I really liked this place, loved the fact that breakfast was included with a wide variety of food and drinks. The fact that I did not have to worry about parking is a huge plus. The hotel was super nice anc clean and the staff was very professional.
The only issue we had was with the bathroom door as it would lock by itself but not a big deal. Overall a great stay.

I think that if I were to say something negative, it would be that in the hotel the employees do not have much information about what the restaurants in the area are, I think they should have more information about what is around them as well as information about the tree mall They still have their area and the few restaurants and their schedules oh some brochures of them, but for the rest of the other things it is recommended

The location is good and the price was right. The rooms are pretty basic. My biggest issue was that there was a super annoying flashing bulb in the foyer and the staff completely ignored it. Also, I'm 6ft tall and the room had the lowest toilet I've ever encountered in my life.

Extra measures where in place due to Covid 19 however this meant breakfast was in a paper bag and poor quality - we couldnt eat most of it, and the toilets in the lobby were out of use. we appreciate this was a result of the pandemic. Parking was free and convenient. Breakfast buffet was fine, but nothing special, though the view is very nice as the sun rises. I didn't think the rooms were cleaned to a high standard each day -- both days the cleaner missed the coffee/tea tray and left the used mugs and spoons, and didn't replace the coffee! So I had to go to reception to ask for it.

If you dont have a car, it wont work for you. It worked for us because family lives close by and the value was great fir a ver comfy and clean room. but if you are looking for the touristic type of hotel, close to public transportation, this hotel will not work for you. The property is tired and needs renovation, The room was grubby, There one member of staff on duty at 10pm and no hot food was available.
The room was designated no smoking however the whole corridors smelt of smoke and staleness.
I have used this chain of hotels all over the world and generally the standards are the same however this hotel was substandard to what I have come to expect from this chain.
I am a member of the group rewards scheme but the staff took no account of this.

I booked this hotel based on other reveiws and a location close to where I was working. I felt let down overall from the experience and changed to a different hotel the following night.
Upon arriving at the hotel for a late check-in, I had to wait several minutes at the reception as the staff memeber was busy serving drinks to a tour group. Part of the reason I booked the hotel was free wifi, but the signal was terrible, and I could not connect while sitting at the desk in my room. The breakfast wasn't very good and I was navigating an entire tour group trying to get at the food. Maybe slightly different timing would have made the experience more enjoyable.
I did appreciate the free secured parking, and coffee available in the room.
Overall I think there are better options in the area for a similar price point.

We were only in Madrid for the weekend so we did things that our 4 year old would like to do. This hotel wasn't too far away from the airport and the cost of this hotel was definitely value for money. We needed a rental car (which was reasonable) because of our 4 year old son and we weren't too sure about public transport near the hotel. We worked out the cost of the rental car and petrol was cheaper than taxis and public transport. This hotel was great. We would stay here again :)

I really enjoyed the front desk staff, continental breakfast and my room. It was very clean and the bed was wonderful. I slept like a baby. I needed an overnight stay before traveling to USA. The staff handled 2 bus loads of people staying in the hotel wonderfully. There were 5-6 children that the parents should have controlled better (running in the halls), but all in all it was a great place to stay, very helpful front desk, and a great night's sleep. Please add to hotel website the Metro stops to get to the hotel. This would be much cheaper than a taxi ride. Thanks for listening.

Road systems (new and some oneway systems) around the hotel made the first time finding of the hotel difficult. A couple of Holiday inn billboards giving directions would be a great advantage. Other than this, the hotel definately comes out on top.

There's 24 hrs airconditioning but their internet access isn't free and certainly not cheap.

On arrival to the Rivas area we found the hotel very easy to access and were pleasantly surprised at the numerous shops and shopping centres within minutes of the hotel.
The car park was very secure and was accessed through locking gates.
The staff were very pleasant and helpful at all times.
Our room was immaculate and the bathroom like new. They also had tea and coffee facilities.
The deal included breakfast which though continental was very good and had something for everyone. There choice of croisants were very fresh as well as cereals, hams, cheeses, youghuts etc .
