Very nice but I selected the car parking option in the filter section. When I arrived there was only 1 option which was to pay £20 extra for someone to park your vehicle in there secure facility for you. Which unless I missed it wasn’t made clear when booking.

The hotel itself is lovely and the breakfast was excellent. Unfortunately, our stay in Room 404 was extremely noisy. We could hear constant street noise, and there was heavy bass from nearby nightclubs well into the evening, which made it very difficult to sleep. The room is also directly opposite the housekeeping area, and we could clearly hear staff talking early in the morning.
To their credit, reception moved us to a room at the back of the hotel around 1am, which we appreciated. However, housekeeping entered that room at 6:50am, turned the lights on, and woke us up — not ideal after such a disrupted night.
When we later returned to our original room, the noise from the housekeeping area was again noticeable. We informed reception about our experience when checking out, but nothing was done to address the situation.
This could be a fantastic place to stay with better sound insulation and improved customer service

Bitterly cold in the room. Next day (still not up to fair temperature), the staff turned the heat off so the room was freezing the second night too. When i say cold, even in thick socks on the carpeted areas, our feet were freezing. The bathroom slate/tile floor was beyong description.

Dark, gloomy decor, awkward small bathroom with deep Japanese bath that you had to climb into from a step in order to have a shower. A simple shower tray would have been so much more practical, and safe! Strange lever basin tap that wasn't obvious which way was cold, hence scalded hand.

We wanted to stay at The Vincent Hotel for a while so chose to spend the night for our anniversary. We had a warm welcome from reception. Our room was lovely, clean and quite modern. We were at the front of the hotel overlooking Lord Street. Not long after checking in we had a knock on the door and were given 2 glasses of fizz for our anniversary which was nice. In the evening we ate in the hotel restaurant. As a guest we had a 15% discount. The service was great and the food was tasty. We popped to the bar for a drink before heading back to our room. The bed was comfortable. The WiFi signal was a bit hit and miss.
The shower was powerful but it was over a small bath with high sides that you need to climb over. There is a grab rail and step but you need to be careful.
There was a great selection of fresh food at breakfast. You can choose a full English if you want. There was also cereal, breads, pastries and fruits or you can choose items from the breakfast menu.
We parked in an NCP car park at Southport Promenade which was about a 4 minute walk away. It was £4.95 for 24 hours when reserved on their app.

Again we have stayed here and it never failed to please. From the moment we checked in to the minute we checked out. We were greeted with smiles and all the staff were lovely, even the maintenance man whom was around the hotel.
I love the hotel being central of Lord St, and the fact our car is taken to be parked safely during our stay.

Attended a friend’s wedding at the hotel and stayed over. The staff from the receptionist to the servers were all very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was also excellent with a good choice of hot and continental breakfast. Only warning is that the shower is over a deep bath with a step up to the bath and a step inside the bath so may be unsuitable for people with mobility problems.

It's a proper boutique hotel and the owners ethic has obviously worked through to the staff, who are amongst the best hotel staff I've ever experienced. Friday, professional, very attentive and can't do enough for you, from carrying bags to opening doors... The bar is lovely, as is the restaurant and the rooms a fab. Excellent stay at The Vincent. From the moment we walked in the staff were welcoming and attentive. It was my birthday on which the receptionist congratulated me. She also said we had been given a free upgrade to a studio room which was lovely. On entering, the bed was covered in rose petals which i thought was a lovely gesture. No sooner had we taken our coats off then a knock at our door and a lovely man from reception brought a tray of chocs in way of celebration. Another lovely gesture. So thoughtful. The room was large, with a nespresso coffee maker, a deep japanese soaking bath and a huge bed. Breakfast in the morning was plentiful with lots of choice. I highly recommend staying here.
