très tôt). Les lits grincent très forts malgré leur confort. Sinon le séjour a été perfait au delà de nos attentes.

Slitet rum, behövs en uppfräschning. Första rummet vi fick luktade mögel. Då fick vi byta. Balkong på första våningen med ett plåttak utanför. Riktigt trist. Ofräsch och slitet i korridoren. ¿Por donde empezar? La experiencia fue mejor de lo que esperaba, pero antes quiero aclarar que aunque el hotel indique ser 4 estrellas no siento que lo sea. Las habitaciones y parte de las instalaciones están un poco deterioradas, fuera de eso, la pasamos increíble; la comida deliciosa, no hay tanto ruido como esperarías por la ubicación y el tipo de turista que llega a Magaluf; la verdad bastante impresionados por todo. La ubicación es estratégica y coger pensión completa o media pensión vale la pena TOTALMENTE. El personal super amable, Raquel y sobretodo Luisa del restaurante: una mujer con mucha energía y siempre con una gran sonrisa, nos preguntaba como estabamos! Definitivamente volveremos

O anfitrião demorou quase 20min para chegar ao local, após chegarmos, isso que avisamos antes que estavamos chegando. Nos indicou pegar um bonde e ir a pé por quase 15min ladeira a cima, com malas. O local era bem diferente das fotos, ficava em um prédio antigo com instalações ruins. O café da manhã supostamente oferecido não tinha nada para que pudesse ser aproveitado, ao menos uma manteiga para passar em pão. a cafeteira estava bolorada, o que não deu nem para passar um café. As fotos estão anexas. O banheiro estava entupido, no banho a agua não descia, escorrendo para fora da area de banho para o piso do banheiro todo, como consta na foto anexa, além de ser horrivel para tomar banho pois os pés ficavam completamente embaixo da poça de agua. O local era BEM barulhento, parecendo que o movimento estava dentro do quarto. Foi uma péssia experiência.

Dirty room and no AC, Full of empty promises

Not recommended, room had a lot of dust and dirt that looked like it came from recent renovations had not been cleaned. Room door was sticking, AC did not blow cold, shower only had cold water half of the time, hallways smelled awful, dinner was terrible (see picture) , all outside noises sounded like the balcony door was open, little to no sound proofing. Beds were really hard and had really thin blankets with a few yellow stains in them. Bed did have a thicker wool blanket which looked like it was left in the mud for 3 years and then washed. It was awful.
On the positive side, room was cozy after getting used to it, but definetely not even a 3 star hotel. Also breakfast was suprisingly good with fresh fruits.

In summary, lacked cleanliness and wasnt up to par. 2/5 experience. Would not recommend.

Bon accueil et personnel très accueillant et gentil.

Concernant l’hôtel les photos mis sur le site laisse penser qu’il y a plusieurs piscine. Il y en a qu’une. De plus, en journée, Il y a un groupe de joueurs qui jouent au ballon ce qui fait que nous pouvons pas nager dans une partie de la piscine. Concernant les chambres conforme aux photos mais parfois il peut avoir du bruit cause des clients mais aussi à cause du personnels et c’était le matin. Je devais sortir pour leur dire de faire moins de bruit. La cantine rien à dire sur la nourriture très très très variés que ça soit du petit déjeuner au dîner mais les couverts et les assiettes étaient sales ce n’est pas normal pour un « hôtel 4 étoiles ». De plus, quatre jours après notre arrivée on nous a demandé comme ça de payer notre boisson alors qu’on nous l’avais jamais demandé donc pas compris. (5€) pour des jus coupés à l’eau.

En globalité le séjour était bien des spectacles se font tous les soirs ce qui anime l’hôtel. Nous sommes à proximité des boîtes de nuit, d’une grande allée avec plusieurs commerces et de la mer. Il y a un arrêt de bus juste en bas de l’hôtel qui vous emmène un peu partout jusqu’à même palma.

Ps: Pour l’hôtel pour moi ce n’est pas un quatre-étoiles mais plutôt un 3 il faudra juste donner un nouveau souffle à l’immobilier.

Frukosten kan förbättras. Vi saknade färska råvaror och nyttigare alternativ som gröt och rågbröd vilket dock serverades sista dagen av vår 11 dagars vistelse. Juicen smakade dåligt. Hotellet er mer av 2 stjernes hotell enn oppskryt. Dårlig service med sliten personal som ikke var til stor hjelp når en trengte det. Lite bra service å få både i resepsjonen, baren og ved måltider. Dårlig å kommunisere. Dårlig luft på rommene og airkondisjon som ikke fungerte. Vi ble syke og måtte ligge med åpen dør i 3 dager og fikk nytt rom natten før vi skulle reise og fikk ikke beskjed om det før etter kveldsmat. Dårlig rengjøring på rommene og mat området der det var buffet,...skitne glass, bestikk ... Aldri igjen

Recension om hotellets helhet!

Trevligt hotell nära stranden. Gott om utrymme vid poolen och alltid solstolar lediga. Maten var för det mesta toppen, (typisk all inclusive mat med buffé där man fick ta det man gillade). Dom hade dessutom olika temadagar så ibland fanns det paella, ibland thai, ibland kebab, ibland italiensk mat. Från baren kunde man beställa färdiga drinkar från en maskin (vissa goda, vissa inte) men man kunde också utnyttja deras spritsortiment och blanda egna drinkar, vilket var toppen! Vi bodde på andra våningen med utsikt mot poolen och klockan 00.00 varje kväll stängde dom baren och släckte ned så det var tyst och lugnt att sova. Städning skedde varje dag och det fanns AC på rummet. Överlag ett bra hotell med trevlig och arbetsam personal. Vi är nöjda!

Hotellin tuli olla neljän tähden mutta mielestäni se vastasi enemmän 3 tähden hotellia. Ruoka ei ollut kovinkaan timanttista vaan lähinnä isolle massalle tehtyä bulkkiruokaa.

Det var rätt tråkig mat och samma mat hela tiden. Drinkarna i baren gick inte att dricka dom kom färdiga från en maskin och smaka bara kemikalier. Hissarna gick sönder minsta 1 gång om dagen. Annars ett helt okej hotell.

Det var et fint hotel, men mange fulde engelske teenagere gjorde at der var noget støj om natten. Men hele Magaluf by og område er fyldt med fulde engelske unge, og det er så belastende så vi aldrig vil tage til Magaluf igen.
