The property was conveniently located. The staff was kind, the breakfast was delicious. The pool was closed and the backyard garden was tiny. We never saw the library. Our room was of comfortable size but the bathroom door looks like it’s beginning to fall apart. The balcony was tiny and the streets are loud. The curtains do a decent job keeping the sound away.

Anyone flying into Barcelona for the first time and staying at Hotel Medium Sitges Park should consider taking the hotel shuttle service. It is much less expensive to take the train; however, without knowing the train system it can be a bit confusing. We took the train back to Barcelona to stay for a few days when we left Sitges. The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly except Silva; she was a bit rude and dismissive when we were trying to get checked in. I avoided her and found Hector, Christina, and another gentleman much more pleasant. The hotel is deceivingly nice since my expectations were set high; the room was plain but very clean, the terrace is a nice addition, we could see the ocean down the street and a real-life view of what living in Sitges looks like. The breakfast buffet is amazing with a variety of food selections for most cultures. The pool area had a lot of activity, but the pool itself was not crowded. The hotel location is right in the midst of the shopping area with a wonderful mixture of restaurants, cafés, bars, and retail of all kinds, plus a quick walk to the beach/sea front. I would definitely stay here again and looking forward to another trip to Sitges.

Conveniently located near the train station, this lovely hotel has clean and spacious rooms, an inviting reception area with a coastal theme, and a pool oasis (with bar) in the centre of the courtyard. The only issue we had was that our room was located facing the street and it could be noisy at night. The staff was helpful and friendly and it was a short walk to the beautiful beaches and waterfront for scenic alfresco dining.

Bedrooms were an excellent size, the breakfast was delicious and staff around the pool were very friendly, especially the people that works behind the bar. The one downfall was the fact that there were not enough beds to cater for all guests and the scramble to grab a bed at 10 am was quite comical. The location was right in the middle of town surrounded by fantastic restaurants and cafés. The noise from next door‘s room however was really awkward as we could hear everything via our toilet which was not great.

Rooms are very dated, sheets and bed hard, plumbing ancient, A/C only cooled room when cranking loud, bathroom muggy from old slat windows that don’t close, walls paper thin and you can hear EVERYTHING, front desk individuals polite at best. Don’t be fooled by the pictures and waste your money.

For our arrival (with reception staff) through interaction at Breakfast - and at the bar - right though to check out (after 14 days) - everything was a delight.
The pool area is quiet, seating some days was easy - other days were busier - but there were always options.

Lovely small hotel with adequate very clean rooms.

Our room 16 was quite dark and smelled damp... it was comfortable and cool in the very hot summer's heat.

Staff were lovely and breakfast was excellent for a 3 star hotel.
Pool was fantastic. Lovely salt water pool with plenty of loungers etc.
the hotel provided a lounge for those that need to work while away. Fantastic well air conditioned room with lovely tables to work on.
Overall I would give this a solid 7.5/10.
It's not the Ritz but great for a long weekend or a few days.

I recently stayed at this hotel for my vacation and, overall, it was a pleasant experience. The staff is courteous and helpful, though the service felt fairly standard without any personalized touch.

I had the chance to stay in two different rooms during my stay, and there was a noticeable difference in quality. The first room, while clean, felt quite worn and lacked proper maintenance — the air conditioning didn’t work, which made things uncomfortable. Thankfully, the second room was much better: fresh, well-maintained, and with perfectly functioning A/C.

The hotel’s location is excellent, right in the heart of the city, making it easy to get around on foot. But without a doubt, the highlight of this hotel is the beautiful inner garden with the pool — a peaceful oasis that’s perfect for relaxing after a busy day.

All in all, a good stay, though the experience can vary depending on the room you’re given.

This is a charming hotel, the rooms are good sadly though there is a 'but'. Key cards regularly stop working if you put them close to your phone, three times for me and four for my friend, however much you try to keep them apart one touch was enough, the staff dealing with this matter were not overly helpful and made you feel like it was your fault. The room locking system needs to be updated. The property offers one bar, outside, it is only open from midday to 5 pm - staff are not attentive and are disinterested in clearing up glasses and plates. In summary this is a great property but it feels like guests are really quite unimportant. Upon checkout I had forgotten to bring back my pool card. I was bluntly told 'well go back and get it or i'll charge you 20 euros'. I get it was my error but I didn't much appreciate the tone.

We stayed at Medium Stiege Park Hotel for four nights before embarking on our Norwegian Breakaway cruise, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The staff were exceptionally welcoming, friendly, and helpful, making us feel at home right away. The location was perfect, offering easy access to everything we needed before the cruise.

One of the highlights of our stay was the fabulous breakfast—fresh, varied, and delicious, with plenty of options to suit every taste. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and quiet, providing us with a restful space to relax before our journey.

Good location, comfortable hotel.

Good location. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean modern room. Comfortable bed. Good choice at breakfast. Nice communal areas. Only negative was the noise from the street at night. If you’re in Sitges to party, then this won’t matter, but if you’re not, we would recommend asking for a room away from the main street. However, it didn’t bother us too much and we would recommend this hotel.

The Hotel Medium is a lovely hotel with many great features. The location is fantastic, right in the centre of Sitges and just a short walk from the beach. The hotel is very clean, with excellent facilities, including a lovely pool area bar. The staff are friendly and very helpful, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

However, my experience was slightly let down by the single room I stayed in. Unfortunately, it was located right next to a very noisy lift, and the room felt somewhat neglected and a little claustrophobic. The window was textured, likely to obscure an unappealing view of a back enclosure, which added to the sense of confinement. Hotel staff kindly offered to move me but informed me the other singles were similar. While the hotel overall is wonderful, the single room fell short, which is why I couldn’t give a full five-star rating.

Stayed here before and shall stay here again. Great hotel, great staff, great location for anything you want to do in Sitges. I always enjoy their breakfast buffet and I always sleep well on their big comfy beds.
And, if you need help with anything, you take it to the team at Reception and they deal with it promptly and efficiently.

This hotel is the best of all worlds, located in the town center of Sitges. The rooms create a beautiful pool courtyard perfect for spending a quiet afternoon. Breakfast is expansive and delicious -- a perfect start to each day. Rooms are somewhat spartan, but very clean. For the money, this hotel cannot be beat.

This is a very nice hotel located right on the main street, make sure you do not get a room overlooking the street or you will not have a good night sleep. The room is kind of basic, nothing fancy but all good. The small pool is welcome after a day of walking around. The breakfast is very good. I would stay again.

The exhaust or smell from the sewer was overwhelming in the morning. It was really unfortunate because I actually think it made us sick. The staff was amazing, the room immaculate, but the smell from the inner bathroom was noxious. It worsened at night when we closed the windows. We chose not to keep the AC on so that the fan wasn’t blowing on us all night, but paid for it with our health from the drain exhaust. It’s an old and beautiful building, but I think that also makes the problem hard to rectify.

The hotel is in the centre of everything. Food and shopping on your doorstep.
The room we had was a garden room. Quite pleasant. I would suggest the bathrooms could do with updating, but that is a minor gripe.
The main beach is less than 10 minutes or if you prefer going naked, Balmans beach is 15 minutes walk.
We were here for Pride week and we had a really fantastic holiday.

Very nice hotel . However rooms on one side overlook a street. This can be noisy at night . Also rooms not very well sound proofed . As a light sleeper , people talking late at night proved rather testing

Good location, bar closes too early

The hotel was nice and in a great location. The bathroom appeared to have been recently renovated and was very nice but the room felt like it needed sprucing up a bit. The TV did not have netflix availability or many English speaking channels and the bar shut at 6.30 pm so it felt like there was nothing to do in the evening unless you were out.
Giuseppe the breakfast staff could work on his customer service skills. Food at breakfast was excellent.
