Good basic hotel. Nothing fancy and wasn’t expecting anything fancy. Price is right for a small, clean room. Good wifi and free parking. Continental breakfast at 10 euro was pricey, but it’s a hotel so hey. The area around the hotel (and actually the whole town) is kinda sketchy as it’s not typical Algarve touristy and more of a working fishing and commercial village. Only 15 minutes outside of Algarve destination of Faro though, so driving in is easy and convenient.

Parking was easy and there is a washateria located just a few floors down from the hotel. We travel lite and being able to wash clothes is super convenient. Unusual setting at the top of a shopping centre but a great hotel with handy shops underneath. Interesting modern architecture inside the hotel too. Staff all good and professional. Room was comfortable if perhaps a little dark. Hotel has a few hangout areas and also an outdoor terrace.

Overall the hotel was very nice and clean. The only issue was that the air conditioning was not powerful enough. We had it on the lowest setting and the room was still unbearably hot. We called the front desk and they said there was nothing else that could be done.

This hotel is located in a business area of Olhao. Its located on the top of a two story shopping structure. Their parking area is in the mall's parking area, under the mall. Once I learned the area, it was not too much of a hastle to park our car. All of the hotel area is on the top floor of 5he hotel.
Our room was small, but clean, tidy, and very quiet. Since we were here to sight see, we did not spend much time in the room.
The breakfast option is just like most other hotels; featuring croissants, rolls, cheeses, sausages, breads, cereals, etc.
It fit our needs comfortably for a no-frills stay. Not the Marriot, but it is a comfortable place to stay.
Our room was small, but clean, tidy, and very quiet. Since we were here to sight see, we did not spend much time in the room.

I stayed at 3 hotels over two weeks, this was the most expensive one per night and the worst of the 3.
Overall a decent hotel but with the comparisons it made it seem worse.
Good things:
Being on the top floor of a mall is convenient, noise from outside wasnt an issue. Free hot/cold drinks in the lobby. The room is nice, decent size and modern. You have a curtain and a back door to an outside area which gives a lot of natural light. Has a mini fridge.
The bad:
I put my bags in storage an hour before check-in, one of the guys opened the storage door and let me place my bags down. Only 1 bag had a label on it. When I came back there was a different guy who helped me retrieve my bags, he opened the door, I went in the storage to pick up my bags not thinking it was a big deal as the other guy let me put them down and one was unlabeled. This guy made it seem like I had commited a crime by crossing the door, and was somewhat rude with how he spoke. Then I had to do my check-in with him, finished the check-in and he didnt tell me where my room was, I came back to ask.
Then I found myself nitpicking at everything else wrong because of that encounter. Phone doesn't stay on the hook, hand towel was wedged on the floor of the shower door but the shower floor/door weren't clean. TV wasn't pre connected to the wifi, back door didnt open properly. Room has no kettle, id prefer to be able to make a drink in my room but with the free lobby drinks its understandable. Only 1 bin.

It was in a convenient location and great value for money. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel was modern. I booked it due to its proximity to Faro airport (15 minutes), but I would stay again as an excellent base for exploring the Algarve.

I also did not like the fact that we called for toilet paper and they said we had to go get it. When we went to get it they said they would bring it to us to the room. Very confusing and frustrating.

I would have given five stars, however I was given a special access (disabled room), which I wasn’t told about before they accepted and took payment for. This meant the lighting of the room was not as good as the the other normal rooms as my family were staying in. This also meant when showering, all the water just went all over the bathroom floor causing a mess - whereas in my family’s rooms, they had isolable shower doors. Also the AC and mood lighting was faulty when first arrived. Took over an hour to get it sorted, which delayed me getting settled in.
Apart from that, it is a very good hotel in terms of quality of finish, modern, clean, friendly staff, free hot beverages, conveniently located on the top floor of a shopping mall.

The hotel itself is within the Ria Shopping Centre on the 2nd floor with lift access and is very modern and clean. Good breakfast and free hot drinks available throughout the day. Would recommend.

Initially we had a problem with the room we were given, but were able to change rooms. The second room was clean, albeit it had no view or day light and it was small. The carpeting outside our room needs to be cleaned or replaced. It had dog poo stains and a larger stain that may have been coffee. The location is in a shopping mall so it was very convenient to get snacks. The room had a refrigerator, but no microwave or freezer compartment. The area is walkable. The parking is under ground dedicated floor for the hotel and free.

Ich finde, wenn das Zimmer innenliegend zur Mall sich befindet und man somit kein Tageslicht hat, nicht lüften kann und dauerhaft die Vorhänge zugezogen haben muss, dann muss dies ZWINGEND vorher beschrieben sein.
