The staff were very helpful. My wife left her handbag outside reception, and 1 hour later thinking we had lost it, the reception staff found it and were able to return it. :)

Staff was the best part, the rest down hill....parking was full, had to park outside the gated property. Bathroom drains did not work well. Vanity sink faucet falls off upon first use, room smelled like cigarettes. Pillow and beds also smelled like cigarettes. Will not recondmend.

The hotel is good however I hope there were more outlets to charge phones in the rooms for two persons. On Expedia instead of saying stay in Arganda, why not call a spade a spade “ stay at Sercotel AB Arganda. We drove around in circles.

A bad stop over

Chose this hotel as we had a long journey and it stated there was a bar and restaurant on site. What it doesn’t say is that they are closed after lunch on Sunday!! Not happy. We would have gone elsewhere.
The Reception were good. Bedroom quiet but very springy bed and hard pillows

The hotel is outside of Madrid center area.. on a side access road from main street which makes it a tiny bit inconvenient to get to. But it was clean and had a fabulous bathroom with a tub. Beds were a bit stiff not very comfortable. AC was great! Over all great for the price.

Don't bother with the \"full\" breakfast

No complaints at all about the staff and conditions of the hotel. Very pleased to find free on site parking.
My gripe is about the breakfast. We paid 12€ each for the \"full\" breakfast, as opposed to 6€ for the continental. The cooked breakfast consisted of scrambled eggs, mini sausages in a sauce and under cooked fatty bacon, all of which was cold.
I would have liked the ability to make tea and coffee in the room but such facilities weren't there.

Decent option if you can compromise

Visiting family in Madrid. Was hoping to walk to the metro every day but it was too laborious- 30 minute walk then an hour on the metro so we drove to 20/30 mins to the outskirts of town - parked and then it was a few stops into town - coat about €15 for the day. Hotel was good - comfy enough and clean enough - we had a dog and wanted safe parking

Everything was fine except for 1. parking - all the places on the hotel territory were occupied, but we were lucky when the hotel clients left the hotel and freed up parking space 2. in the bathroom for three guests there was one toothbrush, one toothpaste and one comb 3. there were 2 glasses in the room and there were also 2 tea and coffee sets. Well, at least there were 3 bottles of water.

We loved the staff! They were all extremely friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Transportation into the city was a bit tricky, but Ubers were cheap and the walk to the Metro wasn’t too bad unless we did a lot of walking in the city. I wasn’t fond of the bathrooms. Our door had about a 2 inch gap and didn’t latch closed, but the adjoining room’s door did latch, so it may have just been that one room. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely go back.

Friendly efficient staff

We would recommend this hotel and would stay again but we will be unable to do so as we will be traveling with our dog who weighs 20kg and the hotel has a limit of only 10kg.
Also was disappointed that the bar and restaurant was closed because it was Sunday.

Fantastic stay

The hotel was very nice staff friendly everyone said hello or good day be it the maintainace man room clear all staff friendly. Room was large as was the bathroom tge mini bar was included. They replaced every used toiletries everyday chocolate for each guest, slipper and bathrobes. The bedfing was changed daily.
The resturant wasva little expensive all side dishes where extra but it was top quality food and portion where huge. Bar/ cafe very friendly lady behind bar tapas very nice.drinks reasonable price locals use bar crisps and olives served with every drink and small slice of madera cake with coffee.

Overnight Stop

This hotel was a half way stop on our journey from Murcia to the ferry at Santander. It is only a few minutes easy drive from the motorway. The bed was super comfy and we had an excellent nights sleep

Great location for a stop over night. Lobby was beautiful, staff very polite and friendly. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. The Jr. Suite is very strange. The bathroom is upstairs in the room with a window in front of the shower that allows anyone from in the room downstairs to watch you shower or use the toilet. No privacy.

We found the hotel easy to find on our way back to the ferry at Santandar and thank goodness the staff were so helpful as our care refused to start when we tried to move it to a parking place after checking in
Our call to Green Flag (they were great) resulted in our car being transported to a 24 hour garage just 10 minutes away where the mechanics found we had a problem with no deisal at the injectors and disconnected the supply pipes to manually fill with fuel and then the engine restarted, We had a tank 3/4 full of deisal!!.

We have booked a family room. There were two separate rooms. one of the rooms had a strong smell after somebody smoked in it. At about 1am at night, I smelled cigarette smoke (should be from another room) in another room too.

Nice chain hotel set in the middle of a commercial area. Hotel itself very pleasant as you would expect, evening meals a bit pricy. Found a good local bar down the road doing excellent local food at a more sensible price, so no problem with eating out. Would use this hotel again, only just off our route south.

Hotel staff very helpful, our room was not up to standard so asked for an upgrade which we got for a small extra charge. Large bed and spacious bathroom but sink stopper not working. fridge in room very handy with complimentary soft drinks. Dinner menu overpriced and menu del dia not available in evenings, disappointing. Not much choice nearby (Burger king) for alternative dining but town centre not far away by car if you can be bothered to find parking.

As this hotel is situated in an industrial estate, the bar and restaurant are closed on the Sunday. This necessitated a trip into town, 2 Km away, which when you have done a full days work is not always desired.

A very clean and comfortable hotel at a reasonable price. Advantages are that it has parking, is quite near a metro for trips into Madrid City centre (you have to drive there but easy to park car nearby) and has free wifi. The downside is that the breakfast is expensive for what you get and the restaurant at the side was disappointing. I would use this hotel again.

Para un alojamiento ⭐⭐⭐⭐ echo en falta tomas de corriente (solo 1 disponible)
El agua caliente del baño le falta bastante presión por no decir toda.
Si necesitas algún cajón mejor lo llevas tú, por qué no hay.
El armario para fin de semana no coje más.
Las camas individuales dentro de ser y estar bien no se pueden separar pues las mesitas son fijas y cubren cama.
No sé en otros, para mí y llevo alguuunos usados en el baño debe haber algún sistema para limpiar el inodoro, personalmente cuando CAGO no me gusta dejar el rastro.
