Absolutely stunning facility !!!! Everything was great, reception , service, restaurant, gym, spa ….. we loved it so much we did not leave to do any site seeing as we were so relaxed and pampered wherever we went.
Very professional front desk , and spa receptionists are so accommodating.
We ordered a package to be delivered there two weeks before our arrival date to the hotel and they took it and kept for us, they even placed the package in our room before arriving there.
Simply the best in everything.

We loved our stay here! The front desk staff especially Jessica and Aymen were wonderful! Very helpful throughout our 12 day stay. The breakfast buffet is superb and made it so convenient to start your day just by going downstairs. It is included with your room rate. The only issue is you must have a car to stay here as it is about 15 minutes from central Perugia and there is really no nearby public transportation. Overall however a wonderful hotel!

This property was right in the middle of an industrial, and built up area. Although the hotel and staff were good, we would never have booked if we'd have realised it's location. The picture in expedia do not show that at all. Very disappointed.

The restaurant next door was very good and reasonably priced.

There is a bus into the centre of town but if you're visiting Perugia as a tourist, it's perhaps a little further out of town than is ideal.

Very nice place, about 10-15 minute drive to Perugia sites. Pool had just opened and was very cold (but my daughter still enjoyed it). Decent breakfast included. I would recommend.

Beautiful place

Great hotel! Very clean and airy. Just 15 mins by car to nearby attractions- Perugia, Torgiano, Lungarotti winery! Very nice restaurant next door. Would stay again!

Good place for business stay

Business trip for 3 days. I liked the hotel, old style but clean. The staff at reception, breaksfast servers and others were all very friendly and helpful. My only complaint is the air conditioner did not work and as it was humid and warm , I did not sleep well.

This hotel is a gem in an odd location. It’s surrounded by commercial area and a highway, but you don’t notice any of that while sitting by the beautiful pool/deck. And the rooms are huge! Ours had a massive walk-in closet, a loft for the kids and a huge patio overlooking the pool. We regretted only staying three nights. The staff are all tremendously courteous and friendly, greeting everyone with a smile. We would return in an instant (if it weren’t so darned far from home...)

Nice hotel but a little out of town

This hotel is really nice and for the money is good value. We stayed in the new part of the hotel (the guesthouse) and it was lovely - the rooms are very modern and clean. The breakfast is brilliant there is so much choice and you have a proper coffee machine so you can choose between lattes, cappuccinos etc. There is free parking if you have a car. The pool is a really nice area to chill out in - the only thing we found strange here is that you have to wear a swimming cap in the pool, and you have to pay 3 euro's for the privilege - you also have to pay 3 euro's for pool towels. The bar area is nice and during the day you can get bar service to the pool - you do have a kettle in the room and tea and coffee is supplied but no milk, we had to ask reception for some which seemed a bit strange.

The only thing I would say about the area is that it is very quiet - we went out for dinner one night at 9.30 and everywhere was either closed or closing. That being said we did have a lovely meal at the restaurant next door to the hotel. The staff at the hotel were very accommodating and polite too. If we went back to Perugia I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Warm, friendly and welcoming hotel

We stayed here both before and after our wedding in Torgiano. The staff were incredibly friendly, and upgraded us on both stays. After our wedding they welcomed us back and were so warm and friendly asking all about the wedding. We had a number of wedding guests staying with us who all enjoyed their stay also.
The hotel is clean, well laid out, there is s very good spread for breakfast. There is underground parking which is great for keeping the car cool. The pool is clean and well maintained.
Put only recommendation would be to bring a swimming hat as it is required for the pool, also there is no restaurant in the hotel for lunch, but there is a restaurant across the car park that is suitable for dinner. Overall a lovely, quiet and welcoming hotel.

Nice hotel but...

The staff are great but the rooms are NOT soundproof.
The people next door were talking and we could hear everything. If they were being loud we would have complained but it was obviously just a regular conversation. Needless to say we didn't sleep very well while our neighbors were talking.
Breakfast was wonderful and the grounds were quite nice.
The staff also recommended the restaurant next door and it was spectacular (a bit pricey).

deserve the 4 stars

Very nice hotel, the location and neighborhood are the only negative points. If you stay there, you better have a car. Don't worry, they have very convenient parking and self park garage. This is +++ compare to those hotel downtown. Breakfast is very good. The hotel is very close to a great trattoria where you can get discount if you are a guest at Relai dell'olmo.

This is a very good Hotel.It is clean,comfortable and the room are of a high standard. The breakfasts are fine with plenty of choice. The Hotel staff can,t do enough for you. The only problem is finding it. It is not the address stated. If you are using your Sat.Nav; put in V.Giuseppe Verdi 24. then you might stand a chance of finding it.

The only drawback is the location, it is close to a busy highway, so it is in an area where you would not enjoy walking around, but other than that the hotel setting is very very nice and the service impeccable.

Das Hotel liegt in einer Industriezone und direkt neben der Autobahn. Die Zimmer sind gut schallisoliert. Am Pool muss man eine Badekappe tragen!!!! Diese kann man vor Ort kaufen. Die Badetücher für den Pool muss man extra bezahlen. Für Getränke am Pool wir ein Zuschlag von 20% verrechnet. Das nahegelegene Restaurant \"Osteria dell Olmo\" ist sehr zu empfehlen. Fleisch gibts vom Holzkohlegrill.

Bella struttura, ben tenuta e pulita, non proprio vicinissima ai punti di interesse. Ottimo il ristorante a pochi passi, \"Osteria dell'Olmo\", davvero consigliato. Il servizio SPA assolutamente da migliorare. Buona la colazione.

Bel établissement, aux extérieurs soignés. La chambre choisie (catégorie supérieure) est spacieuse, bien équipée, la literie très confortable, le plateau de courtoisie est appréciable.

La struttura di per se non é male ma qualche servizio in più é necessario per completare un'esperienza di viaggio ad esempio il centro benessere non può essere alla disponibileya di un personale cosi ridotto , abbiamo soggiornato un weekend e non é stato possibile usufruire del centro massaggi in quanto il perosnale era impegnato in altre strutture.

Bella Struttura, personale estremamente disponibile e cordiale, belle stanze, ottima colazione, un solo appunto che è incomprensibile... la climatizzazione nelle camere non funzionava a dovere, ad ogni ingresso in camera ( e lo impari solo dopo..) devi chiamare la reception per ( come dicevano loro ) resettarlo... per tale motivo ultima notte caldissima ed ho dovuto aprire la finestra per respirare... per un 4 stelle un difetto davvero grande...

Semplicemente fantastico!

Una bellissima struttura. Sembra nuova! Camera molto comoda, anche se ho usufruito di un graditissimo upgrade gratuito, quindi non so come siano le camere standard. La zona è tranquillissima e strategica e si vive una situazione di assoluto relax. La sala colazioni è molto confortevole, con vista su giardino e piscina interni, con ampie vetrature. Personale di assoluta cordialità.
Unica pecca: la spa. Non è all’altezza. Piccola, soprattutto per quanto riguarda i servizi: sauna piccolissima, da un solo posto sdraiato, il resto è una panca e senza accessori, bagno turco freddo, idromassaggio eè praticamente una vasca (acqua sempre la stessa per tutti?). E l’impiego a tempo è stressante anziché rilassante. Una spa così, non la offrirei nemmeno, meglio senza, anche perché il prezzo è esagerato in confronto al servizio offerto.
Per il resto: niente da dire. Grazie.

Pessima esperienza con prenotazione non rimborsabile tramite expedia. Non potendo per motivi lavorativi/Covid ha soggiornare ho chiesto gentilmente alla struttura un voucher. Mi è stato negato. Flessibilità assente in tempi come questi dimostrano poca attenzione verso i clienti e poca intelligenza anche ad attrarne potenziali.

Aspettavamo una cascina antica immerso nel verde però abbiamo trovato una struttura abbastanza moderna con vista del parco industriale di fronte. La camera piccolissima (niente come le foto sul loro sito!) con un piccolo bagno brutto con doccia stretta. Le saponette anche in miniatura, niente balsamo né crema corpo. La piscina era bella però \"solo con la cuffia\" - ma quando mai...???? Poi la colazione, tanto laudata nelle recensioni, risultava principalmente pasticceria commerciali, con una macchina di caffè automatico che produceva un cappuccino imbevibile e un espresso solo appena pena. Mio marito ha provato le uova strapazzate con bacon e scartato tutti e due dopo un piccolo assaggio, rivolgendosi alla sicurezza d'un yogurt Yomo e la frutta fresca. Detto ciò, il personale del bar e della pulizia era sempre gentile e disponibile e il pranzo nel giardino dell'osteria a canto molto piacevole. La prossima volta al Gradale...
