Nice hotel in Magaluf. All inclusive very good and varied every day. Three alcoholic drinks included for lunch and dinner (tap beer and tap white rose and red wine)

We had a lovely time with our 11 month old baby. All the staff were excellent, really helpful people, went above and beyond with their service. Even taking time out their job to greet our little girl.

Or only criticism is that the hallways are very loud on a night, however we still had a fantastic time.

Pool and pool area cleaned every night, restaurant offers a great variety of food suitable for all palates.

Great holiday at Alusun Terranova Majorca

Spent a week with family. The hotel was family friendly and kept very clean. Food was good and had lots of choice. Sunbeds were always available around the 3 pools. Sally on the Entertainment Team was lovely. Would definitely return.

We had a great stay recently at AluaSun Terranova.

The food was excellent, excellent cleanliness throughout, polite staff, rooms were great and very comfortable (the only grumble would be that the walls are very thin, so if you are a light sleeper it wouldn’t be suitable for you IMO).

The pool area is great and plenty of sunbeds. Entertainment for both children and adults was great.

We would definitely return. Great value for money.

I am very pleased with my 5 days stay at Aluasun hotel with my kids
All the staff were fantastic especially Maga. She explained everything to my understanding and always smilling. The food was very tasty with varieties to choose from. I will stay here over and over again and I have already recommended the hotel to my friends

Unfortunately we don’t have much good to say about this hotel after raising complaints daily about the state of our room each day we was told there was no alternative room and to raise the complaint via email… we have raised a complaint three times via the email provided with numerous pictures of the state of the room no reply at all. The whole time we was passed pillow to post no body tried to rectify the cleanliness of the room it’s a shame I don’t have a section to upload the photos as I would upload each and every one of them… I hope to receive a reply at some point via email! But I’m not holding my hopes high at this point! Same goes for Expedia them selves not helpful at all after raising all the issues with them also!

We were a family of 4 staying at the hotel for 1 week, wished we had booked longer! Our 10 and 7 year old had the best week, they met some lovely friends and split their time between the football pitch and pool. Entertainment staff were great for children and adults and the food is as you would expect with a 4 star all inclusive, everyone always found something to eat but we did eat out a couple of nights just for a bit of a change.

Hotel is well presented and kept lovely an clean. Food options were great with plenty of choice. Pools are kept in great condition with nightly cleaning as is the pool area with plenty of sun beds an terraces to choose from. Staff are very friendly and helpful and the entertainment team (especially VALENTINO) will just make your holiday!! He is so much fun around the pool, happy, energetic and so friendly, I've never seen everyone laugh an smile so much around him, he makes you want to join in but doesn't push if you dont want to. He absolutely made my holiday, he loves his job an it really shows. The hotel is great but it is definitely him that would make me book again. All in all a great holiday, with plenty of laughs, smiles an a full tummy.

We enjoyed our stay at Aluasun. The food was nice, the pool area was great and the staff were helpful and friendly for the most part. However some of the basic amenities were lacking andnwere not really representative of a 4 star hotel. For example there were no toothbrushes or toothpaste, lotion, coffee, nothing in the minibar and the walls were paper thin meaning adjacent guests returning can easily wake you up. Also the wifi signal made it unusable and my husband had to use up his data. A bit annoying when we had paid for this service.

Very much a family hotel

This hotel is very much a family hotel with lots of children about. The entertainment and facilities looked good for them tho I was with adults. Food was very good, room pleasant tho a bit noisey at night from corridors and rooms next door and above even tho they weren’t being overly loud you could still hear music and talking. If I was being picky the bathroom could have done with a deep clean to floor tiles etc but was still clean with towels changed daily.

Nice hotel, perfect for families

we arrived at the hotel around 11am and was checked in immediately, we were given a room on floor 2 over looking a side street, we decided we wanted a room higher up or on the pool side of the hotel and went to reception and asked if one was available, the information sheet we where given at check in advised you could upgrade to poolside for a few extra euros a night. We were immediately given room 342 overlooking the pool at no extra charge. I had read the reviews which detailed the poolside rooms where noisy but we didn't find this a problem, once you shut the sliding doors you could't really hear anything and we all slept well - the only night we where woken was when a thunder and lightning storm hit at 2.30am, we sat on the balcony just watching the lightning oh and a naked man running up the street in the rain! (very funny).

the rooms are basic, we are a family of 3 one a teenager, and the room was big enough for us.

Food - was good, always a wide choice, even the fussy teenager managed to find something to eat each day - the bacon on the grill was fab!

Entertainment - by the pool each day was fun - it was great watching all the activites that the kids and adults took part in. In the evening it started with \"mini disco\" followed by Bingo and then the \"show\" each night it was something different.

The beach was within walking distance, as where the bars and nightclubs which where full of 18 - 30 year olds having a great time!

We would go again

Disappointed with the Service at Marina Torrenova.

Very Pleasant stay however some members of staff (Bar Staff - Antonio in particular) spoiled our vacation. Hotel was predominantly Spanish senior citizens (which was no problem for us), however we were constantly ignored in the Bar Area and the Dinning Room. Despite our complaint to Hotel Management the situation did not improve. Also having read previous reports we were extremely disappointed with the quality and variety of food on offer during our stay.

Had a little trouble finding the place as the post code was not accurate, but taxi driver found it eventually (42 euros from palma airport).

Front desk staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

Room was decently big and clean, with a balcony and 2 twin beds placed next to each other, although i requested for a double bed. 1 bed was much softer than the other which was kinda weird.

Only negative was that the room did not come with a kettle or a safe, you had to pay something like 4 euros a day for the safe, and 2 euros a day for the kettle.

oh swimming pool was under renovation. it didnt' mention this in the description.

Location was pretty good, less than 5 mins walk to palma nova beaches and the shops, and less than 10 to magaluf. The bus stop to palma city is about 10 mins walk away, so not to far at all. Lovely walk.

Hotel molto valido, la cucina internazionale è davvero buona, ci sono tante varietà di cibo ogni sera.
L'unica pecca è l'assenza di parcheggio, si deve mettere la macchina lungo la strada ma per il resto è davvero buono considerando il rapporto qualità prezzo.

Wir waren für eine Woche in dem Hotel. Die Zimmer sind sauber und mehr positives fällt mir nicht ein. Die Matratzen sind sehr durchgelegen, das Personal an der Rezeption nicht besonders freundlich, das Essen ist vergleichbar mit einem China Restaurant in Deutschland. Es gibt eine sehr große Auswahl, jedoch schmeckt gar nichts besonders gut. Zum satt werden reicht es. Es gibt ein wenig Salat mit Majo und Aioli als Dressing, Fertigpizza, Reis, Nudeln, Kartoffeln, schlecht durchgegartes Fleisch und schlecht frittierte Pommes, Onion Rings,… Die Getränke sind größtenteils an die Wasserleitung angeschlossen und mit Sirup versetzt und schmecken daher ziemlich nach Chlor, ganz besonders das Wasser. Wir haben uns ein 6L Kanister bei Aldi gekauft. Die Cocktails sind sehr schlecht, viel zu süß und ein sehr künstlicher Geschmack.
An einem Morgen wurde um 7 Uhr der Innenhof bei den Pools mit einem Laubbläser gereinigt, was ziemlich laut war. Die Zimmer sind generell sehr hellhörig, sodass man oft durch Personen im Flur oder das Zuschlagen von Türen geweckt wird.

Hotelzimmer sind ziemlich klein, alt und nicht sauber (viel Staub, Wasserflecken, fehlendes Polster usw.). Das Essen und der Service waren aber sehr gut. Die Dusche ist auch einmal ausgefallen, ich musste mit tropfendem Wasser zu Ende duschen, nach der Meldung wurde es aber sofort behoben. Bad ohne Klimatisierung.

Fint hotel med en god beliggenhed. Dog skal man være opmærksom på, at det går stejlt op af bakke, mod hotellet, når man har været nede i byen. Hotellet er ikke i top stand, men det fungere. Maden er god 4 ud af 7 dage. Der er desværre et gap på 2 timer hvor man ikke kan få mad. Dårligt at man skal betale for at låne cykler.
2 gange besøgte vi toilettet ved reception og i kælderen ved buffeten, hvor der IKKE var toiletpapir på kvinde toiletterne. Venligt rengøringshjælp til værelset. Vi bestilte dobbeltseng og fik 2 enkelte så de delte sig. Det er ikke i orden på et 4 stjernet hotel!

I want to say we’ve given the hotel staff almost 24 hours now. We booked this hotel on Monday last minute and left Wednesday for our trip because of the price. We only were able to come 3 nights.

Last night was our last night. We came home from the beach at 8 PM. We went up to our room to find the hall in front of the door completely flooded with water, the ceiling was leaking. So, on our last night we had to pack up and move to a new room. Whatever, stuff happens.

The woman at the front desk (Marga?) didn’t seem to care. I asked even for free drinks while we wait for the cleaner to make my son’s bed (the cleaner never made the bed by the way). We went up at 11 PM to a room that wasn’t ready for my kids to go to sleep. Back downstairs I go. Same lady tells me she surely sent the cleaning lady there …. Nope… 10 minutes later she brings us up blankets and says “it’s not my job, can you do it”

I finally get my kids to bed. When I feel maybe a little bug on my arm. No big deal. We are in Spain. Next I feel one on my leg (I am laying next to my son on his pull out bed). I immediately check with the flash on my phone. It looks small and like a bed bug.

I jump out of bed, check under his mattress sheet… sure enough. Baby bed bugs crawling in and out of the mattress pad.

The hotel hasn’t done much. The woman working today was very kind. But haven’t heard from management and they said the exterminator comes MONDAY! What about the others on this floor? So disappointed.

Le séjour était fantastique comme d’habitude, c’est la deuxième fois que je viens dans cet hôtel et je ne suis pas déçu!!!All exclusive est juste au top avec les glaces à volonté des boissons granita à volonté. Toute la journée quand les repas sont juste délicieux et d’une très grande qualité, n’hésitez pas à y aller.

Vi var nöjda med vår vistelse på hotellet. Positivt överraskade över maten. Dock ingick det endast alkoholhaltiga drycker lunch och middag. I baren fick man betala, men till ett reducerat pris. Första gången vi bodde på ett så stort hotell så barnen var lite besvikna över att det alltid var fullt i poolen vilket gjorde att de inte kunde leka som de kunde förra året när vi bodde på ett mindre hotell. Och solstolarna upplevde vi inte räckte heller, om man inte var snabbt ute på morgonen för att lägga sin handduk på en stol vid den pool barnen ville bada i. Hotellets läge var bra.
Städningen var sådär, visst man kunde be om byte av lakan, annars bäddade de bara. Nackdelen var att när de bäddade så tog de inte bort sand från sängarna. De sopade heller inte balkongen från sand. Detta var dock inget vi sa till om, så hade säkert gått att åtgärda. Vi är överlag nöjda med hotellet.

The hotel is really recommendable. In my opinion it is not a 4 star hotel but rather a good 3 star hotel. The service and friendliness of the staff are very good. The entertainers are in a good mood and do their best. Quiet location despite the nearby Magaluf party mile. Best choice for families. The food was a pleasure at all times.

Hotellihuoneiden seinät ja ovet paperia. Naapurihuoneista kuuluu aivan kaikki, jopa naapureiden tavallinen puhe. Myös käytävälle. Myös tv:n ja wc:n äänet kuuluvat todella kovin.

Meille sattui äänekkäät naapurit ja 4 kertaa kahden yön aikana käytiin huomauttamassa, myös respaan otettiin asiasta yhteyttä.

Hotelli sijaitsee lähellä rantaa, mutta melko korkealla, joka on hyvä ottaa huomioon hotellia varatessa.

Ruokala myös todella meluisa, tuolit epäsiistit ja kangaspäälliset likaiset. Ulos ei päässyt syömään.

Allasalueet olivat mukavat, ruoka hyvää. All-inclusive juomarajoitteet alkoholin suhteen tulleet kaikkiin hotelleihin uusiin lakeihin perustuen.

Mycket bra hotell

Hotellet har mycket trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Jättesköna sängar. Maten är av bra kvalitet och varierat utbud. Perfekt ställe att åka till med småbarn. Det enda negativa jag upplevde var att rummen var lite dåligt städad.
