This resort is in a lovely location on the outskirt of madrid (about a 30 min drive into the city center). It is peaceful, sounds of the classes around noon filled the air. I wish we stayed longer to truly have experienced everything it had to offer. As it was off-season, the pool was closed but was beautiful to see.

A rare gem. Not the kind of place I would normally stay on business, but we were on an industrial estate nearby and so chose here. The bungalows are big, comfortable and look exactly like the pictures. The campus is clean and expansive. It was winter so didn't experience the pool but it looked nice from afar. The restaurant serves close to Michelin starred cuisine. You must try the sashimi with rice. It was so good I had it twice. Highly recommended.

This was a very disappointing stay. We stayed here in mid April 2023 and got much better value, in terms of price, in terms of the type of accommodation we were allotted and the fact that there was a beginning of the season buzz about the place, while this year the athmosphere was very lifeless and bland.

Potential to be a really lovely place to stay. The lodges are in nice gardens and are clean and spacious. Short drive from Madrid and you are in the country. Nice lake and beach.

However, the site is filthy - empty water bottles strewn everywhere, litter in poinds and on paths, broken equipment everywhere. Does not give any confidence that the owners care too much. A big shame because it could be lovely with a bit of effort

I’m presuming there are more amenities in the summer months. No bike rentals, no boat rentals. Everything was locked or boarded up. No one around. Grounds were maintained though and the self contained cottage was beautiful. Would have been great if there was in room coffee/tea facilities.

Very tranquil with lots of bird life and rabbits hopping around.

2nd visit was a serious disappointment

This is the second time we have stayed here ( 4yrs apart) we were so excited to return but sadly were very disappointed. First cabin we were given had 3 pieces of broken furniture, dirty bedding and smelled like vomit. Staff were very apologetic and provided us with another cabin which had once again broken furniture that they replaced while we waited. Some were unable to be fixed and at this point I resided to the fact that our first visit was a fluke and tried to not let it ruin the holiday. Was concerned that the cabin door wouldn't lock and we didnt realise this until the next morning so with 2 kids in the room we slept with the doors unlocked. Pool lifeguard was very polite and helpful but sadly the pool has green scum lines and the pool paint is peeling off. Pool area could be lovely but sadly I didnt take one photo to show family as it was just embarrassingly grotty. Entrance area could be lovely but it isnt looked after......balls from kids ball pit all around the site....upsettingly some geese were walking around them by the lake. All in all we wont be returning and felt we seriously overpaid. Staff are lovely but the site isn't.

Lovely clean individual lodges on a well maintained site 25mins taxi ride to centre of madrid. Very quiet and nice breakfast. Sometimes a little walk to lodges though if not driving, and site a little isolated so better if have own vehicle.

The Property is on a remote area. This is an ideal property for one who want to get away from the city on a camping day.
We stayed there at the beginning of May therefore, most of he amenities were not up.
They have a restaurant on the property where we had dinner and it was very good..

Remote location..quiet & clean. Could use a fridge

It was a bit tricky to figure out how to check in. We drove around along with another car until we found someone who informed us that check in was a building back at the entry. The check-in and check-out building was situated in the middle of the entrance and exit lanes. The units are independent of each other, cabin style, open concept. The room is spacious with only a sheer curtain separating the sleeping areas. The room was clean & comfortable. A fridge would have been a welcome addition for our perishable items. Although we arrived later and left early, we wished we could have spent more time wandering through the facility. Pool was inoperative the evening we were there.

Love the cabins... the site was very quiet, as our stay was midweek and out of season... disappointing to learn the swimming pool had closed... breakfast was very good... very little going on around the area... if you get a chance to visit Chinchón, I would recommend it.

I was disappointed with the 85 degree weather and the outdoor pool was closed already. I chose a hotel thinking I could enjoy the last bit of warm weather in the sun but apparently they closed it 3 weeks before I got there. I paid extra €90 for the taxi €45 each way. Had I known I would have rented a hotel that had a shuttle to and from the airport.

It looks like a nice summer camp by the lake, staying in bungalows. It has a very good restaurant. Decent open buffet breakfast but not too many choices. However you will not leave hungry. Open pool looks big. I wish I was there in summer, it would be so much fun.

The room was very far from Madrid with no real public transportation nearby. The room has a real funky smell to it. I spoke to their customer service about it because it was pretty fowl. He responded and said \"I know\" it's because of the Braziian wood that was used. Their restaurant is pretty good and their breakfast is tasty.

Romantic modern rustic cabins outside of Madrid

Wow!!! This was an unexpected, relaxing, quiet, resort oasis just outside the very busy metropolitan city of Madrid. The resort is used primarily for weddings on the weekends, but during the week is a very isolated quiet environment with individual cabins scattered through the property. It is easily accessed with a car. Spanish speaking skills are needed for the restaurant. We highly recommend this extremely romantic, quiet environment.

Isolated but spacious and relaxing. Amazing value!

This is definitely a different type of accommodation for staying in Madrid. Is actually outside the city (about 25 mins). Is a very relaxed complex of some 20+ cabins, all with a rustic yet chic vibe. Staff was incredibly friendly and the breakfast was amazing. We rented a car (you must if you stay here) and we drove to Madrid. One day we drove to Toledo (about 1:15 hrs). Even though is nice to step out of your hotel and be in the middle of the action, this time we decided we wanted a more relaxed option. So the driving to and from the city + parking is the downside. But after a whole day of exploring such a beautiful city it was so nice to crash in your bed inside a spacious, modern, clean, wooded bungalow knowing that you'll start the next day with a great breakfast. And for the price it was a bargain! It is not for everyone, but if you can deal with the driving back and forth, I think is worth it.

Rudest manager ever!!!

We booked a double room with a double bed through Expedia. When we arrived the room only had two single beds. We went back to the manager and asked for a double bed according to our booking. We normally wouldn't have cared, but we had spent the last week sleeping in hostel dorms and had specifically chosen this hotel for the double bed. His response was basically \"too bad, only the deluxe rooms have double beds\" and he told us that we should take the matter up with Expedia directly as the mistake was not his problem. He repeated told us that the scenario was not his fault and that it was our problem to deal with, It was only after 5 minutes of arguing when we asked for a refund so that we could find another hotel, did he move us to a room with a double bed. The new room had a terrible odour of vomit which required us to have the door and all windows open in 10 degree weather. We would have left but we were totally exhausted and the effort of dealing with the manager again was too much. There was also very little hot water, barely enough for two showers and not even facilities to have a cup of tea or coffee in the room. We have been travelling for over 5 months, across several continents through a variety of accommodation types (hostels, hotels, camping, etc) and this by far has been our worst experience so far. It also happened to be our most expensive accommodation.

Great Getaway!

It's a lovely resort about 20 miles South-East of Madrid. The bungalows are spread out in a nicely maintained parkscape adjacent to a small lake. Lots of birds, very peaceful. Big pool, with room for playing soccer or frisbee. There is a tennis court, but it was too hot for us to play in August. The food is good (though I missed eggs at breakfast) and reasonably priced. There isn't much to see in the immediate area, but downtown Madrid is easily accessible if you have a car. The closest Metro station is at a shopping mall nearby, but you still need a car to get there. The service and the amenities are nothing to rave about, but it was comfortable and friendly. Everything was very clean and modern, with a bit of wear showing in some areas. I'd stay here again.

Las cabañas son cómodas y amplias, ideales para descansar y desconectar, alejadas de la masificación de la ciudad. Como único detalle del alojamiento, el armario es pequeño en relación con la amplitud de la habitación, especialmente si la estancia es de varios días.
A mejorar, la higiene y la atención en el restaurante del complejo. A la salida encontramos un salvaslip usado sobre la madera de una de las camas donde iba a dormir mi hija, algo totalmente inaceptable. Además, al pedir la cena en el restaurante del complejo e intentar preguntar por el menú del día siguiente, una camarera mostró una actitud poco profesional, resoplando porque parecía molestarle que le habláramos, ya que estaba pendiente de su teléfono móvil.
El sitio tiene potencial, pero estos detalles lo desvalúan.

Se trata de un conjunto de cabañas tipo bungalow. Son muy cómodas y ámplias. Cada día limpian la habitación. Hay utensilios de ducha. Puedes aparcar el coche al lado. Es un complejo tranquilo y en verano puedos disfrutar de la piscina. El desayuno buffet es completo (este año es mucho mejor que el año pasado). Como punto a mejorar sería el mantenimiento, hay bastantes desperfectos ( ducha con agujeros en la manguera y se sale el agua, siliconas desgastadas, secador justo, podría haber un estante para dejar los jabones en la ducha…). Está bien si vas en coche. Puedes dejar el coche en barrios colindantes y coger el metro hasta el centro de Madrid. El parque Warner queda a 20 minutos. Es el segundo año que vamos y seguro que repetiremos

Estuvimos hace unos 10 años y nos gustó, por lo que decidimos repetir. Sin embargo, en esta ocasión ha sido una decepción. Da la sensación de que no ha habido ningún mantenimiento.
Al llegar pedimos que nos cambiaran la funda nórdica. El relleno estaba apelmazado en montoncitos perfectamente visibles.
Muebles deteriorados por el paso del tiempo. Una smart TV enorme sin antena, pues el cable era tan corto que impedía conectarlo, y con una cobertura wifi que no llegaba a nuestra cabaña, con lo que tenías que utilizar tu propia red móvil.
El armario incluía una sola percha, de cuatro que hubo en algún momento.
Poca limpieza en la cabaña.
Cuando acudimos a desayunar, el bacon, los huevos fritos, los huevos revueltos y las salchichas estaban fríos, pues no se conservan en las típicas fuentes cerradas, que tienen los hoteles, donde se conserva el calor.
El comedor, estaba sucio de la noche anterior. Patatas fritas y papeles por el suelo, mientras una señorita barría y fregaba la terraza exterior. Inexplicable.
Resumiendo, el concepto de alojamiento y el entorno son fantásticos, pero el abandono de las instalaciones es evidente.
Entiendo el coste de mantener limpio y en condiciones este negocio, pero sería preferible que solo abriesen los fines de semana, y/o los meses de temporada alta, antes que estar abiertos todo el año a cambio de un servicio mediocre para el precio que se cobra.

Se trata de cabañas independientes bien aisladas. La nuestra era amplia con una cama de matrimonio king size, dos camas y un sofa. La ducha tipo hidromasaje muy grande. Faltaría una estantería para poner el jabón. Deberían avisar que el agua caliente va por termo eléctrico de poca capacidad, no nos podíamos duchar dos personas seguidad porqué se acababa el agua caliente. Falta un pelín de mantenimiento (mueble inferior del baño roto, juntas). Hacen bien en avisar el motivo del olor peculiar de las cabañas que es debido al tipo de madera. En cuanto al desayuno es escaso. En estos dos días no les quedaba leche sin lactosa y el pan se acababa. Solo tienen donuts y unos croissanes pequeños. La atención en recepción muy buena y te hacían la limpieza de la habitación diaria.

En general pasamos un lindo dia en familia.Los chicos estuvieron muy contentos.
La cabaña 506 la ducha salia solo agua hirviendo pedi que lo solucionaran y no lo hicieron.
Fuimos a cenar por festejo de cumple de uno de mis nietos y pedimos para el una pizza que en la carta figuraba de tomate y queso, la trajeron con jamos pedimos el cambio y nos dijeron que no tenian mas.
Mi hijo pidio quesadilla con guacamole como figuraba en la carta, despues de reclamar cuando la quesadilla se enfrio trajeron el guacamole. La verdad poco recomendable el servicio de cena. Deberian tener en cuenta las opiniones de sus clientes para mejorar

El estado general de la habitación es miy mejorable, la limpieza es deficiente, el mobiliaroo muy deteriorado, el funcionamiento de las cosas deficiente, lamparas fundidas, mampara.ducha averiada, cama.incomoda....
En fin,.muy mejorable.....

Bonitos bungalows

En general ha estado bien.
Buen desayuno y buen bungalow.
Las instalaciones exteriores no estan muy cuidadas.
El personal es agradable pero no nos parecio profesional el hecho que después que alguien nos cogiera las sillas del porche lo comentamos en recepción y al personal de limpieza y no hicieron nada por solucionar la situación estando dos dias sin poder desfrutar sentados tranquilamente de los exteriores del porche.

lo que mas nos gustó fue la tranquilidad y lo que menos fue la calidad tanto de los desayunos como de la comida del restaurante que a nuestro parecer, y para la calidad que ofrecen, es bastante caro y mi queja no es por el precio en si, sino por el precio elevado en relación a la baja calidad.
las instalaciones para niños no están cuidadas, la piscina de bolas no tiene bolas, y la piscina de niños está vacía.
no obstante, si lo que queires es sólo un sitio para dormir, no necesitas más

The distance to Warner park indicated in ebook ers is wrong ; it stated 10km while it is more than 20km. Low level of comfort and not optimal if you don’t have a car.

Estancia correcta

En general contentos con la estancia. Cambiaría la iluminación del wc. Es muy pobre. Fuimos de boda y para maquillarse es imposible, no se veía a penas.
Camas cómodas, almohadas y edredones agradables.
Al entrar al bungalow sentimos mucho frio pero al poco tiempo la temperatura era ideal.
Muy silencioso.
Desayuno poco variado y zumos de bote. Para una noche suficiente.

Experiencia no satisfactoria.

Somos Rafa Guerrero y Mercedes Saez, estuvimos en el bungalow 307 y 308, respectivamente, con niños, del 28 al 30 de agosto, coincidimos con dos bodas (según nos dijeron en recepción) y no pudimos descansar del ruido que hubo hasta las 4 de la madrugada. Los bungalows a falta de limpieza a fondo (había telarañas en los cabeceros de las camas y en las partes altas de los baños, así como pelos debajo de las camas...
Estuvimos a mediados de agosto en pareja, entre semana y aunque la queja de la limpieza es la misma, fué más tranquilo, por eso decidimos repetir con los niños pero la experiencia no ha sido satisfactoria..

Venden tranquilidad cuando no la hay.

La habitación olía mal y no se puede descansar por la noche hasta que no terminan los eventos del complejo, bodas, etc. Estuvimos del 28 al 30 Agosto en la habitación 304 en familia y nos decepcionó bastante.
