This is the second time we have stayed at Warren House and again all the staff were friendly, attentive and professional.
We had a relaxing evening in the bar and enjoyed a nice meal from the bar menu.
The room was spotless, very comfortable and had everything we needed.
The breakfast was perfect with plenty of choice's available.
We would definitely come back again!

This hotel is wonderful. We stayed for our wedding anniversary and it was exceptional.
The room was beautifully decorated and had excellent amenities.
The hotel is beautiful, it’s well maintained and in the process of sone restoration which was so discrete you couldn’t even hear it.
The dining room is lovely, the menu is not extensive but everything is done well which more than makes up for it. The bar is also fantastic and the signature cocktails are all worth a try!
Breakfast is extensive, beautifully presented and freshly cooked to order. The range is fantastic for the price.
Do also visit Richmond Park as it is stunning.

From the moment I walked in I was greeted by a friendly, welcoming smile and that continued throughout my stay.
Dinner was lovely and as soon as my drink was empty someone was in hand to get me another one.

We didn't dine here but the menu looked good. The bar had a great selection and the drinks were good. There is a bus stop at the end of the street so easy to get around. We loved our room. It was very spacious. If you have troubles with stairs be sure to ask for a ground floor room as there isn't an elevator. One of the reasons we booked here is because it said there was a pool, but the pool wasn't open and the staff was clueless about it. Kept saying maybe tomorrow.

Checked into our accessable friendly rokm which was up a large grand staircase, down a few strps then up a few wigh only q rokm further away.
The rok. Initially looked nice until you notice the sink was full of facual hair ghe the previous occupant, the shower was dirty, the bed sheets gad dirty narks on(atleast 6)the kettle you'd not touch unless you've had all your jabs!
The so called leisure facilities were not open, upon asking several staff ghe reasons were all different.
Upon checkout i was then asked why i was in that particular room instead if an accessible one, to which she was as baffled as i was because so said all of those type of rooms were empty.
Breakfast was reasonable, very cheap ingredients, 1 sausage, 1 tiny piece of very crispy inedible bacon.
Staff apart from the receptionist on checkout were either rude or uninterested.
Shuch a shame as the building itself could be beautiful again.
Location is good, with easy access into London from Norbiton into Waterloo
My advice is to find another Hotel as ghus will keep going down hill I'm afraid and wouldn't want anyone else to fall for the beautiful building over service

Amazing building but the grounds and house all need a lot of work. Room was tied and had mould in the shower. Floors weren’t cleaned/hoovered.
Door to the cottage was constantly open. Front door to the room had no drop seal on the door and windows were all really shabby condition.
Breakfast room was so hot, food was nice but no oat milk for coffee.
Not worth the cost of the nights stay.

All the staff were fantastic. Couldn’t have been more helpful. Even to the point I didn’t once pick up my wine bottle. Everytime the glass was nearly empty someone appeared and topped it up. It’s the little things that’s make it special.

We did use the pool which was a little worse of ware and didn’t look very clean.

The photos looked very special but all in all it was a bit underwhelming. The garden needs a lot of upkeep and the room (38) was small and not very well furnished. The AC was confusing so a little note to how to set it wouldn’t go a miss.
The kettle and coffee machine are tucked away under a shelf, when the kettle is boiling the hot steam is dangerously close to the rest of the items. I don’t believe the fridge was very cold but to be fair we didn’t need to use it.
The staff were pleasant but we were shown to a table in the bar area at breakfast, no one attended to us until we advised breakfast was served in a room around the corner.
The dinner menu was limited and I felt the food wasn’t of great quality or value. Adding a Pea Shoot to a dish doesn’t make it gourmet!
With a bit of TLC and some investment I’m sure it could be amazing.

Picturesque Hotel
Our second visit to Warren House and very enjoyable. We were in a standard room this time which was comfortable but bathroom was quite small and the shower is over a bath so less roomy and easy to use than a walk-in shower.
The location is very picturesque and you feel as if you’re in the middle of a country estate.
The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. A special thank you to Gabriella on reception who is always very welcoming and accommodating. We will be back again Im sure

I bought an overnight getaway for my parents at Warren House, to treat them to a relaxing evening as they’ve gone through a challenging time taking care of my elderly grandmother.
Their stay was very good, they really loved their room and they said the staff were extremely friendly and their room was stunning.
The breakfast was also very nice, but unfortunately I couldn’t give 5 stars as their dinner was a complete let-down.
My parents are not picky, nor do they ever have high expectations, but my mother said she ordered butter chicken as her main, and she said what was served to her could only be described as dog food in soup. She said the chicken was diced in little cubes in a very runny sauce and the rice was not cooked enough and still hard. They let the staff know and to their credit they were refunded their mains.
I just wanted this night to be perfect, so to know they didn’t have a great dining experience on the one night they could have off was a bit disheartening. Maybe this is something for management to investigate, as everything else was top tier, including the breakfast service! If a menu item is not service worthy, perhaps it’s best to take it off the menu for one night than to serve substandard food.
I would still give the hotel 4* as everything else was faultless and delivered what was promised.

Decent hotel for the price would consider staying again if price was the same. Pool and gym have been newly rennovated but other areas showing signs of wear. Restaurant service was very slow.

Terrible smell in our room but bed was comfy. Decor in hotel was old and worn and the lack of elevator meant having to carry our luggage up lots of stairs. Felt uncomfortable during breakfast due to one member of staff standing at entrance to breakfast area and watching folk eat. Would not stay again

Building was beautiful, atmosphere was relaxing and staff were very polite and helpful, especially in the bar and restaurant.
Unfortunately we did stumble across quite a bad issue at the hotel. The hotel was booked as a little getaway for myself and my daughter - to celebrate her getting good exam results. The plan was to find somewhere that had a pool as we enjoy swimming a lot. The gym was a bonus as my daughter enjoys working out. Sadly, the pool was not an enjoyable experience. I would usually swim for at least 2 hours or more but I had to get out after 45 minutes. Upon getting in the pool it was bath water temperature and uncomfortably hot. I usually like the water to be a little refreshing (not cold but certainly not bath water temperature). After 30 minutes I started coughing and sneezing and gradually my throat started burning. I believe the heat of the pool, lack of adequate ventilation and potentially unsafe chemical levels resulted in me being extremely poorly that night. I do suffer with asthma so this did not help. I thought the symptoms I was having would subside but they persisted through the night and I didn't raise my dissatisfaction until the next morning upon checking out. The receptionist apologised and said they had someone coming to fix the issues. When we left the building they were telling the truth as there was a pool specialist van outside the hotel. Looking back I believe they should have offered a partial refund as causing someone illness is severe

The otherwise excellent stay and service (thank you for accommodating an early check-in!) was spoiled by an absolutely awful in-room dining, worst I've ever had. My complaint about the food fell on deaf ears, I was not offered any deduction for its cost. Shame really as otherwise everything was great.

Really enjoyed our 2-night stay although, going to the rugby at Twickenham meant we didn’t spend a huge amount of time at the hotel.
However, our experience of the hotel was fantastic - lovely room, superb friendly staff and an excellent breakfast. As it is ultimately a Victorian hotel, it is a little tired and the walls are thin, but none of this cast any sort of shadow on our stay.
Would highly recommend, every member of staff couldn’t do enough to help.
However, our experience of the hotel was fantastic - lovely room, superb friendly staff and an excellent breakfast. As it is ultimately a Victorian hotel, it is a little tired and the walls are thin, but none of this cast any sort of shadow on our stay.

Beautiful hotel built in 1881, and updated tastefully. Superior deluxe room was spectacular. Would recommend to all and definitely stay again. Gives an authentic English feel to staying near London. Bus stop just a few blocks away made it convenient to use transportation. Can use all buses and get to train station via the bus.

It was a lovely birthday present from my husband and the Warren house hotel did not disappoint. The staff were helpful and friendly. They even put a slice of birthday cake in the room for me. Stunning location and grounds. Bed was comfortable and shower was hot and refreshing. Thank you to all the staff and we will be back again

The service was really good! The room was a bit out dated however the team was nice whenever we requested something. However the only issue would be that the swimming pool was extremely cold and would not recommend for children. Other than that the Gym was decent as well as the food (breakfast buffet).

From the moment we arrived, the service was lovely. The receptionist Gabriella was so friendly and gave us advice on travelling in and out of London. I made the hotel aware of my partners birthday and they placed a cake and a bottle of wine in the room along with balloons and towels made out of cake. Every member of staff we came in to contact with were so friendly and helpful, the rooms were lovely and had a fresh bottle of water and coffee and tea pods everyday. We had an uber to Wimbledon which was roughly £12 and got on the underground to get to London so getting about was easy. would 100% recommend.

Warren House is a beautiful hotel with a peaceful setting. We stayed in a double delux room, everything was clean, quiet and with a very comfortable mattress.
My only criticism would be the breakfast area, it felt a little bit like a canteen. The choice is varied and had a fresh orange juice maker which is wonderful. You are given a menu where you can choose how to have your eggs, I chose a ham omelette but it tasted like a microwave job. Having said all of this we enjoyed our stay and would return.

Upon arrival Gabriella at reception was very welcoming and informative. She also kindly offered us a complimentary room upgrade with the added arrival of a slice of birthday cake.
We felt very welcomed at the hotel. The interior was very classic with quintessential country manor decor - wood panelling, chandeliers, sage greens and wine red carpets. Very clean, no signs of deterioration.
Up to our room, it was spacious, quiet with beautiful panelling and murals of birds in flora. Muted colours with accents of gold provided a calming space whilst maintaining a sense of elegance.
The bathroom included a walk-in rainfall shower, good pressure and temperature. It was clean, in good condition.
The gym was limited in space and equipment but you could still have full workout. Next door was a modest pool. Not a full length but enough to have a leisurely swim. Changing area was serviceable and clean but lacked lockers in the womens.
Breakfast had an adequate variety of hot and cold. Coffee and tea had to be requested which was difficult when no staff were present. A coffee machine in the area would have been advantageous. The breakfast room was also hot being close to the kitchen
We weren’t able to explore the grounds but the parking area and entrance to the hotel were kept well.
Overall our nights visit was superb and we are looking forward to staying again in the future.

We stayed here for one night as it was close to queuing for Wimbledon. We flew overnight and arrived arrived 11am and a front desk staff found a room we could get into early which was very kind. There was a player piano just below us that was a bit too audible in our room at the top of the stairs. Otherwise peaceful place and the room was nicely renovated. Some of the other parts of the property could use a little TLC.
